Hotel ist extrem baufällig beziehungsweise herunter gewohnt. Katze läuft über den Tresen an der Rezeption. Tische im Frühstücksraum wackeln. Keine alkoholischen Getränke an der Bar.

Pur essendo vicinissimo all'aeroporto è molto disagevole spostarsi perché non ci sono bus, la strada non e praticabile a piedi e l'unica opzione resta il taxi...intorno ai 18/20 euro a volta per fare 4 km. Poi dall'aeroporto ti sposti ovunque.

The location was ideal for us as my husband arrived the night earlier and I flew out the day before so it was a very short taxi ride for me. We are travelling on motorbike and the on site parking was a bonus.

Hôtel qui se rapproche de la gamme d'un ibis budget... Absence de lumière d'appoint pour veiller le soir (un néon uniquement). Couette beaucoup trop chaude. Alèse sur la matelas qui tient chaud également. Climatisation bruyante. Abattant des wc mal fixé. Ascenseur sale. Correct pour une nuit mais pas plus. Après plusieurs visites ici, je trouve que les standards régressent...

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Realtà coerente con lo standard del marchio Ibis Styles che si riflette sulla qualità dei servizi offerti dall'hotel. La struttura ha un buon livello di manutenzione. Per chi non lo usa in funzione della vicinanza con l'aeroporto, è comodo per visitare la città di Basilea ma, essendo decentrato, consigliato solo per chi dispone dell'auto (parcheggio gratuito). Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante del vicino Mercure e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Certamente lo consigliamo.
Premesso che ci siamo fermati una sola notte, all'arrivo ho segnalato la mancanza del sapone in bagno. Alla partenza non era ancora stato fornito. Un piccolo segno di scarsa attenzione al cliente...

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Íbamos con la intención de hacer noche antes de una salida muy temprana del aeropuerto cercano y visitar Basilea unas horas. Nos hicieron el check in a las 14h. Y nos aconsejaron cómo llegar a Basilea en transporte público (está todo en obras y con el coche era caótico). Nos ofrecieron el desayuno a partir de las 4am, con bastante variedad de cosas. (Dulce, salado, pan, mermeladas, cafés, frutos secos…). No contábamos con poder desayunar, así que fue toda una alegría. Los recepcionistas súper amables, con un montón de consejos sobre horarios, sitios que ver, cómo llegar…etc. Eso sí, nosotros hablamos en francés, no sé si dominan otro idioma. Muy acostumbrados a que la gente se quede en ese hotel para coger un vuelo temprano al día siguiente. Me pareció que tenían servicio de “lanzadera” al aeropuerto, porque había una furgoneta aparcada delante, pero no lo puedo confirmar, porque fuimos en coche propio. Está literalmente a 5’ en coche del parking donde se devuelve el vehículo de alquiler y de ahí a la terminal 3’ andando. Volvería a reservar si volviera al aeropuerto. Habitación pequeña y muy funcional, pero con aire acondicionado, baño con ducha y en nuestro caso cama matrimonial y supletoria. Se oía algo de ruido externo, pero conseguimos dormir sin mucha dificultad. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito.
Nada, para lo que lo queríamos, fue estupendo.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Die Nähe zum Flughafen, französiche Zeite ist sehr kurz, deshalb wird vom Hotel auch ein Shuttle angeboten. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Zu erwähnen ist der frisch gepresste Orangensaft. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Es sollte erwähnt werden dass man von der französischen Seite am Flughafen Basel zum Hotel nur 5 Minuten braucht. Unwissend waren wir auf der schweizer Seite am Flughafen und unser Uber Taxi war zum Hotel bestimmt 15 Minuten unterwegs, wegen Baustellen umfahren usw. Unser Plus war das Uber Taxi. Möchte nicht wissen was die Fahrt ins Hotel mit einem normalen Taxi gekostet hätte. Wir haben im Hotel angerufen und wollten den Hotel-Shuttle-Service zur Abholung nutzen. Hier wurde uns mitgeteilt dass dieser nur für den Transport zum Flughafen in Anspruch genommen werden kann. Auf der Booking-Seite ist aber angegeben Abholung vom Flughafen nach Ankunft und Transport zum Flughafen zum Abflug. Das fanden wir schon komisch. An der Hotelbar wurde kein Alkohol ausgeschenkt, warum auch immer. Hätten am Abend an der Bar gerne noch einen Wein oder ein Bier getrunken.

