Habitación demasiado pequeña, la cama doble estaba contra la pared, impidiendo que una de las personas pudiese acceder a la cama. Parecía una habitación individual con cama doble. El bidé imposible usarlo porque había 20 cm de distancia a la mampara de la ducha. El desayuno sin posibilidad de variar.

Très belle escale, l'hôtel est très bien situé ; il est dans le magnifique centre historique de Gênes Juste à savoir que l'hôtel est situé à l'étage d'un immeuble; très bon accueil et il est sécurisé.

Le problème est le parking du véhicule.... L'hôtel nous a envoyé vers un partenaire afin de stationner notre véhicule le temps du séjour; les tarifs du parking sont assez élévés (33 € pour 24h) et il faut prévoir une arrivée avant 20h (pas toujours facile quand on vient de l'étranger...) sinon pas de parking!!!..... Un bémol pour le parking mais la visite du centre historique de la ville en vallait vraiment la peine!!!

Hidden in a large building, it feels very strange. There was a power cut when we was out one night and it took a lot of calls to get somebody to come and open the door. The area is not the best as I could see people passed out on the church steps from my window. Basic room

The place is very central and clean, the staff are nice and helpful.

The place is not very accessible. It is an old building so the lift is one of these super old ones. In the hotel itself some rooms are upstairs without lift.

La chambre etait étroite et la climatisation ne fonctionne qu’avec la clé donc en notre présence..a notre arrivée la chambre etait un peu chaude.

The only good thing is location

The room was very hot when we arrived. The AC was off, even though we had called a few hours before arrival and were told the room would be ready. The AC unit is undersized and never cooled the room to a comfortable temperature. Pillows seemed to filled will papper and cardboard. There were some bugs around the windows. The shower head was broken, and the shower room itself was very small. The doors didn't close properly, and there was a noisy pump running in the background.The hotel itself starts from the 3rd floor of an old building. The elevator seems to be from late 1800's - barely enough for one person with a bag, so getting your stuff up will burn a lot of calories.

situé dans le quartier du vieux port, sa situation est intéressante. A savoir que l'hôtel est situé au 3 éme étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur qui lui, est accessible via des escaliers.

tout a commencer avec le parking réserver qui était fermé à notre arriver vers 15 h00 , l'employé du garage qui nous a dit de dégager vers 16 h00, nous avons pu nous dépanner avec un autre proche. le fait que la clim ne fonctionne pas lorsque vous n'êtes pas dans la chambre, et en période de chaleur c'est pas le top, les coupures d'électricité la nuit, wi-fi trés aléatoire dans la chambre, le pommeau de douche qui fuyait, le fait que les valises étaient fouillé en notre absence…

Отличное расположение в старом городе в историческом здании. Расположение на третьем этаже, есть лифт. Большие апартаменты с кухней. Полотенец достаточно. Оснащение устаревшее, но не лишено шарма. Спортзал. Завтрак итальянский. Вежливый персонал.

Необходимо промыть кондиционеры, в них осталось моющее средство за лопастью.

Les 2 fenêtres du logement donnaient sur le mur du bâtiment en face, à 1 mètre...claustrophobes s'abstenir. Le prix du parking était annoncé à 28 euros/jour et en vérité il était de 33 euros/jour, soit disant, parce que la voiture était grande (Mercedes Classe C...)

Hotel im 3. und 4. Stock eines Wohnhauses, alter wackliger Aufzug, in dem man sich kaum drehen kann. Am 2. Abend fiel dieser aus, das war schon mühsam, vor allem mit Gepäck. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr groß (rein kontinental). Die empfohlene Garage war teuer (28 Euro trotz Hotelermäßigung).

Die Lage

Die Wohnung war extrem kalt. Keine richtigen Bettdecken. Da die Fenster gefühlt einglasig waren, kam der Lärm von draußen rein. Extrem laut war es jedoch nicht. Nur die Innenwände sind so dünn, nebenan ist der Essbereich gewesen. Dort wurden Geschirr und Besteck morgens vorbereitet und war sehr extrem laut im Schlafzimmer zu hören. Das hatte richtig gestört.

Lo único algo rescatable es la ubicación del edificio en el que se encuentra el hotel, ya que el hotel ocupa 3 y 4 piso de un edición de oficinas abiertas al público

No lo recomiendo. Pésima atención. Falta total de higiene. Olor a baño en toda la habitación. La supuesta terraza que se ofrece es un espacio con sillas sucias, si mantenimiento. Realmente el hotel no creo cumpla con las expectativas de nadie.

Hotel Cairoli è veramente in una posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi nel centro cittadino...tranquillo e silenzioso..le camere un po piccole ma pulite.

Se piove di notte e al mattino no il terrazzo andrebbe asciugato meglio.

L'avenue Cairoli, et donc l'hôtel, est à un carrefour entre le port antique et le centre historique. Ceci permet de se déplacer facilement, néanmoins avec le plan de la ville. Concernant l'hôtel proprement dit, ma chambre était confortable juste ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Le personnel est très attentif, le petit-déjeuner suffisamment varié pour que chacun y trouve son compte. L'ascenseur antique ajoute au côté dépaysement total. Il est étroit mais fonctionne parfaitement.

Nos gustó todo, la ubicación, el edificio, las instalaciones, habitaciones, cama, colchón, baño, el desayuno, la limpieza, confort y orden. Todo muy bueno. Excelente.

El personal que atiende el hotel si bien es correcta, es fría. Uno espera algo más, y más cuando uno no conoce la ciudad. Además la persona encargada del desayuno fue desagradable su comportamiento agresivo y uraño arruinaba la excelente sala de desayuno y lo que brindaban.

The hotel has a great location for tourists as it is walking distance to almost all sites of interest.Its based in the 'old town'. The hotel itself is a very good 3 star, nice welcome, comfortable stay, nice decor and clean. All in all very good and good value.

Lift is small, a minor point.

Posizione nella via dei Rolli, comoda a tutto il centro storico. Colazione abbastanza varia, presenti anche i biscotti di 3 tipi diversi, una parte salata e la frutta fresca.

Il parcheggio con cui erano convenzionati aveva disponibilità molto limitata per il ritiro dell' auto e questa informazione ci è stata data solo una volta parcheggiata l' auto. Visto che ci creava non pochi problemi per il rientro a casa , abbiamo optato per altro parcheggio

Il parcheggio non è parte dell'albergo ma è convenzionato, si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi, si paga a parte ed il costo è rilevante rapportato al prezzo a notte.
