The staff was amazing! Very polite and always ready to help. The location is amazing and it was very close to the beach. The room was clean and they asked every day if we needed cleaning.

The only think we didn’t like was that the furniture was a little bit old but other than that it was amazing.

The renovation should be inside the room too.. inside is basic

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, υπέροχη θέα, καλό πρωινό και πολύ καλή τοποθεσία όλα σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια.

Δεν είχε αρκετές μπριζες στο δωμάτιο. Μικρό ασανσέρ και αργό με αποτέλεσμα να περιμένεις αρκετά λεπτά.

The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food. For me the biggest plus point was location, location, location! View of the sunset from my balcony and a walking distance to the Old historic city!

Δε νομίζω ότι σε κάτι στερούσε. Στη Ρόδο το μόνο που μας δυσαρέστησε ήταν η εξυπηρέτηση των ταξί. Όσες φορές χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω με ράδιο ταξί δε σήκωσαν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο 0αρα τη μεγάλη αναμονή πάνω από 20 λεπτα

The staff were excellent, very helpful. The location was excellent, clise to old town , beach and restaurants. The view with beach view was fantastic.

Rooms needed a desperate renovation. Bathroom was very small. Shower in the bath was way too small with plastic curtain always ticking to your body. The bed linen felt like paper. We couldn't sleep in the bed. We slept on top. Breakfast was very average. For a four star hotel i expected alot more. This was a very average hotel.

La posizione e la vista dal terrazzo sul mare

La struttura all'interno è veramente datata, risale minimo agli anni 70 quando c'era la radio incorporata alla testiera del letto. Presenza della vasca invece che la doccia. La cosa più limitante di tutte è che non ci sono prese in camera soprattutto vicino al letto, una cosa inconcepibile nel 2026.

The hotel was much more basic and run-down than I expected. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an elevator that small before. I don’t understand why the maid knocked on our door several times in the morning before we checked out.

Frukost var elendig. Dørene var litt usikker. Hotellet har en meget dårlig isolasjon mellom rommene så du hører alt fra rommet ved siden av. Ikke bra hvis ungdommen fester. Personale som kommer til rommet er meget uhøflig. De bør banke døra før de låser opp døren og kommer rett inn når jeg er naken.

la pulizia delle lenzuola, delle asciugamani, pavimenti e suppellettili. lo stile delle camere dovrebbe essere rimodernato a causa della usura degli arredi, letto discretamente comodo. é stato fatto presente due volte in reception che la camera era sporca, solo il giorno dopo l'ingresso è stato "pulito" ma le lenzuola macchiate sono rimaste le stesse.

Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει όπου χρειαστεί. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντα στο κέντρο της Ρόδου και σε εστιατόρια.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά παλιό και χρήζει ανακαίνισης. Υπάρχει έντονη οσμή υγρασίας μέσα στο δωμάτιο, κυρίως όταν ανοίγεις την ντουλάπα. Λίγο περισσότερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα.

The location was perfect for us, walking distance to old town and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. We paid for a sea view room which gave us a stunning view from the balcony. Staff were helpful and called us a taxi whenever we needed. Rooms are pretty basic but clean.

Only negative was that the cleaners walked into our rooms at 9 in the morning on 2 separate occasions which is pretty disorienting when you’re asleep. There were no inside latches on the doors to stop this happening or no signs we could put on the outside either. We were a bit annoyed when it happened the second time.

The staff are the stand out bonus at this hotel, they helped us from messaging about taxis to seeing off to the airport - excellent service and would definitely stay again for this reason alone.

The bed was quite hard and only one pillow- would be nice to have more comfort in the room.

The staff are incredibly helpful and the location is great.

The property is well overdue for refurbishment. Our bathroom windows and frames were terrible and there was water in between the two layers of glass on one. Our seaside view room only had a very small balcony and small stools rather than chairs as shown in the photos. I would take a side room instead another time as one member of our party had one and I thought it was better than our room and cheaper. Our room was also really noisy when it was windy (several days). There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms 🙁

Hotel con trabajadores muy amables, vistas inmejorables y ubicacion buena tambien. Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia. Nos ayudaron para reservar un taxi y nos trataron muy bien Repetiriamos otra vez

El hotel no es de lujo, y puede que los baños esten algo anticuado y la insonorizacion no sea su fuerte. Pero no tuvimos ninguna queja y pudimos descansar muy bien. El desayuno correcto.

Posizione, cordialità dello staff, buono rapporto qualità prezzo.

Purtroppo abbiamo subito un aggressione notturna in camera da ospiti stranieri che avevano palesemente bevuto. Alle 4.30 del mattino cercavano di buttare giù la porta nella convinzione che fosse la loro stanza, tutte le sere feste, musica e alcol in quantità. Ci siamo spaventati da morire e alla fine l’assistenza di Booking e’ intervenuta per comunicare l’accaduto. In hotel hanno chiesto scusa e provveduto a contenere il disagio, ma la situazione era sempre sul filo del rasoio. Colazione da rivedere perché sempre uguale e mancano brioches o qualcosa di dolce da mangiare.

