Kamer was vies stoffig zwart. Bediening was onbeschoft at times liet je 3 kwartier wachten niet behulpzaam als je wat vroeg. Lag echt aan wie er werkte. Matige massage. En belachelijke prijzen we konden nog €150 bijbetalen voor matige diensten.

Los cuartos pequeños para el costo, no tenía papel higiénico en el baño se solicitó y lo llevaron inmediato..dejamos una botella de vino y el segundo día la persona de aseo lo retiró y no la habíamos terminado claro la solicitamos y la regresaron, adicional dejó la bolsa de los papeles del baño sobre la mesa donde se toman alimentos..😦😦

Desde que llegamos la experiencia fue excelente. Es un hotel boutique con muchísimo encanto y una personalidad muy marcada; el diseño, la decoración y cada detalle hacen que el lugar se sienta exclusivo, tranquilo y diferente. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la piscina y las zonas comunes son ideales para relajarse, y el ambiente invita realmente a desconectarse. También disfrutamos del spa, que fue una experiencia muy agradable y perfecta para descansar. El restaurante superó nuestras expectativas: el desayuno estuvo delicioso y los demás platos que probamos también fueron de muy buena calidad. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor fue la atención del personal. Todo el equipo fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bien recibidos durante toda la estancia. La habitación era muy cómoda, impecablemente limpia y con una excelente atención a los detalles. Es un lugar ideal para una escapada en pareja o simplemente para descansar en Cali. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera que busque una experiencia diferente, tranquila y con un servicio de primer nivel.

Staff were lovely, it definitely wasn’t worth the price though. It was quite noisy, also not worth paying for the massage it was terrible. But the staff were nice. Not an ideal location either as it’s not walking distance to anything but it;s a short uber to restaurants ect.

The pool was excellent, location was great and accessible for all of our needs. Staff were kind, helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast was inadequate for this type of hotel (and price!) . There was no buffet, no bread; they just served a tray of freshly made eggs and a plate of fruit. No black tea! And most importantly: it was swarming with mosquitoes (even though I was careful, they still got in while the room was being cleaned), and there was no insect repellent. I had to go buy some myself. Don't open any window! No Phone in the room to talk to the reception ; no paper and pen for making notes; No electrical outlets on the desk for connecting the computer;No kettle for hot water,The Wi-Fi signal is very unstable, and it's often impossible to make calls . Swimming pool small, sometimes full with guests and close to aconstruction site and associated noise .

Amazing place. Very unique. Nothing like this in Cali. Great taste for detail.

El confort de las habitaciones

Los desayunos, nos dieron unos huevos italianos y turcos. La salsa roja que tenían los italianos era demasiada, muy hostigante y los huevos turcos tenía mucha crema o suero, no recordamos muy bien que era. Pero no fueron tan ricos

El sitio y la habitación son increíbles, y el servicio de 10, muy atentos y te ayudan en todo, muy recomendable

Der besondere Style im Zimmer - Leolook und die 2 Hauskatzen. Auch das fantastische Frühstück war absolut lecker.

Las instalaciones superaron mis expectativas: confort, elegancia y armonía en cada espacio.

La temática gotica del hotel es increíble, le da ese toque. La habitacion super y la cama excelente, el desayuno también increible. La piscina ni muy fría ni muy caliente, super relajante.

Lo único malo es que se escucha mucho el ruido de la llave de la otra habitación y se escucha en el baño la cocina del restaurante del tocó. (Como lavan los platos), algo un poco incomodo en la habitacion 208 que nos toco.

I travel frequently for work, and OSVÉ was a great place to rest. It’s a very quiet hotel with a strong focus on comfort and well-being. The rooms are comfortable, the service is professional, and I’d definitely stay here again.

grosse déception après mon 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel qui s’est transformé en bordel de luxe avec des groupes qui louent les appartements des derniers étages pour leur parties de jambes en l’air. tout s’entend à toute heure de la nuit

Everything at the property was amazing, but especially the staff. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful which made the atmosphere very warm. The rooms are beautiful and super clean! I had a great night sleep in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and very filling. Pool area is very relaxing

La verdad que yo hice la reserva para mi novia con su amiga que viajaron a Cali por temas comerciales. Prácticamente todo pude coordinarlo incluso pagarlo desde CHile, sin tener que pagar extras ni comisiones. La atención rápida, expedita, empática y sobretodo humana y servicial. Solo agradecimientos.

We were in the suite by the pool and stairs. The main door and window were just not soundproof enough to isolate from noises coming from outside, (especially the door).

Beautiful interiors, excellent staff training. Owner is Colombian living in USA, so it looks like she can join the best of both.

- There was no water dispenser to refill, so you need to buy plastic bottles with water, quite not up to 2024; - coffee is not good, especially like for Colombia;

Property is very nice decorated and staff is very helpful. Location excellent against a hill so there are some level floor differences. You need to like climbing stairs. It’s very close to Parque del Perro where you can find very nice restaurants and bars.

It’s a family run hotel and sometimes organization is a bit lost. It’s missing a floor manager who will take all responsibilities at the day. It could be a bit noisy on the room when people hang around the pool area and make noise. Rooms are lacking soundproof windows. Some rooms don’t have view or windows other than the description on booking.com. It could be a bit dark.

Great overall experience. The staff is very friendly and available. and accommodating and the venue has almost everything you need (bring an umbrella!). Beds were very comfortable. Location is great, very safe and close to plenty of nice bars. Staff was able to recommend a good driver from the airport and for our general needs. No complaints overall!

Only a handful of things are missing in the room like a hairdryer and umbrella. Sound isolation can be a problem from the corridor.

The breakfast was lovely every morning we both enjoyed it, the location was also perfect, very close to everything, bars, restaurants and a lot of site seeing if the city.

A mini fridge would have been perfect, but because the room service was soooo good it wasn’t a big issue not having one. the staff are ALL LOVELY I do recommend it 100%

This hotel is literally perfect! I prefer to stay at boutique hotels when I travel and this one did not disappoint! Probably top 3 of all the hotels I’ve been to. Even if I didn’t like visiting Cali (which I loved, but if I didn’t) I would go back just to stay here! The service was top tier 11/10! The food was probably a 7.5/10, everything was super clean and the entire staff went above and beyond for us, accommodating at every turn no matter what we needed! From transport to bar and restaurant recommendations to literally everything else! We always felt safe and in good hands. We had one of the apartments with the private hot tub and that was also perfect. Our unit was very spacious and had everything we needed!

This a very nice hotel, especially for couples and romantic weekends. Very friendly and helpful staff from the beginning to the end and great service in the room and very clean. Nothing at all to complain. Location is very safe and all is quite, but to have a car would be a good choice.

Breakfast needs to be chosen thenday before and also the time. So it is a little unflexibel. Food quality could improve and the prices are too high for this level of hotel. After booking several emails that the payment should be done via transfer otherwise the room getting cancelled. This is a little strange as clearly stated payment in hotel and first time I had this.

Everything. I give this place a 10+. Place is beautiful, quiet, and I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Will definitely be staying there again when I return

- Most beautiful luxury Villa with several rooms with yakuzi in the room. One apartment has the yakuzi on the balcony with spectaculair view. - Owner is a super host. Staff is extremely service oriented, friendly and very pro-active. - Breakfast is great - You really feel at home
