Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Camere ampie e confortevoli e una buona colazione.La Spa non l’ho provata ma ci è stato riferito che merita passarci un po’ di tempo. La posizione è vicinissima a piedi al lago di Varese e a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro. Personale della reception attento e cortese

Ótima relação custo benefício. Café da manhã com diversas opções de leites veganos. Apenas faltou opção sem glúten (eles tem uma opção de pacotinho de torradinha sem glúten e outra opção de biscoito doce sem glúten, mas não tem pão) Equipe agradável

Trevligt rum där vi kunde direkt parkera utanför på vår privata plats. Trevligt litet spa med underbar personal. Bra massage. Trevlig restaurang med kött som specialitet. Tyvärr så tog dom in en diskjockey redan vid 20.30 och vi hade inte ens hunnit få in mat och vin. Volymen var så hög att vi inte kunde prata med varandra vid borde! Tydligen en kickoff för något företag den fredagen! Hotellet ville tyvärr inte kompensera något även om alla på restaurangen klagade?! Men sammantaget ett trevligt boende.

Het hotel was volledig in orde. Vriendelijk personeel. Voldoende variatie en lekker ontbijt. Propere kamer, en vooral ook leuk dat auto aan kamer kon staan. Enig minpuntje, beetje luidruchtig door nabijgelegen weg maar dat wisten we.

War eine riesige Party als wir kamen. Reception kaum verstanden. Personal nett, alles etwas in die Hahre gekommen. Preis Leistung ok.

This is 4th time staying here. Lovely hotel with nice pool and spa area. Rooms are clean and of good size. Parking secure and private 👍👍. Would recommend

An American like hotel, with a motel concept, near the shore of Lake Varese. There’s a busy road in between. Hotel, room, breakfast and parking were allright. We did not use the wellness and pools.

Mooi hotel, met een fijn zwembad en sauna gedeelte. Personeel was vriendelijk. Alleen als er veel gasten bij de wellness waren kon je niet bij het zwembad , maar moest je in de tuin liggen met je bedje. Ontbijt was goed

A lovely spacious family room with a large terrace and view of the lake. Beautiful and clean with a great bathroom. Breakfast was very good and the spa/ pool was perfect for a relaxing few days at the end of a busy holiday. Spa staff were lovely. Several casual dining options nearby which was great as restaurant less suitable for children/ relaxed dining.

Struttura perfetta per un week end di relax. Spa e piscina all aperto molto pulita e attrezzata. Personale gentilissimo e molto competente. Colazione ottima e varia! Superconsigliato!

Sehr schönes HOTEL. Alles prima! Einzig die direkt vorbeiführende Hauptstraße ist unschön, worauf das Hotel jedoch keinen Einfluss hat.

ottima accoglienza, gentili e disponibili alla reception; servizio SpA pulito, poco affollato e ben gestito. non abbimao provato i massaggi, ma sarà sicuramente per la prossima volta. vale la pena tornanrci. Unico peccato veniale, se non siete amanti della carne, il ristorante non ha modo di soddisfarvi, viceversa, il paradiso dei carnivori: carne frollata di ottima qualità con ampia scelta.

Chambre confortable et propre (un plus l’accès façon motel), espace spa très agréable, excellent petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons été accueilli par un jeune homme agréable et très serviable. Il est aise de découvrir la région depuis l’hôtel.

The hotel was modern, clean, everybody was friendly. The spa area was great. There was lot of traffic, but a nice zoo next to the hotel.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hundefreundlich, jedoch hat es das Personal nicht interessiert, dass wir eine Nacht früher abgereist sind (nicht nachgefragt). Daneben hat es ein Zoo mit ganz vielen Vögeln, die bereits um 04.00 Uhr einen riesigen Krach machten. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man hört alles von draussen von der Strasse und vom Hotel, zudem sind die Türen alles andere als dicht und klackern die ganze Zeit. Der beheizte Pool drinnen, der im Spa-Bereich liegt, ist überfüllt mit Kindern und lädt nicht zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück ist gut, das einzige was uns etwas enttäuscht hat, ist, dass der Orangensaft aus Konzentrat war und nicht frisch, obschon Erntezeit war.

