Reviewed May 27, 2026Central location, plenty of restaurants/night life nearby with walkable distance, Ubers don’t take more than 5 min to arrive. Room was clean, comfortable bed, cold AC,good WiFi. Tried the rooftop rest, food/atmosphere were good. Staff and service were exceptional.

Noise Weekdays seemed to be fine however at the weekend (especially Saturday) there is a 24hour car park across the road from the hotel which seemed to play high bass sounding music until 4am Even with the white noise machine /earplugs the hotel provides it doesn’t seemed to help. The fact they provide these in the first place suggests this is a long standing issue which I doubt will be resolved.

Inside the room there is a liquor cabinet where you can buy shots using an atm machine on it, the screen was illuminated 24/7 which was super bright at night time when the lights were off. Where the bathtub is located it is sitting on a heated floor, you can see through the grates where it was pretty dirty and had condom wrappers etc

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026This is truly one of the most beautiful hotels in the city. The views of the mountains are absolutely stunning and make the entire experience feel special. The rooms are modern, very clean, and feel luxurious — you can tell everything is new and well maintained. The attention to detail really stands out. What made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. They consistently went above and beyond. I also really appreciated their sensitivity and accommodation of my Shabbat observance. They kindly assisted by operating the elevator and personally walking me to my room, which meant a lot to me. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — I would absolutely stay here again.

I did not like the property’s requirement for the second guest on reservation has to be named at time of check in or else extra payment will have to be made even if the reservation was for two guests. It makes no sense to me.

Nos cobraron los impuestos por ser colombianos residentes de en el exterior, luego me di cuenta cuando me hospedé en otro hotel que si eres residente en el exterior aunque seas colombiano no se te cobran impuestos. Mucha gente de fuera entrando a la terraza lo que puede ser un poco inseguro, y un poco bulla por la terraza con alto volumen de musica

Again, the fact that the refrigerator amenities aren't complimentary is a negative for me. It’s a small detail that would make the stay feel much more premium if it were included.

Lors d’un orage, nous nous sommes rendus compte que de l’eau entrait dans la chambre par la baie vitrée du balcon. Nous avons également eu un problème de toilettes bouchées et avons dû nous débrouiller seuls après avoir péniblement récupérer une ventouse à l’accueil.

Me pareció absurdo que pagué una habitación para dos adultos y por segundo adulto me cobraron 100 dólares más durante mi estadía, con eso me daba para una noche más fácilmente, deberían mejorar ese detalle.

Me sacaron del hotel un día antes del cumpleaños de mi esposo no me dieron ni una explicación del por qué me cambiaron nunca recibí una disculpa no sé por qué me mandaron para otro hotel la habitación un poco incómoda las sabanas de taparse un poco dura mucho ruido de la calle no pude dormir tranquila mucho problema con el control remoto de las cortinas y del televisor

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026After my travel agent recommended this hotel and reading the reviews, I was thrilled to stay at Hastag 98 Hotel. It’s in a central location, and the walls are so paper-thin that the hotel gives you earplugs! The room is smaller than expected but it fits two adults fine for our 5 day stay. The entire team was very responsive and helpful with all needs and questions via WhatsApp. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious. Closet space is basically nonexistent in the room since it’s so small. Hand soap is not provided in the bathroom. We were given a welcome drink voucher, but the rooftop was closed for a private event and with the strict times it’s very difficult to visit. We were not able to use this, and that was upsetting as the front desk staff were unable to help resolve this issue. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

El check inn es eterno. El roof top siempre está en evento privado. La verdad si usted va de trabajo o desconectarse, o en familia no es el hotel. El ruido 24 horas es insoportable, ruido, música, carros, puertas. No volvería a este hotel.
