Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima. A due passi dal cuore del centro. Il personale molto gentile, sempre disponibile e inoltre mettono loro a disposizione gratuitamente ombrellone con asciugamani per la spiaggia. Danno anche la possibilità di lasciare da loro i bagagli sia all’arrivo, se la stanza non è pronta, sia il giorno della partenza. Sicuramente ci ritorneremmo volentieri :)
Per noi non è stato un vero problema però la struttura non dispone di un ascensore

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Posizione centralissima, accogliente e pulita. Tipico patio fiorito meraviglioso presente all’interno dell’edificio. Nonostante avessimo una camera al piano terra su strada, non abbiamo sentito rumori, la vi setta, anche se centrale, rimane tranquilla. Letto comodo, tutti i confort essenziali presenti in camera. Il personale al desk è stato sempre disponile all’offrire consigli a noi ospiti, gentili e attenti.
Il bagno era un po ‘ piccolo e la sua finestrella affacciava sul corridoio di passaggio per accedere alle altre camere non so se può ovviare a questo inserendo un lucernario sull’interno della camera per poter ottenere luce.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026This property is located in an excellent spot. It’s just a short walk to the beach, the orange square, and the main tourist streets. I would give it a perfect score of 10 out of 10 for its location.
You must understand that if you have physical challenges, there’s no elevator, and the AC in our room wasn’t powerful. Consequently, we had to check out the second day. What truly turned me off was the moment I arrived and asked the reception guy about the ground-floor room we had booked. He immediately threatened me, asking if I wanted to cancel my reservation. I found his attitude extremely unkind and rude. Despite our disappointment in not having a ground-floor room, he carried our suitcase to our room. It turned out that there was a communication issue due to a language barrier. They changed our booking and sent us a message in Spanish. I didn’t catch the part that said it won’t be a ground floor. However, his attitude was awful, and he left us while we were still talking to him. The manager was a more reasonable person and was understanding, but she couldn’t do much to resolve our situation. She was helpful in adjusting our reservation to leave the second day. Another issue was the lack of privacy. The rooms are so close together that the balconies overlook all the surrounding rooms. While it’s a good facility for those who don’t have these issues, it didn’t work for us. My husband has back problems, and the stairs were really problematic for us. Overall, the staff attitude and lack of privacy were significant drawbacks for us.

Not enough shower gel, shampoo etc, only very small sachets. Luckily we brought our own toiletries.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Definantely exceeded my expecatations, great value for money. Everything was clean, room was very spacious, beds were comfortable, had even a nice balcony. Staff was exetremly friendly and helpful. In the reception they even have 24/7 super market which was an amazing addition!
The only “issue” is that they have no elevator but considering everything else was amazing, this was a very minor inconvenience.

Miserable staff who demanded your key everytime you left like you were at school. Appalling rickety furniture in the room, no fridge (what a joke in Spain in 40 degrees for water or beers) the bathroom was rough as. The location is nigh on impossible to find in the little streets of the old town on a hill. Need I say anymore They charged 150 euros a night for that experience.

The front desk was always manned, so for towels, questions, check in, getting keys, this was perfect. They allowed us to check out and leave our stuff then use their towels and faciltieis after the beach to shower before traveeling. The rooms are great, very clean, and are spacious!

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Nous avons passé un super séjour ! L’hôtel est très bien situé, au cœur du Casco Antiguo de Marbella, et tout peut se faire facilement à pied. C’est propre et le ménage est réalisé tous les jours. Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable, disponible 24/24 7/7.
Seul petit bémol : les lits sont un peu trop petits pour 2 personnes.

El colchón de las camas debe ser cambiadas por el dueño a unos colchones que estén dentro de las que ofrece la hoteleria ya que son muy blandas y se hunden.Es casi imposible dormir y descansar.Las toallas que ofrecen para la playa deberían ser mejores y el shampoo que colocan tiene un método difícil de abrir ,yo sugiero que sea más de hotel o de hostal de mejor calidad.Considero que hay demasiados muebles (mesas) dentro de la habitación.Conclusion deben Cambiar los colchones si o si.Yo mejoraría la decoración de la recepción a más vintage con mejor decoración obvio dentro del concepto de hostal ah y colocaría neverita dentro de la habitación.

Pokój był bardzo czysty, wygodny.Personel był niezwykle miły, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Panowała spokojna, rodzinna atmosfera, dzięki której czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt każdemu, kto planuje pobyt w Marbelli. Chętnie tu wrócimy!

Happy to store my luggage when I was checking out and happy for me to use the shower too despite already being checked out. Staff friendly and kept my room key safe in the evening when I went out in Marbella. Facilities all no issues, shower was good pressure with warm water and room was cleaned every day.
Taxi's were tricky to get as the hotel is not on a road, it's within the old town so you have to walk but not too far.
