Some things from facilities were old that hardly working in Villa , no gym

wunderschöne, gepflegten Anlage mit großzügige Villen.

Wir haben mittags und abends im Hotel gegessen und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Pizza wirkte wie TK-Ware. Das Frühstück war hingegen in Ordnung. Für ein solch gehobenes Hotel ist das Essen jedoch nicht ausreichend – daher leider nur 3/10.

Geräumige Villen mit eigenen Pool, tägliches auffrischen der minibar Tolle Küche, sehr gute Cocktails und nützliche Extras von Hotel, die inkludiert sind (hoteleigenes Taxi in die Stadt)

Der Strand ist an manchen Tagen leider sehr dreckig mit Plastik, wird aber weggeräumt.

Ein absolutes top Resort mit unfassbar netten Mitarbeitern. Hier stimmt einfach alles! Villa, Pool, Frühstück, Abendessen. Die Küche ist auf sehr hohem Niveau, aber zum günstigen Preis. Das Resort ist direkt am Strand. Wir fahren wieder hin! Perfekte wahl.

Magnifique hotel avec peu de chambre On se sent privilégié La piscine est magnifique et on peu manger au bord de la mer Promenade au bord de la plage possible La chambre est incroyable et la piscine privée géante, le remplissage du bar dans la chambre est très sympa

Dommage le petit déjeuner n'était pas compris Les restaurants à l'intérieur proposaient étaient chers et pas exceptionnelle alors que tout est bon partout A l'extérieur pas très beau

Ich glaube das war das beste Hotel in dem ich je war. Wir hatten die Royal Villa gebucht. Ein riesengroßer Pool, direkt am Strand mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr gutes Essen, wirklich sehr gutes Essen! Wir hatten dieses Hotel als Abschluss unseres Bali Trips gebucht, wir haben das Hotel erst wieder verlassen als wir aus-checken mussten. Weil man da alles hat! Wer einfach nur entspannen will ist hier genau richtig.

Der Abschnitt im Meer könnte ein bisschen größer sein bzw. Besser aufgeräumt vom Seegras

Beautiful property, only 20 villas so lovely and quiet. Staff are exceptional. Gardners, Room cleaners, wait staff, reception staff - all make an effort to say hi with a smile and learn tour preferences. Excellent location away from the hordes of tourists in other areas of Bali but still only 30-45 mins away if you want to experience Kuta, Seminyak etc for a day. Loved the private pool - Tip: go for one of the normal pool bungalows if you’re wanting privacy, rather than splashing out on one of the beach front ones where the pool and deck areas are in full view of the public path.

General wear and tear but nothing too major, the rooms are serviced twice a day (breakfast and dinner times) so they’re kept very clean. Brighter lighting options in the room would be great (bathroom mirror & bedside lamp area)

The Royal Santrian to absolutna klasa sama w sobie! Od pierwszego do ostatniego momentu czuliśmy się tu niesamowicie zaopiekowani – personel jest niezwykle serdeczny, profesjonalny i zawsze pomocny. ​Masaż w hotelowym spa był po prostu rewelacyjny, przyniósł głęboki relaks i cudowne odprężenie. Jednak osobnym wyróżnieniem muszą być śniadania – po prostu absolutna poezja! Wyśmienite, dopracowane w każdym detalu i serwowane w przepięknej oprawie. To smak i jakość, których nie zapomnę do końca życia. Cały obiekt zachwyca pięknym otoczeniem, spokojem i dbałością o każdy szczegół. Gorąco polecam wszystkim szukającym luksusu i niezapomnianych wrażeń na Bali!

Beach couches …. Security didn’t know why but despite being in the only shade , they were unavailable. Beach bar. Very basic, unattractive and unstaffed. Very disappointed.

Excellent villas. Rooms were spacious and private, common areas elegantly designed and well maintained. Staff were amazing, they were helpful, friendly and attentive. Outstanding!

Wow what a great hotel. The staff are fantastic they go to trouble of finding out about you and remember your name and what your dislikes and likes are regarding food. The hotel is beautiful total luxury we had our own private pool, the rooms are serviced twice a day and butler service nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is superb as much as you want and the afternoon tea is a delight. The area is I think typical Bali but a few good restaurants on the main road and a lovely beach walk on the front. Do not hesitate to book this hotel you will not be disappointed. My only criticism would be the Spa area it is just one of the rooms, they offer a bath and this is just the ordinary bath ( single) and when you are having the couples treatment it’s not really suitable. The treatments are expensive and plenty of other places to go near by half the price and better facilities

Well maintained and staff exceptionally friendly. The Royal Villas are fantastic with sea views.

Some villas are ongoing refurbishment work so there is some noise pollution.

Great villas, we'll finished with excellent on site restaurant, in or outside, or on the beach. . Free car to other local restaurants if you want them. All staff can't do enough for you. High standard of service.

افضل منتجع تم السكن فيه في بالي على البحر من جميع النواحي مقارنة بتجارب في منتجعات اخرى افضل اطلالة افضل طاقم افضل خدمة افضل حجم وفخامة فيلا تم اعطائي فيلا كبيرة مع مسبح واطلالة على المسبح العام الافطار والعشاء لذيذ جدا وراقي ومتنوع تم اخبارهم بوجود مناسبات خاصة خلال فترة السكن وتم تجهيز الفيلا واستقبال للمناسبات في الفيلا وفي المطعم المرافق مريحة وحديثة لا يوجد حشرات يوجد خدمات مجاني سيكل للتنزه وكياكي للبحر انصح بالسكن في هذا المنتجع والاستجمام والاستمتاع بالمكان

The one improvement I can suggest is to add extra lights in the bathroom near the mirrors.

