La comida me decepsiono la verdad, esperaba más variedad y no repetir siempre lo mismo, el restaurante de la piscina tenía horario hasta las 18:00 a las 17:05 ya tenían todo limpio solo bebidas y algo de pan 🍞 y embutidos, por no decir que después del desayuno hasta casi las 12 no había nada de plancha para comer,he estado en otros dunas y muy bien.Temporada de franceses

Sehr schönes, großes Resort, alles sehr sauber, hervorragendes und abwechslungsreiches Essen, viel Angebot für Kinder (sowohl Essen als auch Animation) - sehr liebes Animationsteam, alles barrierefrei! Personal insgesamt extrem freundlich und bemüht!

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: -2 nicht übermäßig große Pools, Strand ca. 30 Minuten fußläufig oder 5 Minuten zur Parkgarage und dann einige Minuten zu Fuß -Zimmer riechen teilweise etwas feucht/modrig, Klimaanlage nicht in allen Zimmern gleich gut funktionierend

La estancia en general excepcional ... Instalaciones, limpieza, ubicación y sobre todo el buffet todo muy bueno y limpio.. Destacando el trato del personal muy amable y cercano ... Sobre todo una empleada en el Buffet Montse.... Y compañeras..

Nosotros cogimos el familiar...Me hubiera gustado tener en la pared del salón que estaba completamente vacío tener otro sillón ...😍

The food was amazing. Great that there was so much variety. The whole resort was lovely and clean. It was nice that you're not allowed to reserve sunbeds unless formally, which gives everyone a chance to be by the pool at some point. The entertainment and activities were fantastic. The animation team were wonderful, especially Leonardo who my children really took a shine to. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great to have a free shuttle to and from the beach. The beach was walkable in about half an hour and a really easy journey but the shuttle was really convenient.

Nothing that I didn't like

Staff were accommodating on our first night allowing us to store luggage before dinner service closed. Leo from entertainment team was very encouraging and fun. Pool bar serves food for the majority of the day time so there was no fear of missing out. The gardens surrounding each bungalow were beautifully maintained.

We found the main pool to be very filthy on the Sunday with dead flies and eggs gathered in one corner and around the ladder. The bathroom wall tiles in the bungalow were falling apart particularly in the shower where a split had forced the edges out. Lastly but not entirely the resorts fault but there was alot of bad manners at the buffet from other guests such as babies placed on food counters and half drank coffee left on the dispenser. Greeting staff could have helped by discouraging this.

Es un entorno pensado a la perfección para familias con niños pequeños. Bonito y cómodo. Los niños estaban encantados con las instalaciones y la comida. La villa estaba muy bien con todas las comodidades. A destacar el trato del personal, en el especial de Miguel (Maitre del restaurante) siempre atento y cariñoso con nosotros. Hizo que la estancia fuera de 10. Nos sentimos muy a gusto la semana que pasamos allí. Muy recomendable

Si deseas ir a la playa hay que ir en coche pero solo son 5 minutos.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. We booked all inclusive, which made everything easy and convenient and allowed us to relax throughout the stay. One thing we especially appreciated was that the hotel had two pool areas. One of them was much calmer, which suited us very well and gave us exactly the kind of peaceful atmosphere we were looking for. The staff were always kind, helpful, and welcoming, and that really added to the experience. Good service makes a big difference, and here we felt well looked after.

We were not particularly impressed by the food, and had it been better, it would certainly have contributed to a more positive overall experience. We were also somewhat disturbed by the evening entertainment. However, it was not so bothersome that we felt the need to move, and we chose to remain in our bungalow even though we were offered the possibility to change rooms.

The hotel as very family and child friendly. We had an upgrade into a 2 - bedroom bungalow which was very spacious and comfortable. The playground was nice, as we all the dedicated staff for kids entertainment.

The Restaurant did not really have suitable cutlery or cups for kids - since it is overall family friendly, this would have been nice.

Sehr gute und grosse Betten.Die Zimmer sind immer sauber.Das Essen war sehr gut und immer warm und so manches auch frisch zubereitet.Die Anlage gefiel uns gut und bis zu den Häuschen ist es nicht allzuweit.

Leider sind die Häuschen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es fehlen Ablagen in jedem Zimmer.

