The hotel was having innovations although they were accepting guests, the staff wasn't welcoming enough.

It’s not even a hotel or camp it’s the worst!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were always quick to provide it with great care, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to all services and important places, and also near Go Bus stations, making transportation very easy and convenient. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained, with regular cleaning throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, great service, and attention to guests. It was a great experience, and this definitely won’t be our last visit. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

اولا الموقع رائع فى السنتر جميع الخدمات بجانب الفندق وشركات المواصلات والجو باص اقل من دقيقه كنا فة الفندق الباب الخلفى دقيقه مشي للمشايه والبحر والمطاعم والبازارات حمام السباحه رائع ونظيف العاملين كلهم محترمين لم اشعر بالخوف لقد شعرت أتى فى منزلى شكرا للجميع

كانت هناك بعض اعمال الصيانه فى الطرق لم تنتهى بعد والواجهه ولكنها لم تكن مؤثره لأنها كانت ظهرا وانتهى قبل المساء وهذه الفتره فى الغالب انكون فى الخارج الافطار كات عادى شرقى بسيط

Цена соответствует качеству и чистоте. Матрасы и подушки хорошие, номер большой, есть холодильник. Заселили меня в 7 утра по запросу, за что большое спасибо. Новый кондиционер, работает прекрасно. Стены в номере чистые, свежеокрашенные. В принципе чисто в номере.

Вода течет из всех кранов, краны еле держатся, унитаз шатается, ручка дверная отваливается, открывать надо за ключ. Ничего из заявленного в номере кроме кровати, шкафа и холодильника не было. За туалетной бумагой ходила на респшн, вдогонку выдали два куска мыла, полотенца не дали, но у меня было свое, не просила. Все бы ничего за такую цену, выспалась я хорошо, душ приняла, с унитаза не упала, но никого никогда нет на респшн кроме как по предварительной договоренности. Заранее спросила, во сколько завтрак, который у меня был включен в стоимость. Ответили, что в 8. В 8 утра никого из персонала нигде не было, я прождала до 9. Рядом сидели девушки, которые тоже ждали персонал и непрерывно со мной по очереди названивали по телефону хозяину. Он не отвечал. Девочки сидели и натурально плакали. В 9 я просто положила ключ и уехала. В другой город, голодная, потому что опаздывала. Оплаченный завтрак не получила.

Well, the best thing in the hotel is the staff, specially Radwa Not only a Receptionist, she is almost everything in the hotel. Such a Super Descent, Friendly, supportive, talkative person you may meet. The location is perfect, you're almost near the centre. Breakfast is absolutely good, yet the portions need to be bigger

Yet, this industry is not a One Man Show, Though there is a renovation that occurred in the place, the cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in the rooms, bed sheet, duvet, and more amenities can be added. I'm looking forward to seeing all the problems solved. Best of luck to all of you.

الاستف بيشرب مخدرات بليل عالبول والمعاملة بتاعتهم كلها وحشة جدا ، الريسبشن وحش جدا ومش نضيف ومفهوش حتى مروحه تهوى المكان ، الغرفه عباره عن السراير وحمام فقط ومش نضاف جدا يدوبك على قد النومه ، البول اول موصلنا كان سئ جدا ومليان زباله والمكان عموما كله كان في زباله في كل مكان ، يوميا فيه مشاجره مع حد من الجيست وزعيق وصوت عالي بجد تجربة سيئة جداااا

مستوى نظافه سئ للغاية . وطريقه تعامل الاستاف سيئة جدا مع المصريين . انتظار وقت طويل جدا لل check in .

Excellent location, tranquility in the heart of the tourist promenade, close to all services, just a few meters from the sea, market, restaurants, bus station, and transportation. The staff are wonderful, and breakfast by the pool. Thank you to everyone who made this trip wonderful.

The holiday finish fast I was plan to stay longer but for some reasons I go bake home

I spent four nights here and it’s easily the best value for money I’ve found in Dahab. The location is perfect-close to everything but still quiet. The facilities are straightforward but well-maintained: clean rooms, hot water, and effective A/C. The pool area is lovely, and the friendly owner really goes above and beyond for guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay

الموقع جميل ومتميز قريب من الممشي وقريب من الشارع الرئيسي و مسجد الهدي ومحطات باصات جو باص وبلو باص.... الفطور فول بتتبيلة خاصة وجبنة بيضا لذيذة بطاطس مقلية وبيض اومليت... ليس فوق التوقعات لكنه مرضي تماما ولذيذ

هناك عدد من الكلاب الأليفة بالفندق لا اري لها داعي خصوصا لو الشخص لا يحب الكلاب... تنام في طرقات الفندق ...لا أعلم إن كان قد يراها البعض ميزة للمكان لكني لست منهم ... لم يعجبني عدم توفر باسكات الزبالة بالغرف انصح بتوفيرها....

The city is modest and quiet, the hotel's location is great, and everyone is wonderful, working to ensure the guest's comfort to the best of their ability.

