Sehr schön ist, dass Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Auch der Garten ist toll. Das Frühstück ist klein gehalten.

Wir konnten vor der offiziellen Check-In-Zeit einchecken und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann gut mit dem Auto anreisen.

Otrzymaliśmy pokój na poddaszu w którym nie było wentylacji, klimatyzacja tylko mieszała powietrze i była bardzo zakurzona, w pokoju nie było wody, obok obiektu znajduje się dyskoteka i spanie do 4 w nocy było praktycznie niemożliwe, obsługa jak widmo

Villetta di grande fascino dall'esterno, interno un po' datato. Camera molto grande (con soppalco) con lo stretto necessario (ma anche condizionatore) e pulita. Posizione vicinissima a Porta Romana in un bel viale pieno di verde, zona elegante e piacevole. Punto di forza sicuramente il parcheggio che consente di arrivare in auto e lasciarla in sosta durante il soggiorno. Da sottolineare la cordialità e la disponibilità di Benedetta e del suo collega disponibili a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Il prezzo della camera è un po' alto ma in linea con le cifre della città. Da migliorare sicuramente la comodità dei letti e l'offerta della colazione.

Sehr schöne Lage, im Grünen, mit schönen Garten zum Frühstücken. 20 Minuten zu füß zur Stadmitte, Bushaltestelle in paar Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr ruhig, kleines Hotel.

Es gab leider kein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl zum arbeiten. Eine Steckdose am Bett war dekekt. In Zeit vom Nachhaltigkeit dürfen keine Platiskbecher mehr beim Frühstück benutzt werden, Butter und Marmelade in Einzelportionen ist auch nicht mehr aktuell. Ansont war das Frühstück in Ordnung.

O Classic Hotel pra nós foi excelente! Ele tem estacionamento então você pode deixar o carro lá e fazer tudo a pé, o que é ótimo! Está há uns 2 minutos a pé do Palazzo Pitti, é muito perto e tudo muito acessível. Tem um supermercado Esselunga próximo, fica há uns 5 minutinhos de carro. O café da manhã é tradicional, típico de outros hotéis, nada de excepcional. O quarto é bem limpo, tem um tamanho bom, tem ar condicionado, tem wi-fi que funciona muito bem, o banheiro da suite é até que espaçoso, o box do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco maior, mas nada que atrapalhe. Funcionários todos muito simpáticos, trataram a gente super bem, nos sentimos muito bem recebidos. Estamos muito felizes, recomendamos a todos. Com certeza ficaremos lá novamente da próxima vez que viermos à Florença!

Salle de bain lugubre avec des serviettes du moyen d’âge .Clim moyen. Pas de frigo/ minibar. Beaucoup de bruit au niveau de notre chambre au moment du petit déjeuner à partir de 7 h . De la vaisselle entassée avec du bruit. Petit déjeuner minable, jus dans gobelet plastique !

L’Hôtel se trouve dans une avenue ombragée de Florence. C'est certainement un ancien petit palais. Il est doté d'un ascenseur pour monter aux étages. Le personnel est très accueillant. La décoration intérieure est très classe. Notre chambre était très grande avec une double fenêtre très efficace contre la chaleur. La salle de bain très bien et sublime petit déjeuner dans le jardin sous les frondaisons

Las habitaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, es importante que cuiden las almohadas, en este caso excesivamente bajas, Pero lo peor, sin duda, el desayuno. El peor café de mi vida, zumos de cartón malos, bollería industrial y ninguna variedad de fruta o embutidos. Además, tuvimos la mala suerte de que el ascensor estaba estropeado y teníamos la habitación en la última planta, y el último día cortaban el agua a las 8:30 por mantenimiento.

Hotel jest doskonale położony – blisko centrum, w spokojnym miejscu tuż przy ogrodach Boboli. Budynek ma wyjątkowy, historyczny charakter. Choć wymaga już pewnych remontów, pokoje ze starymi meblami i pięknymi wysokimi okiennicami. Miła i pomocna obsługa! Pokój dla trzech osób z antresolą. Czysta łazienka.

Das Licht hat teilweise nicht funktioniert. Den Garten hätte man in der Nacht beleuchten können, dann hätten wir uns beim Heimkommen in der Nacht leichter getan.

Handig gelegen op 20 min loopafstand van het oude centrum.

Het viel tegen dat de lift (vermoedelijk al geruime tijd) kapot was. Het ontbijt was ronduit slecht en niet Italië waardig (automaten koffie!). De tuin mag wel een opknapbeurt ontvangen.

It is a good location if you are with a car and need parking. The city is 15-20 minutes walk. The reception staff was very helpful and supportive. The room was big enough for 2 people.

The hotel could be really great as it is in the green area of Firenze. The building itself is beautiful but inside everything is very old. The furnitures, the room, HVAC, the room smells old as well, so we needed to open the window in the evenings to get rid of that smell. Breakfast was poor. Nothing was fresh and the selection was very limited. When we went half hour before the end of breakfast there was only bread and butter and when we asked for cheese, we were told there is no more left. I only suggest if you go by car and don't expect too much.

A casa é linda, com o ar da Toscana. O quarto era confortável apesar de um pouco pequeno.

Achei que o cafe da manha deixou a desejar... tudo industrializado, inclusive o pao...

Stuff was really nice, everything was very clean, I especially liked the garden.

The breakfast was very poor, nothing warm. The air condition wasn't working properly. And outside was like 36 degrees!

C était parfait , le personnel d une gentillesse !

Personál ochotný, záhrada pekná, ale zanedbaná.

