Gilberto and his colleagues - David & Gabriel at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. The house keeping staff were outstanding! My husband Brian and I will return again.

A lot of baked goods, eggs, cheese, jams, yoghurt, granola and so on. Great coffee. The hotel offers lactose free milk. Great location: 5 min walk to Ferrari Square. 15 minutes to the train stations.

Kakkoskerroksessa sijainnut huone oli hiljainen. Huone sopivan kokoinen ja siellä minibaari ja vedenkeitin, teetä ja kahvia, wi-fi hyvä. Aamupala kohtuullisen hyvä. Henkilökunta avuliasta.

Le personnel au petit-déjeuner n'est pas des plus aimables. Il serait peut-être intéressant d'envisager un partenariat avec un parking proche afin de ne pas payer aussi cher de stationnement.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas y antiguas. Desayuno correcto, pero animado con una música demasiado alta. Nuestro primer día soportamos música bacalao altísima. Muy caótico. El segundo y tercer día bajaron el hilo músical y pusieron música relajante. Bastante mejor. Aún así, la música sobra, está fuera de lugar a esas horas de la mañana y más con ese volumen. Echa para atrás. Personal muy atento, la verdad

No esperaba que estuvieran los peluches que aparecen en la foto pero por lo menos la habitación debería corresponderse con la que yo reservé, la que nos dieron era muy antigua y no estaba limpia. El chico de recepción nos dijo muy amable que iba a hacer lo que pudiera pero al final no hizo nada.

L'unica lieve pecca è stat la camera ,molto pulita, accogleinte, ma un pò stretta per una famiglia di 4 persone di cui 2 adulti e due ragazzi di 12 e 18 anni, il loro letto a castello era piccolo per loro

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Hotel in posizione centralissima, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Porto Antico e dall’Acquario di Genova. A poca distanza è disponibile un parcheggio multipiano coperto a pagamento. Il personale è cortese e viene riservata grande attenzione alla pulizia. La struttura è un po’ datata, ma molto ben tenuta e non ha nulla da invidiare a strutture più moderne.
L’unico piccolo inconveniente è la scala di una decina di gradini all’ingresso, che può risultare poco comoda con le valigie.

The bathroom was a bit tired. Nothing close to a problem

Завтрак был отличный, разнообразный, советую приобретать. Расположение 10 из 10 в самом сердце Генуи. Номера чистые, уборка отличная, кровать удобная. Кондиционер превосходно работает. Мини бар пополняется и он не входит в стоимость номера.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The location was very central , at 2mn walk from the main square and 10-15mn walk to the port. The stuff was helpful , some rooms were renovated, ours was so it has great. The A/C was enough despite heat wave and the breakfast was good. There are two bistros right across the street which make grabbing a bite super easy.
The elevator is tiny :)) There are no outside spaces

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026La struttura si trova al centro della città, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro De Ferrari e ad un passo dalla fermata dell’autobus. È facilmente raggiungibile dalle stazioni dei treni (piazza Principe e Brignole) sia con i mezzi pubblici sia a piedi (ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione di Piazza Principe). Noi avevamo prenotato qui per raggiungere lo stadio Luigi Ferraris ed è stato molto comodo spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici partendo dall’hotel. Inoltre, i receptionist sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili sia all’arrivo sia al momento del check-out.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026最重要的是房間乾淨，沒有異味，我想這是作為一間飯店最重要的。其次是地理位置，距離熱那亞主要景點都方便，入口在面對飯店左側巷子裡，馬路正前方是咖啡廳。早餐也好，客房服務清潔迅速。
網站明寫14:00後可入住，但仍讓我等待超過了這個時間，但無傷大雅，就可能20分鐘。大廳內也有一些有趣的畫作，或藝術品。

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The hotel is perfectly located at the border of the old city centre. The rooms are clean and big enough (I had a single room). The breakfast was delicious. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I found the price very fair and good value for money. Also walking distance from the train station (15 min).

사진과 전혀 다른 룸 배정, 4명이 가능한 스위트 룸은 룸 사이즈가 사진과 전혀 달랐고 스위트라 할 수 없는 불쌍하고 형편없이 작은 방이었습니다. 사진과 다른 방은 정말 실망 스러웠으나 늦게 도착한데다 너무 피곤해 컴플레인은 하지 않았어요.화장실 하수구 악취가 매우 심함

There was air conditioning that was working, but it was struggling to keep up with the summer heat. We were visiting during a heat wave, though!
