Todos os dias, pelo fim da tarde, chegava um cheiro intenso a esgotos. A fraca iluminação na sala e nos quartos. A cortina do chuveiro poderia ser substituída por porta de vidro.

Myślę że cena troszkę za wysoka co może odstraszyć niektórych turystów. Szkoda że w cenie pobyty nie są zapewnione śniadania.

Une impression d'être constamment surveillés par le gérant dès lors que vous avez des enfants. Une sensation de gêner alors que tous les enfants de chaque pays de l'établissement étaient ravis de créer des liens.

Ideale locatie om het noorden van Madeira te verkennen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren en personeel ook vriendelijk. Appartement was goed en voorzien van de basisbehoeften. Zwembad was lekker om af te koelen en de zee is op korte loopafstand (kiezelstrand) In het restaurant hebben we lekker gegeten en voor de kinderen is er ook genoeg keuze. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Een kleinschalig en gezellig complex. We hadden een kamer met een groot terras met gras met een mooi uitzicht over de zee en rotsen. Fijn klein zwembad en aardige host. Auto kan makkelijk en kosteloos worden geparkeerd. Prettige keuken met koelkast en grote badkamer met douche in bad. Onze dochter sliep prima op slaapbank. Pooltafel in ruimte naast het zwembad. Restaurant ook met uitzicht en wat betreft eten prima. Zeer rustige, dorpse omgeving, grote supermarkt op kleine 10 minuten rijden.

Geen ontbijt en koken op 2 pitten is uitdaging. Verder redelijk completen keuken, zou een grote bakpan bij mogen want nu alleen een kleine.

La localisation de Ponta Delgada n'est pas forcément la plus intéressante de l'île mais le complexe hôtelier est vraiment très bien. L'appartement était très confortable, calme, avec vue sur mer, la piscine est super, ouverte du matin au soir et pas trop surchargée par le monde. Rien que pour cette piscine, le logement vaut le coup.

Non essendoci la possibilità di fare colazione siamo stati costretti a farla sempre fuori, ma il problema non è stato tanto questo quanto l’impossibilità di bere un caffè caldo appena alzati perché non c’erano le cialde pur essendoci la macchina del caffè. Del resto con solo tre giorni di permanenza non era il caso di comprare una confezione di cialde! Bisognava almeno avere la possibilità di prenderle in struttura.

Iedereen was heel vriendelijk en we konden 's avonds in het restaurant eten. Het is een hele goede uitvalsbasis om het noorden van Madeira te bekijken.

De bedden waren heel hard, maar toen wij dit zeiden, kwam de eigenaresse meteen met een topper aanzetten, zodat het bed zachter ligt.

Etant donné que nous arrivions de 3 jours dans le sud de Madère, nous avons tout de suite pu apprécier son emplacement qui est très calme à cette période ( fin mai) ! La localisation de l'hôte paraît moins "balnéaire " qu'au sud de l'île mais Funchal et ses environs restent facilement accessibles à +/-30 minutes. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. La "terrasse- pelouse" où nous pouvons prendre les repas est très appréciable. Lits confortables. Appartement lumineux, propre Petit parking présent et gratuit pour la voiture. Restaurant de l'hôtel ouvert de 15 à 21h Personnel très discret et non intrusif Bon rapport qualité prix

Très beau site avec une magnifique vue Logement spacieux et propre. Environnement calme.

Pas de produit dans la salle de bains et la douche pourrait être améliorée (quand le pommeau est fixé au mur on ne peut pas l' orienter donc il faut le tenir tout le temps).

Het appartementje was vrij ruim. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en elke middag en avond aanwezig in het restaurant (waar je lekker kunt eten) dat ook van hen is. Prachtig groot zwembad en een mooie omgeving. Betaalbare cocktails.

Très belle découverte au nord de l’île L’endroit est calme, reposant. Studio super confortable. Nous avions une terrasse avec vue sur la mer, je pense que c’est le cas de tous les studios. Nous avons mangé au petit resto un soir, c’était dé-li-cieux !! Patron très sympa aussi La piscine est un plus indéniable. Dans notre studio, machine à café « Dolce Gusto ». Petite supérette à 2 km très bien fournie

Lovely spacious apartment with a good view from the terrace, a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Beautifully maintained pool area.

Ponta Delgada village may be past it's best! The seawater pool was closed (in late May) and looked derelict. Very little choice of restaurants/cafes/bars. But on the plus side the road connection is good and it's very easy to get to Sao Vicente along the coast.

De locatie was prachtig gelegen. Het appartement was zeer ruim en mooi. Er was meer dan voldoende gerief aanwezig. Ook handdoeken voor aan het zwembad werden voorzien. Mooi zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk - brachten ons zelfs naar Sao Vicente. Op wandelafstand is er een goede supermarkt. Het inchecken verliep prima. Kortom: we hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Very true to the pictures. Apartment was spacious, bright and airy. It was a little cool when we stayed so did not get to enjoy the pool or sitting outside but still enjoyed the views out the massive windows. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped for two people. We found it quite quiet and didn't hear any town noise or other guests.

