Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Lokalizacja hotelu dobra pod kątem odległości od dworca, jednak sama okolica jest dość zaniedbana. Pokoje są przestronne, łazienka również. Czyste, komfortowe. Personel był sympatyczny. Ze śniadania nie korzystaliśmy.
Okolica hotelu może być zarówno jego plusem, jak i minusem.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026De ruime kamer en doucheruimte. De kamer is goed verlicht en geluidsarm. Koffie te zetten op de kamer. Een werkende koelkast met een gratis flesje water. Heerlijk ontbijt met ruime keuzes. Ligging hotel dichtbij trein-en metrostation Station-Zuid.
Door werkzaamheden aan de nieuwe metrolijn vlak voor de deur is het uitzicht op de kamer niet zo mooi. De grote jacuzzi bevatte zout water dat nogal in de ogen prikte.

Posizione hotel. Luogo poco sicuro, Tanto degrado e sporcizia. Due notti senza televisione ho fatto presente che il telecomando non funzionava nessuna risoluzione del problema. La reception non è intervenuta. Ho chiesto la sostituzione del telecomando niente.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Stanze pulite e bagno molto grande. Albergo molto bello, colazioni abbondanti, buone e variegate e staff sempre gentile e disponibile.
Da italiano ho avuto difficoltà ad abituarmi al bagno alla Francese e cioè col WC separato in una stanza a se e senza bidet. Ma questo è dovuto alla cultura.

The location is the only saving Grace. The environment had too many outside construction and we were basically in the slump part of Brussels. It did not feel safe at night, so we didn't go out much. The food was the same day in day out scrambled eggs, frankfurters sausage and burnt bacon, only fruits was changed. Some of the receptionist tried to scammed us, sorry only the males were friendly and nice.

The area is going to put some people off. Even though it’s clearly being redeveloped at the moment. That said, its proximity to the station is amazing for travelling to other areas.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Nous avons passé une seule nuit et c'était agréable, le spa inclus était super, surtout avec un jacuzzi ! La chambre avait tout ce qu'il fallait, les lits confortables, pas de bruits, les équipements étaient là et en bon état.
Un parking payant était à disposition qui était assez cher je trouve, 30 euros la nuit.

The location was in the middle of the city with roadworks going on . We took the taxi twice from town and were dropped off some minutes away due to disruption and we had to walk to the hotel. I had high heels on and didn't like it.

Das hotel ist sehr alt. Zimmer sehr klein. Badezimmer viel zu eng und man hat kein Platz um vernünftig auf Toilette gehen zu können. Die klo brille an der Vorderseite geplatzt so das man angst hat sich zu verletzen. In der Badewanne ist die beschichtung abgeplatzt. Und nicht sauber, überall Haare. Der Barkeeper hat die ganze Zeit mit dem Handy gespielt, wodurch niemand sich an die Bar gesetzt hat. Frühstück war sehr minimal. Nur schinken und Käse als Aufschnitt. Eier musste man selber kochen in einer Fritteuse!!! Im frühstücksbereich wurden die Tische gereinigt und alles auf dem Boden gefegt. Einzig das Personal an der Rezeption, die waren sehr freundlich.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Erg dichtbij zuid station en ook dichtbij metro/tram om naar het centrum zelf te gaan. Kamer was lekker ruim en de bedden lagen heerlijk! Personeel bij het ontbijt was heel aardig en bij receptie ook en het ontbijt was echt heel lekker.
Ondanks dat het hotel dicht bij het station is zijn er best veel dakloze mensen die je ook lastig gaan vallen als je de negeert of niks aan ze geeft. In de straat viel het wel mee maar rondom het station was het wel veel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine umfangreiche Auswahl, der Nachschub funktionierte aber nicht. Zudem war das Personal großteils nicht besonders aufmerksam oder freundlich. Dass auf dem Buffet verfaulte Reste von Kräuterpflanten stehen, muss nicht sein, steht aber sinnbildlich dafür, dass sich hier wohl niemand so richtig verantwortlich fühlt oder mit Herz dabei ist.
