Radisson Golf Resort Pahalgam

Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was also very good. Room sizes were small, bigger room would have certainly added to value for money quotient.

Rooms and bathrooms need urgent renovation work. When we complained to the staff, we were told that Raddison took over the property recently and it will go under renovation soon. But the amount they are charging right now is not at justified. Everything in the old is old and theres a peculiar smell.

We booked 3 months ahead and inspite of the fact it already had a bad review about WiFi. I calked specially to check Wi-Fi connections and was told Wi-Fi have improved .That was completely misleading.. should have relied on the reviews than the hotel, Radisson is a brand and we actually pay for the brand, but neither the rooms met the expectation s. Too cramped room , just enough enough space for a bed and a luggage . We were provided a room with balcony ( where monkeys kept coming and a stick was provided to us… understandable they csnt control movements of monkey but basic net can be used , else why provide a room with balcony where monkeys roam about. Secondly the tap of the bathroom room basin 625 was broken. Again not expected from Radisson First we were provided a room with a TV whose position was in such a place where the bed was on left side of the TV and the sofa on the back side. When I calked up reception after check in , I told that the Tv position wasn’t not correct .. and csnt be enjoyed ftom bed , sofa on tge other side. They found it funny anyway they changed us to a room where 5/6 monkeys were sitting at the balcony and the balcony couldn’t be opened

Tired property, need of TLC. Dirty room corridors, carpets filthy. Monkeys able to enter building, we had a few trying to come into our room. Gym very poor, also lack of female staff noticeable by there absence. Over priced, TV in room not working, on last day they got it to work. Over priced.

The property is extremely overpriced and lacks maintenance. The rooms including washrooms are dated and lack cleanliness, lot of basic amenities expected in a 4/5 star hotel such as kids playing area, games rooms are not available/ functional. Even the Golf course was not operational. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Everyone was super helpful- from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the gardeners. We really enjoyed our stay!

Picturesque location. The hospitality of the staff deserves a special mention. A big shout-out to Mr. Zahid Fayaz, dealing with Front Desk who was extremely helpful and very caring. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. A 10/10 destination in Pahalgam

Everything was good.

I loved the surroundings and the comfort

Good. The breakfast spread was decent. South Indian food was of the highest quality. Loved the masala dosa and Poha. Deli items were dry and certainly not fresh. Lacked that excitement. On request, the staff were kind enough to prepare 'Kashmiri Noon Chai' on the house. That was sweet of them. The staff makes up for many things not up to mark.

It was -8 when we were around. It was our first day and the heating system broke down. They quickly brought a portable heater. That stopped working at 2 am. So, the night went down cold and uncomfortable. They fixed the issue the next day. Bonfire was at a good spot. But was taken over by a couple who kept playing HoneySingh and other party songs in property owned large Blootooth music system, loudly. We and others were so put off that we went back to our room.

Good location with mountain view. Nice property with proper placement and ample outdoor seating. Good food. Chef Farqoo and Adil served nice meals. Their Mysore Dosa, Tandoori roti, Tandoori aloo where super. Food managers Ruf, ubaid and entire staff was good.

While everything was good, the best about Radisson Pahalgam is it's people! Staff were very friendly, accessible, polite, and helpful. I truly recommend Radisson Pahalgam for a memorable stay at Pahalgam.

For two days I kept complaining that the air conditioning was not working properly and the room was too warm . Could not sleep comfortably because of it for 2 days - finally after I complained the third time they got it set right and on the third day we could sleep comfortably

No bakery item was available, there was a counter, we have been told that items in display counter are expired and fresh baked will be served. But no pastry or any other bakery item was served and excuses were made, we had a 2 night stay from 20-22 june. Not out of place to mention that we paid Rs. 30K for a night for a room and only with expectations that everyone has from Radisson. I personaly feel that it was not worth staying there.

Youd expect shampoo, soap, slipper, dental kits but nope we had to order on multiple batches…we were told dinner is complimentary then got charged after using the buffet … theyll try and charge you for the smallest things like the recreation room

Rooms are not even 3 star quality and they are charging 5 star prices. Absolutely disgraceful. Plus my wife's stomach got upset which many other Google reviews also say. Please avoid this place. If I wish to stay in 2 star hotel at least I will pay 2 star prices and know in advance that what is the room quality I can expect.

The location and ambience especially the staff led by Suhaib who was an excellent host and extremely helpful!! Our best experience and stay so far in any resort around the world! Highly recommended for anyone!

House keeping needs to improve on consistency of supplies as per customer needs. Cleanliness was bit compromised as days passed.

The location, though a little high up and in the forest,but that had a huge menace for monkeys.the entire charm of living high up is worsened.u cannot eat or walk leisurely outside.the rooms had no ventilation. Not a single blower even in the bathrooms.the water for toilet was extremely cold. The AC service was not operational unless some other room person agreed to keep their room in ur requested mode, the master control of the entire unit was located in a single room,very strange and bad decision for a unit like Radisson. No fire place in the room,though it is advertised that every room has a fire place. Menu service shd be displayed in the rooms. Not at all worthwhile of the amount being charged,primarily because of logistic and maintenance fallout.

Amazing hospitality and facilities. One of the most trusted properties with serene views and warm people. Special thanks to staff Umaid from the restaurant for serving us well.

* Property is near Golf course, away from the town and up the mountain so very quiet. * The restaurant staff is very attentive and nice and tried to accommodate our request for now spice/low spice food as much as possible. * Complementary water bottles in rooms and restaurant.

* The room and bathroom are very small. * While restaurant staff was excellent, front desk and management could be more cordial and friendly, * There was no toilet paper in the room, we had to request from front desk and were provided only one roll and no spare roll. * It seems hotel uses this site as catalogue only, we didn't contact hotel directly, booked through site. It appears most other guests had breakfast or meals included. Staff didn't know how to handle our breakfast/meals.

The management and staff at the hotel were exceptional. Unfortunately, we fell ill during the stay (not related to the hotel), but they ensured that we were well taken care of.

The per day cost is high. One could make the argument that it's expensive to provide premium facilities in a small town, but I still think the cost should be lower.

GOOD ROOMS, GOOD LOCATION, I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE MR. SUHAIB KHAN OF THE HOTEL FOR LOOKING EVERYTHING. WE arrived in the evening and were welcomed with " kashmiri kawa ". the rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy thanks to heating system which was working really well.

Price for 2 days for 3 adults Rs 75K is exorbitant. This is more than 5 star hotels in Delhi & Mumbai.

Excellent hotel. Ubaid @ house keeping is great. He really helped us during early morning hours when both of my kids were sick.

The property is very cozy and warm. Especially the staff was very well polished and helpful. Mr. Zahid on the front desk was very friendly and supportive.

Overpirced buffet. Undercooked meat. Undercooked meat masala in meat dish. Average qualitty of food. No arrangement for accompanying local drivers. Huge carbon footprint print in the form of packaged water bottles. Imstall RO water kiosks and refillable water bottles.

Difficult to say anything

Hotel had upgraded me. Bonfire in the evening was excellent. House keeping staff was very good and attentive. Allowed us until late afternoon to check out. Food option was good. Children were given complementary dinner which I was very pleased. Hotel was prompt to arrange for various excursion and sight seeking activities Big campus allowed guests to rome around freely.

The bed could have been king-size. Further mattress for the extra bed was bad as it would bend in the middle causing back ace. The bathroom was very cold and some heating arrangements could have been made. However, the bathroom had an excellent shower with hot water. Better or alternative space for breakfast particularly at peak hour, as due to rush, no attention was paid to your order. As the hotel was on the hilltop, should have some travel arrangements to markets for guests.
