The breakfast was everyday the same, tiny bit of fruit and not enough to fill you until noon. Some comfortable chairs to read a book in the garden could be an extra value.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Buena atención de la recepcionista. Hay una pequeña piscina y un jardín posterior bonitos. Recomiendo tener una lista de restaurantes recomendados cercanos al hotel porque el hotel solo ofrece el desayuno.
El parqueadero nos fue facilitado pero no hay espacio para mas vehículos. El sector cuenta con vigilante en la calle, aunque el sector es muy seguro. Deberían hacer mantenimiento a los porta cortinas.

Sugiero adecuar espacios para teletrabajo ya sea en el cuarto o en una zona social, con internet de mayor velocidad.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2024We absoltely loved our room as it had a balcony which looked over the pool and garden. We were served breakfast in the garden, which was loevly, and a lot of coffee! The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times.
There wasn't any hot water in our room - we told them on the first night, but then nothing happened. We also didn't insist on it as we weren't sure if we'd be staying for two or three days. We put up with it as it was such a beautiful hotel. We mention it again, so we can't say that they didn't do anything about it. The area is OK as it's close to San Antonio and there are plenty of things close by: supermarkets, bars etc. We took taxis to and from the hotel a lot. As with most places in Cali, use your common sense.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2023This hotel was a little oasis in Cali. We loved the spacious room, the pool (small but good for a little dip) and most of all the friendly staff. We were also allowed to use their yoga mats and they have a small private patio, which was perfect to do some yoga in the morning. Location was good, we were able to walk to most places but got taxis in the evenings.
Nothing, would 100% recommend.

Maybe a few sunbeds would be nice, although they would probably take a bit too much space from the garden area.

The facility was great, but some cab drivers ( without GPS on cell phone) had a hard time finding the hotel. Uber drivers had no problem Uber rides were very inexpensive and wait time less then 3 to 4 minutes.

Our room faced the street and we were woken by construction noise. it did not feel like a boutique hotel - not even a glass in the room to take a drink of water. and pre-ordering breakfast seemed like an unnecessary inconvenience.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2023The staff was very kind and flexible and waited for us as we had a late bus that came in from Pasto at 11:30. The pool area is very cute and perfect to dip in on a sunny day. There is a lot of green space and the vibe is very chill. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a close walk to San Antonio, where you will find many restaurants and bars.
The toilet was having some difficulties with flushing that my boyfriend had to fix. Although the fan was perfect for the weather, the sheet alone wasn’t enough to keep me warm (the fan was on the lowest setting) so I had to add extra layers to keep warm. Perhaps adding more bedding for those who want to use the fan and for chillier nights.

There is a small pool in the garden, and the neighbourhood is safe and peaceful, yet close to a plaza with restaurants and bars.
The only complaint would be about the noise at night, as there was a party in one of the houses nearby. The staff said it was a bad luck and it doesn't normally happen.

She gave us comfort by making sure we were safe with the driver we had hired on Indriver for our follow up trip. Beautiful little garden with pool, flowers and breakfast table. Good breakfast that made us discover new types of fruit juice.
A bit old but well maintained and comfortable. Neighbourhood felt safe but it is residential and doesn't have as many tourists (and restaurants) as San Antonio

Ten stars to the staff. friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. I highly recommend this property!
