Intercity Shenzhen Futian Huanggang

Camere molto bella e pulita, doccia molto grande. Colazione ottima, con un buffet fornitissimo.

We loved everything! Nothing to complain about. Big, clean and tidy rooms. Very friendly staff. Literally on top of a metro so very easy to get around yet so many food options nearby also. Just note that the location is incorrect on Google Maps. It's the Asta Hotel on Google Maps on Fumin Road.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location is good with local street food surrounding. The issue here is the smoking smell in the room & corridor area. Beside, the individual gym room is very impress and value add for the hotel facilities. But, very disappointed that the control panel keep switch to heater / turn off instead of aircon condition. So, didn't enjoy the facilities.

The air condition in whole building, such as lobby, restaurant, gym room & washing machine room. Additional, can't enjoy local apps (IQiyi) drama. Need to make payment which is free few episode.

Location and room

The gym facilities could be more available

Esperienza assolutamente positiva, tornerò sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Location was good. Train station nearby. walk to restuarants. clean room and free minibar

lack of English speaking staff. Carpet in walkway is old.

Very good location. Very frendly and helpful personal.

Nothing

Staff were exceptional and the rooms were very large for the low price. Staff would do anything they could to accommodate our requests. We had a 3yo and on our last day we couldn't make breakfast in time. Staff gave us takeaway boxes to fill up with food for our next journey.

There were no negatives to our stay at this location.

Nada, tudo perfeito.

Great location surrounded by restaurants and easy access to metro station.

Breakfast in not oriented for European people. Nobody speaks any English language

The payment for the booking was released from my card (once) and from the account of my colleague. I sent request to the hotel. they promised to reply after golden week, but they still keep silence in spite of my regular reminders. I also send a claim to booking.com, but just receiving automatic replies that somebody will contact me in 24 hours. Hope this message will be visible by somebody who will help to solve this problem.

Amazing hospitality, very quiet rooms, great room service. Location is fantastic. Reception employees did their best to accommodate my needs and requests. I will stay here again 100%.

Everything was great

Location. Free laundromat. Breakfast was 6/10 need more option.

Escalator long waiting time and rather funny. Robots cause congestion sometime. Gym can do with more equipment than just thread mills. Rooms rather small. Not exactly value for money

The laundry for free

Excellent facilities and extremely polite staff.

All channels on the TV were in Chinese: non in English. That's however forgiven given the many positives.

Location is excellent modern and clean

Wifi is terrible, we have to use our own data roaming to check emails.

Good location, close to subway

Clean and location

Carpeting was a little old

Clean is room.. everything is well organized…

Wifi is soooooo bad!!!!! Like crazy bad!!!! They say that in order for it to work i should have a chinese number.. like how is that even connected??? I am not sure how it works in China but all I know is that wi-fi doesnt really have to be connected whether you have a chinese number or not… Everything is exceptional but Wifi is sooo bad you just want to leave the hotel..

Clean and central. Quite modern.

Check in was a challenge. They required me to pay again. Finally established that original payment by card was simply a guarantee and that as I checked out in the morning the charge would be reversed. Manager offered me a complimentary breakfast as an apology.

Everything was perfect! Spacious room, very willing to help stuff, excellent locaton!

Modern hotel, good location, great facilities. 100% satisfaction. Highly recommend

Please adjust the location of the hotel! We spent an hour going to the wrong place!

Loved everything

New, clean, comfortable, modern. Great service. Convenient location.
