Everything was very good standard. I really appreciated concierge support when I was unwell and they organized a taxi for an emergency clinic nearby. Break fast was appreciate and therefore made the room a high value exchange,

It was good, and the coffee/breakfast excellent The staff were friendly, engaging and all requests were handled in a prompt and thorough manner. Location was in an accessible spot to explore the city, and was also had great views. Mostly, I'll remember how welcoming and friendly the staff was.

Not much to report other than a glass shower door that didn't fit properly in the marble shower.

Struttura moderna e con posizione strategica . Staff disponibile e gentile. Bella la facciata e il bagno anche se manca il bidet. Colazione buona , si può scegliere se mangiare in camera oppure nell’area dedicata . (Consiglio di assaggiare yogurt greco con il miele e la granola, veramente squisito)

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, w odległości spaceru wszystkie główne zabytki i mnóstwo możliwości połączeń z pozostałymi częściami miasta. W pobliżu dużo miejsc do zakupów i restauracji. Ładne, urządzone z gustem pokoje, pięknie pachnące kosmetyki hotelowe, bardzo wygodne łóżko i świetna opcja ze śniadaniami z karty. Bardzo miły prezent, który czekał na mnie na toaletce. Personel bardzo przyjazny i chętny do pomocy w razie potrzeby, a jeśli nie odpowiada Ci rodzaj poduszki, jaki masz w swoim łóżku, możesz podejść na recepcję i wymienić ją na inny rodzaj. Bardzo bardzo polecam i jeśli kiedyś ponownie będę chciała się wybrać do Aten, z pewnością pomyślę o nim znowu.

Otwieranie sejfu- to bardzo dziwne, że aby otworzyć sejf, muszę nim potrząsnąć, a drzwiczki nie odskakują samoczynnie.

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful, and our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was wonderful, from the room and the service to the location and the overall atmosphere. We truly had an amazing experience and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended

Great location, lovely helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing. The French toast was the best thing on the menu and they are very generous with the amount of food. They were very happy to hold our luggage as we arrived into Athens around 8am and didn’t fly out until 7pm which was well outside the times of check in/check out.

Only minor thing was the door was a bit thin so you could hear people going in and out of their rooms but it didn’t bother us at all.

We had a wonderful stay at The Marblous Athens! The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and very practical for a family traveling with a 3.5-year-old. The location was perfect, and the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and especially sweet with our little one. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again. 🤍

الفندق صغير جدا ولكن نظيف ومريح ومرتب وموقعه ممتاز وقريب من كل شيء .. السرير مرييييح جدا والمكان بسكل عام انصح فيه .. والافطار كان جيد مثل السيت منيو تختار ويجيك للغرفة او تنزل تفطر في مكان صغير تحت ..

بعض الازعاج لان غرفتي قريبة من الدرج اغلب السكان يستخدمون الدرج لآن الاصنصير ضيق وصغير جدا .. ضيق المكان والغرف جعلهم يختصرون كل شيء 👍🏻

breakfast was excellent. you were given 2 choices from a wide list of meals. ample portions. extremely filling each day. powerful rose shower with lots of hot water. very comfortable pillows and beds. staff very kind, helpful and accommodating. house cleaning lady was so pleasant and happy when she spoke with you.

A wonderful place with a real appreciation for the small details that make a difference—from three pillow sizes to choose from, to a thoughtful welcome gift for a solo female traveller, and a gourmet touch at breakfast. Everything is considered with genuine care, yet nothing feels pretentious. After checking out, I spent half the day working from the small but cosy foyer—and those unexpectedly turned out to be my most productive five hours. I would happily stay here again.

I was woken by some noise from the hotel’s routine morning operations, although this seemed more like an isolated occurrence than an ongoing issue.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Muitos restaurantes, bares, e lojas ( Ermou ). Faz-se tudo à pé. Apesar de central, a rua é muito silenciosa à noite. O atendimento da equipe é excelente.

Da classificação do hotel com 4 estrelas. Não concordo. O hotel é bem pequeno. A recepção é muito simples. Tem que se subir uma escada. O elevador é muito pequeno, para apenas 3 pessoas. O café da manhã é servido em uma área bem pequena e tem que se fazer a escolha das opções previamente, inclusive o horário ( 2 bebidas e 2 comidas ). Ficamos no segundo andar, cujo hall é bem pequeno e tem o banheiro da recepção. Então durante a noite madrugada, tinha barulho de conversas, provavemente das pessoas que acessavam este banheiro.

Location and Breakfast

Breakfast was excellent, staff was great, location was perfect. No street noise, but you could hear water in the pipes from other rooms and doors closing. Nothing a sound machine can't fix.

Fantastic location for walking, shopping and food. There are other hotels that are more than double the price and in the same location. While there are no amenities and no access to a roof for the Acropolis view etc, the value is very strong. Room/bathroom was comfortable and clean.

We were in a hurry in the morning to get to the airport. We ordered our breakfast for the earliest time slot the night before, and arrived right when the breakfast started. The breakfast staff was in disarray and took forever to give us to the two simple things we ordered - a coffee and yogurt. Needs better organization.