مدينة دهب سباحه ممتاز بالبحر والعكس لا تحتاج الى فنادق ٥ نجوم وفندق دهب موقعه اكثر من رائع جميع مواصلات من دهب الى كل مدن جمهورية مصر متلاصقه بالفندق والبحر يبعد عنه مسافه قريبه جدا

انا لا احب الحيوانات بي اشكالها والفندق به عدد قليل من الحيوانات الاليفه لكنها لكنه جدا ولا تشكل اي تهديد

התארחתי בהמלצת חברה טובה.. ידעתי שאני לא הולך למלון מפואר אבל ביתי. בעל המלון קיבל אותי מאוד יפה! דאג, הסביר ונתן לי מידע שהייתי צריך. היה באמת מעל המצופה, גם שאר הצוות היה קשוב כמו כן החדר היה נקי ומסודר והמיקום של המלון מאוד נוח

В номері чисто, персонал уважний, швидко реагує на всі питання які виникали під час перебування. Красивий внутрішній дворик з великим басейном, можна посидіти зустріти захід сонця на даху

I have been a returning guest for the last 4 years. The location is very comfortable attached to a grocery store. Mobile company. 5 min walk from my favourite cafe that has daily night musical performace. 1 min walk from the promenade.. taxis pass by 24 hours a day. Its a simple typical egyptian hotel.. the owner mr. EMAD is an amazing host. He takes care of the guests as if they were his own family. I will be back soon

Дуже сподобався відпочинок в цьому готелі тому що гарна локація, близько до центру і моря, привітний персонал, чисто, смачні сніданки включені, проста єгипетська їжа без ніяких делікатесів але свіже і смачне. Рекомендую

ان الفندق لايوجد به اناس ولاغرف وغير مؤهل للسكن وعدم نظافة وسوء فرش وغرف وسعر

The place is a disaster and the photos here is not matching the real place .. The room is not clean and missy and the bathroom has no shower head .. The pool is nasty and the staff are having such a bad attitude .. We suddenly found a man jumping to the room from the balcony while sleeping with my wife and another time someone tried to open the door without knocking .. We didn't take our breakfast which was included in the booking .. The door is not closing with the key from inside We didn't feel safe .. it was the worst place ever

the hotel is very bad and not recommended for stay, dirty pool, poor breakfast, no water , no coffee and soft drinks , no stuff in the hotel , v. poor room , room not clean, dirty bathroom and more dust everywhere.

It's the worst place ever. Dirty as no word can describe. Rude people in there. It is a disgusting place, really.

The location was good and there was parking outside. The atm was just outside the entrance. GoBus office and station very close by.

Where do I start? The whole place was unclean, even the reception. The room had dirty sheets, and we had to wait 8 hours to get them replaced. The bathroom was big, but the shower, toilet, and hand basin were too close together. We had to squeeze between the toilet and basin just to sit on the toilet. Basin was not fixed into the marble, a big gap, and the basin tipped if you leaned on it. No toilet paper. No waste bins. The fridge had not been cleaned, and it froze everything. There were bare wires on the steps into the swimming pool, and the water was dirty. To top it all, they shaved the cat to look like a lion! It pooed on the reception floor, and the staff didn't want to clean it up.

The owner of the hotel is a very nice man. The staff is smiling and helpful.

As for the hotel itself - well, the fault lies with me, I am used to much higher standards, so it did not meet my expectations.

Very good basic hotel, we stayed here for a fantastic price the Staff were very friendly and the bed sheets and towels smelt lovely ☺️

Only the location is good

The smell of the back entrance of the hotel, the breakfast, the staff are kind but they mistakenly waked me up to check out one day before the checkout date which means they don’t have a system, the pool is not clean all the time and the bathroom has a bad smell with salty water and you can’t find soap or wipes.

Brilliant experience on a budget! The hotel has everything you need to make the most of your stay in Dahab. The rooms are basic but clean, the pool super relaxing and the staff really goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. The location is very convenient for the beach and all the fun Dahab has to offer. Bonus points for the numerous cats constantly roaming around!! A special thank to Emad who really went the extra mile to make my stay unforgettable!

Some of the staff could do a little better

Breakfast was nice. The location is perfect in the middle of everything, you're close to the bus stop, the sea and the cafes and restaurants. Room was clean and cozy but had everything you'd need in Dahab, Mini bar, nice bed, wardrobe, Private bathroom, mirrors and lights.

The perfect location near to everything and the great hospitality of the owner himself Mr. Emad and how cooperative and fast responsive to any requests of the guests. I would choose the same hotel next time ISA.

The room toilet needs more maintenance, the cafetria needs restructuring, and the staff are good and cooperative, but they need to be more flexible and smiley with all the guests. The hotel owns three dogs staying at the pool all day long, and it's okay, but only for the people who love dogs

I liked the Location, it was close to everywhere.

The water from the bathroom was salty.

The location is just perfect. In the middle of the centre of Dahab We just stayed for two nights which we fully planned with activities so we didnt use the pool:( The owner and Mazen are running the hotel alone, which i respect allot. Both are making you feel welcome The owner speaks fluent English The rooms are old but comfortabele If you are used to luxury , than pay more and go somewhere else instead of expecting perfection for such a low prise The breakfast is good , products are fresh :) The dogs and cats are really friendly and not annoying at all. They are just chilling on their own We had a great stay and will come back for sure

The hotel can use some renovation BUT than the prices should go up as well because the location and building itself is just perfect

Plaza hotel is one of those places where you feel at peace. The hospitality and service is nothing short of perfect. The salt pool is the perfect size to swim and cool off. I highly recommend this hotel! A big thank you to Baba and Co for making me feel so welcome and looked after. 5 stars!

This is a place to come and sleep, maybe to have a great time in the swimming pool for a few hours, but it's not a hotel to stay in all day...

Our vacation was great! Thanks for Dahab Plaza hotel staff. Very friendly and helpful people. The owner of the hotel is super nice as well. I definitely recommend this place at 1st for great location and value for money. Breakfest has varieties and all the time its fresh and the cooking in front of eyes. The hotel has big pool as well.

It was all great, considering the price we paid, the value for money is 10 out of 10! the staff in particular, wonderful people! great breakfast, they are just so wonderful, the owner is so lovely, the animals are the cutest, they keep the place so clean too, it’s not the newest building but they really look after you and make you feel like home! we will be back for sure!