Bathroom was a bit dated but functional. No coffee pods provided and the cafe was not open when we left for the day the first morning, so we were not able to get any coffee until the next day after stopping at a grocery store in Sao Vicente to purchase some. Suggest contacting them prior to your check-in to confirm what type of coffee machine is in your room so you can come prepared.

L'emplacement au calme en face de la mer. La grande piscine à disposition. La grandeur de l'appartement avec terrasse.

L'accueil un peu froid, peut-être parce que notre arrivée était un dimanche en fin d'après-midi. Il pourrait avoir des capsules de café pour alimenter la machine et des sachets de thé.

Très belle vue, jolie piscine, appartement bien agencé.

Mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

De ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten, koelkast, fornuis, waterkoker , bestek etc. Goed bed. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Vriendelijk staf en goed restaurant. Dat is ook wel nodig want in Ponta Delgada is verder niets. Op 10 autominuten is Sao Vincente en daar is een kleine, leuke boulevard met winkeltjes, restaurants, bakker en patisserie.

Klein balkon zonder afdak

Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Abendessen war vorzüglich.

Die Lage ist ein wenig abgeschieden aber mit einem Mietauto gut erreichbar.

The view from location itself is stunning. Hearing the ocean waves and that landscape, wow! We had a small balcony on which we had breakfast in the morning. The apartment was perfectly clean, spacious, it came with some essentials (eg salt and pepper, dishwashing detergent, sufficient pans for cooking). We haven’t used the pool area, but it seemed very nice. The location is very good to explore the north of the island, as it is centrally located. Sufficient space for parking. There is a bar open during the day where you can have a meal/snack.

All in all, this felt a bit too expensive for what we got. We paid literally half of the price for a hotel in the south west, which provided more. For example, it would have been nice to have some additional basic things provided, eg towels for the pool/beach, oil for cooking, shampoo and shower gel, etc. However, looking at prices in the north, it seemed to be the average as there seems to be less accommodations in general. The reception was mostly closed, so we didn’t have the chance to ask for recommendations or other things we might have needed. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together, so not ideal for a couple.

The apartments are in a lovely setting around a pool. It is a very relaxing place to sit and read, listening to the birdsong and watching the lizards scoot about. The owners and their assistant Natalie are lovely. The cafe is open 15h00 to 20h00 and serves local cuisine. Everywhere is spotless and the owner keeps the shrubbery looking perfect.

Mostly, we liked everything. The apartment had a rustic feel, which was fine for us. It was in the older building, so if you want modern, ask for one in the newer block. We found the bed too hard for us. The complex is probably not on main drainage as there was a wiff in the bathroom. Keeping plugs in seemed to work. I am not a cook, but the kitchenette might have been a challenge if I'd wanted to produce a full meal. Perfectly fine for snacks though. There were a few places to eat in the village, including a pizza/burger cafe if you prefer international food.

Appartement grand propre, vue magnifique. Pas de ménage en 4j mais poubelles et serviettes changées quotidiennement sauf dimanche. Stationnement facile .

Pas de lave linge . Réception toujours fermée. Il faut laisser couler l'eau au moins 5 minutes avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude.

The position of the apartment was superb with lovely views of the pool and the sea from the balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant and bar were an added bonus.

Very comfortable and spotless apartment. Great location and fabulous views. My partner also really enjoyed the pool. The bar and restaurant were very good And the young lady behind the bar and operating the premises was exceptionally professional and charming. 10 out of 10.

Pricing was a little on the high side.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant. Tolle Aussicht!

L'appartement était en RDC surélevé, avec une terrasse et petit jardin directement en face de l'océan. Le salon avait de grandes baies vitrées face à la mer ce qui permettait de profiter d'une vue extraordinaire sur la montagne qui descend jusqu'à l'ocean. Le lit était très confortable, avec fenêtre vue mer là aussi. Clim/Chauffage 👍 La salle de bain était équipée d'une baignoire. La cuisine est équipée, bien que nous n'en ayons pas eu besoin. La piscine n'est pas chauffée, nous n' avons donc pas pu en profiter lors de notre venue.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet appartement. Toutefois, l'ameublement un peu vieillissant, mériterait d'être remis au goût du jour. Idem pour la salle de bain. Un assortiment de thé, café serait aussi appréciable lors de l'arrivée.

Everything was perfect. The lovely owners upgraded us. Thanks for the Christmas treat. It was just what we needed after a demanding day of hiking. We would have loved to stay longer and enjoy all the amenities. Staff is also lovely.

Perfekt, sauber

Host upgraded us to an apartment looking out on the pool as it was end of season. We were so gratefulas we had a lot of camping and hiking gear. Wonderful customer service and care throughout our stay. Lovely place to stay.