Beautiful, well maintained territory. Bungalows are very comfortable, as well as beds. Restaurant was super well organized: always enough food, great quality, good variety, every day something new, lower serving table for kids (super appreciated), very nice stuff always helpful. Great organization of New Years dinner and night - lobsters, great music, special gifts/accessories with 12 grapes and funny hats for all participants.

Swimming pools are very beautiful however, even if said “heated”, they are very cold in December-January.

Den bungalow vi hade var utmärkt i alla avseenden. Ganska välskött och rymlig. Städningspersonalen liksom receptionens personal var utmärkt.

Restaurangens mat höll en mycket låg standard. Det fanns en del kallskuret som var bra men utbudet och kvaliteten på maten var otroligt dålig. Smaklöst och i vissa fall illa tillagat. Många i personalen verkade likgiltiga och agerade oengagerat. Undantaget är städpersonalen och receptionen som höll hög standard. Dessutom var restaurangutrymmet för litet och trångt.

Que las casitas para familias se encontraban muy alejadas del comedor, y para llegar a él o la recepción a pleno sol era un martirio, ya que era un caminito de 5-10 minutos a la solana con los niños y bebés. Tampoco me gustó que en la piscina de familias no podías hacer uso del todo incluido. No había nada.tenuas q desplazarte a la otra piscina

Fuimos muy bien recibidos por el personal, siempre muy sonriente y disponible. Mención especial a Estela y Jorge, a quienes se puede encontrar en el área del restaurante, realmente estuvieron muy atentos con nosotros y fueron excelentes !!! Gran variedad de comida y de muy buena calidad. Yo, que soy celíaco (intolerante al gluten), adaptaron los platos para mí cuando fue necesario. ¡Todo perfecto!

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with mice in our room. We saw one mouse walking over our son - while he was sleeping - and we ourselves felt a mouse in bed in the middle of the night. The next morning we found out they ate chocolate, damaged our luggage (also heavily the beds - they must have been there for much longer) and we found mice poop, in both beds and in the luggage. Already the days before there was a weird smell in the apartment (it also was not really clean on arrival), initially we linked the smell to our youngest since he is still wearing diapers, but now it seemed to be the mice. We received a small compensation, but definitely not sufficient compared to what we paid per night and our damaged luggage.

Staff were very friendly, especially in dining room. Location was in a calm environment and easy to walk to the beach. Great that I could collect coffee art anytime in the various machines spread over the compound.

Booking.com indicated that the bungalow has a bath and this was essential to me. This has also been mentioned on my booking confirmation. But when arriving at the resort, the reception mentioned that none of the bungalows have a bath tub, only a shower ( and this was confirmed when I went to the website of Dunas). I have informed booking .com to change this, but still not done. Furthermore, I had requested the resort for a bungalow in a quiet are of the compound, but was given a bungalow close to swimming pool and entertainment area. In bungalow itself, there are no plugs in the kitchen to for example connect the coffee machine. Although food was various, it tasted almost every day the same. Price of the bungalow too expensive for what you get

De bedden, en dat er dagelijks erg goed werd schoongemaakt. Ook was het voor kleine kinderen erg toegankelijk

Alles was prima maar wel wat gedateerd, ook voelde veel een beetje als massaproductie. Wat het in zekere zin ook is alleen verwacht ik toch iets meer verrast te worden voor ongeveer €700 per dag (2 volwassenen en 2 kleine kids).