Hotel moderno e carino. Buona la colazione, presente anche latte senza lattosio o vegetale. Bella la spa, anche se purtroppo l'ho trovata un po' affollata. Ottimo il ristorante.

Hotel molto ben curato, con particolare attenzione agli ospiti. Camere belle spaziose, con entrata dall'hotel ma anche dall'esterno direttamente. Parcheggio di fronte alla propria camera gratuito. Bagno con set molto ricco e se hai dimenticato qualcosa basta chiedere in reception. La SPA è piccolina ma con dei bei colori. La colazione varia ma nulla di speciale, i dolci tutti freddi. Personale disponibile.

Wellness hotel at the limits of Varese city, close to lakeside (Capolago) and related parks. Wide , well furnished (wooden rural , not modern), large baths and shower. Great breakfast including fresh fruit, sweets, dairy and some meat items. The huge gym&wellness area, as well as the outdoor garden pool (summer only) are the pearl of the place. FYI - spa area closes at 20.00 a bit too early maybe. FYI - facility is member of Best Western BW Collection. Also this time a guarantee for great service and top facilities.

J'ai trouvé dommage que le massage avec du sel qui figurait sur la carte ne soit pas disponible, de trouver quelques toiles d'araignée dans la chambre et dans le restaurant, le manque d'isolation et d'avoir eu des fourmis non de la tête de lit et près de la table. J'ai aimé le personnel à l'accueil, le fait d'avoir pu trouver un adaptateur.

Im Allgemeinen ein gutes Hotel, jedoch für die Ausstattung und Lage etwas zu teuer. Parkplätze direkt vor den Zimmern verfügbar. Sauber. Jedoch etwas hellhörig und laut, da es an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt. Der Spa-Bereich ist nicht gut, da es durch das Spielen von Kindern in diesem Bereich sehr laut und unordentlich ist. Der Fitnessbereich ist gut und vielfältig. Das Frühstück ist eher mittelmäßig, da es wenig Auswahl gibt.

Fint hotel med hurtig indtjekning, super fin rengøring, stille værelse, oplader til elbil. Fin morgenmad og aftensmad. Men først betjening i poolbaren efter kl 18.00. Du må ikke side i restauranten og drikke en drink (med mindre du også spiser aftensmad).

Positiv: Schöne Lage in der Nähe des Sees. Innerhalb von 5 Autominuten war man an einem Park direkt am See mit großer Hundewiese. Sehr hundefreundliches Hotel, Hunde dürfen sowohl an den Pool wie auch mit zum Frühstück. Es gibt auch eine kleine Hundewiese direkt am Hotel. Perfekt für Hundebesitzer und ein großes Lob an die Hotelführung. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön und modern, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Verbesserungswünsche: Etwas mehr Stauraum in den Zimmern, für 2 Wellnesstage ok, aber wenn das Hotel ein Stopp einer größeren Reise ist, reicht der Platz nicht aus. Etwas mehr Auswahl an frischen Produkten beim Frühstück z.B. Obstsalat oder frische Säfte. Ab und zu ein Aufguss in der Sauna wäre super.

Ein schönes Wellness-Hotel mit Indoor- und Outdoor-Poll. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bidet funktionierte nicht und die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer konnte man nicht richtig schließen. Vielleicht lag es an der faustgroßen Beschädigung im oberen Bereich der Tür?! Das sollte auf jeden Fall behoben werden. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Schöne große Zimmer, toller Spa und Poolbereich. Auch im leckeren Steakhouse hat es uns gefallen. Leider liegt das Hotel von einer stark befahrenen umlegen und es ist entsprechend laut.

Great hotel with spa, outdoor swimming pool and good breakfast

Fantastic end to our week touring north Italy. Spa facilities were brilliant and it was lovely to share them with our children Room was spacious with a large balcony. Only downside was pool and spa closed on Monday's until 3 but apart from that great! Breakfast was lovely too with a wide selection of things to choose from- something for everyone

Großes, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kostenloser überdachter Parkplatz. Gutes Frühstücksbuffett mit Müsli, Joghurt, Nüssen, Croissants, Brot, Wurst, Käse, Obst, … Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier auf der Durchreise.