Kupovali sme izbu v hoteli, ubytovali nás v záhradnom domčeku. Zariadenie je staré, priestor zapáchal. Kúpeľňa tiež stará, opotrebovaná. Okolo polnoci už tiekla len vlažná voda. Kľučka na dverách zlomená. Plastové poháriky na vodu pri raňajkách nás veľmi nepríjemne prekvapili.

Reception no ist was really trained but restaurant staff was bit annoying talking too much at working time. And eating foods while guest is eating. They were not supervised not well.

Good old days of feelings was good but mosquito cars like put vape was lacking so we got insects bite since roof was too high that we can't elongate them.

Az épület hangulatos, szépen berendezett. A reggeli finom volt, de javasolt lenne bővíteni a választékot. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész volt. Van saját belső parkolója, ami nagy kincs ! A hotel elhelyezkedése ideális. A zuhany víznyomása tökéletes, az ágyak kényelmesek, a környék csendes.

A tetőtéri 3 ágyas szobában a leírásban a kertre néző ablak szerepel, ami igaz, csakhogy az ablak 50 cm magas a padlótól a ferde tetősík miatt. Így kilátás valójában nincs. A reggelinél a karti pavilonban a bokrokból egy patkány futott be a vendégek közé. Csapda vagy méreg kihelyezése szükséges lenne !

The receptionist was very friendly. We felt welcome and were greeted with warm hospitality. The parking.

The breakfast was quite poor in quality. There was a lack of eggs and fresh vegetables. I also really disliked the use of plastic cups, both in the room and during breakfast.

Lovely place in a quiet area of Florence, surrounded by nature. Total peace and quiet at night, and birds singing in the morning—beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. Breakfast was great in a beautiful garden. Highly recommended, especially if you don't mind a 20-minute stroll to the city center

It would be nice to have a mini-fridge in the room, if only to keep water cold.

Le personnel et l'emplacement.

L’emplacement est très bien, et le personnel est vraiment agréable et professionnel. Cependant, l’hôtel montre des signes de vieillissement ; il a certainement été très beau en son temps. La salle de bain mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Notre chambre (N°5), située près de l’entrée, donnait sur le parking et le jardin, face à une table, ce qui ne permettait pas d’ouvrir les fenêtres en toute discrétion. J’ai également remarqué un dessous de chaise taché, et les fauteuils de l’entrée étaient, à mon sens, un peu négligés. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Dans l’ensemble, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel, même si le personnel reste un vrai point positif.

det rigtig godt placeret, og så var det rigtig fint at der var parkering inde på hotellets område, dejlig have hvor der blev serveret morgenmad. det er og dejlig at der var aircondition på værelset

Vi godt tænker os at det var et køleskab på værelset, temperaturen var over 33 grader uden dørs og der var behov for meget koldt vand.

Jolie bâtisse avec un joli jardin. Parking sur place et gratuit hors ZTL. Proche des centres d'intérêts de Florence, nous avons tout fait à pieds. Petit-déjeuner proposant du salé, du sucré, des boissons chaudes ou froides, nous le prenions dans le jardin ombragé, c'était très agréable

Chambre vieillotte ( vieux meubles, tapis au sol), c'est le style de cet établissement mais ça fait un peu passé et pas très net, bien que tout avait l'air propre.

Charmant hotel authentique et romantique a 2 pas de la Porta Romana, des transports (bus,taxis), des restaurants et petits commerces. Son jardin ombrage dans cet endroit tranquille est ideal pour y prendre son petit dejeuner, grignoter des specialites toscanes ou boire un verre.Toute l equipe est au petits soins et tres professionnelle. Un grand merci a Benedetta et Sam pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur aide precieuse (nous etions en periode de canicule...). Je recommande vivement cet hotel.

Close to a lovely part of the city , excellent room

Location of the room was right next to the garbage outside and near the front desk , the shower overflowed all over the bathroom floor so I was concerned about mold issues in the bathroom

imovel antigo, camas antigas, colchoes muito usados. A propriedade é bonita, mas precisa de muita manutencao, casa antiga, moveis e quartos muito antigos. O que realmente vale a pena é a localização e a equipe que é muito gentil e solicita.

Lage sehr gut- zu Fuß kann Zentrum erreichen Frühstück- mehr italienisch also ,,sehr süß'' aber man konnte auch Toast mit Schinken haben Zimmer- nett, gemütlich, sauber, Klima, Badezimmer groß und sauber Personal - sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefüllt - LA FAMILIA

I loved everything about it, the lady at the reception desk was so lovely. The hotel is stunning, nice and clean. I’m so glad I booked to stay there. I only stayed for the night as I had the Linkin Park concert to go to, location is great, hotel is very much near palazzo pitti and duomo cathedral by bus!

I cannot find anything I don’t like about the property, I will say tho that the charging ports didn’t work for me which unfortunately I had to go to a cafe to charge my phone but other than that I’d love to come back here again and miss it already. Beautiful area and beautiful city. Florence has my heart and this hotel I will never forget it. Highly recommend those to book here :)

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas qualitatif La viennoiserie sous cellophane est non attirante.De même les timbales en plastique à la fois au petit déjeuner et dans la chambre. L’hôtel a un emplacement idéal, l’accueil est chaleureux, un parking très bien .

El desayuno podría ser más variado, tomando en cuenta que los viajeros vienen de todas partes del mundo. Creo que le falta alguna preparación con huevos o algo adicional al pan y la mantequilla. Con respecto a la ubicación, excelente, lejos del ruido pero cerca de lo que debes ver en Florencia. El hotel se nota que es clásico pero tiene las comodidades que debe tener un hotel de esta categoría y lo mejor de lo mejor es el personal. TODOS sin excepción fueron maravillosos.
