Gesamterscheinungsbild des Bades ungenügend für ein Boutique-Hotel, verkalkt und lotterige Armaturen.. Einrichtung des Zimmer insgesamt sehr einfach, keine hochwertigen Möbel.

The staff at the hotel is amazing! They helped me figure out the shower an embarrassing amount of times, offered recommendations for local spots, and are so kind in general. The breakfast is also amazing! So many options to choose from and a wonderful patio to eat at. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well kept. Although a bit farther than central hotels, it was still within walking distance to everything I wanted to do and provided great value.

The only downside for the third story balcony room (not sure if this is applicable to other rooms) is that it is not very soundproof, so it can be a bit noisy at times. However, since the hotel is small there is not too much noise in general and if you sleep in the loft bunk, it is much quieter.

Jolie chambre bien équipée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et le petit déjeuner sur le toit. Le quartier est authentique et peu touristique.

L’ensemble était très bien nous avons juste été surpris de trouver des cheveux dans notre douche en arrivant.

Hotel is located very centrally; in Eksarchia. It is a renovated building and the staff was nice. Breakfast was ok -not something grea. Also, the breakfast area is not air-conditioned so it is super super warm during summer.

The bed was not stable/sturdy, and the mattress was not good. When we entered the room there was a sewage-like smell which disappeared after we started using the bathroom. There were also some air-conditioning issues which were resolved. Noise insulation is poor.

La zona: tutta Atene, fuori della zona Partenone, completamente imbrattata di scritte antisemite violente e anti-turisti. Tutto deturpato, portoni, case storiche, muri, negaozi, tutto.

Nos dieron la habitación al lado de la puerta y habia muchísimo ruido. todo el mundo que entra pasaba por la puerta de nuestra habitación, la cocina esta al lado y se oye como preparan el desayuno y hasta huele a comida... A parte de eso, la habitación en si estaba muy bien, cómoda y el desayuno muy bueno.

Nous sommes arrivés la nuit, nous avons été très bien accueillis, un grand merci à ce monsieur qui nous a donné envie de rester une nuit de plus, tout simplement ! Le petit déjeuner est parfait, même plus que ça, sur le toit avec une vue sur le quartier. Du sucré du salé, des choses nouvelles tous les jours... Rien à redire. La literie est géniale, la douche aussi, on a très bien dormi, un joli cocon, et le quartier est vraiment top.

Super hyggeligt, gammel bygning som er fuld renoveret! Rigtig god placeringen i exarcheia, med masser af gode spisemuligheder og tæt på centrum. Fabelagtig morgenmadsbuffe med udsigt og super personale, meget smilende pg imødekommende.

Es troba en un barri molt especial. Està molt net, i el personal és molt amable.

La nostra habitacio, al trobar-se al costat de l’entrada, feia que es sentís el soroll de la gent al entrar i sortir de l’hotel.

The location is quite central and this is close to most places of interest in an around Athens. The only down side is that there are a lot of student accommodations in and around and a lot of anti-tourist graffiti. Otherwise, this is an excellent place to stay in and the staff are really very helpful, approachable and friendly. Their breakfast is also quite adequate and the breakfast hall is open and airy. There's also a really nice bakery in the same place which has delicious Greek sweets and a divine victorian creme kone!

Nothing that one could dislike.

Zimmer ist bisschen klein ( Olympia) aber sonst sehr schön!

Super hôtel ouvert 24h/24 avec un personnel très gentil toujours à l’écoute. Nous avons du partir tôt pour prendre un bateau : on nous a spontanément proposé un breakfast box.

L’hôtel est un tout petit peu éloigné du centre (env 25mn de marche) mais en revanche dans un quartier calme et agréable.

Da localização, perto de tudo, dava a sensação de morarmos em Atenas. O colchão era muito bom.

A porta que serve de divisão entre os quartos estava suja e um dos lençóis também.

Το πρωινό είναι πολύ βασικό ως προς την ποιότητα του. Θα προτιμούσα μια βασική ποικιλία αλλά καλύτερη ποιοτικά. Τα ντουζ έχουν ένα λίγο πολύπλοκο σύστημα λειτουργίας και η αποχέτευση έχει τα θέματά της, αυτό ωστόσο έχει να κάνει με την περιοχή όχι με το κατάλυμα.

Very clean and also friendly staff

The value for money is really low, extremely expensive for what you get. The room was extremely small. We stayed only one night but if we had to stay more I would definitely change hotel.

