Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Spiros Soula Hotel & Apartments. Boendet var rent, bekvämt och hade allt vi behövde för en avkopplande semester. Personalen var otroligt professionell, trevlig och väldigt välkomnande – deras gästvänlighet gjorde verkligen vistelsen extra speciell. Hotellet har en härlig atmosfär och fin utsikt, och vi kände oss väl omhändertagna från början till slut. Det enda att tänka på är att området runt hotellet är ganska lugnt, så det finns inte så mycket att göra i direkt närhet om man söker mycket aktivitet eller nattliv. Men om du är ute efter lugn och ro, god service och en fin miljö är det här ett utmärkt val. Vi kan absolut rekommendera Spiros Soula och skulle gärna återvända!

Sehr nettes Personal, ausgezeichnetes essen, top Lage. Die 2 Gästebetten waren Recht hart, aber okay. Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon mit Cocktails von der Bar. Das lässt den Tag super ausklingen. Mit 3 Kindern sollte man das etwas größere Zimmer nehmen. Super Pool, sauber und gepflegte Außenanlage. Bewertung für eine 3 Sterne Unterkunft Exzellent! Mal schauen, ob wir wieder kommen.

Ich hatte einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und vertrauenswürdig – ich habe mich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Service im Restaurant: Das Team in der Küche und im Service hat wirklich tolle Arbeit geleistet – jedes Gericht war ein Genuss, und man merkt, dass hier mit viel Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Auch die Organisation vor Ort war top. Wer mobil sein möchte, profitiert vom praktischen Mietwagen-Service direkt im Hotel – super unkompliziert und flexibel. Und wer lieber ohne Auto unterwegs ist, kann ganz entspannt den täglichen Shuttle zum Strand nutzen – hin und zurück, total unkompliziert. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt perfekt – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Hotel property was very well maintained, on-site restaurant was great! Staff were very friendly and great hospitality. Rooms were a bit limited on extras (small tv, limited towels, no coffee maker etc) but bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large and renovated. Overall positive stay! It is in an area on its own so not close to other restaurants etc, but a great location for a short stay and only 20 min drive from Heraklion airport!

Ein sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel in toller Lage. Wir werden wieder dort absteigen.

Belle résidence, avec petite piscine pour adultes et piscine pour petits enfants. Le personnel est sympathique et propose plusieurs activités en autonomie (salle de jeu pour enfants, ping ping, basket). Restaurant de qualité très moyenne et un peu cher. Cela reste une bonne expérience.

Bis zum Strand muss man 20 Minuten den Berg runterlaufen, aber das Hotel hat einmal am Tag einen Shuttel Service, der euch runterfährt und zum bestimmten Zeitpunkt wieder abholt.

Amazing place we will definitely come back to Crete and stay here! While we were here had all we needed, home made breakfast daily, delicious food for lunch or dinner. On site convenient store and laundry. Great pool, view and drinks - we used them all. The location has a gorgeous view, relaxing vibe and easy access to tourist sites on the island. Thank you to this family business for your hospitality!!!

Great hotel, if only abit away from the sea. But the family is very friendly, they provide transport to/from the beach. Ok restaurant, firendly prices. Small shop for essentials and some food on-site. Pool nice and clean. Wonderfull experience :)

Hôtel familiale. Le personnel est super sympa et accueillant. Petit déjeuner excellent. Le cadre est magnifique et calme, vue sur la mer. Les lieux sont très propres et bien entretenu.

Ce séjour était incroyable, avec un personnel à l’écoute, attentionnée. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était superbe, la cuisine très bonne. La chambre était très propre avec une super vu sur la mer. Lit très confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait il y a deux plages à proximité une à 15 min à pied et l’autre 30 min à pied. J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel.

Famille très agréable et accueillante

Hotelli oli hinta laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja mukavia. Viihdyimme hyvin koko viikon lasten kanssa. Huoneeseen saimme kolmanne lapselle lisävuoteen varauksen yhteydessä. Hotellissa pieni kauppa ja lähellä hieman isompi. Auto pakollinen, koska hotelli sijaitsee niin ylhäällä vuorella. Uima allas alue kiva. Kaikki oli siistiä ja puhdasta. Sijainti oli keskeinen ja autolla pääsi kiertämään saaressa eri paikkoihin.

We were lured by the good reviews and the beautiful location of the hotel. Sadly, we felt rather unwelcome and not cared for by the staff at multiple occasions. Also, we had high expectations of the food - based on the good reviews - but, unfortunately, this was also a letdown both in terms of the quality of the food and the service itself. We will not be returning. With that said, the dog was cute, the pool was nice, and the hotel in great condition.

Im Oktober hat es ausserhalb der Hauptsaison nur wenige Gäste. Für den Weg zum Strand ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in camera doppia. L'angolo cottura è piccolo e sufficiente solo per la colazione. La vista è splendida e ripaga dell'arredamento spartano..più che cretese. L'accoglienza, la posizione e la cucina sono i punti forti

Our stay was fantastic. The family was very welcoming. Couldn't fault them! The restaurant had some very good quality food. The apartment was clean and came with wifi and aircon. Would definitely recommend to friends. It's worth having a car if you stay for a long break.

