Great hotel with two pools, lot of areas to relax, spacious rooms with small kitchenette & balcony and nice restaurant & bar. Outdoor Gym with amazing view and organized Yoga sessions twice a week. Very clean hotel, friendly staff. Two beaches and small town in close walking distance, fantastic views and clear water. Be aware the hotel complex has many stairs and the area around is hilly.

The breakfast buffet could have had more variety and local food options. The coffee included at breakfast was below expectations given the overall quality and price of the hotel.

יש לקחת בחשבון שההגעה לחדר כרוכה בעלייה במדרגות . היינו משפחה של 7. ניסינו להזמין ארוחת ערב ואמרו שאנחנו צריכים להתפצל ל 5 ולאחר חצי שעה ל 2. בסופו של דבר מנהל המסעדה פתר את העניין.

Wir hatten eine Unterkunft im Nebengebäude, für uns perfekt, da sehr ruhig. Pool und Frühstück haben wir im Hauptgebäude genutzt. Zwei Pools, die wirklich top sind.

Der Kaffee zum Frühstück aus einem Fertigautomat mit Pulver zubereitet, war ungenießbar. Es bestand die Möglichkeit sich einen Kaffee oder Cappuccino an der Bar gegen Aufpreis zu bestellen, welcher ebenfalls schlecht war, keine Siebträgermaschine für solch ein tolles Hotel, sehr schade.

Gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet, lekkere koffie en sapjes, mooie lokatie, rustig hotel. Het geheel past volledig in elkaar qua inrichting en samenvloeien van kamers, faciliteiten, restaurant ... Ideaal om te relaxen in stijl. Heerlijk eten zowel 's middags aan de poolbar als 's avonds in het restaurant en voor goede prijzen. Over het geheel is duidelijk nagedacht.

Helaas de kleine finesses ontbreken die men bij deze toch wel hoge prijs mag verwachten. Geen hervullen van water of koffie op de kamer, vraag tot uitchecken de avond voor vertrek, bijbetalen 'speciale' koffies bij ontbijt, foute communicatie van openingsuren bar (was anders op infoblad dan in werkelijkheid bleek). Kwaliteit van de bedden was matig. Kleine bedden in verhouding tot andere hotels.

היופי של המלון, השקט של המלון - שקט בצורה לא רגילה, השירות של כל העובדים מדהים. הכל היה יותר ממושלם, קתרין עזרה לי עם מיליון שאלות מהרגע שסגרתי את המלון, הייתה לנו בקשה יוצאת מן הכלל והיא עזרה מעבר לכל המובן מאליו !! כל אחד מהעובדים נתן יחס אישי ושירותי כל כך, האוכל טוב, הניקיון ברמה גבוהה מאוד… מושלם באמת המלצה מכל הלב

Es war ein super schöner, erholsamer Urlaub und wir empfehlen es zu 100% weiter. Wir hatten ein schönes Apartment mit super schöner Terrasse, das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Zwei Tolle Pools, mit netter Poolbar. Nur Ca 5 min zum Strand runter (zu Fuß ) . Parkplatz war immer direkt am Hotel was frei.

Meine Eltern hatten das Apartment auf der anderen Straßenseite und waren auch Mega zufrieden, hätten sich aber eine Kante zur Dusche gewünscht , damit das ganze Bad nicht unter Wasser steht :(

נהנו מאוד! צוות המלון היה אדיב ונעים. נוף מדהים, חדרים נקיים וחדשים. מומלץ בעיקר לזוגות. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד (ללא אופציות צמחוניות). המיקום לא במרכז, כן צריך רכב/מונית.

Alles, besonders die Atmosphäre und Einrichtung. Es sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, vielleicht noch besser in Echt! Das Essen und Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Leider war der Kaffee (wie fast immer in Hotels) überhaupt nicht lecker.

L’emplacement proche du centre et de la plage ! Le calme de l’hôtel, les prestations proposées. La superficie de la chambre. La taille de l’hôtel qui reste un hôtel à taille humaine. J’avais demandé une chambre pas loin de la piscine et du petit déjeuné et ça a été le cas merci d’avoir pris en compte ma demande.

Les odeurs d’égout dans la chambre. La carte très réduite du restaurant sans être averti au préalable ainsi que les prix pratiqué. Les gens qui laissent les serviettes sur les transat :(

De hele beleving heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we een uitstekende ervaring hebben gehad. Het begon bij super fijne ontvangst wat we kregen bij het inchecken. Fijn zwembad, waar je de hele dag kan vertoeven met heerlijke drankje en een goede lunch kaart. Het uitzicht vanuit het hotel is echt waanzinnig.

