The hotel felt more like a 3* than a 4*. Something that wasn’t clear when booking is that the pool is in a separate hotel across the street which you had to walk to in your swimwear. The shower in our room was tiny and we booked a superior double room with balcony. The shower as mentioned was tiny and when you turned the shower onto full power the head kept turning away from you and falling off the stand. There was one day we returned to our room to find speckles off blood on our bedsheets, when we informed reception they said there’s nothing they can do as the cleaners went home and it ended up being resolved later that evening. This was disappointing. Parking was average sometimes you got a spot in front of the hotel but most of the time you had to trek down the street and parallel park as the spaces was super tight. The air con was strong and kept the room nice and cold however it did leave lingering smells of sewage. The food was delicious and had lots of options. The service in the restaurant was very good. We didn’t feel rushed out. Breakfast was good as there was lots of options and the food taste very nice and the coffee was good too. The beds where pretty comfortable too. The balcony was not bad either as it had a bit of space with two chairs and a table to chill out in the afternoons. All in all the hotel felt more like a 3*.

Posizione comodissima al centro, accoglienza ottima Sig. Raffaello valore aggiunto alla struttura per gentilezza e cordialità. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Torneremo.

WOW! This hotel is so beautiful. The kindness and goodness amazed us. The service is excellent, the manager made us laugh so much. The breakfast surprised us as well.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room nice and clean. I would definitely use this hotel again if I return to this area.

Stayed here solo for five nights and couldn’t fault it. The location is unbeatable, five minutes from Terme Redi and a short walk to everything worth seeing in town. Alessia at reception went above and beyond, sorting my spa day, restaurant recommendations and airport transfer without me having to chase anything. The panoramic pool on the terrace is a proper bonus, quiet and well kept even in peak August. Rooms were clean, comfortable and exactly what you need after a full day out. As a solo traveller I felt genuinely looked after the entire trip. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed base in Tuscany.

Rooms are clean and serviced everyday. In the evening they kept the bar open to have a drink and the servant had a joke prepared on several occasions. A good and complete backlash buffet that is serviced until the end so you don't have to go Earley to have everything fresh. I had a great stay.

Très bon accueil, de très bons petits déjeuners et dîners nous sont proposés, personnel à l'écoute des clients, bonne situation de l'hôtel qui permet d'aller à la gare à pied, ..... ensemble très satisfaisant

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We had breakfast included which had plenty of choice. There is a roof top pool in one of the neighbouring buildings which you can use free of charge. The room we had was basic but clean and comfortable, it had aircon, hairdryer, safe and fridge. I think there are more luxury rooms you can book in the building but ours was great as a base. The location is great too, you are a short walk from the station, the centre, the funicular, the thermal pool. There is restaurant and a gelateria just across the road and a bar just along the street. We had a lovely time and I would definitely stay again!

Hotel Da Vinci is a very neat and beautiful Boutique hotel, very comfortable. Hotel Da Vinci is tree-lined.

Cheerful & welcoming lobby with pleasant and efficient staff. Super clean, spacious and very comfortable guest room. Breakfast each day was great and our farewell group dinner was excellent! Walkable to town center attractions!

Nel bagno annesso alla camera mancavano alcuni accessori solitamente presenti nei 4 stelle. La prima colazione a buffet non è così ricca come ci si aspetterebbe.

We had a truly lovely stay at Da Vinci Hotel in Montecatini Terme. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and very well located—quiet, yet just a short walk from the town centre and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall atmosphere very relaxing. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service at reception, especially from Paola. She was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a positive difference to a stay. Thanks to Paola and the rest of the team, we felt very comfortable throughout our visit and would happily return. We would highly recommend Da Vinci Hotel to anyone visiting Montecatini Terme.

Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Mooie lounge en buitenterras. Dicht bij het centrum en restaurants. Park en treinstation dicht bij en ook treintje naar Montecatini-Terme Alto op loopafstand.

Douche cabinedeur was stuk en werd na 2 dagen pas gerepareerd. WC spoelknop was stuk, waardoor het water bleef doorstromen. Ook niet gerepareerd. Dekens ipv dekbed, maar dat is persoonlijk. TV doet het pas nadat je de afstandsbediening pal voor de televisie houdt (batterij misschien?) Auto langs de straat geparkeerd, terwijl er op het terrein beveiligde ruimte aanwezig was! Dit werd bij de receptie niet benoemd.

My initial reaction was disappointment, we booked a “Premier double room with balcony” but I wouldn’t say there was anything premier about it. The place is looking dated and I wouldn’t say say very basic. My first disappointment was that there was no aircon in the room, the ventilation fan wasn’t working and when questioned with the night receptionist we were just told “not possible”. I asked if they had electric fans and was told “not possible” so the only way to sleep was to leave the balcony door open - the room is on a busy and noisy street so we were kept awake most of the night. I asked if it was possible to move rooms - “not possible”. On the 3rd night they fixed the ventilation fan in our room and we were able to drop the fan temp down to 20, still not ideal but better. The hotel is well located, easily got to via train from Pisa airport, and Montecantini Alto made our holiday! We found Montecantini lacking in good choice restaurants (everywhere seems to have the same menu choices). We fancied the pool but it’s a bit of a walk from the hotel, on the roof of another hotel, incredibly tight for space and NO SHADE!! Not great in 32-35 degree heat. All in all disappointing and definitely not what I would class as 4 star or premier

Great location for travelling around Montecatini and Florence and Siena. Great restaurants and coffee stops.

