Un poco pequeña la habitación (para 3 personas), un poco ruidosa por la noche (la ventana era un segundo piso a la calle).

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The hotel is in an excellent location, just around the corner from the main strip. The staff were good English and were readily available around the clock. The breakfast was decent, the showers hot with good pressure, and the beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains were also good. There is a hidden gem on the third floor - a sauna no one seems to know about, which is great after a long day outside in the cold.
Nothing major. You get what you pay for and it was very reasonably priced.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Café da manhã perfeito, com bastante variedade, tem uma área só para pessoas celíacas (você tem que pedir pra atendente). O quarto é relativamente espaçoso, a cama enorme, bem confortável, lençóis com cheiro de limpeza, os produtos pra higiene pessoal são muito bons, acho que são artesanais, pq vendem no próprio hotel. A área da recepção do hotel é uma delícia, parece até que a gente está em casa, de tão bem cuidado e confortável. Tem uma academia também, que mesmo simples, gostei bastante, os halteres são novinhos. Há uma área para leitura colaborativa, onde você pode deixar o seu livro lá e pegar um outro pra ler ao longo da sua viagem, muito bacana a ideia. Os atendentes todos são muito educados e prestativos!!!

O hotel é ótimo mas aqui vão alguns detalhes que precisam melhorar! - Café da manhã não possui muitas variedades, sendo o mesmo cardápio todos os dias. - Banheiro por ser estilo americano (box de banheira com cortina) causava alguns vazavamentos de agua no chão do banheiro. - Frigobar não estava funcionando também, tiveram que fazer a troca mas o outro não estava muito bom também.

El ruido proveniente de los perros y motores. No está en manos del hotel, es lo negativo de la localización.

Lo que más me gusto fue que me colaboraron cuando deje un pasaporte con dinero en la cajilla de seguridad, fueron muy diligentes, nos salvaron el regreso porque enviaron las cosas al aeropuerto con una persona de confianza. Recomendado 100%

Tanto no café da manhã, marcando o que tinha ou não gluten e também providenciando algumas opções só para ela, como no restaurante do hotel, que possuía duas opções sem gluten.

The location is excellent, right in the tourist center, with everything nearby. Shops are within walking distance, and it’s also easy to reach the lagoon on foot. Taxi service is very quick and convenient, which is a big plus. The breakfasts were delicious, and the presentation of the dishes was very nice. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and only positive impressions. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent service from the front desk - Abigail, in particular, who was very helpful and very responsive on WhatsApp in helping us book restaurants and call taxis, we truly appreciate her help and warmth of service. Only downside was the very small bathroom and bathtub/ shower space.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026This hotel is in a good location, close to all the businesses but very quiet at night. It's also a walkable distance from the bird sanctuary. There’s a small gym on the third floor as well as a small lounge with a shelf of books to borrow. I found the selection of languages interesting- Spanish and English, of course, but also Greek, Estonian, German and (I think) Korean. I had dinner in the restaurant with a fellow traveler. Mine was fine but she saw “Milanese” on the menu, assumed it was chicken Milanese and didn’t read the details. It turned out to be a very large piece of beef, pounded thin and fried, accompanied by French fries. Not what she expected at all. She offered me a piece and it was quite dry. The breakfast buffet was good- not as many fresh fruits as we’d had in the north but that was to be expected. They did have a problem keeping the coffee pots filled when there were two tour groups at breakfast. You may want to bring ear plugs if you have a room facing the street and want to keep your widows open since there's some road noise.

La habitacion si bien estaba bien no asi la insonorizacion, se escuchaba absolutamente TODO del resto de las habitaciones, esto ultimo es lo que me hace dudar de regresar a este hotel.

There was a horrible smell in the room every time we walked in and always had to keep the windows wide open for it to dissipate, but outside was too cold to leave open at night. It seems to nave a rotten/ yucky and very strong smell. The coffee at breakfast was terrible. Not strong enough.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026The staff (in particular Francisco) exceeded expectations. When our transport plans went awry, Francisco was a huge support. He stayed calm, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was good and the location excellent. Just far enough away from town to avoid noise but only a few minutes walk away from good restaurants and bars.
If I had to pick something I’d say the breakfast was somewhat underwhelming. Not unlike most Argentinian hotel breakfast offerings, there were a lot of sweet pastries and although there was fruit, toast and yoghurt, the bacon and eggs were not the best. But this is a small minus in a lot of pluses.
