We got the last room in the row when we first arrived. It smells a bit damp, just like it was unhabitable for a quite long time. The toilet was also broken. After a whole day black out (no electricity nor running water), a lot of other guests were checked out. Fortunately, it brought good news for us. They moved us to room number 2 (in front of the pool), which have better view and no more damp smells. The a la carte breakfast was delicious, which you can choose via whatsapp. Location is good, it's near some supermarkets (Alfamart, Indomart, Pepito), laundry. and restaurants.

Our first room smells damp. But we were moved to other room so it's good.

The pool is closed for maintenance for 3 months. It was a shame to not know this prior to booking. One of the beach front resorts offers use of the pool with know minimum spend which was a good alternative!

I do not recommend this hotel at all, swimming pool was full of algae, really full to the extent that they have decided to close the swimming pool after our complaint. Hot Shower was not functioning in our rooms and the back door to the pool was impossible to close. A random person could just access the room via the back door

I did not like anything, the worst is the management in Jakarta that failed to provide a Commercial gesture for the their shortcomings. The hotel is outdated

Haven't had the breakfast option. This is a surprisingly quiet hotel with a large open space providing a buffer between the road traffic and the rooms. It is my go to hotel for stays in the Nusa Dua area, close to the BIMC Hospital .

No cleaning supplies.

The staff were excellent, great service.

The property is tired and needs some attention. The pool needs a thorough clean (the pool walls were green).

we stayed in a lovely villa (Soka), 2 bedrooms, living room with good air conditioning & separate toilet. shower & Jacuzzi bath were outside next to small kitchen with outdoor seating area by plunge pool. there was a 30 metre pool which we could use just by the hotel rooms

The pool was out of action for a day or so while they cleaned it & put chlorine in - the staff were very apologetic & gave us a nice bottle of wine- we went to beach that day ( 75k in a grab - just over £3)

We have been coming many times , usually three times a year

The pool wasnt clean , I emailed a week prior and unfortunately the pool wasn’t up to standard so we decided not to swim A real let down

Lovely friendly staff, convenient location in Nusa Dua. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes walk to restaurants and supermarket. Set back off the main road the rooms and pool are quiet and felt safe and clean.

Nothing to dislike. The rooms felt slightly dated but were clean and everything worked.

Perfect, loves the stay and the treatment from the staff! It was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Not particularly something that I didn't like, but the frogs and insects might freak some people out.

We stayed in the Wangsa villas for 5 nights over new years. The villa was clean and spacious and well maintained with our own private pool. The staff were so friendly and accomodating and were quick to respond to any queries. They couldn’t do enough for us. There was 24/7 security on the gates who were also very friendly and made us feel very secure. The location was great only 5 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute drive to a shopping area with restaurants. If you are looking for your own private villa with affordable prices I would highly recommend.

Villa is big and clean, get room service every day , good for family or groups

L'emplacement est proche de la plage, de magasins d'alimentation, de centres de massage et de petits restaurants agréables. La villa privée avec piscine est très belle, bien décorée et au calme. On peut aussi profiter de la grande piscine de la partie hôtel.

Il faudrait ajouter des rideaux opaques pour la nuit, un étendage pour les serviettes et maillots. Le personnel n'était pas en mesure de proposer des excursions ou de réserver un taxi.

The Hotel rooms are lovely. Clean and fresh. Close walking distance to everything. Nice and very quiet with guarded security. Very helpful staff. However, the website is hard to navigate as we thought we booked a Villa. We got 2 hotel rooms so my daughter was separated from us.Therefore we only stayed a few days of our booking as we were disappointed and there were no other villas available there during our stay. We will be more careful and confirm exactly what is booked next time.

The villa itself is stunning, it's huge, the pool is massive the rooms are massive, the beds are incredibly comfy, there's plenty of storage and its in a great location....but

The fixtures are really outdated. Taps are coming loose, bath plugs won't come out, shower heads spray everywhere but down, kitchen units are old and to be honest have nothing in them. No pans, only 1 cutting knife, a frying pan, a sieve and a chopping board...that's it. We weren't provided with hand towels, until we asked..the villa smelt damp, management had placed moisture traps in but they did nothing. The villa has an indoor pond? Which was dirty and probably contributed to the damp smell. A stupidly large lamp hangs above the dining table (again rusty due to the damp) obscuring the TV if you want to stay in. The complex isn't eco friendly and gives out plastic water bottles, no option to refill from water dispensers. Its a shame as Bali already has really bad problem with plastic waste. And finally security men, why there's so many of them god only knows. We had issues with them ringing our villa doorbell at 5.30 am on a few occasions, told management and it stopped. ..probably were bored.