It is clean and staff is nice

It is far from the city center (30min walk), neighbourhood is not very nice. The staff is nice, but there’s nothing luxurious or boutique about the place. Rooms are not as good as they look in pictures, there’s nothing luxurious or boutique about it, you can here people going up and down the stairs and talking in the reception or rooms halls when trying to sleep. Breakfast is ok, but very far from being great or super complete.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per tre notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Colazione ottima e abbondante, personale gentilissimo e camere pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario. Buona posizione, vicina a locali in cui mangiare a prezzi onesti.

he location was perfect and exactly where I wanted to stay. The neighborhood is full of cafés, bars and restaurants, and the metro station with a direct connection to the airport is just a short walk away. The reception staff were excellent: friendly, professional, fluent in English, and always happy to share great local tips and recommendations.

The only downside was the size of the room. It was very small—perfect for a solo traveler, but quite cramped for two people. We travel with very small suitcases, yet we still found it difficult to move around comfortably. The room was also quite noisy at night due to the nearby bars and restaurants. Even though I sleep wearing silicone earplugs, I could still hear people outside. In addition, our room was next to the reception, so early morning check-outs and conversations could also be heard.

המארחים מאוד אדיבים ונחמדים, עוזרים בכל דבר שצריך וזמינים בצורה חביבה וחיובית לכל דבר. הם אפילו ארזו לנו אוכל לטיסה! מרגש ממש מאוד התחברנו והם גרמו לשהות שלנו להיות אפילו מדהימה יותר!

המקום מדהים, הדבר היחיד שהיה קצת מאתגר היה הכניסה בדלת הקטנה והמדרגה עם הכיסא גלגלים אבל כמעט תמיד עובדים באו בצורה מקסימה לעזור!

Mums bija divistabu numurs (ģimenes).Mazliet nekomfortabli, ka vannasistabas durvis ir stikla. Trūkst intimitātes. Durvis ir divas, no katras istabas atsevišķi, kas it kā ir funkcionāli taču nav iespejas aizslēgt durvis no iekšpuses.

La rehabilitación reciente, con soluciones ingeniosas, como el comedor de los desayunos, la limpieza, la ubicación alejada de la caótica Monastiraki pero con buen ocio al caer la tarde en la zona, el personal, el tamaño de la cama y su comodidad, la posibilidad de cerrar contraventanas para dar oscuridad y un buen aislamiento acústico. El aire acondicionado tan necesario que funcionaba silenciosamente.

El baño era pequeño, con una grifería aparatosa difícil de entender, falto de zonas donde dejar tu bolsa de aseo y con una puerta de cristal que abría hacia fuera dando en la cama, un minibar ruidoso.

Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, alle Mitarbeiter. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück über den Dächern der Stadt.

Zimmer EG sehr laut, man bekommt alles vom Empfang und der Straße mit.

The staff was very helpful, the location very close to city centre and main attractions. If you are from Romania, ask for Angela, we met her unfortunately in our final day but she was very helpful and nice.

A bit difficult to find a parking space as it was very crowded, i do not recommend coming with your car.

Molto bella

In the middle of a very local area, lots of great bars used by the locals, a nice alternative feel about the area. Room large and comfortable. Nice Breakfast on the Tce. We were able to check out at 12.00 then they looked after our bags and allowed us to sit on the Tce till it was time to start our journey to the airport. Staff friendly, approachable and ready to help. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was awesome!

Bed was hard, bathroom smelled bad.

The property is quite modern and well equipped. We had the Hypatia bedroom on the ground floor. Even though it is close to reception and a bar in front we did not have any problems with noise whatsoever. The staff was amazing! Sweet, helpful and friendly. We were also.able to do a late check out at no extra cost so ofc don't forget to tip 😉. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety to choose from sitting up in the rooftop enjoying the lovely morning. Don't be put off my the distance from the centre. 20 minutes walk you are there or get a taxi for 7eur tops.

Nothing really all was top notch.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein wirklich authentische Straße. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist dezent, professionell und unglaublich nett und engagiert. Es war wirklich schön dort zu sein.

Nichts. Ich mag es wenn etwas vom Leben der Stadt mitbekommt.

Die Lage in einem "besseren" Viertel ist sehr angenehm. Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber auch zu Fuß kommt man schnell ins Zentrum. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ein Schmuckstück, besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse, auf der das Frühstück serviert wird. Das Frühstück lohnt den Preis!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Es hat uns die Lage gefallen und das Frühstück war einfach perfekt. So in den Tag zu Starten, was willst Du mehr.

