Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Room : Spacious and more then enough. Staff : Highly professional, especially reception lady, forgot her name but she was amazing. Cleanliness : Excellent, room was like no one use before.
Valet parking : They parked my car in public parking just near the entrance & received the car with tree leaves on window. Reception stuff resolved issue immediately by refunding. Just tip for any visitor, park your car in parking area, no need for valet parking at all. Moreover, valet parking guy could be more supportive other than just say "I did not park the car". - High appreciated the prompt action taken by reception stuff.

- •No golf car available; some rooms inconveniently located for walking in heat
Cleanliness
8/10Rooms frequently described as very clean and spacious, but a few guests reported cigarette smell and burns on the sofa and some corridor litter which brought the score down.
Service
8.9/10Consistently excellent staff mentions (Rami, Bashar, Raphael, Immanuel, Niraj, Bikash and others); multiple guests thanked specific employees for friendly, helpful and prompt service, justifying a strong positive score.
Location
8.4/10Guests commented positively on the atmosphere around the area; one note about long walks under summer heat (no golf car) is a minor drawback.
Room Quality
8.2/10Rooms described as spacious and comfortable by many guests; isolated issues include cigarette odor in one room and an inconveniently allocated room for walking in heat.
Amenities
7.5/10Some negatives: pool access restrictions, ice not complimentary, no golf car available at times; luggage handling and porter service praised but amenity limitations lowered the score.
Value for Money
8.1/10Overall guests felt the stay was worth it and would rebook, though a few comments about paid items (ice) and limited pool access slightly reduced perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.6/10Breakfast was praised several times ('الريوق حلو حيل'); F&B impressions are generally positive with no major complaints.
Overall Experience
8.7/10Many guests described the stay as amazing or exceptional and repeatedly thanked staff; overall sentiment is very positive despite a few operational issues.
