1. The shower was not working well 2. There are no charging ports in the rooms

There was no room for me as they told me they changed the system in November which makes it impossible for them to know about my visit . I had to make a plan to sleep somewhere

They did not reserve the room for me after I paid 9 month advance

I had to wait for 2 hours to be checked in, and the person who told us to wait had knocked off by the time we checked in, so the transfer of duties was lousy. 2. One staff worker walked into our room whilst we were in the shower to bring towels that was concerning. 3. The shower had a bad stench

The bed are well comfortable

The lights in the bathrooms were flickering and the water was not that much hot

The place was clean and nice, I love that we were sent to our rooms before check in time because we arrived very early.

That we did not book for a longer stay😂

Nothing I've liked the bed was too bad sounds broken and embarrassing just think if we were on honey moon .floors has mould toilet leaking

The bathroom was a bit dirty, the lack of fridge that can only be requested at an additional cost is quite inconvenient. The room also had cockroaches which means it’s not that clean.

The lady chef has no empathy, we had requested for packed breakfast because we thought we were leaving early on the morning but it turned out it was to be later this morning and requested to now have the normal breakfast but she refused. We were 5 disappointed customers.

Only the location… It was closer to the places we needed to be.

The whole bedding was so dirty … there were cockroaches all over the room. We could smell saliva on the pillows, the blanket in the cupboard was so filthy . Even prisoners sleep with better blankets. When we requested an iron and the ironing board they took an hour to respond and also we had to go to the admin and demand it. The guy who was next to our room was a smoker.. we could smell his cigarettes in our room midnight. People were moving up and down making noise. Where was the security??? Honestly we feared for our safety.. no one was monitoring the people moving up and down during the night. We were there for two days.. it was hell because were restless. The cleanines was quite exceptional

The Toilet bulb 💡 was not working it was dark in our shower but anyway everything was intense good

I liked everything don't wanna lie it's a 11/10

that the bedroom didn't have a fridge my person asked the staff about it said they will bring it which they didn't and a mat in the bathroom cause after shower water be dripping all over on the floor but besides its dope and will come back

The staff are helpful and friendly. However, we had to wait abit for one of the front desk to seek more information with regards to the hotel check-in policies.

We were booked with SANDF members on the same floor and they were quite noisy.

The staff always avail themselves to assist and guide throughout the property

It's not my first time staying in the hotel but this time around the unit I got was worse, the door doesn't have a locker inside. It felt like someone can enter anytime. The was no toilet paper or tea material. The headboard had dust and some lights weren't working.

TV is the size if a tablet and the signal is horrendous. The room is so small and clusterphobia inducing. The toilet is cramped. No plugs. 1 above head on the bed light wasnt working.

The friendless of the staff always melts my heart. They always make me feel special. I am always there, but every time, it feels like the first time. I love how cozy their rooms are, the cleanliness of the place. I just love everything ❤️