Alles was dik in orde, zowel eten, het hotel, het ontbijt,...! Zeker een aanrader qua faciliteiten! Mooi uitzicht op de baai! We deden niet ver rond het hotel een buggysafari, wat zeker een must is!

Het zwembad was misschien niet altijd even warm in vergelijking met andere hotels die we deden op Kreta.

La vue de la chambre était top ! Chambre confortable est propre. Ils viennent tous les jours faire vos chambre. Le personnel est super sympa. Et je remercie encore Katarina qui a réussi à réaliser la surprise qu’on s’est fait avec mon chéri mutuellement! Elle est adorable 😍! Le repas est bon et les cocktail aussi! On à toujours eu des places de parking. Nous avons passées de magnifiques vacances 😍

Roomed had a weird odour probably from the toilets shower water kept over flooding due to water not going down right, bed sheets were not changed which was not very hygienic I understand eco friendly but if there for longer period should atleast be changed every 2 days

קיבלנו חדר שלא דומה למה שראיתנו בבוקינג … זה היה מאוד מאכזב בעיקר שהשקענו את מיטב כספנו כדי להתפנק והחדר שקיבלנו בפועל - קילופים בקירות, המזגן מעל המיטה טיפטף לי על המצח כשהדלקתי אותו בבוקר מהמיטה, שני המזגנים עשו רעש מעצבן כיבינו אותם והפעלנו את מאוורר התקרה וגם הוא טיקטק כל הלילה… הדלת הזזה בקושי זזה וויתרנו על לסגור את החדר. לטענת צוות הקבלה זה נחשב החדר שהזמנו ( חדר עם דלת הזזה) ניסינו לדבר איתם ולהראות להם את התמונות בבוקינג הם נפנפו אותנו ואמרו שבערב יבדקו אם יכולים להחליף לנו חדר-בפועל לא דיברו איתנו מרגע הצ׳ק אין וגם אנחנו לא רצינו להתעסק בזה כדי לא להוריד את המצב רוח בכל זאת חופשה מצד שני הנוף היה מהמם ומתקני המלון היו ברמה גבוהה כמו הבריכה שהייתה מהממת והבר בערב והברמן שהיה אדיב בטירוף חזרנו אליו כל ערב והצוות במלון מאוד חמודים והעיצוב של המלון מהמם✨

The rooms are very clean and the staff is super nice. We loved our room and the cleaning team cleaned our room every day, made the bed and provided new towels if necessary. The hotel restaurant is absolutely amazing. I recommend eating dinner at the hotel at least once. But the hotel is also located a short walk from many other restaurants and beaches

The pool bar wasn’t the best, but it’s nice that it’s there. You need to make a reservation for dinner at least early the day before since they do not have many tables for dinner. I think this must be because they value their service very high, but the dinner was also the best we had while staying there.

היה נחמד לארגן קלאב קאר קטנים שלוקחים ומעלים אותך לחוף. יש המון עליות.

Mooi hotel met veel aandacht voor detail. Er hangt een ontspannen sfeer. Erg vriendelijk personeel. De kamer is mooi en comfortabel en wordt goed schoongemaakt. Ook hebben we genoten van de yogales en de gym. De gym is niet groot, maar toch vind je er alles wat je nodig hebt voor een complete workout. Bij het ontbijt was er veel keuze. Ook zijn er op het hele terrein veel leuke plekjes om te zitten. Je kunt ook vanaf je ligbed via een app drankjes en eten bestellen.

De koffie bij het ontbijt was echt niet te drinken. Zelfs mijn partner die niet kieskeurig is in zijn koffie kreeg dit niet weg. Gelukkig op de kamer wel een nespresso apparaat, maar de cups worden niet bijgevuld en moet je zelf bijkopen. Dat is voor deze kamerprijs teleurstellend, al helemaal omdat de koffie bij het ontbijt niet te drinken is, en bij het hotel waar we hiervoor sliepen werd dit wel bijgevuld.

A localização. Pelas fotos parecia um apartamento maior mas chegou perfeitamente para nós dois. O atendimento foi incrível, e os funcionários são muito prestáveis e simpáticos.

O pequeno almoço era bom mas podia ser mais variado.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, man merkt, dass sie Spaß an der Arbeit heben und es sich um ein Familiäres unternehmen handelt. Ausstattung ist super, es gibt zwei Pools, mehrere Möglichkeiten zu entspannen, Massagen sind richtig gut und alles ist sehr sauber. 100% weiterempfehlung. Auto ist zu empfehlen um dort gut wegzukommen

Wir waren 7 Tage in diesem Hotel und waren begeistert. Ein wunderschönes Hotel, mit Liebe zum Detail und ganz herzlichen Angestellten die sich um das wohlbefinden des Gastes kümmern. Das Frühstück war gut und hatte für jeden Geschmack genug da - frischer Orangensaft, Obst, Eier, Gebäck, etc. Das anliegende Bostani Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen und preislich angemessen. Wir konnten sogar später aus dem Hotel aus-checken und mussten nur einen kleinen Aufpreis zahlen. Vielen Dank, liebes Iridia Team für diesen tollen Aufenthalt bei Euch.

