Very disappointing experience – Not worth the price Booked this hotel through Expedia for 8–9 August, and unfortunately the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The issues started right from arrival. An upgrade was confirmed as complimentary on Expedia, but it was not provided when I checked in. The room also did not have a minibar, and when I requested one The room itself had multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues: The TV was not working. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I requested room freshener, but nobody came to attend to the request. The toilet faucet was continuously leaking water. The bed linen was torn. The washroom light was flickering. No bathrobe was provided. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency and service from the staff. For a hotel charging this kind of price, I expected basic maintenance, cleanliness, and proper guest service to be a given. Overall, the property felt more like a basic 3-star hotel, rather than the standard I expected based on the price I paid. The experience did not justify the amount spent at all. I would strongly recommend management review the room maintenance, housekeeping standards, and staff responsiveness. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

We liked the location. Room large, very nice and clean. Had a wonderful housekeeping attendant Virendra Kurang. The name is possibly misspelled but we were in rooms 303 and 305. Fabulous folding job on our laundry that we sent out. Very nice variety of breakfast foods. Enjoyed bar area and service there. Appreciated that they exchanged USD to INR at the front desk.

Pool area a little tight with monkeys around and with signs to be careful. Looked to be what appeared to be people that were attending meeting events using the pool as they removed dress pants and white shirts then swam in their underwear then redressed after using the pool area. Should be monitored better and reserved for overnight paying guests only. Restaurant inconsistent. Opened at 630 however by 730 they were still setting up and laying out foods. Not restocking but setting up.Only half had name tags and struggled to pick up empty plates. Intake of AC in room created condensation on the tile floor in bedroom. Could be very wet, slippery and dangerous at times. Needed to use bath towels to help prevent slippage. We were all put off with a manager telling us to rate a 10 out of 10.

This was my first time staying at a Golden Tulip property. Our male housekeeping attendant did an excellent job during our stay but unfortunately I did not get his name (Room 305). The room was spacious and comfortable. The in-house laundry service was the best I have used in all my travels with the folded shirts looking like I just bought them at the store. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. My interactions with the Engineering Staff, the Housekeeping Staff, and the Food & Beverage Staff were both positive and professional during my stay,

Upon checking in as a new guest, I found the room was not properly inspected by Management as I discovered the mini bar refrigerator was broken and there was no inventory or price list for the mini bar contents. Since I was traveling with friends who had another room, I discovered that I was missing a third of the items that should have been in the mini bar. Since I needed a working refrigerator and the missing items could have resulted in invalid charges to my room, I called the Front Desk asking for someone to come to the room to check the refrigerator and the mini bar contents. The Front Desk staff were not responsive to my concerns as it took multiple phone calls and a visit to the front desk before they actually sent anyone to take care of the matter (which involved Engineering replacing the refrigerator and Housekeeping providing the missing food items and the inventory price list). I found the Front Desk staff to be lacking in their desire to understand my concerns and they showed no true interest in actually assisting me during my stay.

The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. One of the most convenient hotels in Lucknow, offering excellent connectivity by both road and metro. Its central location makes it an ideal choice for business as well as leisure travelers. Highly recommended if you're planning a trip to Lucknow!

An exceptional stay at Golden Tulip Lucknow. The housekeeping standards were impeccable, with outstanding cleaning and hygiene. The room comfort was truly relaxing, AC cooling was perfect, and water supply seamless. Flooring and bathroom were spotless, amenities thoughtfully arranged, and the bed extremely comfortable. The food and services elevated the entire experience.

De badkamer kan beter schoongemaakt worden. Niet alleen de wastafel maar ook de wastafel, de vloer van de badkamer, het toilet en toiletbril moeten goed schoongemaakt worden. De vloer in de kamer moet ook goed gedweild worden. Kortom de hygiëne laat nog veel te veel wensen over. Ik zou het management willen adviseren om het schoonmaak personeel beter te trainen. Leg in de badkamer ook een doek klaar voor de vloer en een doek om je handen af te drogen. Ik badkamer was er maar een baddoek.

In addition, the room was not clean, and the air conditioner cooling was very slow. I kindly request that these issues be addressed as soon as possible to ensure a comfortable

Outdated furniture, almost stinks Poor staff, they offer you discounts unlike most good places. Denied invoice even though they could give. They completely miss the orders and had to remind multiple times. It wasn't just with me but most others.

The hotel facilities were good, but the delaed room service,food was not delivered on time, i had to wait much longer then expected even after I called several times and housekeeping assistance was not provided within a reasonable time. Despite raising a complaint, the issue was not resolved quickly, which affected my overall experience. The hotel should focus on improving guest service standards.

I had a good and comfortable experience. The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping ensured cleanliness and hygiene every day. The washroom was neat, the shower worked fine, and towels were fresh. Water was always available. Ayush ensured everything was handled properly throughout the stay. The ambience was pleasant. Maintenance was too poor. Door not opening, toiletries missing, fridge not operational, staff doesn’t co-operate. They simple ignore complaints.

Staff don’t fix the problem even after multiple requests. Kitchen refuses to serve some foods in room.

Totally avoidable. Room locks don’t open… mini fridge doesn’t work… Shower shampoo bottles broken… staff is unresponsive.

Staff ignores you at best. Kitchen attends call at fifth time and denies to serve in room. Room service pathetic. This hotel doesn’t deserve single star rating.