Pomimo informacji o transferze z lotniska okazało się, że w wybrane dni w różne godziny i na dodatek tylko w jednym kierunku - na lotnisko. Mocno nas to zaskoczyło, bo z powodu transportu lotniskowego wybraliśmy ten obiekt. Musieliśmy brać taxi. Druga rzecz - butelki na mydło i żel pod prysznic były puste :-(. Zaskoczenie już pod prysznicem.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt am Hotel war super. Auch der späte Check-in gegen 22:00 Uhr verlief absolut problemlos und das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Positiv war außerdem, dass eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden war.
Das Frühstück war gemessen am Preis enttäuschend, da Standard-Warmspeisen wie Rührei, Bacon, Würstchen oder Bohnen komplett fehlten und lediglich eine kleine Auswahl an Backwaren, Müsli und Joghurt angeboten wurde. Zudem roch der Teppich auf dem Flur ab dem Aufzug sowie das Zimmer selbst bei der Ankunft unangenehm und abgestanden. Bei geöffneter Tür war es durch den Straßen- und Fluglärm extrem laut; bei geschlossener Tür hielt die Isolierung zwar dicht, allerdings war dann die Klimaanlage störend laut.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Hôtel pris sur le chemin de l'aéroport côté France. Ce n'est pas pile à côté (prendre la voiture reste indispensable sauf si on prend leur navette), mais c'est très proche. Petit déjeuner obligeamment servi bien avant l'heure (un peu avant l'heure normale déjà très très matinale...), sans demander, par la réceptionniste arrivée plus tôt - très apprécié et cela a fait augmenté la note. Pour le reste, hôtel propre, chambres adéquates, petit déjeuner correct, bon rapport q/p pour les visiteurs venant de Suisse si on accepte de prendre l'avion depuis le côté français. Nous étions 5. L'hôtel propose aussi de garder le véhicule sur son parking durant les vacances, un peu moins cher qu'à l'aéroport.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We needed a one-night stay after arriving late by air at BSL into the Swiss sector and then needing to depart Basel by Swiss train mid-morning the next day. There were two IBIS hotels available on the French side of BSL airport - we choose the one at Blotzheim for it's availability. Check-in is until 23:30 hrs - we arrived by taxi from BSL at 23:20 hrs. We were quickly allocated our room and tucked up in bed by midnight - a very efficient reception! Note that you must exit BSL airport from the French sector if you want a taxi to a French-located hotel (taxis don't like crossing international borders). Our room was well-appointed and comfortable. Good WiFi was available. Breakfast was typical "continental" fare with some western (UK/USA) choices - perfectly adequate for a nice start to the day's travelling! The hotel runs a shuttle service to BSL airport (by pre-booking at reception) - but only to the French sector of the airport (if you are travelling onwards via Swiss buses and trains you must cross from the French sector to the Swiss sector within the airport building). The shuttle left on time as requested - perfect, yet again! Useful tip: If departing Basel SSB by train to elsewhere in Switzerland, book your train ticket from Basel (BSL) airport to your final destination and the cost of the Bus 50 to/from Basel SSB will be included in your train ticket - saves buying a bus ticket (5 CHF) at the airport.
All was well.

La ora 9 la micul dejun nu se mai găsea mâncare. Nu mai aveau unt, brânză, croaisante, cafea, etc. La solicitarea mai multor turiști de a realimenta platourile, au răspuns ca le pare foarte rau, dar nu mai au cu ce

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026J'étais déjà venu dans cet hôtel, proche de l'aéroport..j'ai surtout apprécié le calme,le confort et le très bon rapport qualité /prix..et la disponibilité de la personne très sympathique qui m'a conduit,avec la navette,à l'aeroport à 4h du matin..
Pour moi ,tout va bien et je ne trouve rien à améliorer..

