O atendimento na recepção foi muito agradável, educados e simpáticos.

Tinha baratas no apartamento, e a lixeira da “cozinha” estava suja ( com lixo). Não valeu a pena pelo valor q pagamos.

The staff were so kind and understanding that I had come from a cancelled flight and slept on the airport floor, and even though the room wasn’t ready when I arrived they told me as soon as it was (around 10:15am, ages before official check in) the pool is great with lots of loungers in the sun and shade. Room wasn’t huge with aircon, tv and kitchen

The apartments were in a good location. It was near the beach and supermarket.

The apartments could do with some proper self catering essentials. The kettle leaked and the fridge wasn’t working properly.

The staff was really friendly. The pool area is really nice and cozy. And our hotel room was super nice and our ocean view was superb!

Only thing i can say is that the kitchen didn’t have all the tools we wanted and the wifi wasn’t the greatest.

A piscina é a localização e os funcionários da recepção!

A experiência neste hotel ficou muito aquém das expectativas. Durante a noite havia bastante barulho nos corredores, o que dificultava o descanso. Para além disso, encontrámos baratas nas zonas comuns do hotel, algo completamente inaceitável do ponto de vista da higiene. A limpeza diária dos quartos também deixou muito a desejar. O quarto não era devidamente limpo e nem sequer o chão era varrido. Esperávamos, no mínimo, que a limpeza básica fosse assegurada diariamente. Infelizmente, tendo em conta o preço pago e as condições encontradas, não considero que a experiência corresponda minimamente ao que seria expectável. Não voltaria a ficar neste hotel e não o recomendo.

Rooms were a good size. Very close to the beach. Staff in the hotel were all lovely and very helpful.

Some of the basic stuff like teaspoons and egg cups weren't in the room. Light in bathroom bit dim. But these are just minor things.But overall experience was very good at this hotel.

Cleanliness is really a problem, we found hairs in the floor of every division. We also had a a visit of a cockroach.

Já tinha ficado neste alojamento há 2 anos. Voltei a marcar porque tinha gostado. Fica muito próximo da praia. Único ponto positivo foi a limpeza diária do espaço.

O estúdio está em muito mau estado. Casa de banho velha. kitchenette e eletrodomésticos velhos. Nenhuma privacidade. Tivemos que estar os dias todos com os cortinados fechados :(

The pool and pool area are great. Was never too busy. The staff were really nice. The location is Perfect, right in the middle of old and new town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. There’s a spar and a pub right next door to the hotel.

The facilities by the pool could do with a deep clean. €300 cash deposit should be more prominent on the booking information.

The hotel hasn't been cleaned properly or maintained in decades. Really not very pleasant to stay there which is a shame as it could be lovely. Under invested. Would highly recommend paying more and staying somewhere more pleasant.

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The pool was great, and there is a shop less than a minute’s walk away, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, with good-quality mattresses.

As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by a huge cockroach, which was very unpleasant and definitely not the best first impression. The furniture in the room is quite old and could use some updating. The balcony furniture was also very dusty and dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Expensive pints in an empty bar, however they were okay with people drinking their own drinks at the pool. Room could go 3 days between cleaning staff, no cleaning supplies like sweeping brush or cloth in the studio apartment.

La verdad que el tamaño de la habitación y la ubicación del hotel nos resultaron muy cómodas. Teníamos acceso directo a la piscina y eso era una comodidad extra.

El menaje de la cocina era justito, bajo, escaso.

El sillón del salón está bastante sucio. Los muebles de la cocina no los habían limpiado y tenían todas las huellas de grasa. A diario hacen la cama súper rapidísimo ya que mi sábana bajera le faltaba un metro para llegar a los pies y el suelo no lo barrían.

Os funcionários foram impecáveis! Minha amiga passou mal durante a noite e eles foram bastante atenciosos conosco. Um obrigada ao recepcionista Nuno que me ajudou a encontrar meu Kindle esquecido! A localização é ótima também.

Mobiliario antiguo y deteriorado. La bañera tenía una capa de pintura que se levantaba y se te pegaban los trozos a los pies. No hay prácticamente menaje para 2 personas.

Faltaban utensilios de cocina, no había sartenes, nada para fregar un vaso o plato.

Overall terrible, how this has a 7+ rating is beyond me. I’ve stayed in places rated less and were much better. Room was absolutely filthy when we got there, not to mention the noise levels at all hours of the night it was like as if walls were made of paper.

