Wspaniała lokalizacja przy samej plaży, a jednocześnie blisko atrakcji turystycznych miasta Rodos, restauracji i sklepów, czystość w obiekcie, miła obsługa, wino powitalne i słodkie przekąski czekające w pokoju, małe upominki powitalne dla dziecka. Bezpłatne leżaki i parasole na plaży (choć nie pierwszej młodości), miły Pan obsługujący leżaki plażowe. Cudowny widok na morze, wynagradzający brak balkonu.

Mały basen zacieniony w ciągu dnia, z którego nie korzystaliśmy. Śniadania mogłyby być nieco lepsze i bardziej urozmaicone, niedobra kawa na śniadaniu (ale to raczej standard), bardzo mała szafa w pokoju.

The front office , restuarant and bar staff excellent

Its a three star and our room on arrival was a side sea view with the view of the construction site. The lovely receptionist moved us to a front sea room . Which was fab as we contracted the Rhodes virus!! Very comfortable beds and supper easy to get to the beach across the road. Hotel was very clean

Extremely disappointing — the reality is very different from the advert I honestly feel that the hotel’s advertising is extremely misleading. The photos and description give a very different impression from what you actually experience when you arrive. The biggest disappointment was the huge building site directly opposite the hotel. The view from the hotel is dominated by construction, and there was constant building noise throughout the day. This is something I absolutely would have expected to be made clear when booking, as it completely changes the experience. The rooms are also very small, and the swimming pool is tiny. With only around four people in it, it already feels overcrowded. For what we paid, I expected considerably more. Breakfast was another major disappointment. It was extremely basic, the coffee was awful, and instead of proper fruit juice, there was squash. This simply did not feel like the standard I would expect for the price. We paid almost €800 for just four nights, which is ridiculous considering the overall conditions and what the hotel actually offers. Unfortunately, the worst part of our stay was that we became extremely unwell with what appeared to be food poisoning, lasting around 48 hours, including diarrhoea and fever. When we asked the hotel for a doctor, we were told that it would cost €150 just for the doctor to come and “look at us” and that the doctor could not provide medication or IV fluids. We were instead told that, if we needed treatment, we would have to go to a public hospital or private clinic ourselves. Being seriously unwell while away from home is stressful enough without feeling that there is no practical medical support available through the hotel. Overall, this hotel was nowhere near the experience we expected for the price we paid.

Otelin bulunduğu yer çok güzel, personeli gayet özverili ve çok yardımseverler. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Temizliği yapan personel çok başarılı ve harika temizlik yapıyorlar. Ayrıca çok neşeli ve insanlara karşı tavırları çok hoş ve sevimli. Çok Teşekkür ederiz.

Otelin otoparkının olmaması büyük eksiklik. Bu eksikliğin giderilmesi otele avantaj sağlayacaktır.

Deniz icin gelenler icin bence guzel bir otel, denize yakin ve kumsalda şezlong olusu guzel ancak baktigi cephe surekli dalgali oluyor, adanin diger tarafindaki plajlari degerlendirmek daha iyi olabilir. Zaten yurume mesafesinde.

Havuz hem kucuk hem de cok temiz gorunmuyordu. 4 yildizli otel vergisi oduyorsunuz ama odada terlik bile yoktu. Yemekhanesi cok sicak gordugum bir tane klima vardi o da cok fayda saglamiyor.

Swimming pool is very small and very very dirty.you cannot use it when you go. We did not let our son to use.

The cleaning staff were very pleasant and did a great job.

The rooms are very small, we paid for a tripple. In essence, this is a twin with a camp bed in the hall. There is significant building work going on opposite the hotel and this woke us up very early every day. The pool is tiny and cold. Often at breakfast there was no clean cuttlery.

✨ note positive ​La gentilezza e cortesia dello staff, sempre molto disponibile, soprattutto le cameriere ai piani. ​La posizione eccellente, proprio di fronte al mare e abbastanza vicino alla città medievale e zona commerciale. ​In conclusione: Nonostante la vista e la cortesia del personale, la struttura presenta troppe carenze organizzative e strutturali. Non ci ritornerei.

La Camera e la Logistica ​Spazi estremamente ridotti: La camera è minuscola e assolutamente non adatta per due persone. Lo spazio per muoversi o camminare è praticamente inesistente. ​Prese elettriche e comfort: In bagno non c'è neanche una presa elettrica. Per caricare i telefoni siamo stati costretti ogni volta a spostare il comodino e staccare l'abat-jour per accedere all'unica spina nascosta dietro di esso. ​🍽️ Ristorazione e Mezza Pensione (Da evitare assolutamente) ​Intossicazione/Malessere: Consigliamo vivamente di evitare la mezza pensione: siamo stati male per ben due giorni dopo i pasti. ​Ubicazione: Il ristorante non si trova all'interno della struttura, ma bisogna spostarsi dentro un altro hotel. ​Servizio Colazione: La colazione è quasi esclusivamente salata; la scelta dolce si limita a una tortina al cioccolato e briochine minuscole. Inoltre, attese infinite: per avere un cappuccino ho dovuto attendere un'ora perché alle 8:15 (in pieno orario di servizio) stavano pulendo la macchina del caffè. Avendo lavorato nel settore della ristorazione, so bene che queste operazioni si eseguono prima o dopo il servizio, mai nel mezzo. ​🎁 La "Sorpresa" Finale ​La vera genialata è stata la richiesta al check-out: ci hanno chiesto esplicitamente di lasciare una recensione a 5 stelle in cambio di un regalo (una candela e un ventaglio). Un metodo poco trasparente per gonfiarsi il punteggio.

