Отель совершенно не соответствовал моим ожиданиям и фотографиям на Booking. Номер и общие пространства выглядят устаревшими, мебель потёртая. В первом номере были пятна на полу, неприятный запах, а из окна открывался вид на строительные работы. Отдельное разочарование — питание. Я вегетарианка, и выбор подходящей еды был крайне ограниченным. Большая часть блюд была очень жирной и масляной, качество завтраков, кофе, обедов и ужинов оставляло желать лучшего. В результате я практически не пользовалась преимуществами all inclusive, за который заплатила. Пляж также разочаровал: в районе пляжа ощущался сильный запах канализации, из-за которого находиться там было неприятно. В целом отель производит впечатление массового и довольно устаревшего all-inclusive курорта и, на мой взгляд, совершенно не соответствует своей цене. За такую стоимость я ожидала значительно более высокого качества номера, еды и общего уровня отдыха.

The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. The location is also very convenient, and the hotel has its own private beach, which is a nice advantage.

First of all, the hotel is really old and definitely needs renovation. The mattresses in our first room were dirty, and the room also had an unpleasant smell, the kind of smell you get in a very old room. As this was a family trip and our child goes to sleep quite early, we asked to change rooms. Our first room was facing the swimming pool, where they have music and entertainment every evening from around 21:00 until 23:00. We were moved to a room on the opposite side, but unfortunately, it didn’t help much because that side faces a very busy and noisy road. On the second day of our stay, my husband and son both got poisoned or rotavirus. I had skipped dinner that evening and was the only one who didn’t get sick. Unfortunately, our family was not the only one experiencing this during our stay. The beach was also disappointing. The water near the entrance wasn’t very clean. I guess it is because the hotel is located towards the end of the beach, so a lot of seaweed and other debris gathers around the entrance to the water. Overall, it might be an okay place to stay for a couple of days if your main goal is to explore the city and you want a convenient location. However, based on our experience, it definitely did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

Kat kaçak kat gibi zemin farkli ve aşağı doğru. Yere ne düşürsen anında yuvarlanmaya başlıyor. Otel cidden eski, malesef duvarlar sürekli ufak yamalar ile kapatılmış. Klimamiz bir gün bozuldu fakat hemen çözdüler. Hasta olduk , hastaneye götürecek araçları yok, taksi istedik durumumuzu görüp taksi kabul etmedi. Otelden ilaç istedik biz alamayız sizin almaniz gerekli dediler fakat odadan çıkamıyoruk. Ayrica bedava şezlong ve şemsiye olsa da önündeki deniz çok kötü kokuyor ve giren hastalanıyor.otel ise bu konuda kimseyi bilgilendirmiyor.

Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno. Bas su profesionalni i stvarno se trude. Lokacija hotela super, na 15 minuta hoda od starog grada i 5 minuta do plaze.

Hotel nije ispubio nasa ocekivanja jer nije kao na slikama. Namestaj je star, sve je staro u hotelu ( napomenuo bih da ga odrzavaju ga cistim i sto se tice toga nemam zamerki). Verovatno je bio dobar i imao 4 zvezde pre 20 godina. Hosti su uglavnom ljudi sa 60+godina. Hrana u hotelu je bila tu i tamo. Dorucak je bio super ali vecera nam se nije svidela, sve je bilo premasno i prezacinjeno, ali je sve bilo raznovrsno. Od 4 dana vecera nam se svidela samo jedan dan ali opet je to stvar ukusa. Pice su odlicne.

Location of the hotel was good and the staff was helpful. After we got sick (we had norovirus) they have sent plain food in the room because we were not able to eat much.

Furniture from the room was a bit smelly. There was a lot of noise in the mornings. Also normal food from the restaurant of the hotel was not so good. Me and my wife started to have stomach problems after the first 2 days (a doctor came to our room to see us and prescribe treatment) so part of the vacation was compromised.

We booked half board, but we were kindly upgraded to all-inclusive free of charge. This was a lovely gesture, and we really appreciated it - thank you very much! We also requested a quiet room on one of the upper floors, and the hotel accommodated our request. The staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to make the guests’ stay enjoyable.

The hotel is quite dated and unfortunately shows considerable signs of wear in many areas, including old furniture, worn flooring, and an unpleasant smell in some places. The location is convenient for reaching both the Old Town and the beach, but the building is surrounded by busy, noisy roads. Unfortunately, we also found the quality of the food rather disappointing.