- Entering the room to a big roach and seeing another one in the reception - impossible proper use of the Internet during all of our stay, resulting on losing money for two work meetings and having to leave a day early and book another hotel so I can properly do the my meetings - Even though we let the staff know well ahead of time of our plans and asked them for a reimbursement of that one day as a courtesy for all the inconveniences, they did nothing about it! Big disappointment

The location was fantastic 2mins from a beach and supermarket is next door! The old town is a 10mins walk and the albuferia train stops right around the corner! The furniture was a bit dated but it was very peaceful and so so clean! The staff at the front desk was so nice and were open 24/7! We would definitely stay here again

Furniture needs to be updated but it’s no big deal! There are no shampoo and conditioner provided but they sell some in the shop

No me gusto la limpieza, personal, falta de menaje en la cocina, y el excesivo ruido de otros huéspedes jovenes borrachos a altas horas de la madrugada, que utilizaban altavoces en las terrazas mientras gritaban y el hotel no hacia nada por solucionarlo. Muy mala insonorización del apartamento. No recomendado para familias.

La cercanía de la playa.

El apartamento estaba sucio. Hotel donde a las 2 de la mañana en la habitación de arriba estaban de fiesta. Hotel donde a las 4 de la mañana la chavalería corre y grita. Si quieres descanso...este no es un lugar para ello.

The floor was quite dirty in our room, especially the kitchen. There were a lot of very aggressive young men making a LOT of noise in the middle of the night. They were also breaking every rule at the pool. Nothing was ever done about them.

Da proximidade da praia, dos funcionários prestáveis e acessíveis. Após as nossas queixas de falta de descanso devido ao ruído intenso durante a noite feito pelos outros hóspedes (grupos de jovens), a gerente mudou nos de quarto de forma a ficarmos mais isolados de todo o ruído.

O hotel é muito frequentado por grupos de jovens, por isso o barulho é muito intenso e durante a madrugada é igual. Não tem cama de casal, apenas duas camas de solteiro juntas. Tem poucos utensílios de cozinha, o frigorífico/congelador podia ser maior. O isolamento acústico devia ser melhorado, pois é audível todo o barulho envolvente: Passagem nos corredores, conversas, portas a bater, móveis a arrastar, músicas dos outros hóspedes. A pressão de água do chuveiro também podia ser melhor. O chão do apartamento também já se encontra um pouco degradado.

The beds were unbearably hard. I had to sleep on the sofa. The hotel was loud with parties on balcony’s and by the pool.

No me ha gustado nada. Quizás para jóvenes que buscan la fiesta está muy bien pero si quieres descansar tranquilamente este no es tu sitio. El personal muy amable.

La habitación en la planta -2 daba directamente a la piscina. En ninguna foto de Booking se ve. Prácticamente la terraza es accessible para cualquiera. Y en la piscina había gente con el altavoz a todo volumen así que, si quieres descansar, olvídate de dejar la ventana algo abierta. Además, supuestamente la entrada es a las 16:00 pero hasta las 17:00 la habitación no estaba lista. Y cuando, por fin, podíamos entrar, nos encontramos con las puertas abiertas de par en par y el suelo mojado!! La piscina cierra a las 19:00 y por la mañana a las 11:00 teníamos que dejar el hotel así que no pudimos disfrutar de ella. Y para concluir, a las 1:00 de la noche en la habitación de al lado había un montón de gente con música a todo volumen. Tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que les llamara la atención y, por suerte, salieron y pudimos dormir.

Barulho , muitos grupos de jovens que faziam barulho de noite e de madrugada. Música no volume máximo ! Fiquei 3 noites de férias e só consegui dormir a última noite. Não consegui usufruir da piscina porque era bolas , bóias gigantes, grupos a beber álcool na piscina , caixas de som no último volume. Saltos para a água , corridas , jogar futebol nas bordas da piscina. Enfim ..

O apartamento

Não gostei da disponibilidade dos funcionários. Éramos para ter entrado das 10 às 11 e só nos deixaram entrar quase á 13. Se não há disponibilidade para entrar á hora prevista (que nem obtivemos resposta) não colocavam as opções horárias. Disseram nos que o check in só era possível a partir das 16, se assim fosse não deveria haver opção de escolha. Achei uma grande falta de respeito este acontecimento.