Espaço da piscina e do bar muito agradável com bons cocktails e excelente vista. Pequeno almoço bastante bom e variado.

Quarto pouco prático com o chuveiro à beira da cama e sem sitio no chuveiro para pendurar a roupa molhada. Funcionários do pequeno almoço muito desadequados e pouco prestáveis, 20min antes de terminar a hora do pequeno almoço recusaram fazer mais sumo de laranja natural alegando que já tinham limpo e desligado a máquina.

L’endroit est beau et reposant. Belles piscines et décorations. Très bon restaurant. À 15 minutes à pieds de la petite plage et des restaurants. J’ai appris à la fin de mon séjour que j’avais été upgradé. Merci pour cela !

La connexion internet n’a pas fonctionné durant tout mon séjour. Le check-in à faire soi-même. Le premier soir la tv ne fonctionnait pas et le dernier soir je n’avais pas d’eau chaude. Le comportement du personnel à la réception, et du manager/ propriétaire qui manquait d’élégance.

Excellent boutique hotel with very relaxing vibes. It has everything you need for a perfect stay, great views, good pools with freshwater, nice cabanas, excellent service and most of all this special atmosphere where guests feel taken very good care of. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and after a few days we felt that we do not want to leave and prolonged our stay twice. It had this kind of special atmosphere where everyone has its personal space but in case you need something, it is instantly taken care of. Very clean rooms, excellent housekeeping, towels were changed daily and our room was sparkling clean, thank you. It is a short walk away from Agia Pelagia’s beach but the atmosphere was so relaxing that we enjoyed every moment of these beautiful grounds. An excellent stay, thank you Katerina and your wonderful team ❤️and thank you lovely Olena who took such a good care of us at breakfast. We hope to come back soon!😊

Good set-up and facilities within the hotel

Room was a little small. Outside area made up for that.

Hatte Superior Zimmer. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht im Irida. Sehr grosses neu renovierte Zimmer welches sehr schön eingerichtet ist, das Bett war auch super bequem, Bad ist unterteilt in ein Raum mit WC und Lavabo, nebenan die schöne sehr grosse Dusche, tolle Terasse gleich neben dem Pool, aber super abgetrennt so dass man für sich alleine war. Hatte für das Abendessen einen Tisch auf Terasse reserviert mit schöner Aussicht , das Essen war fantastisch, ebenso das Frühstückbuffet. Auch die Bedienung war super lieb. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber, es ist immer jemand irgendwo am reinigen. Nach 18 Tagen Kreta und 7 verschiedenen Unterkünften war dies unseres schönste Zimmer

Hier gibt es nichts zu reklamieren.

A really excellent property with lots of sun loungers and 2 pools. Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach if you want that. The beds are very comfortable, not rock hard. And the restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast too

They didn’t offer black tea at breakfast or in the room.

Modern furnitures and a good vibe transmitted by the wide common space. Ideal to relax.

Vents act as an interphone. We could hear other people somewhere else like speaking in the room. The cold water in the Jacuzzi destroys the overall experience.

The breakfast was fresh with good variety. The bar service was super. The staff were willing to accommodate our problem at check in. The view 😍

Too many cats. Room cleaning not spot on. Our room was direct to the pool area, so not much privacy.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient. The rooms were clean, and the hotel’s design is beautiful, relaxing, and creates a very calm atmosphere. Since our flight was early in the morning and we had to check out before 7:00 AM, the hotel kindly offered us a breakfast box. However, the breakfast box was quite basic and simple — it included a plain cheese sandwich, a pear, and a biscuit. It was appreciated, but we expected something a little more varied and special.

air con in the room didn’t work so good, but as we stayed in late april it wasn’t necessary so much

Very beautiful small hotel with great staff. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and so good. Delightful pools and as far as I could tell enough sunbeds. Outside bars...all very good. Rooms were really well equipped and finished, to quality, they looked almost brand new. We had a lovely pool view. Charming staff etc etc. Very good value in early season. A great find.

So new that there are currently a couple of things missing - Hairdryer and teabags !! (I'm sure that will be fixed so soon). 10 minute walk downhill to the beach...not a problem for most.