Pool was great and free towels great. The burgers at poolside were great value and really tasty. Spacious rooms with balcony. Bath in the room surprisingly big. Flavoured water at reception a nice touch.

Slippery floors around the pool. Although the free popcorn at poolside is a nice thought, it needs to be refreshed throughout the day, tasted like cardboard. Service was a little slow; some staff really friendly but not all, a few didn’t look very happy to be there.

Classic hotel with a good location, very clean. Excellent varied food. Friendly staff. Also liked the music shows they had by the pool in the evenings.

Very poor internet, both in the room and in the lobby. Not enough electrical sockets in the room. To charge your phone near the bed you need to unplug the bedside lamp. The room also needs a drying rack.

Food was good, staff was kind and helpful

This hotel is in need of refurbishment and has significant maintenance issues. There was a constant unpleasant smell in both the bathroom and the room. The bathtub was cracked and painted over. The air-conditioning motor attached to the window was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest. In addition, there is very poor sound insulation, and you can hear almost all the noise from outside and from other rooms. The swimming pool was visibly dirty. On the second day, we noticed a cockroach in the bathroom, and the cleaning staff came to spray the area. Overall, I was expecting a much better experience.

The staff were incredibly nice, especially Zara at the restaurant, the pizza guy, and all the waiters. The cleaning ladies were also exceptionally kind. The reception staff, particularly those working the evening shifts, were wonderful as well.

Troppo rumorosa durante la notte, solo una presa in camera, camere démodé che avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, pulizia che lascia a desiderare.

Tutto il resto. La struttura è decadente, il cibo ci ha fatto stare male gli ultimi due giorni , tutta la mia famiglia quindi non può essere stato altro che quello. Davanti c è un grande cantiere per una nuova loro apertura.

Очень хороший, но уже уставший отель. Место расположения идеальное, 5 минут до одного берега моря и 10 минут до другого, 10 минут до носа острова, где можно встречать потрясающие закаты! Минут 20 до старого города, и около 10 минут до порта Мандраки. В общем все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, очень приятный персонал, великолепный шведский стол, где всегда есть мясо, рыба, фрукты, часто морепродукты. По вечерам проводятся небольшие выступления музыкальных или танцевальных групп в зоне бассейна. Сам бассейн очень маленький. В течение всего дня и до позднего вечера работает бар в режиме все включено

Отель уже немного старенький, уже потихоньку требует реконструкции

Biz her şey dahil almıştık. Ama bence gerek yok çünkü yemekler lezzetli değil. Eğer zaten domuz ürünleri yemiyorsanız genel olarak aç kalabilirsiniz. İki gün hep margarita pizza yedik sonunda midemiz bulanmaya başladı. Otelin plajı çok dalgalı. Diğer plajlar daha başarılıydı. Otel çok eski etrafta daha yeni oteller de vardı. Otelin havuzu çok küçük ve temizlik konusunda yetersiz olduğu için küçük çocuğumu koymadım içine.

ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié c'est la qualité et la variété du buffet au restaurant, du petit déjeuner au dîner. La disponibilité du personnel et leur sourires du matin au soir. Les animations étaient appréciable. La propreté des chambres et de l'établissement sont dans l'ensemble sur les standard attendu pour ce genre d'établissement.

L'établissement commence à daté et une rénovation s'impose, même si tout est propre et bien entretenu la décoration n'est plus au gout du jour, de même l'isolation phonique pourrait être un plus.

The location was about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the old town which was very handy

I found the staff to be unhelpful and rude. Upon checkin the staff tried to charge my card €11,000 instead of €1,000. When my card rightfully declined he blamed me even though he was the one who input the incorrect amount. When I tried to order a taxi at the reception for our ferry we were told it’s too late and we will miss our ferry. Finally when I convinced him to order our taxi… we made it to the port on time and made the ferry. Reception staff can keep their option to themselves and if a guest wants a taxi they would not argue with them about it. The hotel room was not cleaned properly- we found stains in the bathroom upon arrival that I cleaned off myself. We requested a twin room- we were provided with a double and had to get housekeeping to change it. Our door to our bedroom kept on opening every-time we opened the balcony door, the only way to prevent this was by slamming it shut which was not pleasant for other guests. Our phone in our room also stopped working midway through the trip. The pool was shaded for a lot of the day.

La gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement, à quelques minutes de la vielle ville et tout près de la mer. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont très variés. Beaucoup de bienveillance et écoute de la part du personnel. Je recommande vivement.

Juste le premier soir beaucoup de bruit et cris de la chambre devant la nôtre, mais le lendemain on a expliqué au personnel et ils nous ont placé dans une autre chambre beaucoup plus calme.

We stayed for a week AI in early July as a UK family of 4 (kids aged 10 & 7). We arrived late at midnight for check in. Initially first impressions weren’t bad but not glowing either - purely in terms of dated decor. The room was also a squeeze for 4 beds and the pool view balcony was a postage stamp - only suitable for 2 people at a push. However this hotel really won me over… It was very clean, the rooms had good A/C and hot water. It also had a fridge filled with bottled water which was restocked. In the end the room was adequate for our needs. The pool /outside area was very nice for a city and we always found sun beds, but remember this not a beach resort. Yes the main pool becomes shaded later in the afternoon but this was welcome. The bar area and small pool stays sunny. Pool toilets were always clean and plenty pool towels too. The pool itself was fine for a dip and the kids lived in it for the week. Friendly lifeguard who kept a good eye. The food was very good (first experience of AI for us) with an excellent choice and probably better than expected on the whole. We really enjoyed the Greek night. The fresh pizza was amazing thanks to Nictarios. The wine / beer was decent and the AI cocktails fine. The pool bar did excellent homemade fries as well as crepes & hotdogs. We felt the hotel was a good size, not too big and that the children were safe to independently return to the room to collect items etc. However, what is stand out in this hotel are the staff - all who are helpful and cheerful. They engaged with our kids and even knew their names (and crepes orders before I did!) The location was excellent and lots of attractions were an easy walk. Bus station beside the old town walls to go further a field. Boats from the harbour. The hotel in general grew on us and now would I return? Absolutely!! *it may be worth noting that there was a mix of tourist types & nationalities staying at the hotel; couples, families, single families but there were some bigger groups of young people staying for short stays who were non AI. Most were lovely (shout out to the 4 English girls who engaged our kids for a game of water polo) however some larger male only groups were noisy for short periods of time. I did have to call reception one evening, who were very helpful and responded quickly.

It was from the best trips my family and I did it on the whole life. The employees are so kind and helpful. Each day the make up the room . Very clean rooms and areas. I like the variety of food. Very nice program during the day and night. Live music and parties om the pool. Very good for families and near to the all aktivitoes in the middle of town. Komissa was amazing in the bar. Thanks for the best drinks when its so warm and sunny🙏🍹🍹 Violetta thanks for the best snacks ever. Mike the most helpful and kind lifeguard. Deniz taşlık ve 1 metre sonra boy, çok dalgalı giremedik Yemekler, salatalar, tatlılar çoğu zaman ayni ve çok yetersiz. Bar da marka alkol hersey dahil degil Havuz başında bulunan bardaki kadın çalışanın suratsızligindan insan içecek alırken zorlanıyor Puanına bakıp gittik. Yanıldık. Size tavsiyem eger her şey dahil deniz oteli istiyorsanız Asla gitmeyin. Ama şehir turu yapacaksanız oda kahvaltı satin alabilirsiniz. Bir de hiç bir zaman Demleme çay yok.

It was our pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff of the hotel is awesome: the waitresses and waiters and their chefs in the main restaurant: Popi, Stela, Apostolis, Alex and all other (I can not remember all other names) . Also all the staff in the reception, lobby and pool bars. The responsible man in the beach: he really loves his job and does it with a smile and kindness. What concerns the food: wow! Every day You have a choice to taste something new, from the cuisines of all of the world. We loved fresh beach and room towels, white bathrobes.

