Hotel was erg gehorig. Snachts hoorde we mensen die gemeenschap hadden. Zouden kamer op tuinzicht hebben, daar was alleen een muur. Kamer was erg warm, raam kon maar op een kiertje open.

Very large room even a jacuzzi in corner of room bed was very comfy slept well room was clean .Staff very happy and helpful . Location was perfect for us and was attending a wedding doo 5 minutes drive away. Would stay again breakfast was yummy aswell

Only slight gripe would of loved a small freezer in room and keys to get into room needed a knack in getting door open and locked

I didn’t get the chance to mention there is a fan type noise in bathroom that needs to be switched off or timer reset.

The staff were wonderful, the food was nice and made to order, and the location meant you were practically on the waterfront.

The space where the toilet sits is extremely cramped, which I imagine is difficult for many folk. The front door key also didn't work for me.

The staff are great and the breakfast is excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Our room (top floor) was in need of a good makeover, very tatty and tired. The shower was difficult to adjust between too hot and cold and light in the area of the basin was too poor to shave. We have stayed previously and had rooms in much better condition.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s in a very good position for the purpose of our stay.

We’ve been staying at the hotel once a year, over a period of 4 years and some of the facilities in the room are looking a little tired and some were simply broken - in our room both bedside table lamps were working but the fittings holding the base to the bulb holder were broken.

No hair dryer, heard upstairs shower rumbling, noisey banging doors, bed mattress was awful, dirty, duvet cover ripped, dirty shower screen and seal was hanging off!

The room was pristine, the welcome very friendly. The receptionist was super helpful and always smiling. Bed was comfortable, shower hot and the room was big, not much more I could ask for! The breakfast had everything you needed and served promptly, I enjoyed my stay very much!

The WiFi on the top floor can be a bit temperamental

Broken window handles. Vegetation covering all of the window made it harder to secure (rear of ground floor). There is no way that the owner(s) would not know as the window wasn't secure when we arrived with handles hanging oddly. However, we eventually got one of the two secure and didn't spoil our stay.

This is a nice boutique hotel. My room was nice, although not much of a view but that didn't matter. The hotel is very close to the front. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. It was ideal.

Perfect location, very near to restaurants and the sea front. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The hotel is well situated for walks along the front, with some great restaurants in easy reach. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The breakfast options are great, and the rooms are spacious and clean.

The shower temperature was a little hit and miss, but the bath and jacuzzi were great.

Lack of furniture to put clothes, no fridge in room, kept banging our heads on the slanted ceiling because we were on the top floor. Light switches did not work in tandem - 2 light switches but you could only switch off on the one you switched in on with!

The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Very outdated hotel, mirror hanging off wall, cheap horrible furniture, shower falls off when try and use it. Really not worth the money at all

Position of bedroom wasn't the best. Outside view was a large garden fence and wasn't in direction of sunlight! Without artificial light room was quite dark! Bathroom was very big however shower screen didn't seal so water went everywhere!

Breakfast was lovely and the room reasonably comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Good location for the festival. Young lady at reception and breakfast tried her best to be helpful.

Arrived at 12 (2 hours before check in) to see if we could leave our bags to go to the festival. Door wide open, laundry all over the entrance and no one there despite waiting and ringing for over 10 minutes. Another gent also waiting to speak to someone.Did not feel like returning to be honest. Went back later to be told there was no parking as some permits had run out. It was suggested we take it to one of the car parks. I reminded the young lady that free parking was included and it was not our fault they had allowed permits to run out. I asked if I would be reimbursed for any parking costs and it was then she rang someone. She then produced a piece of paper to put in my car so that if anyone queried my parking, it stated to refer to the hotel. We were shown to our room which was tired but reasonably clean and comfortable. It seems the owners/managers need to be more organised and ensure someone is always there to help

The shower was only just about passable, the pressure was average at best and temperature fluctuated from time to time . However it was not poor enough to put me off using the hotel again.

Follow-up after leaving behind one of our personal items was very poor. After an initial positive response, phone calls were not taken and there was no reply to emails following the first confirmation that the items had been found.