We hebben enorm genoten De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en stonden al op ons te wachten bij aankomst. Er hangt een rustige en ontspannen sfeer. Het eten is er heerlijk. Soula (mama) kookt elke dag zelf met verse producten (uit eigen tuin) het is een hotel voor iedereen van baby tot aan ouderen. Overal is rekening mee gehouden. Op loopafstand liggen 2 stranden (1 zand en 1 kiezel) waar je ook kan eten. Als je daar heen wilt kan je ook gebracht worden door de familie. Openbaar vervoer stopt voor de deur en kost echt bijna niks Wij gaan hier zeker (met onze kinderen) terug komen

Vriendelijke ontvangst en begeleiding tijdens de hele week dat we er waren. We hebben zelf voor ontbijt en lunch gezorgd maar 's avonds gegeten op het terras. Iedere avond was er buiten de kaart een Griekse maaltijd te bestellen, die was bereid door de moeder van de familie. Vader stond in het winkeltje waar iedere ochtend lekker vers brood te koop was. Ook reed hij het shuttlebusje naar het strand. Twee broers een schoondochter en een neefje zorgden voor de rest. Er is een gezellige bar en een mooie ontbijtruimte met schitterend uitzicht. De appartementen zijn gedateerd maar het is de bedoeling, hoorden wij, dat de familie ieder jaar iets renoveert. De bedden vonden wij erg hard maar dat schijnt normaal te zijn in Griekenland. Het complex omvat 25 eenheden, ligt nogal afgelegen dus een auto is aan te bevelen. Wij kwamen voor een weekje rust en dat krijg je daar. Met de lokale bus naar Heraklion is goed te doen.

Slightly off the beaten track (although 2 beaches within easy walking distance, and others a little bit further) but hotel does offer rental bikes and rental cars, both high standard and very reasonable prices. Family ran, everyone is so friendly and very helpful, couldn't have been better. Home made food is lovelly and not expensive. All rooms have a beautiful sea view and balcony, cannot rate this hotel highly enough! Would reccomend to everyone we had the best time at Spiros-Soula and we hope to go there again!

We loved the peace and quiet of the location. The attention from the family was second to none. We would go back in a heartbeat. While secluded enough, only 15/20 mins by bus to Heraklion.

Veldig hyggelig familiedrevet hotel. Flott bassengområde og nydelig utsikt. Litt slitt rom, men rimelig. Frukosten ikkje verdt prisen. Bur her gjerne igjen.

L'hôtel fait également restaurant. Toutes les chambres donnent sur la piscine et le resto, ne comptez donc pas dormir très tôt le soir...La climatisation étant très bruyante également. Aucune insonorisation, vous entendrez donc vos voisins et les portes qui claquent. Sans doute plus sympa hors saison (nous y étions en Juillet). Chambres d'un confort simple mais suffisant pour qui se ballade toute la journée. A savoir : voiture indispensable.

Overall we were very happy with the hotel and value. The staff were friendly and pool/restaurant very nice. Room was a bit dated and basic but clean. Only gripe is the single beds which cannot be actually pushed together properly if travelling as a couple.

The apartment hotel have big territory with swimming pool, mini market, good restaurant. But it not far from the sea by walk, about 15-20 minutes. But if you are traveling by car it will take about 5 minutes to get to Ligaria beach or 10 minutes to Agia Pilagia.

Positiv: - wunderbare Lage, preiswert, excellente Küche, sehr nette Gastgeber Negativ: - penetranter Geruch im Bad durch Abflussrohre, extrem ringhörige Zimmer, viele Raucher, viele Leute aus den Oststaaten, Verständigung im Hotel nur auf englisch möglich, Gäste-Zimmerwechsel findet hauptsächlich nachts ab 23.00 Uhr statt, Aircondition sehr laut und schlafraubend. Hinweis: Mietauto empfehlenswert, es findet kein Zimmerservice statt, pro Woche werden Bettzeug und Tücher 1x gewechselt, Frühstück separat zahlbar.

Une équipe formidable qui est à vos petits soins. Tout est en simplicité mais efficace et une excellente cuisine. Un moyen de locomotion est conseillé. La plage est à environ 800 m par une route très raide mais il y a un service de navette depuis l'hôtel Pour trouver facilement, suivre ligaria beach . Un coin de Crête pas trop touristique. Nous y avons passé 5j vraiment très reposants.

C'était juste magique. En deux mots: honneteté et qualité. Ce dont vous avez besoin est simplement là, au meilleur prix, quand ce n'est pas dejà compris ! L'accueillante famille qui tient cet hôtel met tout en oeuvre pour que votre séjour soit idéal. C'est beau, tant l'hôtel lui-même que le cadre. La vue, depuis les chambres ou la lounge, est splendide. Le point faible des hotels de cette région -leur isolement dans cette region escarpée- est compensé intelligemment par: - une navette gratuite pour la plage, - une 'superette' (voyez leurs tarifs avant d'aller ailleurs !), et, comble du confort: la location de voiture sur place simplifiée... sans omettre, chaque jour différents, des plats typiques cuisinés par la mama sur place -à ne pas manquer ! Et avec le sourire ! -Merci !!

Immediately after booking this hotel I received a confirmation email offering help booking a cab/rental car from the airport and directions to the hotel. I received another email from them on the day of arrival to let me know they were expecting my small group and couldn't wait to greet us. We were not disappointed. I have never received such warm and friendly hospitality at a hotel before. We arrived at nearly midnight and were greeted with a friendly smile, warm welcome, and shots of raki. Jiorgos indulged us with his father's homemade wine. The kitchen was long closed and we asked if there were food around. Jiorgos spoke with his brother and offered us Greek salads that were delicious. After more wine, we were helped to our room. This family knows how to do it right! The room was simple, but exactly what we needed. The view and atmosphere were incredible. My friends and I had plans to travel the island and stay in other locations. We missed Spiros-Soula so much that we went back for our final night. I would venture to say we had the most relaxing night/day of my life just hanging out by the pool eating, drinking, and being merry. The hospitality cannot be beat. The price would be hard to beat as well! This family will bend over backwards to ensure you have a pleasurable stay. I highly recommend you stay at this hotel! I would love to stay there again if ever I have the opportunity!
