Struttura veramente molto bella! Personale gentilissimo e camere pulitissime addirittura ci piegavano i vestiti e mettevano a posto tutto ciò che era in disordine, sulla pulizia veramente nulla da dire. Complimenti!

Aggiungerei qualche tavolo fuori perché a colazione a volte non c’era posto per sedersi. Ci è stato richiesto di pagare 500tl il parcheggio e questo è grave perché il parcheggio è gratis quindi farei maggiore attenzione…

It was a very pleasant stay, very nice and kind staff and especially the manager Mr. Tek helped us with everything we needed! Very nice breakfast with a big variety for every taste!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was stunning, with an amazing sea view, and both the beach club and the infinity pool were fantastic. We also really appreciated being able to use the facilities even after check-out, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. A special mention goes to Tekin, the Guest Manager, who was extremely helpful, attentive, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. His kindness and professionalism really made a difference throughout our stay.

The breakfast could be improved, especially for European guests. There wasn’t much choice of sweet options, and we would have appreciated some classic European choices such as croissants and a wider selection of pastries. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the marina, but it is quite far from most other areas of Bodrum. You generally need to take a taxi to get around, which can be a little inconvenient.

First time In Bodrum, the Palma Life location was ideal as it’s not far from the Marina, staff were accommodating helping with booking taxis as sometimes the Uber app was too busy, and assisting with any other queries. Very friendly people, would definitely return. Thanks to the reception team and tekin for all there help.

I really liked everything to be honest

The size and the design of the hotel, though somehow outdated now, were nice. Location facing the west offering great sunsets. Rooms were ok.

First of all, this is by no means a 5 Star hotel! Property not maintained, the beach deck is detoriating (also rusty parts and broken staircases), nobody pays attention to decoration or tidying things. Absolutely not recommended with small children. Huge underground SPA area which is not being used or maintained, what a pity. Staff seems mostly demotivated and poorly managed, service is slow, although some of the waiters made a true effort. Breakfast was tolerable, for dinner you cannot order pizza or Lahmacun after 8 pm, zero atmosphere in the restaurant. Got a strange phone call in the middle of the night from reception, waking us up and asking if I had ordered food and then hanging up on me. As from 11:30 am you have to endure super loud "clubbing" music on the beach to the taste of the staff, despite several asks to turn it down. The remote location means that it is very hard to get a taxi or an uber, so be prepared to organize your transports to restaurants etc. with a private driver whom you can call. Overall, that was a nice place once, but nobody invests now and current management does not seem to care.

Плохое обслуживание- при бронирование номера с видом на море, сначала предоставили номер с видом на сад. Только при просьбе поменять номер на который была бронь, только тогда поменяли. В номерах ползают муравьи, сломан общее кондиционирование в отеле. Весит дополнительный кондиционер, который дует прям на кровать. Неухоженный спортивный зал, все старое/поломанное. Территория вся какая то не ухоженная, очень грязная. Пирс тоже весь грязный, вода грязная - плавают доски от пирса где точат гвозди, а из-за того что там постоянно волны, доска с гвоздем может вас поранить. Завтраки с 8.00 очень скудные/обычные.

The property was very nice and clean. Rooms were big and spacious. The staff here from reception to housekeeping everyone was very lovely, very accommodating, all lovely people. The views are immaculate from this hotel. There is no beach but like there is a deck which is also really good. I don’t remember all staff members name but some like Tugce & burak were very helpful people. Everyone here in this hotel is amazing. Would love to stay again here when we visit Bodrum

We came to Bodrum to relax and decompress, and Palmalife delivered exactly that. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, I enjoyed the pancakes, fresh fruit, cheese pastries, and the attentive service. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, although English can sometimes be a barrier. As this was a birthday trip, the hotel kindly allowed us to stay in our Executive Sea View Room for a fourth night at no extra cost instead of moving to our Comfort Room, and surprised us with a complimentary fruit platter. The Executive Room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had stunning sea views with direct pool access. It included everything needed for a comfortable stay, from plush bathrobes and slippers to a mini fridge, safe, and excellent air conditioning. A special thank you to our Guest Relations Liaison, Tugce, who responded quickly to every query we had. The reception area always smelled amazing, creating a great first impression. The pool area is gorgeous, and Sofya at the pool bar made every visit memorable with her creative cocktails and infectious positive energy. The beach is beautiful, and the spa was the highlight of our stay. Our Turkish hammam and aromatherapy massage were exceptional, and the therapists were incredibly skilled. The steam room and sauna were also spacious and well maintained, making the spa experience one we'll always remember.