Утюг погладить вещи не дают в целях пожарной безопасности!!! Услуга погладить 1 летний сарафан 5 евро, дорого !!! У дочери было день рождение , именинников никак не поздравляют от отеля !!! Отель староват требует хотя бы малейшей реновации, но все работает ! Когда мы уезжали заказали такси на ресепшен в отеле - мы подошли поинтересоваться в обед сколько стоит такси из отеля в аэропорт сотрудник нам сказал 33 евро, вечером мы подошли на ресепшен другой сотрудник отеля нам сказал что такси будет стоить уже 36 евро мы согласились заказали такси. На следующий день такси приехало раньше на 20 мин времени на которое мы его заказывали стоило 35 евро. За нами приехало такси 8 местный мерседес !!! Мы ехали втроем у нас с собой был 1 небольшой чемодан я не поняла зачем для 3 человек нам вызвали такую большую машину. Хотя до этого мы видели что людям вызывали такси обычные четырех местные , оно бы нас вполне устроило! Возможно у работников отеля есть какой-то договор с таксистами . До аэропорта ехать 20 мин на такси

Excellent food, very good cleanliness, comfortable accommodation, and especially the wonderful service from Aida at breakfast. We were very pleased with our stay at Mitsis Petit Palais. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the breakfast and dinner were both tasty, varied, and more than enough. Aida deserves a very special mention. She prepared our omelettes every morning and was always smiling, kind, patient, and polite, even while serving a large number of guests. Her positive energy and friendly attitude made every breakfast feel special. Thank you so much, Aida, for your wonderful hospitality. The pizzas served in the evenings were excellent as well. The hotel was very clean, the food quality was high, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would be happy to visit again.

The reception staff is professional and efficient, answering any questions and providing timely assistance. The room is bright and clean. Cleaning is done regularly, and towels are changed daily. As for the restaurant, the waiters are very friendly, efficient, and attentive. Among them, there is a real gem — the incredible, wonderful Fabiola. She gives everyone warm attention and a genuine smile. I was delighted to meet her. On the downside, the food in the restaurant is completely tasteless — all of it! Apparently, the chefs never taste what they cook. Yesterday's leftovers are almost always tossed into today's dishes. The food is either undercooked or overcooked, and the soup is often far too salty. The only exception is the chef making pizza in a wood-fired oven — it is often delicious.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Mitsis Petit Palais in Rhodes and were extremely satisfied with our experience. We booked half board, and both the breakfast and evening meals were very good, with enough variety and quality to keep us happy throughout our stay. The pizzas served in the evening were especially delicious. The highlight of our mornings was Aida, who prepared fresh omelettes for the guests. Even though she had to make an incredible number of omelettes every morning, she was always smiling, patient, polite, and genuinely kind. Her warm personality and professional attitude deserve special recognition. Aida made us feel welcome every single morning, and we would like to thank her very, very much. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food, service, and overall quality fully met all our needs. We left Rhodes with very happy memories and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff here are so lovely and friendly, particularly Stella who serves during meal times. She was kind and attentive and made us feel welcome. Upon our arrival very late at night, the reception staff were welcoming and eager to provide any food should we have wanted any due to arriving so late. This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the beach and a 20 minute walk up to the old town. It is a half an hour drive from the airport. Our room was a large room, facing the front of the hotel where there was a busy construction site (another Mitsis hotel being built?). This didn't bother us much as we spent alot of our time out. The pool/area is quite small so we found ourselves visiting the beach often however the hotel allows for pool towels to be taken for the beach. The meal times and food options were great for us, being all inclusive. Lunch is quite short, 12:30-2:00pm. There are quite a few eating places nearby should you wish to eat out. We had a slight issue with ants randomly appearing in the bathroom on our third day here and once it was checked by a member of staff (due to a crack/hole in the wall), the hotel dealt with it and sealant was applied. However, an ant was still present each day thereafter. Apart from this, this hotel was absolutely great. It contributed to our wonderful experience in Rhodes.

We had an amazing vacation at this hotel! The all-inclusive package included great food, quality drinks and amenities. The location is good - close to the beaches, old town, harbour, clubs. Everything is clean, well-organized, the staff is helpful and doing great job. A special thanks to the gentleman managing the beach - his excellent service, hard work and friendly attitude made everyone beach days perfect. We are very happy with this hotel and would love to visit again.

All the food was deliciously cooked, the hotel staff, all of them, were very courteous and welcoming. It was very clean and tidy, clean towels and clean floor in the hallway and in our room. Popi, the manager, was very polite with guests at dinner time and she was hospitable with all guests!

Bina yamuk ve çok eski. Oda genel olarak eski ve bakımsız görünüyor.