Just back from five days in Montecatini. It’s an excellent location for travel into Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Train travel is very reliable at cheap. €5.60 to Florence. Much easier than driving into the city. The hotel is located near to the town centre, a little noisy in the evening. However, closer to the restaurant. Fred Erika is worthy of a mention. She will advise you of the sights to see and how best to travel. Excellent all round.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Die Zimmer waren grosszügig mit allem, was es braucht ausgestattet. Abgesehen vom Empfang am ersten Tag was das Personal aufmerksam und teils sehr freundlich und humorvoll.

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen angereist (Minibus mit Fahrradanhänger). Das Parkieren war daher nicht ganz einfach und dauerte etwas. Der Empfang an der Reception war frostig. Die Dame wirkte gestresst und unfreundlich. Sie zeigte den Parkplatz und liess uns dann stehen, bis sie alle Reisedokumente vorliegen hatte. Wir hatten vorgängig mit dem Hotel vereinbart, dass wir die Räder in einem geschlossenen Raum unterbringen können. Davon wollte die Dame zuerst nichts wissen. Sie sagte, das sein nicht ihr Problem. Sie musste sich dann doch darum kümmern und wir konnten unsere Räder dann sicher unterbringen.

Soggiorno positivo caratterizzato da una posizione funzionale agli spostamenti. Lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale e con una colazione eccellente, ben assortita e con prodotti freschi. Il comfort generale e il prezzo corretto rendono la struttura una scelta affidabile per un soggiorno.

Rooms, service, location and food was great. The only thing I’d note is there was no iron, only an ironing service. This meant you had to wait until the following day to get anything back.

Hotel accouterments and personnel made for an excellent trip. Hotel desk persons helped set-up an enjoyable experience by helping make reservations at restaurants and providing information about places to go. Room was great with a balcony to enjoy Italian evenings. Breakfast every morning was plentiful and good food.

All members of the staff were excellent, the breakfast was also great.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Da Vinci. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but what truly stands out is how pet-friendly the hotel is. It is not always easy to find a place where animals are treated with such care and respect. I was pleasantly surprised to see how comfortable and at home they can feel here. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with their furry friends!

L’emplacement est très bien situé.

Les chambres sont un peu vieillotte. Il y avait qu’une petite bouteille d’eau dans le frigo pour deux personnes.

I stayed here with a friend recently. When we arrived we were given a double room instead of a twin. We were then given another double room and again asked for a twin. Two days in at 11pm a man walked in to our room, another guest i believed he apologised and left. Ten minute later a male staff member barges into our room demanding that we prove that we have booked out stay. I was sat on my bed in my underwear. I covered my self best I could and he stood there right next to me. Not even at the door while my friend tried to find the email confirmation. Why would anyone do that? He was the shorter out of the 2 male staff with grey hair. The hotel and other staff are really nice however if you are staying on your own then I absolutely wouldn't stay here. Its really concerning that this man felt this was appropriate action at 11.15 pm whilst I was barley dressed. Not only was it inappropriate but he was rude. The hotel had made the mistake and at most a phone call to visit reception should have happened not an invasion of privacy and intimidation by a male who we had never even seen before. This was a scary experience.

di sicuro la posizione, vicino alla stazione, il personale cortese, l'ingresso con questa sala molto grande con divanetti accoglienti, davvero un buon bigliettino da visita... a guardarlo ti alza molto le aspettative di un 4 stelle **** la colazione non entusiasma, il minimo indispensabile, ma di sicuro cornetti e ciambelle non erano freschissime. qualche affettato, 2 tipi di formaggio e pane da tostare.

considerando che ho preso una matrimonale superior ed è classificato come un 4 stelle ****, mi aspettavo molto di più. un matrimoniale con spalliera in stoffa...iginica pari a 0, magari negli anni 80 andava forte... un comodino, scrivania, e armadio che non ho utilizzato, ma erano abbastanza impolverati internamente... polvere sotto il letto... formichine innocue, per carità, ma che ogni tanto se ne vedeva qualcuna uscire ed entrare da sotto i battiscopa in legno... su booking, leggevo tra i servizi offerti nella camera superior la voce "prodotti da bagno in omaggio" e quali sarebbero? due cuffie per i capelli? poi ho trovato asciugamani e penso sia d'obbligo, e 2 dispenser fissi al muro uno per la doccia e uno per il lavandino. la doccia era larga, peccato che a fine doccia, mi vedevo costretto a mettere un'asciugamano a terra perchè perdeva acqua all'esterno... tutto in linea con un 4 stelle? **** o forse sono relative soltanto all'ingresso?? di sicuro non ci ritornerei, se vado in un 4 stelle mi aspetto di più.