Great location with lots in walking distance. The 3 bedroom villa had a lot of space and lovely grounds, as well as really good sized pool. Facilities were a little tired however it was priced very fairly. We got laundry done and they did a fantastic job for an excellent price. Very friendly staff everywhere, and we enjoyed our stay

It’s off the street, so from the villa you hear less noises // The personal was very friendly quick in response and helpful

The WiFi was weak and off quite a lot of times // the kitchen equipment was not enough to cook anything and make use of the kitchen // The furniture was not in the newest shape e.g the door to the kitchen and living space was hard to open/close // the cleanliness of the floor, table, sofa was not on the highest level so we didn’t let our baby sit on the floor.

Very responsive staff. So many lovely security guards, I felt very safe as a solo traveller. Very spacious rooms with direct access to the enormous swimming pool from the ground floor. It's is situated on a huge block but feels so private. Perfect for recovering from surgery at the nearby BIMC Hospital. Extended my stay as I loved it so much.

Bedding not exactly spotless but no biggie considering they can't use the same environmentally brutal products we use in Australia. Would be nice to have TV's upgraded to digital, given this hotel caters to a lot of recovering outpatients who cannot go outside for some time.

The villa we stayed in was stunning.. the location was very good close to local shops and restaurants.. we had some good fun in the pool and hot tub.. the staff went above and beyond to help us..

The stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom were not suitable for young children.. we were told about that prior to arriving but there was nothing we can do about it since it is part of the design..

Habitación increíble y muy amplia. El wifi y el aire acondicionado funcionan perfectamente. Vigilancia 24 horas y parking para dejar la moto fácil. Piscina grande y muy limpia. Tiene una neverita que viene bien. Personal muy amable. El baño muy top y la terraza. Cerca de varios supermercados para comprar lo que haga falta. Hay que dejar un depósito de 100k ( moneda de indonesia) por la llave de la habitación que cuando realizas el check out te lo devuelven sin problemas.

Sinceramente no tengo nada malo que decir.

Своего пляжа нет, купались на каком-то при отеле. Пляж хороший, песок, но море мелкое и далеко мелкое и все заросшее травой, купаться невозможно. Даже на пляже Holiday Inn на воде небольшая огороженная территория для купания, где максимум глубина по грудь и тоже трава встречается. В других местах сплошная трава. Далеко заплыть не получится - гоняют катера. В этой части местности - только загорать или в бассейне. Купаться в океане лучше на других пляжах, в западной части полуострова.

Location is great, everything is within walking distance. Our room was beautiful and very spacious, huge bathroom with amazing shower and very clean. Staff are very friendly and nothing is a problem.

The private pool and the big pool are nice. Having AC in the bedrooms and kitchen/living room area were perfect.

The room doors do not close well so we had some flying insects inside the rooms. Overall the property could use a refresher.

Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom villa- the master bedroom is huge- great large pool with long hotel lap pool outside the door- staff were wonderful - lots of cafes and mini markets walking distance

The front door and gate were so heavy they couldn’t be Locke the pool was very difficult to get in and out of for any aged person- the pool in the hotel has ladders and stairs

The villa we stayed in was great. 2 bedrooms, one level. We also had a hotel room & that was a good size with a nice Lounge & good sized bathroom,

No breakfast served there & no toaster in the villa to make your own.

Highly recommend the villa. Clean spacious. Beautiful. Location is near the beach, restaurants and other amenities like spa. Safe. Have 24 hours security. Clean. Courteous staff.

Villaen er slitt og gammel, ikke slik som på bildene. Det er mugg på veggene og sterk kjemisk lukt som ikke er mulig å fjerne. Det er satt ut masse airfreshener for å dekke over dårlig lukt. Hårføner fungerer ikke, dørene er vanskelige å låse. Flere firfisler innendørs da det er sprekk i dører. Noen form for dyreavføring på soverommet. Man får ikke det man betaler for.

An amazing and very comfortable villa with a pool and very well maintained facilities. The location is great, very safe and the staff were attentive to all of our needs. Highly recommended.

The kitchen was not fully equiped, missing many essential items for cooking and general cleaning.

Quiet location away from the busy road. Staff are amazingly kind. 100% family friendly. Pool nice size. Kids could wander around from villa to villa because it was safe enough to do that. Huge villas!!

No restaurant on site. Doors of the villas don’t shut tight and have gaps where lizards and spiders and mosquitoes fit through during the night which freaked my kids out. The spa bath outside was dirty so we didn’t use it…. Still a good experience to stay there.

The Villa has a great location surrounded by many eating places sports bars and spas. It is very secure with security guards. Lovely pools. Our Villa was very big and comfortable. Easy to get around everything was close.

Beds were quite hard but still comfortable enough. The staff were nice but rang the doorbell twice extremely late at night to put chlorine in the pool.

يعيبه وجود بعض الحشرات الزواحف يحتاج رش مبيدات اكثر و تغيير بعض خشب الارضيات او تجديده لتهالكه - ايضا فتحات الابواب واسعه للشرفة و يتسبب بدخول السحلية