A little way from the airport (15€ cab ride from the French exit at the Euroairport on a Friday evening), although bookable free shuttle minibus half hourly back from the hotel to the airport in the morning.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Hotel cerca del aeropuerto con servicio de traslado al mismo a las 5 de mañana. El desayuno se abre a las 4 de la mañana, cosa que agradecimos mucho. Desayuno muy bueno. Habitaciones muy limpias.

Le condizioni della camera che ci è stata data erano pessime: 1. La porta del bagno era difficilmente chiudibile. 2. Il muro era sporco e pieno di segni di qualche liquido 3. L'aria condizionata era inutilizzabile: se messa in funzione perdeva abbondante acqua. Il problema era conosciuto alla struttura visto che avevano messo due secchi a raccogliere l'acqua.

Au niveau du nettoyage des chambres c’était OK, mais les extérieurs de l’hôtel il serait temps de faire un peu de nettoyage au niveau des herbes et nettoyage des vitres. Le rendu quand on arrive n’est pas terrible. de plus je n’ai pas trop aimé la décoration de l’accueil, ça fait trop industrielle garage ce n’est pas trop mon style peut-être que d’autres aimeront

Il manquait les serviettes mais un oubli ça arrive. On nous en a donné de suite. Par contre, breakfast very cheap!!! ☹️ Pas grand chose. Même pas de beurre par exemple. Pourtant on y était dés 8h.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026la proximité de l'aeroport de bâle mulhouse pour un départ en matinée. Le professionalisme et l'accueil de Lisa , qui a tout de suite réagis en nous changeant de chambre de la 205 a la 102. je lui souhaite beaucoup de courage et de reussite dans sa formation. SINON HOTEL A FUIR
J'ai l'habitude de voyager et je privilégie les chaines quand je ne connais pas..... GROSSE ERREUR SUR CE COUP LA.... HOTEL très vieillot, dans son jus. pas dutout au standard d'un IBIS STYLE. meme si la reception est a peu pres convenable, le reste de l'hotel et hors d'age Ascenseur salle et pas très engageant. moquette usee et defraichi dans les couloirs. la première chambre la 205 que j'avais réservé , sentait une forte odeur de transpiration et de rance, alors que le ménage avait a priori été fait...j'ai demandé a changer de chambre ce qui a était fait. (merci encore LISA), j'ai eu la 102. Néanmois, de très gros soucis sur le mobilier, (planche d'OSB a nu brut, meuble bricolé, pommeau de douche ne tenant pas, et surtout des taches sur les murs qui laissent a douter, moquette hors d'age). des porte manteau SDB arraché, j'en passe...... je n'ai pas fait de photo car j'avais d'autres priorité. c'est a peine un niveau de 1 étoile en terme de qualité de chambre et de standing par rapport au prix demandé. le petit dejeuner vraiment très bas de gamme, on a la même chose dans un hotel une étoile.... et encore.... pour le prix c'est limite du vol lit propre , sdb correct mais sans plus. on voit clairement que le standing 3 étoile est du a des accessoire très bricolé bas de gamme, uniquement pour remplir les critères d'evalutation des hoteliers. A fuir absolument !!! C'est le pire hotel que j'ai vu et fréquenté depuis de très nombreuses années.

Hygiene, achterstallig onderhoud. Toen we in de avond de airco aan wilde doen bleek er een emmer onder te staan omdat de airco vreselijk lekte, aangezien het in straaltjes uit de airco liep durfde we het niet aan om de airco tijdens het slapen aan te houden omdat we vermoeden dat de emmer na een uur of 3 al zou overstromen. Er stond een ventilator maar die maakte verschrikkelijk veel lawaai dat slapen met deze aan geen optie was. Omdat we na een lange reis zo enorm moe waren zijn we niet naar de receptie gegaan en zijn we maar gaan slapen in een bloedhete kamer. We hebben vervolgens ons beklag gedaan dat we graag vooraf waren geïnformeerd dat de airco stuk was (gezien de emmer was dit bekend) maar de organisatie had hier geen luisterend oor voor. Dus dit hotel gecanceld voor de terugweg.
