Resort Grande Baia vs Similar Hotels

Lovely and spacious apartments, but faced issues with air conditioning.

Rooms/units noted as outdated or worn (mobili antichi, materassi scadenti, doccia rotta, letti separati), with several maintenance and comfort complaints, so room quality is below average.

Rooms are very private and comfortable.

Some appliances not functioning and poor Wi-Fi.

Multiple reviews mention mould, stains, dirty dishes and lack of proper maintenance (moisissure, macchie, stoviglie sporche), indicating poor cleanliness and upkeep.

Rooms were perfectly clean.

Peaceful location with beautiful views, but requires a car for supermarkets.

Repeated praise for beachfront position, wonderful views and quiet, natural setting (vicinanza alla spiaggia Salinedda, 'Location fantastica', 'Mare cristallino'), making location a clear strength.

Location is not close to anything if you want to walk, but downtown is close by with a car.

Generally friendly staff, although there were issues with the air conditioning.

Staff described as attentive, polite and helpful in at least one review ("Il personale attento, educado y servicial"), supporting a strong service score despite other issues.

Staff was absolutely amazing and friendly.

Breakfast options were common and coffee quality was poor.

The on-site restaurant has a great sea-view location but is repeatedly described as expensive and the bar/affordable options are lacking; quality not heavily criticized but pricing is a negative factor.

Breakfast was fantastic, though restaurant food was disappointing.

Pool area is nice, but gym facilities were not working.

Facilities (beach access, pool, restaurant) exist and are valued (spiaggia a portata di mano, piscina con potenziale), but some are neglected or paid/expensive; overall amenities are good but with maintenance/price caveats.

Lovely pool area, but some facilities lacked service.

Good location and facilities overall justify the cost.

Mixed signals: some guests feel costs (beach service, restaurant) are high, while others consider the outstanding location and setting justify the price; overall value rated above average due to location appeal.

Prices on-site were noted as a con.