A very pleasant hotel in a great location, right by the sea. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, and sun loungers are available on the hotel’s private beach. The hotel is also conveniently located, about 15 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the Old Town. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay for a relaxing holiday in Rhodes, with a great location and easy access to the sea and the city.

The only downsides were that the room’s decor felt a little dated, and a full-length mirror would have been a useful addition

We had quite high expectations for Mitsis La Vita, especially considering its very good average rating on Booking.com. Unfortunately, our experience (2 weeks) did not fully live up to those expectations. The main disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. It was not particularly clean when we arrived, and throughout our stay the daily housekeeping felt rather superficial, with only part of the room being properly cleaned. Breakfast was also quite basic, with limited choice and quality compared with what we would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff were generally polite, but the overall atmosphere did not feel particularly welcoming. Even a simple greeting seemed to depend on which member of staff you happened to meet. Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, particularly its location, in terms of cleanliness, breakfast and level of service, we do not feel it meets the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. Considering the high rating on Booking.com, we had expected a noticeably better experience.

We liked everything about this hotel: location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the olives for breakfast. They were poor quality.

Konumu çok güzel, ulaşım çok kolay. Fiyat performans olarak ideal bir otel (yarım pansiyon). Akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı güzel ve tazeydi. Havlu sağlanması iyi bir artı.

Oda düzenlemesi hergün yapıldı, temizlik her gün aynı düzeyde iyi değildi. Temizlik vasat olarak değerlendirilebilir; ama kesinlikle çok kötü değil-hijyenik bir tesis diyebiliriz. Yarım pansiyon konaklamamıza rağmen akiam yemeğindeki tüm içecekler ücretliydi(su bile); bu olmamalıydı (en azından su). Oda deniz manzaralı ancak balkon mevcut değil; ayrıca kurutma alanı/imkanı sıfır. Girişte kahve ve su ikramları mevcuttu; ancak konaklama süresince yenilenmiyor (en azından her gün bir şişe su olmalıydı). En kötü kısım ödemenin varışta nakit veya kartla otelde ödeme yapılması istenmesi; booking üzerinden ödeme alınmıyor ve hazırlıklı değilseniz açıkta kalabilirsiniz. Ödeme konusu mutlaka düzeltilmeli. Resepsiyondaki check in süresi çok uzun (ödeme dışında hiçbir işlem olamamsına rağmen). Bilgilendirme çok az, sormazsanız öğrenemezsiniz. Havuz çok küçük, kullanılacak bir havuz değil.

L'emplacement; côté soleil qui se couche dans la mer. Près de la ville pitoresque, des facilités de déplacements pour excursions . La courtoisie du staff. Près de plusieurs possibilités de restauration.

L'équipement de la chambre par a port au prix de la chambre est élevé. Les travaux juste à côté du nouvelle Hôtel de la même compagnie fait bien sûr du bruits , surtout quand on est sur la plage pour profité du 'calme' c'est un peux dommage. De se côté de l'île il y'a plus de vent, et donc une mer un peux plus 'agité'. Sur photo là picsine donne plus envie... En vrai elle est petite et l'emplacement pas top.

הנוף הוא לאתר בנייה אחד גדול. לא ניתן להסיט את הוילון בגלל שהחלון פונה וצמוד מאוד לאתר הבנייה. ניקיון מאוחר של החדר. בהזמנה של חדר עם 3 מיטות, אחת המיטות הייתה מיטת שטח ורק אחרי יומיים בוצע מעבר לחדר קטן יותר עם נוף לאתר הבנייה ורק המיטות השתנו. ארוחת בוקר לא טעימה ולא מומלצת

Friendly housekeepers, helpful desk operation staff, free wifi (with no password), special offers, everything we need was nearby so good for my elderly mum.

Might be more vegan-friendly dishes, at least may be a plant-based milk alternative.

Pas trop de choix (trés limité) Exemple : jus d'orange et pomme , c'est juste de l'eau Croissant mode Lidl Diner pas trop varié , et vous êtes obligé a payer min une bouteille d'eau a chaque diner (2,5euros ) SVP chambre donnant sur la mer très mal isolé (on entends même les vagues la nuit) Des cris la nuit dehors et vers les gens de lhotel Piscine miniscule