Otel çalışanları çok güleryüzlü ama kahvaltı çok yetersizdi.Konumu çok iyi her yere yürü e mesafesinde.Havuzu çok çok küçük ve çok kalabalıktı.Havuz çok temiz değildi .Çocuklu aileler için fikir olsun .

Konumu çok iyiydi beach ve restoranlara yürüme mesafesindeydi. Old town bölgesine yürüyerek kısa sürede ulaştık. Kahvaltı dahil kaldık, kahvaltıda gayet iyiydi. Yiyecek içecek çeşidi boldu.

The staff were incredibly positive, smiling, and helpful throughout my stay. Ilias and Anastasia at the reception were especially kind, patiently answering my endless questions about the town and island, offering great recommendations, and sharing a wonderful chat. My room was fantastic, located on the top floor in a corner spot, with a huge balcony that offered views of the castle and the Aegean Sea. It was also extremely clean and well-managed. I really loved the hotel overall, and the restaurant was quite nice as well. While the location is a bit far from the old town, it is clearly a dedicated hotel area, which made it much quieter. Since I had my own motorcycle, I didn't need to use public transportation. I will definitely be visiting again!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable: la gentilesse du personnel, la qualité des plats toujours variés et la propreté impeccable. L'hôtel est super bien situé à 300m de la plage Ellis Beach, à 15 mins à pieds du centre historique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

The hotel is nice, the staff are very helpful, and the food is generally good. The pool isn't that clean, but it's manageable.

The biggest issue -- and it's a seasonal one-- is that there's a massive construction site right across the hotel! There's a lot of noise, and it's very disturbing. The staff are trying to help; they moved us to a room that doesn't face the construction, but unfortunately, the problem still isn't fully resolved. If you are sensitive to noise, bring your earplugs!

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. There was a huge insect in our room, and the shower was extremely uncomfortable and poorly designed. Water went everywhere, making the floor very slippery, and our daughter actually fell because of it. The cleanliness was also below our expectations. The balcony layout was very strange and lacked privacy, as it was connected to the neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, the food was also very poor and we did not enjoy the meals at all. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations and we would not choose to stay here again.

Absolument tout. Maman solo avec deux petits enfants, j’ai eu toutes les facilités. Tout était à disposition, délicieuse nourriture, superbe piscine, tout hyper propre et le personnel incroyable. J’y retrouverai certainement.

Je me verrais encore y rester plus!

מיקום מעולה, קרוב לכל המקומות המעניינים, שרות צוות הקבלה יוצא מן הכלל, עזרו בכל שאלה, בכלל השרות בכלל המלון היה מדהים, ארוחת בוקר מעולה, המלון נקי, החדרים נוקו בכל יום, קיבלנו בקבוק יין בחדר וכל יום בקבוקי מים. מלון מעולה, ממליץ מאוד

כלום הכל מושלם

Super poloha pár minut od pláže, 10 minut do přístavu. Spousta památek. Velmi chutné jídlo, více než dostačující výběr. Personál skvělý, usměvavý a nápomocný ve všem co bylo potřeba. Rodinný pokoj pohodlný.

Kvalita elektroinstalace - každá zásuvka v pokoji (snad kromě koupelny) byla volná a zřejmě i měla uvolněné šroubky, protože bylo vždy potřeba najít správnou polohu, aby nejiskřila a lampičky neblikaly.... Před hotelem se staví obrovský hotelový komplex, tak výhled na staveniště není úplně ideální.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole al Canvas Mitsis Hotel. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Rodi e tutto lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale lo merita sicuramente Anastasia della reception, che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più bella. Con il suo sorriso, la sua gentilezza e la sua disponibilità è sempre stata pronta ad aiutarci e a farci sentire i benvenuti. La sua professionalità e il suo modo di accogliere gli ospiti fanno davvero la differenza. Complimenti ad Anastasia e a tutto il team per l'ottimo lavoro. Saremo felici di tornare.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, mindent, de mindent megoldottak, amit kértünk, még a konditermet is kinyitották egy órával előbb. Nagyon finomak az ételek, főleg a vacsorák, amik tematikusak. A szoba és a fürdőszoba szép, bar semmi extra, az ágy kényelmes és tisztaság van. Az all inclusive ellátásban szinte minden benne van. nagyon finom a kinti barban a palacsinta