Das Frühstück war die Fülle pur, es hat an nichts gefehlt und köstlich gemundet im 3. Stock auf der Frühstücksterrasse. Einfach perfekt den Tag so zu beginnen. Das Personal war immer sehr bemüht und ist mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt werden sicher wieder in dieses kleine aber sehr feine Hotel bei unserer nächsten Athenreise einkehren da se sehr Zentral liegt.

Das einzige, bei den Zimmern auf der Straßenseite, ist die Ausgelassene Stimmung der Bar gegenüber dem Hotel bis in die Nacht hinein eine Aufgabe wenn Du Dich ausruhen und schlafen möchtest, aber vielleicht gehst Du dann hinunter, trinkst ein Getränkt und genießt es vor Ort.

Loved the location and the staff. The building is nice and everything is clean and well appointed. Breakfast is good with a wide range of food. We had an early checkout due to an early plane and the staff made us a ‘pack-up’ breakfast without being asked. To me that is above and beyond.

We had a deluxe double room but it was small and a bit dark. The beds are small doubles. It would enhance comfort considerably to have king size beds even if the rooms are small

Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Rustige kamer aan de achterkant van het gebouw.

Geen al te grote kamer. Weinig opbergruimte.

Prima ontbijt, helaas waren de broodjes op om 9;00. voor de rest wel veel zoete broodjes en tosti brood.

De kamer/bed/badkamer was echt heel klein. Als je met je moeder in 1 bed slaapt is het 2 'groot' persoonsbed bed zoals ze het noemen op booking.com echt te klein. het is meer een klein 2 persoonsbed van 1.40 breed. De airco deed het even niet maar dat werd snel opgelost door het personeel.

Location very central, in a lively neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars. We also could walked to the historical centre of Athens. The staff at reception were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and abundant.

La proximité du centre et des restaurants, bars et cafés environnants. La disponibilité et la réactivité du personnel. Le petit-déjeuner et l’endroit pour le prendre étaient sympas.

Nous avons logé dans une chambre au rez de chaussée, il y avait beaucoup de bruits. La douche de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement, nous n’avons eu que de l’eau chaude.

Really comfortable bed and great shower, lovely building and good location

Really noisy room as restaurant (where customers sat outside) was directly across the road and it didn’t close until after midnight. Unfortunately we were unable to activate the air condition as it was preset at 22•c so we had no option but to open our windows to cool the room down . We hardly slept all night due to the loud restaurant and heavy traffic noise 🙈

I booked a Deluxe Double Room, but unfortunately the room did not meet my expectations. The room felt noticeably smaller than expected and did not quite match the description. The bathroom in particular was very tight, making it difficult to move comfortably. There were also no proper storage surfaces around the sink, so everyday items like a toothbrush had to be placed in inconvenient spots. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room/bathroom, which at times resembled sewage and chlorine. On the positive side, the staff was consistently very friendly and helpful. I was also disappointed with the support from Booking. There was no reachable phone support, emails were not answered, and messages in the system seemed to disappear. In case of issues, you unfortunately don’t feel well supported. Overall, the stay was okay, but it did not meet my expectations for a Deluxe room.

Leuke ontbijthoek bovenaan het hotel. In buffetvorm. Zowel hard gekookte eitjes als roer eitjes, spek, kaas, kippewit en groenten waren aanwezig. Alsook verse yoghurt en fruit en van die griekse taart. 3soorten honing, zelfs granen en musli waren aanwezig. Voor elk wat wils. Je zit in een buurt die op het eerste zicht een beetje kan afschrikken door de vele graffiti aan de muren. Maar als je de buurt beter kent is het een van de zaligste buurten van Athente. lekker eten, we hebben elke avond een ander restaurantje getest. De receptionist van ons hotel heeft ons ook hier en daar geholpen met een goed adresje. Telkens super lekker en veel gegeten. Met 6 personen nooit meer betaald dan 130 euro, eten en drinken! Ook een zeer lekkere ijscrèmebar schuin over het hotel. Toplocatie, alles op wandelafstand. En een openbaarvervoerticket voor 5 dagen kost maar 8 euro. En daar hebben we ook goed gebruik van gemaakt. Bus 130 stopt op 100 meter van de deur! Mooie kamer (niet al te groot) maar wel met airco en er is een lift aanwezig. En 24/24 u is er iemand aan de receptie aanwezig ook. Geeft wel een fijn gevoel.

De stoeltjes in de ontbijtruimte zaten een beetje ongemakkelijk en de tafels stonden dicht bij elkaar. De kamer is ook niet zo heel groot. Ah ja, de voordeur bonkte nogal luid toe. Als je een kamer op de gelijkvloers hebt denk ik dat dit wel lastig is.