Petit hôtel modeste non loin du front de mer (et du Pier) à la déco un peu atypique (pourquoi ce nom "G" ?) pas mal placé (10 mn si pas trop de circulation) pour reprendre le lendemain le ferry pour la France. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue (pancarte à demander à l'accueil, à mettre derrière le parebrise) Chambre et salle de bain (baignoire) simples, propres. Bon petit-déjeuner buffet (produits industriels) et plat à la demande.

Au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Même si nous n’avons pu occuper une des 5 places de parking comme nous ne restions qu’1 nuit le parking était gratuit jusqu’a 11h (sinon demander un pass à la.accueil). L’hôtesse était adorable à notre arrivée, bonne communication. La douche était très bien et les lits confortables.Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. Les commerces et restaurants sont à 5 mn à pied (par contre nous n’avons pu trouver un restaurant qui servait encore après 21h !).

Spacious bedroom and a good bathroom. Large and comfy bed. Full English breakfast + some fruits and continental foods (breakfast ingredients not the top quality, however, a decent choice, I should not complain). Clean. Yes, I would stay here again. Very close to the beach and the lake. As for summer, very reasonably priced.

The street was a bit noisy till late, however, it was due to people coming back from evening barbeques by the lake.

Breakfast was plenty to choose from, cereals, fruit, toast as well as good selection from the cooked breakfast menu. Room was clean, shower worked well. Overall very pleased with accommodation close to the boating lake. Nice friendly welcome on arrival A plus point is parking on premises, as well as bus stops nearby

The room was very clean and well appointed. I loved the big windows. They were open when we arrived, and we just left them open all night. No bug issues at all. Loved that. The bathroom was small, but functional. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The staff really seemed to go all out, and were very accommodating.

Not a fan of the stairs. Fortunately we could get help lugging bags up the stairs, but a lift would have been great. I didn't remember reading that there wasn't one, but I could have missed it. It was still a great stay.

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal

Bett war durchgelegen und es gab einen schutzauflge auf der Matratze, die dafür gesorgt hat,dass man furchtbar schwitzte. Zum Glück gab es keine 30Grad in der Stadt. Der kleine Stand-Ventilator im Raum hätte das Problem nicht gelöst. Kopfkissen waren Schaumstoff gefüllt und sehr unbequem. Konnten wegen früher Fähre kein Frühstück wahrnehmen, dafür gab es keinen Nachlass. Hatten uns etwas mehr abgerechnet als booking com vorgesehen. Ist meinem Mann aber nicht aufgefallen, weil nicht er gebucht hatte.

Disponibilità di posto auto davanti all' ingresso o di pass per parcheggiare sulla via che è riservata ai residenti. All' accoglienza una ragazza sorridente e cordiale, pronta a fornire informazioni per il soggiorno. Stanza luminosa ma di piccole dimensioni. Disponibile un ventilatore in camera. Colazione in parte a buffet e in parte alla carta. Possibilità di scegliere il piatto di breakfast inglese in due taglie, small e full. Cereali e frutta fresca ma niente yogurt, solo in versione da bere.

Letto scomodo e di piccole dimensioni. Stanza poco areata in giorni purtroppo troppo caldi. Gli odori provenienti dalla cucina per la colazione salivano fino alla stanza al secondo piano senza ascensore. La doccetta perdeva quindi per evitare il rumore l'abbiamo poggiata sul fondo della vasca. Davvero povera la scelta dolce per la colazione, si può migliorare. Segnale wifi molto basso.

The jacuzzi bath was leaking and when water touched the touchscreen buttons it had a funny 5 minute and water was spraying everywhere. Had to use towels to clean up receptionist said leave it till morning. Bath took a very long time to fill up even staff member tried to help. Internet connection was shocking so the roku controller i had to download to use the tv in the room wouldn’t connect. 11:45pm we managed to get it working man on desk helped for a long time he couldn’t do it either. Room was extremely hot(can’t be helped) but so hot was hard to sleep. When we had issues in the late evening the desk was unattended for well over 35 mins. No staff to be found. He helped on his return. Dirty sheets. And very dusty. None stop sneezing.