Room was fantastic, very spacious and well appointed. Only disappointment was the ‘orange juice’ at breakfast was I think orange squash, shame not to have real juice at such a nice place. Freshly squeezed OJ was available to order at €5 but I think basic juice should have been available. Spa was possibly the nicest we’ve been. Staff everywhere were really helpful.

Only after we booked, which was none refundable, did we find that the pool etc is closed for most of Monday. Went to the indoor spa area only to find a couple in a very intimate position in the pool. Reported to the attendant who just laughed. Asked to see the manager but there was no management on site. Room was very drab and sterile with tatty fittings. On 2 occasions members of staff just opened to room door and entered while we were unpacking.

We spent 2 rainy days here. We had a few other things to do around Varese, but back at the resort, the spa was very welcoming. There weren't too many people, so we basically had the indoor pool to ourselves. There was also a nice Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, etc, so we had plenty to do. I had a beautiful massage the second day. One negative thing, it was between seasons and the heat was still on, so the room was warm. We asked the front desk to turn off the fan and we left the balcony door open and we slept fine. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the restaurant for dinner or lunch, but the menu looked amazing. We will definitely return when in the area.

Hôtel vraiment exceptionnel ! Chambre grand confort, spa complet avec tout le nécessaire pour se détendre pendant 3h et en bonus possibilité de garer la voiture juste devant, je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Always nice times there

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The lift could accommodate a decent number of people and calls at every floor. The room came with a small window that provided a good view of the sea. Whilst the room could be larger, everything else was comfortable and staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was in a very lovely restaurant with full glass frontage towards the sea. The common areas are visibly old, but acceptable and kept to the best of whatever condition it can be kept in. My only negative comment is that the bathtub is somewhat dangerous because it is quite high from the ground so I nearly sprained my ankle each time I got out of it.

Hyvä palvelu, siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli. Kylpylässä ei ole ollut ruuhkaista ja henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Ainut huono puoli - huonepalvelusta jääneet astiat ja lasit ei ole viety pois huoneesta 2 päivää. Sinne ne jäi, kun olemme lähteen pois hotellista. Meillä oli varattu kaksi yötä.

Terrible smell of meat in the room coming from the restaurant of the hotel. It was very unpleasant, it made it hard to sleep.

Tout était parfait sauf que l’hôtel est situé près d’une route passante et d’un rond-point.

No water provided, however it was stated on the description that bottled water is provided. Wood mites were so loud that it was not possible to get a quality sleep. Restaurant service was extremely slow. We had only main course. Waited for the steak for 55 min. And to chase for the bill, I had to literally get up and look for a waiter…

Great location close to the airport

Super séjour avec une équipe toujours disponible et souriante, petit déjeuner buffet (10€) restaurant sur place (env plats de 11€ à 45€) ainsi qu’un bar pour profiter un max de la piscine ou de l’espace bien être. Massages disponibles (formule de 35 à 70mn). Seul bémol est le bruit de la route que nous entendions (chambre côté piscine).

Très bon séjour, personnels très accueillant, très sympathique, L’hôtel est très bien, le spa est top.

Hotel war ganz ok mehr aber auch nicht. Zimmer an einer Strassenlage, man hat alles in der Nacht gehört. Ganz frech vo fand ich das man für Liegen direkt am Pool 20 Euro bezahlen musste.Wen man im Restraunt essen wollte, und einen guten Platz im Auge hatte, hiesses geht nur mit reservierung, obwohl man Gast war!

Business Trip - schönes Hotel - tolles Restaurant - super Spa - nur die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war mühsam!

das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top! alles war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die 20€ für den Wellnessbereich lohnen sich wirklich, sehr angenehm, am Pool zu liegen!

Un endroit dns lequel on se sent bien tout de suite, un bel environnement. Des chambres elegantes et confortables. Le petit moins: l'insonorisation. Attention petit dej et entrée piscine exterieure et spa non inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

We only used this as a stop over on the way to the coast. Wish we could have stayed longer. It is a bit far out of the city to walk but the view over the lake and the quality of this modern hotel made up for it. Would also work as a base for cycling in the region. The measures for the COVID situation were set up and well managed.
