Novotel Brussels Centre Midi

It was clean.

The electricity in the room works continuously and there is no way to turn it off. We mentioned this issue to the staff, but unfortunately, nothing was done. We were told that they couldn’t do anything about it. Since we needed to charge our phones, we had to sleep for a few hours with the electricity on. After that, we removed the key card, and there was no electricity in the room.

Location was great for picking up and dropping off a car rental.

Neighborhood not the best. Also there was a systemic problem with the lights in the rooms, so you couldn’t shut the lights off using the switches. Hopefully to be repaired soon

ブリュッセル南駅の目の前で大変便利。観光名所のグランプラスなども徒歩十数分で行けて鉄道を使う必要は全くない。駅前で治安は少し気にしていたが問題なし。日曜日の朝には駅前に朝一が開かれ、イチゴを買って朝食にした。コスパ良し。

部屋がもう少し広ければと思うが2人分のスーツケースを広げることはできるため問題なし。

Perfect location for picking up a rental car. We rebooked because it is so convenient.

The area around the hotel is a transportation hub- not a place to visit.

The hotel was to the normal high standards you would expect with a Novotel. The reception staff were excellent, spoke very good English and helped with local knowledge and how to use the local transport. We didn't eat at the hotel so we cannot comment on this.

The location, whilst being very close to the Eurostar station and therefore easy to get to (remember to check which exit to leave the station otherwise its a long walk) the local area is not the best especially at night. The price of the breakfast and evening drinks seemed steep to us therefore we ate away from the hotel.

L'emplacement était parfait pour mes déplacements. Le personnel était très agréable du début à la fin. La literie est de qualité. La chambre était spacieuse.

Le seule petit bémole c'est une légère odeur de cigarette dans la chambre qui est partie en laissant la fenetre ouverte.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel au Novotel Bruxelles. L’hôtel était très propre et idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare de Bruxelles-Midi et du centre-ville. C’est vraiment l’un des points que j’ai le plus appréciés : l’emplacement est très pratique pour se déplacer et visiter la ville. La chambre était confortable, notamment le lit. J’ai dormi comme un bébé ! Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, avec beaucoup de choix. Pour le prix, la qualité des services est vraiment au rendez-vous. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. J’ai passé un très agréable séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Great location opposite the station- great for early morning train

The bath/shower over top of bath arrangement seemed poorly thought out and made it difficult for me to shower as someone over 6ft tall.

Location was good, close to the main train station. Room was spacious enough. The bed was very comfy, not too soft, which was excellent in my opinion.

It would be better if.. - there's some vanity kits in room - the water fountain in the lobby worked smoothly at all time

Tesis tren istasyonuna çok yakın. Gitmeden önce etrafın tekin olmadığını okudum biraz tedirgin gittim ama. Evsizler kendi halindeydi rahatsız etme gibi bir şey olmadı hiç. Ama tren istasyonunun etrafı gerçekten çok kötü kokuyor.

Odaya girdiğimiz de oda çok havasız klima açılmamış ve sarımsak gibi baharatlı şeyler kokuyordu. Odayı havalandırınca o koku gitti ama ilk girdiğimizde o kokuyı almak kötü oldu.

Had a really good stay here! The staff was friendly and professional, which made check-in and interactions very pleasant. The executive room felt nicely spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The biggest plus is definitely how close it is to Midi train station, which made heading out for day trips to Bruges and Antwerp super seamless. Didn't end up eating breakfast at the hotel since we don't usually eat in the mornings, but location-wise and room-wise, I'd definitely recommend it.

On the downside, while the proximity to the station is convenient for travel, the immediate surrounding area isn't the best. There are groups of homeless people hanging around; it didn't feel particularly safe in the evenings, and we were approached by dodgy guys trying to sell things. It's also a bit far if you want to walk into the main city center. Additionally, the exterior of the hotel doesn't stand out at all—you could easily miss it if you aren't paying attention, which felt a bit disappointing and unsuited for a 4-star property.

Servizio ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista, la mia fidanzata si era fatta male a un piede e alle 00:30 alla reception mi hanno prontamente fornito del ghiaccio e delle bende. Camere pulitissime e posizione perfetta per visitare Brussels in quanto vicina alla stazione Midi Centre. La zona può essere leggermente mal frequentata durante le ore notturne data la ovvia vicinanza alla stazione, tornando tardi a casa con la mia fidanzata non ho mai avuto nessun tipo di problema comunque. Se dovessi passare di nuovo a Brussels sceglierò sicuramente questo Hotel.

We had a nice room that was very comfortable and 2 chairs and a table we could sit at for a drink or snack. Loved the location for tram into city centre.

Tolles Hotel zu fairem Preis, nettes Personal. In der Lobby steht ein Wasseraufbereitungsgerät, man kann jederzeit Wasser mit oder ohne Kohlensäure auffüllen.

Das Badezimmer wies verschiedene Mängel auf, war im Gegenzug zum Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Schade!

Vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e metro e ai tram. Stanza spaziosa, minibar offerto gratuitamente e rimpinguato quotidianamente, distributore di acqua nella hall.

Armadio troppo ristretto. In una stanza da 3 entravano solo i vestiti di 1 persona ( per 6 notti).

The room was comfy and spacious, the staff really helpful and friendly - even got us checked in early when we were just meaning to ask to leave our luggage there before 3pm.

Ein kurzer Zwischenstopp nahe des Bahnhofs. Ein freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang und Einchecken. Das Zimmer wie erwartet. Die Isolierung der Fenster war sehr gut, daher war die belebte Straße überhaupt kein Problem. Sauberkeit und Betten waren in Ordnung.

Warm welcome. The room was excellent and quiet at the rear of the hotel. Breakfast was fine.

No bath mat, which could be dangerous for people of our age.

Our stay was very comfortable with a quiet room and nice facilities.

The room was clean and it had a window that opened.

The wifi was bad, the fridge was broken, the shower rod was broken, the shower head was leaking, the casting system on the TV did not work, and in the morning the room next door was cleaned by someone who was speaking on her phone loudly, which woke me up.