Schöne kleine Anlage mit schönem Pool. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Bett schön breit, aber natürlich nur mit einer durchgehenden Decke. Sehr gutes Frühstück als Buffet, ab 7:30 Uhr. Wenn man früher los muss, wird einem auf Wunsch auch ein Frühstückspaket zusammengestellt. In den netten kleinen Ort Ort mit seinem Strand und den Restaurants geht man nur rund 10-15 Minuten die Straße hinunter. Parkplätze sind direkt an der Anlage oder Auf einem hoteleigenen Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Wenn man ein ebenerdigens Zimmer hat, kann einem natürlich durch die riesigen Scheiben jeder ins Zimmer schauen. Für uns allerdings kein Problem, weil wir nur eine Nacht dort waren und außer zum Schlafen keine Zeit in dem Zimmer verbracht haben.

Me and my son stayed here for 6 nights and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The food delicious. Rooms are modern and clean. Would definitely visit again. I would recommend hiring a car to go and visit other places an hour or so away, equally the 5 min walk to the beach and shops is very easy. The people are so friendly everywhere you go and always offer help if needed.

The swimming pool was very cold, even on a very hot day i struggled to stay in for more than a few mins.

Deluxe Zimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick etwas klein, wenig Stauraum. Auf der Terrasse bei voller Belegung wenig Privatsphäre.

We had an amazing time on Irida Hotel. It's located in the quiet village of Agia Pelagia, not too far from Heraklion, and it felt like we were in paradise. The village has everything you need if you want to stay nearby. The hotel is very close to two beautiful natural beaches. The hotel has amazing views, and the facilities, such as the gym, pools, cocktail bar, restaurant and outdoor areas, are wonderful. We felt so calm and serene there that we didn't want to leave. Our room was big with a porch, and our bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was amazing with several options and delicious food. All of the staff were amazing. We loved Bill; he's hilarious and very professional. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend it!

The stuff is very helpful and energetic. We were welcomed so warm. They have a restaurant inside the hotel (price is relatively higher than outside) and made us stay easier for dinner time. Bostani Restaurant has delicious menu. The room is so big and had a patio and a hanging swing. If you have a car and do not want to be the center Heraklion, it's 20 mins away from the airport and has a calm atmosphere. Open buffet breakfast is filling. Beach is easier to reach by car (a bit hill) in 2 minutes. There is a free parking spot for your car.

Potable water can be much better at the breakfast buffet. Taste is very unpleasant.

Just outside the busy area of Agia Pelagia which we liked. You can walk to the beach and restaurants. After check out we could use the facilities the whole day which was great

Bruyant : notre chambre (la 16) était sous le restaurant de l'hôtel. Bruits de chaise à partir de 7h du matin et jusqu'au soir 23h30. Bruit de ventilation et de lave vaisselle la nuit. Chambre trop proche de la route.

The property is immaculate and Zen with beautiful gardens and nice furniture. The staff goes beyond to make you comfortable . The rooms, beds, and furniture are very comfortable and the windows are soundproof if you want to sleep in. The Hillside location has lovely views and it's a 10 minute walk from the beach with its shops and restaurants. If you go the other direction, it's a 20 minute walk to a quieter beach Ligaria -with restaurants. We enjoyed massages at the spa and felt that they were reasonably priced. The breakfast was very ample with hot and cold choices. The restaurant has lovely views.

It took some getting used to the hot water in our building, (room, 22).. it doesn't get very hot and you move the faucet in the opposite direction from what I am used to. It's a solar system, so I respect this. Unfortunately, for the property, there are two abandoned construction homes that impeded our view.

Frühstück und Abendessen war gut, könnte qualitativ aber noch etwas besser sein. Außenanlage sauber, an manchen Stellen könnte die Möbel im Aussenbereich getauscht werden.

The staff are amazing! Especially Chris on the bar such a great chap aswell as the reception crew.The place was spotless, great food aswell as being very affordable. Lovely cute well looked after cats everywhere, the hotel is also a 10 minute walk from two beautiful beaches. Honestly people the best hotel and most friendly welcoming staff I've ever experienced!

We loved our stay at the Irida Hotel. This boutique family-owned hotel was perfect for us. It was modern, clean and fresh with great views across Agia Pelagia bay. Service was outstanding, with staff remembering your name, always smiling and friendly. Great cocktails and good food and wine - we were also able to do a local wine tasting session which was great. The room was modern and equipped with a small kitchen which was useful. Comfortable sun loungers and nice pool area, pool a little cold but to be expected for October. In a good location about a 7 min walk from the main beach. I would recommend this hotel.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage - etwas den Berg hoch, aber trotzdem ist man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten am Strand/im Ort. Falls man im Hotel bleiben möchte, gibt es 2 Pools mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten und Blick aufs Meer. Extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter! Das Zimmer war super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator ist beides da, falls es zu heiß wird. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl + eine gemütliche Bar für ein paar Drinks am Abend.
