Man hört die Musik von der Rooftop Bar bis ins Zimmer, was etwas genervt hat. Frühstück ok aber nicht top- im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Kolumbien eher wenig Auswahl. Sonst hat’s gut gepasst!

Reviewed May 12, 2026Location good if you want to be in the center of the most touristy & expensive area of Medellin. Most rooms have no windows. If you are willing to pay more for a room with a balcony those are splendid - there are few of those. Place is clean. Breakfast is mediocre at best. They’ll tell you you cannot have any visitors in your hotel room and they will tell you they state this policy on their website. They do not. See for yourself. From experience they are very inconsistent about this policy - perhaps it depends on who is working and how they perceive any visitors. I would find another place to stay where their policies are clearly stated annd consistently applied and their breakfasts are worth paying for.

À part pour les chambres exécutives du dernier étage, les fenêtres des autres chambres donnent sur la tres belle cour de l'hôtel mais ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir.

Breakfast was ok. Bathroom door is a sliding door that was clunky to use.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026The property is well located and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The only problem with booking is it says all fees and taxes included. Lie, Lie, Lie, that’s not the truth. If they happen to stamp your passport and check a box incorrectly you will pay all the taxes.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Ottima location vicino alla via centrale per uscire a piedi alla sera. Bella struttura nuova e in stile industrial. Colazione a buffet con diverse scelte, ordinato e pulito. Staff molto gentile e competente.
L’unica cosa è che un giorno non ci hanno pulito la camera ma forse abbiamo frainteso e dovevamo chiederlo. La porta usb per carica il telefono accanto a un lato del letto non funzionava (camera 504). Niente di che lo dico più che altro per i prossimi ospiti.