חשוב לדעת שהמעלית קטנה לנו זה לא הפריע כי העדפנו להשתמש במדרגות בכל מקרה

צוות אדיב, חדר גדול היחס למלונות אחרים, נקי, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה. נהננו מאוד

I’m a Greek American that visits Greece every year and sometimes stay in the center for a couple days before heading to our family home. I absolutely loved this hotel! I travelled ahead alone this year and arrived at 3am due to flight delays. They have a 24/7 open reception and as a female traveler I felt especially safe (personally I always stay on the Plaka side of Ermou) but they are especially aware and caring for female solo travelers. The room was spotless with marble bathroom and extra amenities - even a complimentary nail polish! The staff were attentive and the young women at the cafe and servicing the morning breakfast were lovely! They had so many gluten free options and were just amazing and helpful(I have celiacs) For the airport departure finding a taxi was difficult and they went above and beyond to secure one so as not to miss my flight. This hotel will be my first choice from now on when staying in the center. The location cannot be matched. I don’t often do reviews but this hotel was a standout for me and can’t wait to stay with my husband and daughter next time!

The hotel is conveniently situated close to lots of shops and restaurants. We were warmly greeted by staff who helped us with our luggage. The elevator is quite small and won’t fit more than a couple of people at a time but it has its charm just like the rest of the hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and modern. The complimentary breakfast is superbly delicious and incomparable! There are so many choices and the portions are generous. The Marblous feels upscale without being pretentious and we would absolutely come back!

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. Breakfast was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the accommodations were both comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This is my 6th stay at The Marblous which is enough to say what I think of this hotel. I'll say again, perfect location, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and wonderful people working there.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would stay here again if I come back to Greece.

très mauvaise insonorisation ( en entend tous les bruits de la rue malgré le fait d'être au quatrième étage), pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner (ne pas oublier de commander la veille), taille ascenseur (1,0m x 0,7m), accueil très froid à notre arrivée, balcon à partager avec voisins

המלון ממוקם באוזר מעולה, חשנו ניכור מהצוות , כולל פרצופים מאחורי גבינו, ותחושת ניכור וחוסר סבלנות כלפינו. חשוב לציין שישנו רק לילה אחד, היינו נעימות ושקטות ולא ביקשנו דבר, ועם זאת הצוות היה ממש לא נעים, ושמענו אותם מדברים רבות מאוחרי גבינו ומציינים כי אנחנו מישראל בליווי פרצופים לא נעימים, ומחוות גוף חסרות סבלנות.

The stuff were very not welcoming and doesn’t help. The elevator is very small and the pillows were very hard that we didn’t slept well and our neck hurts.

La localisation en plein centre ville , à 2minutes du métro Syntagma, plein de restaus autour et on peur rayonner partout à pied.

L’hôtel a baissé en gamme à mon goût , nous y allons depuis le début . Les peintures sont à rafraîchir et le petit déjeuner n’a plus rien à voir avec celui d’avant .

The location is ideal for anything you may want to do downtown Athens. If you are looking for a clean and rather upmarket stay with breakfast without need fot other facilities such as gym, spa, etc. this hotel has nothing to be jealous of pricier accommodation options. The corner balcony of our room was an extra bonus! Breakfast is a a la carte, not buffet, yet with plenty of choice and quality of everything is really good. Staff has been really accommodating to any request and always with a smile!

All was really good overall but I’d still like to point out some minor practical points for improvement although these shall not be considered as reasons not to book the hotel. Little nuance has been the extremely large bathroom window with handle all the way at the top and unreachable. Handle was in the open position but tilting the window felt as if the heavy window would fall on your head plus extra caution was necessary not to hit the glass shower door. In the bathroom two towel hooks were inconveniently installed right above toilet paper so practically of no use. I noticed there’s hidden lighting for the washing basin but could not find the switch to turn it on. Finally, sound insulation from windows could be better although noise from the street is far from being annoying or not letting you sleep (i.e. generally ok but could be better).

Das Hotel liegt für Unternehmungen in Athen ideal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, das Frühstück für griechische Verhältnisse gut.

Das Zimmer war überraschend winzig und dem Preis völlig unangemessen. Koffer musssten stehend und geschlossen verwahrt werden, da sonst kein Platz zum Gehen wäre. Wir hatten vor zwei Jahren im selben Hotel ein sehr viel schöneres und größeres Zimmer.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και άνετο, τα μαξιλάρια και το πάπλωμα στο κρεβάτι εξαιρετικά, το στρώμα ίσως λίγο πιο μαλακό απ' το ιδανικό. Εύφημος μνεία αξίζει στην κυρία που ήταν υπεύθυνη για την καθαριότητα, η οποία ήταν ευγενέστατη, διακριτική και αποτελεσματική. Το πρωινό ήταν προσεγμένο και γευστικό με επαρκείς χορτοφαγικές επιλογές, παρότι ήταν à la carte κι έπρεπε από την προηγούμενη μέρα ν' αποφασίσεις τι θα πάρεις ώστε να ενημερώσεις σχετικά για να το έχουν ετοιμάσει το πρωί.

Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι από ελάχιστοι έως ανύπαρκτοι. Η ηχομόνωση στο δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη, καθώς το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο κέντρο της Αθήνας όπου η φασαρία είναι πολλή και αδιάκοπη.

Amazing small boutique hotel. The location was perfect in the center walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Very friendly and proffessional staff. Delicious breakfast. The room was very nice with comfortable bed. Very clean room and hotel. I will stay there also next time I visit Athens.