There were a few areas where the hotel could improve. On one morning at breakfast, I unfortunately found mould on my grilled olives, which was disappointing. The pool umbrellas don't provide enough shade, making it difficult to escape the sun during the hottest parts of the day. While the beach area is beautiful, I was concerned about the condition of the deck. The sea was slightly rough on the day we visited, and sections of the decking began coming apart throughout the day. The ladder into the sea was also noticeably rusted, suggesting that this area could benefit from more regular maintenance. It's a fantastic space with huge potential. Service at the beach bar was noticeably slower and less attentive than elsewhere in the resort. Although the spa treatment itself was outstanding, the facilities could use some investment. The lockers weren't functioning properly, and the bathrooms are beginning to show their age. Fortunately, the quality of the treatments easily outweighed these shortcomings. Finally, the hotel's location is probably its biggest drawback. It was surprisingly difficult to get a taxi directly from the hotel, and on several occasions we had to walk around 30 minutes to the nearest supermarket before we could easily find transportation. This made exploring the surrounding area more inconvenient than expected.

Great hotel in a fantastic location! The sea and pool views were absolute stunning. The food was really delicious, everyone was super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Would definitely come back.

The few staff that spoke English where very pleasant, as we had many issues with out hotel room!

The hotel rooms need to be updated. We didn't have an in room phone to connect directly with the reception staff on the many issues we faced on arrival, and had to go down in the dark each time there was an issue at night time! The hotel didn't have a lunchtime menu prepared for guests to choice from - so very limited choice if lounging by the pool for a few hours, and nothing was near by to go and eat out, you had to order taxi's to take you anywhere!

We really enjoyed the beautiful location, the clean and modern rooms, and the relaxing atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Tugce Avci, who was very friendly, customer-oriented, and made us feel truly welcome.

- breakfast was great, many options - rooms were clean and facilities like washing machine worked well - buggy service was good as you need them to get to your room - breakfast staff were pleasant - very quiet, not overcrowded by the water

- One of the blinds fell on my mothers head within an hour of getting the room, when we called the reception the night manager blamed us and he said "we gave a good room to you and you break it and complain" which was incredibly unprofessional. Took them a few hours to send a technician to fix it after we called several times. Technician was lovely but did confirm that the night manager had received many complaints. The night manager in particular, was very unpleasant, unprofessional and unhelpful. - Unfortunately one of the guests had a dog that barked a lot in the night, which made it hard to sleep. - There was a lot of miscommunication with staff. We had a serious incident occur and wanted to inform the manager but was told she was too busy. Saw the manager as we checked out, who was polite and tried to apologise and discuss our concerns but it was too late and we just wanted to get out of there. - The deck by the water had nice sunbed options however the water was too violent to swim in, unclean and there was a giant pole on one side which is very dangerous. They were also doing a lot of work on the deck so there was sawdust and screws everywhere which is very poor OHS. - There are no activity options or information/recommendations about what to do in the area. - I believe it was overpriced for what we received

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—close to everything and only about 10 minutes from the center, which made getting around very easy. A special thank you to Tuçe from Guest Relations. She truly made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, always happy to help with anything we needed, and spoke excellent English, which made communication so easy. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately, there were several things we didn’t like about our stay. The hotel itself was not very clean, which was disappointing. The breakfast was extremely poor we would rate it 1/10. The villa was better and we’d rate it around 7/10. The service was extremely slow, and even the Wi-Fi connection was very slow throughout our stay. The most concerning issue was finding mold on the bread in our club sandwich, which was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about food quality and hygiene. We hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Serviço bem fraco. Chuveiro agua fria em todos os banheiros do meu apto. Relações publicas cobra valor para ajudar com uma reserva de restaurante na cidade, foi grossa num outro dia. Quando chegamos e os aptos nao estavam prontos, nao ofereceram um welcome drink ou qualquer outro agrado. Um dia meu merido e nosso amigo foram no bar e o garçom, pediram 4 doses singles de wiscky e na conta queria cobrar dosas dobles.