Bonjour, cette réclamation confirme notre réponse à votre mail reçu durant notre séjour dans cet établissement. Avions avec un couple d'amis réservé 2 bungalows du 05 au 13 aôut dernier. Nous avions reçu le no 620 et nos amis le 623 à côté comme souhaité. Dans le 620, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. L'avons dignalé à la réception. On nous a promis que le service technique s'en occuperait. Donc une nuit sans clim par une température dépassant les 35..imaginez vous !!! Le lendemain matin, le 6.08. passé à la réception qui nous a promis un dépannage dans la journée.... arrivés le soir, toujours rien fait !! Recontactés la réception par tél.,,, on nous a prêté 2 ventilateurs pour dépannage... dont un inutilisable, un bruit d'avion qui décolle !!! Donc nouvelle nuit insupportable,,, recontacté réception,, nouvelle proposition, une chambre de remrplacement pour une nuit au no 616.... ma femme a refusé étant donné de devoir effectuer le déplacement des affaires personnelles. Le lendemain repassge à la réception, qui nous a une nouvelle fois primis le technicien dépanneur, mais au soir toujours RIEN. J'ai alors demandé un entretien avec un responsable, et une manager m'a aimablement avoué que le 620 avait un problème de climatisation connu!!¨, et elle m'a proposé, en guise de dédommagement, 2 massages gratuits, ce que nous avons, bien entendu refusé. On nous alors proposé de changer de bungalows et passer au 806. Ce que nous avons accepté bien volontiers. et ainsi nous avon pu apprécier le confort d'une climatisation pour les quelques jours restants. Etant clients dasn cet établissement depuis quelques années déjà nous avons été déçus de la manière lente et désordonnée dont notre réclamation personnelle a été traitée. DES LORS NOUS DEMANDONS LE REMBOURSEMENT TOTAL DES 3 PREMIERS JOURS, SOIT LES 5, 6 ET 7 AOÛT 2025. Par ailleurs, nous avons été déplacés de éloignés de nos amis, condition que nous avions demandé dès la réservation.

Практически вся анимация и вечерние шоу были направлены на людей с Франции, и на французском языке. Так же было очень сложной найти и занять место возле бассейна так как количество лежаков не соответствует отдыхающим и их попросту не хватает на всех.

The best thing about this place was the staff at the restaurant, specifically the waiters; I would like to give them a 10, they were always really nice and helpful. That was the only good thing about the place.

The place itself was rubbish for the price you pay. Bungalows are old, we got changed to one renovated and during our stay we found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom, very gross. It's an all inclusive but the food and drinks included are very average, I am gluten intolerant and I had to buy the beers apart so my drinks weren't included (absolutely no point for me to have gone for all inclusive). Then the pools aren’t very warm for a place that advertises as heated pools, specifically the children one. Just overall the facilities are average and definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Bad acustic insolation of appartments, it is difficult to sleep because of suitcases of guest rolling the way of resort starting early in the morning. I missed sleeping.

Spanish staff was mostly very nice and accommodating.

Sadly, our stay at Maspalomas Resort by Dunas was in some ways disappointing. We have stayed at the Suites and Villas part of the hotel prior to Covid and were very much looking forward to our stay - especially with two kids. Unfortunately we learned that the Resort part of the hotel is quite different in many ways. We checked in into a (apparently) newly renovated apartment. It was overall good and well-equipped however the air conditioning was not working very well. It got really hot, especially at night. Also, the whole hotel complex was having several power outages a day. Dining facilities are only inside, which makes it very crowded and noisy. Food choices are overall good, however there are few vegetarian and almost no vegan options. Since there is no outside dining area, the restaurant is getting crowded, noisy and very hot inside. Also, many of the dishes and glasses were dirty. Only one time during our week long stay were we made aware of the beverage list that came with our all inclusive booking. Drinks were will very little alcohol, there is no Coke, and the overall diversity of drinks was disappointing. If you’re looking for local tapas this is also not the place to dine. There are plenty of options outside the hotel complex which are way better foodwise. A big downside has also been the animation team. The animation is done by a French speaking team, completely leaving out any kids not speaking French. And even if you speak French, there are very little possibilities for young kids, almost no activities where they can participate. The animation team consisted of very young French people, at night you could not sit at the bar and have a conversation as it was just too loud to talk. The pool area during the day has also been dominated by screaming and yelling by the animation team. When experiencing one of the regular power outages during night entertainment, the animation team began screaming (in order to bring back the electricity?!

I had ordered one-Bedrooms Bungalow and paid Euro 2.228.92., but did not got what I have ordered. Very confusing.

Bungalows were kept very clean, cleaning staff were excellent. Food was very nice, always a good choice. Plenty of activities for children and adults. Animacion team were very good.

The night time entertainment on some nights was a little quiet. The children loved the shows, singing, dancing but were not interested by bingo night for example.

Härligt med bungalow även om de är lite gamla. Hittade dessvärre en kackerlacka på rummet men i övrigt var det väldigt rent. Maten var god. Ganska hög ljudnivå vid poolen och i restaurangen, en del tar dessvärre med bäbisar till Kanarieöarna. Överlag är det prisvärt tack vare bungalowen och att slippa vanliga hotellrum!

