La habitación reservada, ya de por si era grande, pero me la cambiaron al mismo precio por un duplex de dos alturas con cocina en el piso 32 . El hotel está situado en Futian, una de las zonas más céntricas para poder llegar los puntos más relevantes de la ciudad. La estación de metro de Shixia, que es la más cercana y la mejor conexión para poder ver le resto de Shenzhen, se encuientra a poco más de 10 min andando. Muy buena experiencia. Sin duda repetiría.

Detto questo il piano superiore è fantastico. Molto comodo e con una bellissima vista ,proprio di fronte al palazzo più alto della città !! C’è addirittura un piccolo set per il tè!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The split-level apartment was lovely and felt like a place you could live comfortably in for a long time. Everything was clean and well maintained. The furnishings all looked new and the decor was elegant.
The location was within walking distance to the shopping malls, but we had to use an underpass to cross the highway and be careful of moped users. It was more convenient to catch an online cab-hail back to the hotel, though the cab driver had to go around a longer way as there is a one-way road system. Still, the cab fare was very affordable and we could take our time getting in and out of the cab as the road at the hotel entrance is not busy.

One of the beds actually had a light dent in the matras. Would have been great if that got replaced. Also, sometimes the washer (clothes) didnt finish the full washing cycle. Not sure what caused this as sometimes it worked, yet others it wouldnt eventhough the same menu was chosen. We did not bother asking the staff though.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Удачное расположение-рядом с башней Финансового центра. Хорошие завтраки. Полностью оборудованный бытовой техникой номер. Имеется даже индукционная плита наряду с газовой. Два туалета и две душевых. Квалифицированный и приветливый персонал. Очень чисто.
Отсутствуют столовые приборы. Нет обеденного стола, только журнальный. Отсутствует посуда для приготовления на газовой плите. Мы провели в этом номере две ночи. Больше не надо.

The apartment would be even more convenient if it included a 2-in-1 washer and dryer, especially for longer stays. The air conditioning on the ground floor was also not cooling effectively. Other than these minor points, everything else was excellent.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026The staff was absolutely amazing, as was the location. Those are 10/10 The place was clean (with the exception of the bathtub) and serviced daily, and the beds were comfortable and clean as well.
The budget went to appearance not functionality, quality, nor upgrades. Several items were broken upon arrival and others broke down during our stay. The staff swapped them out promptly and the staff was beyond fantastic, but the appliances were below par and highly aged. The equipment in the gym worked, though several machines were partially broken (such as part of a pedal on the ellipticals and handles on pulling exercises) and a throwback to the early 2000s make and model wise.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026The view towards CBD was outstanding! The apartment was built on 2 floors. On the bottom we had the living room with a small kitchenette while on the top we had the bedroom and the toilet. The apartment lies in a 30 floors building across the road from the CBD. The whole building seems to be either hotel or rental apartments, they have a reception and a restaurant at the ground floor. To get there on foot from the CBD you have to cross the busy Binhe Boulevard through the underground tunnel near Mintian Road, then walk right until the end of the tall building, where the entrance actually is. We used the metro station Shopping Park for visiting the city, it is 15 minutes by foot from the hotel.
It was a bit noisy on the room nearby, we could hear the water in the shower pretty loud.