The villas are not maintained at all. No hot water. Some villas with no air conditioning. Rubble outside the villa. Whilst the staff listened to our concerns very little was fixed during our stay. Unacceptable for a property which calls itself 5 star

The room was spotless, comfortable and well looked after, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options, and we also enjoyed an à la carte dinner, which exceeded our expectations in both quality and presentation. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views and attentive service made our stay even more memorable. We had a very enjoyable stay at Palma Life Hotel and left with a genuinely positive impression. From the moment we arrived, the front office team’s warm, friendly and attentive welcome made us feel comfortable right away, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Our room was clean, well-maintained and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness of both the room and common areas was noticeable throughout our stay. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable with a good selection, and we also had dinner à la carte, which we were pleased with in terms of both taste and presentation. Overall, the staff’s kindness, the hotel’s atmosphere and the beautiful view made our stay even more enjoyable. We would especially like to thank the front office team for their hospitality and warm welcome. We would also like to extend our thanks to Front Office Manager Mr. Şahan for his attention and for the importance he gives to guest satisfaction. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay that we would happily consider again.

Our stay at Palma Life Hotel was overall very enjoyable. We were especially pleased with the view, cleanliness, and comfort of the rooms. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were practical, and it was a nice place to relax. The food was generally tasty and the presentation was also nice. There were various options from breakfast to dinner. The front office team and hotel staff were friendly and helpful as well. We didn’t have any issues during check-in or check-out, and they assisted us whenever we needed help. In terms of value for money, it met our expectations. Of course, like any hotel, there may be a few minor shortcomings, but overall we left satisfied. It’s a hotel that can definitely be considered for a pleasant holiday.

We stayed for one night as two friends and really enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and we had a nice time at the pool and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tuğba especially was very kind and made us feel welcome. It was a short but lovely stay, and we would be happy to come back again for a longer visit.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, including the pool, fitness center, and restaurant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the surrounding area. What impressed me most was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

J’ai eu un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien équipées. L’emplacement me donnait une vue sur la mer, et un bon rapport qualité-prix. Pour un excellent et reposant séjour, cet hotel est une bonne affaire.

Fridge didn’t work for 4 hours AC was leaking for 4 hours and i couldn’t sleep They didn’t change the towels for two days They don’t change the shower gell and all the soaps Safe does not open even tho i asked for it to be replaced Water pressure was low for the whole stay Water got cut twice, they said it’s from bodrum city No food at after breakfast at all. And no restaurants nearby. The walk to the rooms was long and you have to take stairs. Exposed wires and bad lighting. Doesn’t look good

The design, the property and the views. The staff were friendly, albeit understaffed and a bit disorganised.

Unfortunately the hotel was not ready for the tourist season. The breakfast was generally late, small selection of hot foods, and workers were still painting and preparing the deck. Our room did not have a hair dryer, a bin, nor pillow cases on the pillows which led me to suspect whether they even changed the sheets before we arrived. There were not enough towels either when we arrived. The screen separating the bedroom from the bathroom was broken so they nailed a blanket to the wall to cover it. The staff did not wear a standard uniform so it was difficult to identify who was staff and who was a guest. This is not the expectation of a five star resort. If the property is understaffed they should reduce the number of bookings.

Water wasn’t coming all the time and it’s cold most of the time! Breakfast food wasn’t great and cats all around the food served.

It seemed that the hotel was still preparing for the season. There was ongoing construction in some areas, and parts of the landscaping, such as the grass and outdoor spaces, were not fully completed yet.

The facilities and overall experience did not match what was advertised when we booked through Booking.com. During our stay, we later discovered that the hotel was not fully open for the season, however this was never clearly communicated to us before arrival. A number of services and facilities were unavailable or not operating as expected, including food facilities and hot water, which had a major impact on our holiday experience and caused significant inconvenience during our stay. The tap had brown things coming out of the showers and water. We were eventually informed that our reservation would be cancelled and were asked to leave the property, leaving us in the stressful position of urgently trying to secure alternative accommodation abroad. The communication and handling of the situation throughout was extremely poor and the experience left us feeling very unwelcome and uncomfortable I would strongly advise future guests to confirm directly with the hotel that it is fully operational and that all advertised facilities are available before booking.

It was good atmosphere for holiday.we were for 3 days there.our room was almost a suite with a room and have a big terrace with sea view. Breakfast was fresh and everything I wanted it was ready on the self service.pool is clean and we had private beach it was amazing with fresh cocktail and food in the beach bar.thank you for everything palmlife hotel to make beautiful memories for us.
