They overcharged me at the reception, but they managed to fix it even though I wasn't happy about it.

The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and professional. The service was great. When I needed assistance with anything, like the safe for example, it was attended to immediately. The shuttle was excellent to get to my meeting and get back to the hotel. The drivers are professional and courteous, and punctual. The driver took me to the Gautrain station and helped me in with my bags. Don't be fooled by the location. Guests are hosted very well. Thank you to the staff and shuttle drivers!!

The room could be better. It was neat and clean but the curtains were shabby and the carpets had not been cleaned along the edges and behind the door in a long time. They need to pay attention to the details. Otherwise the room and bathroom was clean.

The showers were leaking water,I stayed in 2 different rooms over 2 days and all of them had shower problems and the beds are uncomfortable

When we went to have Dinner we found a lot of school kids and they were making so much noise and moving all over the place surrounding all the food at the buffet. Horrible experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I especially appreciated that they upgraded my room, which was such a lovely surprise and made my stay even more special. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

At the reception the must be a que,if you have already booked and paid,waiting for more than 30min to 50min...is not on.The TV doesn't play YouTube or familiar radio station.

Mensen, personeel was zeer vriendelijk. ,s avonds wikden wij dineren in het hotel maar er was alleen maar een optie tot een buffet met reservering. We mochten toch ineen hoekje gebruikmaken va de kaart. Vervolgens mochten we toch gebruik maken van het dessert buffet

Location and size of the room

I almost like every moment of my stay. A loving welcome by the gate officers to the ladies at the reception. I also like the cleanliness of the house , comfortable bed . Delicious buffet breakfast . The best ever thing the hotel offering is the shuttle to places around Pretoria. I was attending workshop for two days , the hotel shuttle has take me to and from the hotel to Unisa and back to hotel without any extra cash..

There is only one I notice that the hotel may look at is the towels , they are no longer comfortable. So to use them , you have make them damp.

Morning front desk staff were polite, professional and helpful.

Check in night staff member was unhelpful, unprofessional and sloppy. She didn't give sufficient information to ensure my comfort.,There was no heating in the room and I was cold. No visible sockets to charge appliances. Furnishings are old tired and ugly.

My number one hotel so far.

Breakfast had variety of options

The accommodation still uses an older television instead of a Smart TV, which made it difficult for visitors to stream their favourite shows, especially since the available TV channels don't cater to what most people watch these days. It would also be a nice addition to have at least a small bar fridge in the room to keep water and other drinks cold, even for guests staying just one night.

My bedding was not really clean I was told a shuttle has to be booked hours prior,if that could be indicated when we book it would be great My aircon did not work The wifi did not work for me while in my room 735 but worked best only on ground floor

The staff were great!

The room is tiny and the TV quality was well below par. The shower/bathtub water transition was also a challenge. The preparation of omelets where ham is part of the ingredients meant I couldn't have an omelet which is my breakfast staple: these days pork/pig ingredients and products are not placed close to the "regular" ingredients and products because that causes challenges to people who don't eat those because of health or religious reasons.

The hotel should include the times of the shuttle to and from the mall on booking.com, I was a lil disappointed that the only time the shuttle leaves for the mall is at 2pm. I struggled with my shuttle at 17:00 to my graduation venue, the driver only came at 17:20 meaning I was late for my graduation and he was quite nonchalant about it. The showers curtain is unhygienic and I’d suggest that a shower glass should be considered, the dust in the room, especially the bathroom was something else, I literally had to use a wet wipe to clean the basin and toilet.

Their car parking bays are very small and it’s a struggle to park in the parking lot

There was load shedding from 16H00 and only got back around 22H00 with no backup system and no lamps offered. When I requested toiletries for 2 guests as we were 2 occupants in the room it was like i want to take toiletries home even water supply they only put 1 500ml bottles.

The hotel is in a good location. Staff are very much helpful and the free shuttle to and from various places is good

I liked the bed, it was super comfortable. I liked the shower , was super spacious, the water was hot just how I love it. The view was beautiful.

The smoke alarm kept ringing on my last day. There was no bar fridge in my room.

Some of the staff were not friendly. As courtsey the hotel services should be explained to each person staying at the hotel on arrival, like what's included and not included in your room package. How to pay for extras. What can you order to your room and what's available at the hotel restaurant.
