Se dañó el ascensor y tuvimos que subir 3 pisos con una persona de ls tercera edad que se le complica subir gradas. El personal no dió ninguna solución más que subir las gradas. Dice a 1km de distancia desde el aeropuerto, pero en realidad es a 3km

The breakfast was almost empty when I came at around 7.00 and nobody cared to refill. I didn’t have time to wait, but the breakfast was paid, so had to eat what was available, which was not a lot. 10euro for transfer is a lot, I guess usually it is for free for the guests.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The room was comfortable and perfectly fine for an overnight stay before an early flight. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated that it was available for us earlier than the official breakfast time. The shower was a little cramped, but otherwise the room met our needs. The airport shuttle itself worked well, and arranging and paying for the transfers directly at reception was very easy. Unfortunately, communication about the shuttle before our arrival was extremely frustrating. I contacted the hotel several times through Booking over the course of about a week simply asking how the airport transfer worked and whether we needed to reserve it in advance. Other messages received quick replies, but my questions about the shuttle repeatedly went unanswered. I finally received the necessary information only on the day of our arrival, after asking again. Once at the hotel, everything regarding the shuttle was simple and well organised, which makes the lack of clear communication beforehand even more unnecessary. For an airport hotel, clear and timely information about airport transfers should be a basic part of the service.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Hotel spesso utilizzato per la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto ,tuttavia più accogliente di molti altri hotel utilizzati con questo scopo. Molto frequentato. Ristorante con buoni piatti e personale capace e disponibile. Letto comodo. Aria condizionata autonoma , efficiente, con flusso d'aria non direzionato direttamente sul letto, cosa non scontata.
Quello che è stato veramente fastidioso è che una volta arrivati in aeroporto, e aver consultato Google maps per andare a piedi all'Hotel percorrendo circa 1,2 km (cosa per noi facilissima nonché terapeutica)abbiamo trovato la strada indicata sbarrata da una cancellata che ci impediva la prosecuzione . A quel punto per raggiungere l'Hotel era necessario fare un giro di circa 4 km passando lungo una strada riservata alle auto e pericolosa. Quindi abbiamo deciso di prendere un taxi. Mi avvicino al primo tassista che stava chiacchierando con il collega e mi conferma che è il suo turno, gli faccio vedere l'indirizzo di destinazione e mi dice che devo andare da quello di dietro , quello di dietro mi rimanda a un'altro e inizia così un carosello con noi che guardiamo, increduli , cosa sta succedendo , tutti i tassisti che bisticciano tra loro in una lingua che sembrava arabo e si contendono i clienti che nel frattempo arrivano , senza neanche calcolarci. Dopo cinque minuti di questo spettacolo ignobile mi avvicino al primo tassista e gli chiedo che intenzioni abbia . A quel punto mi dice "vai laggiù e chiama lo SHUTTLE dell'albergo perché i taxi sono tutti prenotati "(contemporaneamente non so perché mi è venuta davanti agli occhi l'immagine di PINOCCHIO). Telefoniamo all'Hotel e dopo vari minuti di incomprensioni con la reception sul nome della prenotazione della camera arriva il van che prende noi ed altri clienti dell'albergo. Lo stesso van che abbiamo prenotato alla reception per tornare in aeroporto il giorno dopo. Totale del discorso senza Shuttle non si arriva e non si lascia l'Hotel , ogni percorso costa € 10 a persona .