All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they can’t do enough for you. The gardens are really well maintained and the hotel setting is beautiful. The daily afternoon tea was a treat.

Our villa (203) needs a refurbishment, it’s very dated. The decking around the pool was particularly scruffy with loose, rotting boards. Tiles are missing and cracked in the pool and the mattress is lumpy. The beach was a big disappointment as it was littered with plastic and it seemed there was little being done by the hotel to clear it. It needed to be done every day

The team at Santrian were first class all the way.

They didn't serve pork and pork bacon which meant that the breakfast offering wasn't up to par compared to competitors.

Everything was seamless from the moment we were collected from our ship till we were transported to the airport at the end of our stay

Nu pot spune asta insa pentru gusturile noastre, a fost prea multa liniste!

The rooms were spacious, modern well maintained , Staff were helpful, attentive & friendly, always available to meet all our needs. Location was perfect, right on the beach, pool & gardens stunning well maintained. Restaurant & food options were excellent.

Bequemere Liegen am Strand

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse på The Royal Santrian i Bali – ett hotell som överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Redan vid ankomsten möttes vi av enastående juldekorationer som var både otroligt vackra, kreativa och smakfulla. Det märktes att hotellet lagt ner stor omsorg på detaljerna; dekorationerna skapade en varm och elegant julstämning som verkligen gjorde vistelsen extra minnesvärd. Rummen var magnifika – rymliga, stilfulla och med en känsla av lyx rakt igenom. Den privata miljön gav total avkoppling. Poolen var fantastisk, perfekt tempererad och med en underbar omgivning som gjorde att man gärna stannade där hela dagen. Personalen förtjänar ett särskilt omnämnande: underbar, uppmärksam och genuint vänlig. Servicen höll absolut toppklass från början till slut. Även restaurangen imponerade stort. Både vid frukost och middag var dekorationerna mycket fina och harmoniska, vilket skapade en exklusiv och trivsam atmosfär. Maten och presentationen höll samma höga nivå som resten av hotellet. Sammanfattningsvis: allt var topp, topp. Royal Santrian är ett hotell som kombinerar lyx, värme och estetik på ett föredömligt sätt. Ett ställe vi mer än gärna återvänder till.

The staff, service and facilities were excellent. We stayed 4 nights and the furthest we ventured was the small supermarket 20 metres away

Reception met us out at the front as our driver arrived to greet us and perform a Bali welcome ceremony and blessing …totally amazing. Wonderful people, excellent food, gracious service. Staff was very attentive ….eager to make our stay special.

Everything! The rooms were very well appointed and the mini bar was great, just the right amount of variety. The resturant was excellent, we had something different every day and everything we had was exceptional. The staff all through the property were extremely helpful and very accommodating. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Eine wunderschöne grosszügig gestaltete und ruhige Anlage mit tollen Villen und überaus freundlichen Personal - von den Mitarbeitenden am Empfang bis hin zum Gärtner. Wir haben uns rundum nur wohl gefühlt.

Konumu gayet güzel kahvaltısı lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Personel özelikle resepsiyonda bulunan sürekli ismimizle hitap ettiler ki bu çok profesyonel bir haraket. Odaların büyüklüğü oldukça güzel her türlü şey düşünülmüştü. Belki böyle bir tesisin odaya sadece dyson saç kurutma makinası koymalarını tavsiye edebilirim. Plajda yürümek ve diğer otelleri görmek de harika. Genel olarak balayı için bu oteli seçtiğimiz için mutluyum. Balayı için çok tatlı şeyler hazırlamışlardı.

Havuzlarin daha iyi temizlenmesi gerekiyor. Havuzun dip temizliğinin daha iyi yapılması gerekiyor çünkü havuzda saç ve tozlar vardı.

The room was huge, featuring a private pool and an outdoor shower, which made for a truly relaxing stay. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the evening views of the beach were absolutely stunning. This hotel is perfect for families or couples looking to enjoy some quality time together. Highly recommended for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

The bathroom faucet had some stains, possibly due to the age of the infrastructure.

This hotel is exceptional with lovely design touches, warm staff and great food.

It is expensive, tranquil and exclusive. Difficult to find anything wrong.

The breakfast

If you are a 5-star traveler you may find this resort a bit lackluster in service. The villa is beautiful, staff is pleasant but they lack the details that make chains like the Four Seasons, magical. For example, we went to the beach and there were no attendants. We had to look for one to help us get towels, an umbrella, drinks, etc. They also say no way too much (but with a smile so they get bonus points for that. ). The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that I woke up with a crick in my neck and back pain. It's not bad if you've never been to other top 5-star resorts.

Das Hotel war das beste, in welchem wir bisher waren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sogar zum Frühstück gerufen, als wir fast verschlafen haben. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam und lieb. Die Villa war einfach traumhaft. Die Tücher wurden 2 mal pro Tag gewechselt und die Villa 1 mal pro Tag geputzt. Das Frühstück konnte man auch in die Villa liefern lassen. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals kommen.

Mein Mann fand das Bett unbequem, ich aber nicht. ☺️

Hotel jedyny w swoim rodzaju, cisza, spokój, atmosfera sprzyjająca wypoczynkowi, obsługa hotelowa pomocna i miła. Willa bardzo urokliwa spełniła nasze oczekiwania 10/10. Śniadania smaczne, super wakacje.