Staff and the overall resort beauty!! Rooms are decent and swimming pools and other kids entertainment are good All inclusive was great, food and drinks all day were enjoyable. Food options were really good.

No Spa, Sauna or good Gym facilities. Shuttle to the nearby beaches were at odd times so not much of use. Costly as compared to other resorts in the area. Getting veg main course was possible but they weren't great. Swimming pools are dated.

Food was delicious! They provided every day something different, we got even sushi and tacos . Like home made. Near by ocean. Near by city. Staff members very friendly! We rent a car from hotel. So you don't need to go and search for car rentals.

If you are able to pick another hotel during your stay at Canary Island, I would do so. It is _not_ safe for a stay and certainly not with children. Walls are showing great water damage and have pieces of wall filler and dust falling off everywhere. I am not kidding when I say this was in every room and every wall of our bungalow. What about having electricity socket not being attached to the wall with live electricity still going through it? This was brought up to the hotel and the customer relations personell was very good talking to about it. I was told compensation could not be done at the hotel as it was booked through hotels.com, but as we since have arrived home they take zero accountability in the matter. To the length that they say this was never brought up with the hotel and refuse to converse further about the subject. Ignoring calls, ignoring emails, ignoring everything. Send us an email and we will reply in 24h is the only thing you can get, while that has been sent and tried over five times now, still no reply on the matter and hotels.com say they cannot do anything until they do. I sincerely consider this a maximum two star resort until their problems are taken care of. Seeing the janitor running around with a bucket of wall filler and while paint says a lot. Patching a turd is what they are doing. I hope you will not have any problems if you go here, but I would suggest going elsewhere. Management is not to be trusted.

What brings this place up is the people and the atmosphere. There were nice animations, all staff was super kind, the gardens are lovely. The animation team did a terrific horror house on Halloween night. We really appreciated that they changed the bungalow as we couldn’t stay in the initial one due to health concerns, and the complimentary water and drink. The food was average but with enough variety and healthy options.

The facilities are a bit basic or old. The first bungalow was too humid. You have to pay for some games like air hockey or billiard. Limited gym, no real spa, it was in the sister resort. Overall, a bit too expensive. As suggestions: a small renovation team could refresh one bungalow at a time with limited impact on the business; there is a need to renovate the gym and install a sauna next to it; the best food was the Canarian one, you should serve it more often.

Very nice bungalows. Clean and comfortable. Nice heated pool. Nice area and easy to find. The food though is terrible all times meals. Too overcooked and well done meat/fish/chicken with no taste left in the ingrediens. Even soup or different sauces tasted like cooked water. The staff did not seem vary happy to work there - even though they are able to help and did solve some problems I had. They could be more smiling but didn´t seem to like their job. The wifi was great in the houses but less good at restaurant and by the pool. I would consider going back but that would be without any food included :-). I loved the sorroundings and the facilities (except for the gym which had only few machines).

Fina bungalows för oss som vill ha eget boende till rimligt pris. Mat och städning är bra. Bra bemötande. Egentligen bara fyra klagomål: svårt ställa in värmen på duschen, helt plötsligt så blir det skållhett så man gör en liten justering varpå det blir iskallt. Dålig WiFi. Ofta var vattentanken tom för all-inclusive. För hög ljudnivå vid swimming poolen. Inget som skulle hindra mig att återvända dock.

Entertainment wasn’t the best and indoor arena wasn’t ideal for everyone to see the ‘shows’. Staff were helpful and friendly from reception to restaurant to housekeeping.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Szybkie zameldowanie. Bungalowy choć trochę stare to bardzo przyjemne i czyste. Otoczenie bardzo ładnie zagospodarowane, piękna roślinność. Przy dużym obłożeniu gości w weekend baseny mocno obłożone jak i restauracja. Po weekendzie dużo wolnych leżaków i w restauracji nie ma problemów ze stolikiem. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobre ryby i owoce morza. Kawa z expresu bardzo dobra - szczególnie przy barze basenowym - czuć moc kawy! Obsługa restauracji rewelacyjna - przyjazna i uprzejma. Blisko hotelu można bez problemu zaparkować auto. Dojście do plaży deptakiem ok. 20 minut. Naprawdę polecam ten hotel i podziękowania dla Pana kelnera, który serwował nam do stolika butekowane winko.