Bagno extra piccolo camera 303 Manca la ventilazione in bagno, le prese lontane dal letto, letto molto basso,non c'è un deposito bagagli Fronte mare ma anche strada era moltomeglio la camera 609 x tutto.

Posizione, camera e bagno puliti e spaziosi, anche la terrazza ampia e pulita. Letti ottimi materassi di buona fattura. Frigorifero di buona dimensione. Vista fantastica con tanto di alba e tramonto visibili dalla camera laterale noi avevamo la stanza all ultimo piano. Colazione buona fresca, abbastanza scelta di salato e dolce. Staff ricezione super cordiale e disponibile. Piscina canna. Posizione ottima si raggiunge a piedi la old town in 15 minuti, Bella spiaggia attrezzata davanti alla struttura al costo di 10€pp con ombrellone. Cassaforte presente nell 'armadio. Ottimi servizi per gite comprese di transfer al porto e ritorno con ottimi prezzi noi ne abbiamo fatte tre durante il soggiorno. Asciugamani vengono cambiati giornalmente. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Piccolezze, manca la ventola in bagno e un gancio e filo dove appendere costumi e t eli spiaggia. La colazione potrebbe essere un po variata , cambiano solo le torte.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options and the facilities were clean. The hotel was right on the beach and the sunset view from the balcony was incredible!

I love that the hotel had its own pool and sun-bed area, free to use whenever. The bar is also nice. The staff were always so helpful and welcoming. It is close to many places, I did not use public transport because everywhere was in walking distance. The beach is also right across the road 10/10

No charging port next to bed which isn’t necessarily that big a deal just minor inconvenience

This hotel is located in a truly fantastic spot — right on the beachfront and within walking distance of the town center. The sea views are simply breathtaking, and the sunsets are some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. What made our stay especially memorable was the warm and genuine hospitality. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like visiting a beloved aunt’s home. The staff made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Every email and request was answered promptly, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast offered everything necessary without unnecessary excess, and that was exactly what we appreciated. Fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared — just the perfect way to start the day. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We would be delighted to return.

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful!!!! We had booked a Side Sea View room but were pleasantly surprised to receive a Sea View room instead. The view was stunning and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room was clean, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to continue using the pool after check-out and having access to a shower in the sauna area before leaving. Although we were informed in writing that a luggage room would be available, our luggage was actually left in the corridor and was not stored in a locked room. Fortunately, nothing happened to it, but this is something that could be improved.

It would be nice if disposable slippers were provided in the rooms, as the tiled floor is very cold. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection at the breakfast was very limited, even for guests without dietary restrictions. More importantly, we informed the hotel about our food allergies immediately after making the reservation and were assured that suitable alternatives would be available, but it was very disappointing. So we had to buy additional food ourselves and supplement the hotel's breakfast offerings in order to have suitable options available. Also some receptionist were unfriendly, normally we had used to a friendly, warm welcome and helpful behavior at other hotels, but this was not the situation in Hotel Riviera.

Meget hjælpsomt personale

We stayed at Hotel Riviera twice. Once before we left for a week in Symi and then for another 3 nights when we returned. The staff of this hotel have to be the best staff we have ever encountered at any accomodation. All of them, from management to reception to cleaners, maintenance people and the lovely lady in the breakfast room treated us like family. On our third night, my husband got sick and we couldn’t make our flight to Crete. So the amazing staff worked their manic and allowed us to stay in the same room so my husband could recuperate. Then on the morning of our flight to Crete, we had to leave hotel at 6am and there was a packed breakfast for us to take with us to the airport. All of this, as well as the beautiful view from the balcony, makes this hotel exceptional. We can’t wait to come back and stay next time we are in Rhodes. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We loved everything

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Walking distance to all parts of Old and New town. We had a sea view and what a view that was. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great with a huge choice. I loved that they had a toaster! Free parking was a real bonus. I would definitely stay again. Especially loved the little souvenirs given to us at checkout.

Sijainti rauhallinen, mutta tarpeeksi lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja vanhaa kaupunkia. Ranta ja ravintolat vieressä. Parvekkelta hyvät näköalat merelle. Majoituimme ylimmässä 7. kerroksessa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ilmastoitu huone oli hyvä juttu.

Aamupala oli niukahko. Gluteeniton valikoima rajoittui yhteen leipälaatuun koko viikon ajan.

Staff (receptionists, lady in the breakfast room and cleaning ladies) were very friendly and professional, always willing to help! The hotel was very clean and there was always someone at the reception to speak to.

Everything was very good! We really enjoyed our stay!

We spent 3 nights at Hotel Riviera and from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. The wonderful staff couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing we asked was a problem. From the reception to the lovely lady at breakfast and the cleaners, everyone was so accomodating.
