Chambre et salle de bains propres. Literie et linge de lit parfaits. Excellent wi-fi. Pas de fenêtre mais ce n'est pas vraiment un problème. Dans les standards indiens, un peu cher car à Lucknow où l'offre est plutôt élevée en prix. Eau chaude parfaite. Préférez les chambres au fond et non proches de la rue qui est vraiment bruyante.

Nous étions en moto et il est difficle de se garer près de l'hôtel le long de l'avenue.

Todo! Era limpio, cogedor, con una cama inmensa. El equipo no podía ser más amable. Me guiaron sobre donde ir, qué visitar, me dieron una hoja con un itinerario recomendado por ellos, me indicaron los platos típicos de la zona. La verdad es que de todo mi viaje en India por fin me sentí en mi sitio. Muchas gracias a todos.

Me hubiera encantado que hubiera una zona de restaurante y no tener que usar el servicio de habitaciones.

We stayed in the jotel for 2 nights... Very courteous staff, helpful room attendants and clean room and bathroom... Centrally located, very near to Husainganj metro station and railway junction allowing easy transport.. Excellent food - dinner anf BF both.. Would RECOMMEND the place to any visitor to LUCKNOW

I honestly think that this hotel is one of the absolute best that we've stayed at in this category in India. The whole place was incredibly clean and our room very comfortable. My wife was suffering from some mild illness and it was a great place to recover. The staff were also excellent - very friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to stay again the next time we are in Lucknow.

Душ был просто супер, интернет — отличный, кровать — удобная, а кондиционер работал исправно. С балкона удалось заснять классный таймлапс просыпающегося города. Персонал охотно пошел навстречу, когда мне нужно было где-то переждать время до вечернего поезда. Сам Лакнау — потрясающий город для туриста. Рекомендую.

Я пробыл в отеле слишком мало времени, чтобы мне что-то не понравилось. Все было хорошо.

Basic but really clean and comfy hotel in a great location right next to the metro. Very kind staff who let us check in a few hours early. Excellent shower. Overall great value for money.

the hotel is the best option to stay in a medium budget. its like a European boutique hotel with all facilities available and location is spot on the main road on Hazratganj area. all tourist locations, airport, station are nearby.Rooms, washroom are well maintained & hygenic. Staff is very good. Special mention to staff 'Rishi' , who was well behaved and helpful.

Earlyer check- in would be a benifit

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was the best I have used in India. The hotel is near a metro station but the metro only has one line, so not much use for sightseeing

No window in the room. No hairdryer. No dining area so had to eat breakfast/food in the bedroom. Despite above we enjoyed our stay.

A nice hotel with a comfy bed and good bathroom. The metro is a minute walk away, this is very easy to use and got me on the way to the places I wanted to visit. I also took the metro back to the airport, it was very quick compared with a taxi.

I had the choice of a room on the road side which was busy and noisy, or a room at the back. I chose the back room, it was quiet but it didn't have a window. I stayed 3 nights and really missed having a window.

Location was good. Hotel rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable and very clean. Staff was always polite, respectful and smiling. Food was good. They don't have a resturant but offer room service.

Petit hôtel très proche du métro et de la gare, très pratique. La salle de bain est très bien, tout est propre. Le personnel est très sympathique, toujours prêt à vous aider.

Il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et une ventilation bruyante que je n'ai pas réussi a arrêter dans la salle de bain. Les chambres à l'arrière de l'hôtel semblent plus calmes.

Staff were absolutely fantastic! Really kind and brilliant hosts giving us suggestions and tips of where to visit. The hotel has lovely decor, the room exceptionally clean. Tea, coffee and shower gel nice touch. Food was really good, be aware no restaurant all food served in room - perfect for us.

Had to change rooms because there was a lot of noise on the first night but the staff quickly sorted us out another room and were very accommodating

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, except for the noise of the street. The staff was very friendly, especially Rishi was very nice and helpful.

The room on the first floor was vers loud because of the street noise.

Rooms are really clean and nice.

Es un hotel muy céntrico y agradable, con personal amable. Las habitaciones son estilosas, y en general el hotel tiene su encanto, con sus muebles y armario de madera y suelos brillantes. Tiene cierto aire antiguo sin restarle comodidad. Los baños se ven reformados y la ducha es amplia y con mampara, lo cual se agradece.

Neat and clean

This hotel is clean & has excellent amenities- especially the powerful shower. They also had a good range of food & the staff was very attentive & professional. As a solo woman traveler keen to find a safe environment & this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’ll be booking here again!

One of the cleanest hotels in India

Good clean room and bathroom .

No restaurant and although room service was available I don't like eating in my room. The wifi system was very annoying (a code that I ly lasts 24hrs). This is the only hotel in India where I have had this. It's a waste of staff and guest time. It should just be open and have one password for the entire stay

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, right from the moment I landed in Lucknow (even before I had checked in). The check-in process was smooth, the washrooms sparkling clean, the rooms tastefully designed, and the location was right in the heart of the city.

Akash and the staff delivered great hospitality. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and centrally located. The room layout was very comfortable and spacious. We stayed in a balcony room. Highly recommend it to other travelers. Very helpful staff and gave us great recommendations. Use Uber auto to get anywhere in the city. Allocate 3-4 days for Lucknow. It is a beautiful city with heritage sights, many parks, delicious food and great shopping for Lucknowi Chikan.

The hotel is clean, tidy, well looked after and is comfortable. Beds are comfortable, shower is excellent, food is delicious, staff friendly and helpful, location is good, good restaurants across road, easy to get to attractions. Train was late and staff sent me menu to order from so we could eat on arrival, which was much appreciated.

No restaurant to dine at, in room dining only, but the food is very good; traffic after 4pm is very busy to order Uber.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel, direkt gegenüber einer U-Bahn Station. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Freundliches Personal! Ich kann den Aufenthalt im Hotel Ganga Maiya sehr empfehlen.

Offensichtlich werden die Zimmer nur sauber gemacht, frische Handtücher etc. , wenn man darum bittet. Das ist garnicht schlimm, man muss es nur wissen.
