Osoblje je veoma ljubazno i predusretljivo, a apartman je bio izuzetno čist i uredan. Odnos cene i kvaliteta je odličan. Sve preporuke! Rado bih ponovo boravila ovde. 😊

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026ho soggiornato presso la Vostra struttura dal 7 al 10 agosto ed quando ho fatto il checkout prima di lasciare l’hotel ho chiesto di tenere i miei bagagli e del mio amico nel vostro deposito bagagli dove sono rimasti per un’ora e mezza circa dalle 11 alle 12:30 dopodiché li ho ritirati e caricati in macchina per ripartire. In uno dei miei 2 bagagli, uno zainetto, avevo 2 paia di scarpe mocassini di colore blu che non ho più ritrovato e che mi mancano. Sono sicuro al 100% che le mie 2 paia di scarpe sono state prese dal mio zainetto da quella stanza dove erano depositati i bagagli. Ho prontamente chiamato alla struttura che non mi hanno saputo dare spiegazione.

La web del hotel, a través de la que entré, indica cláramente que TODAS las habitaciones tienen desayuno continental incluido. Luego te redirige a Booking, donde no dice nada, ni da la opción de contratar desayuno, ni opción de habitaciones con/sin desayuno, lo que lleva a pensar que EFECTIVAMENTE, lo que dice la web es cierto: ¡PUES NO! En recepción indican primero que esa web ya no la gestiona la propiedad, luego que está desactualizada, y que no hay desayuno, que les da igual que te sientas engañado por su publicidad engañosa: resultado, hoja de reclamaciones. Por el precio de la habitación (muy mala relación calidad/precio, aunque lo aceptas por la fecha), y el del desayuno continental, ya son ganas de que se vaya un cliente enfadado.

C'est un hotel 2 etoiles donc on ne peut pas s'attendre un grand luxe mais les chambres sont spacieux, il y a un climatisation, les lits confortables et l'emplacement proche du vieux centre et la plage est top. Il y a un petit restaurant avec des bons plats pour le petit dej ou brunch/lunch (oeufs brouille avec saumon, avocat, smoothies, etc).

Parking is a real problem in Marbella! (You have to find free or paid parking. The hotel rating would have been all 10’s if there had been a mini fridge and a safe in the room!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Location is really good, basically 2 min walk and you are on Old Town busy area. For that money, I think it has good value. Rooms are old, but everything basic is there. AC works very well and quiet. Beds are ok. My room had even small bath. Small nice cafeteria down stairs and terrace for breakfast and dinner. Nice people running. Overall I think good value and great location.
The only downsides are: 1. The walls and doors are made from paper. You hear every fart and movement. So better have earplugs. First night was problem, second was more quiet. 2. If you have car, then parking is challenging. However on high season, it took me around 10 min (no too much) to find parking spot on the street within about 5-6 min walking distance radius

C'est un peu vieillot mais je n'en tiens pas rigueur au regard du prix payé, tout est fonctionnel et propre. Le seul point noir pour moi et l'isolation phonique, on entend beaucoup les chambres voisines, donc c'est l'expérience de sommeil dépendra beaucoup de vos voisins. Dans mon cas c'était des jeunes britanniques qui étaient venus faire la fête donc pas mal de bruit malheuresement.

Just needs a bit of updating. And possible a kettle and small fridge in the rooms.

No hay neverita en la habitación y hacía 35 grados de temperatura en la calle. También hubiera sido útil un espejo de cuerpo entero, solo había el del lavabo y estaba bastante alto, no muy útil para vestirse.

Aber das Hotel ist sowas von ringhörig. Mein Zimmernachbar hat telefoniert und ich konnte jedes Wort laut und deutlich hören, von ihm und seiner Gesprächspartnerin. Trotz Oropax konnte ich nicht schlafen und habe ihn dann gebeten, leiser zu sprechen. Was er dann zum Glück gemacht hat. Frühstück gibt es im Cafe nebenan, der Cafe und das Croissant waren gut. Preis - Leistung hat gepasst.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Localização perfeita, recepção atenciosa pelo funcionário que nos recebeu à noite, indicando o local de estacionamento, a cama e o travesseiro eram muito bons.
Chuveiro foi complicado, molha bastante a parte externa e faltou água fria no último dia. A água disponível não era passível de utilizar pois estava a 65 graus. Não foi culpa do hotel, segundo informado, mas a água voltou às 11:50 e o checkin era 12 horas. Tomamos um banho rápido e saímos às 12:20. Não foram muito compreensíveis a um atraso de 20 minutos por um problema que também não foi causado por nós. Tinhamos ido à praia pela manhã. Impossível não tomar banho e não fomos avisados antes do problema da falta de água. Tirando essa ocorrência, acho que vale o custo benefício.

Si può cmq fare colazione lì o nel bar a 50 m dove facevano anche i churros con la cioccolata calda! Vicino c'è un parcheggio pubblico dove si riusciva a parcheggiare con un pò di pazienza.

Każdy gość ma możliwość skorzystania z pysznych śniadań za dodatkową opłatą z rabatem🤗 Podsumowując bardzo polecam czysto przyjemnie i to co mnie zaskoczyło że można w hotelu ** gwiazdkach są mini zestawy do kąpieli i suszarką🤗 Wszędzie blisko. Polecam z serca. Ja wiem że na pewno wrócę 🙂Jak wylądujecie w Maladze to po wyjściu z lotniska- gdy planujecie jechać dalej- udajcie się do butki aby kupić bilety na autobus bo u kierowcy nie kupicie.

La atención en recepción es cercana y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudarte. La ubicación un 10. Puedes ir andando a todos los lugares de interés en menos de 5 minutos. Siempre que viajo a Marbella me alojo aquí. Hotel ideal para familias, parejas o persona sola. Recomiendo 100% Un plus la cafetería anexa al hotel que sirven desayunos y almuerzos súper ricos!

Que estaba en lo alto de la montaña y con mi edad 81 años me costaba subir pero después calidad precio perfecto
