Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The hotel is clean,of good three star quality in an excellent location in the old town. There’s no pool however the beach isn’t far away. A roof top pool to accompany the solarium would be great. Staff were very helpful.
Taxi’s cannot access the hotel as it’s in a pedestrian area,so an agreed pick up location is necessary.

Las almohadas algo incómodas y en el balcón casi no se puede estar porque encima está instalado el aparato exterior del aire acondicionado que desprendía mucho calor.

Minden kérdésünket megválaszolták, minden igényünket kielégítették! A reggeli finom volt és bőséges! A napi takarítás teljesen megfelelő volt, mindig kaptunk tiszta törölközőket és az ágyunkat is mindig rendben hagyták!
A reggeli lehetett volna változatosabb, zöldséget nagyon hiányoltam! Más negatívat nem tudok írni!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026What an amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The room was spotless and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we both had a great night’s sleep. The shower was one of our favourite features—especially with the relaxing red light, which gave it a real spa-like feel. The air conditioning was fantastic too, keeping the room perfectly cool throughout our stay. We stayed for 3 nights on a room-only basis and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was very low quality, as was the dining room itself. A lady dropped a piece of mystery meat on the floor and put it back on the tray. Luckily we saw it and removed it.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026De locatie van dit hotel is geweldig en midden in het oude centrum. Het personeel is super, behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Er is een leuke bar met terras. Met 2 minuten lopen sta je aan het strand. 2 gratis flesjes water in de koelkast en gratis kluisje.
De ontbijtzaal is letterlijk een kelder en dat maakt het iets minder, maar rekening houdend met de locatie in het oude centrum mag je dit ook wel verwachten. De kamers zijn simpel en geen koffie of thee mogelijkheden. De badkamer is wel schoon maar aan renovatie toe. Beschadigde deuren en deurstijlen, randjes en plafond.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Location was great, on the cusp of all the action within walking distance of the strip, whilst also a part of the beauty of Old Town. Restaurants outside hotel are worth a visit - particularly 'La Casona'.
We had a superior room, nothing was 'superior' about it. The bathroom was an old shower in a bath, not the modernised pics of a double shower - disappointing. The noise from outside was no bother, but there feels like no sound proofing in the hotel itself, one early morning tables could be heard being dragged about above us. Conversations in the small hallways are loud as people return home from a night out. Id recommend getting the double and not bothering with the superior, we had two beds cable tied together... it wasn't worth the extra money spent, as I would not say it was a relatively large room either.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Just returned from our stay at this Hotel. We booked a superior room which meant we had a balcony. The room was fairly spacious & very clean. Fresh towels /beds made every day. Staff were all very friendly and Kira on Reception was very helpful. We had half board & found the breakfasts & evening meals good with variety each day. We did find it a bit noisy at night as our room overlooked a busy street but as the Hotel is in the centre of the Old Town this should be expected. A trip to the roof top bar is a must with fab views! Would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, central old town next to numerous lovely bars and restaurants and one street away from the beach. It was perfect, super clean, great check in and out with friendly staff. Gorgeous rooftop terrace and great on street var/ restaurant to people watch and just chill. I loved it.

The hot breakfast buffet was always Luke warm, and had to microwave it every day.

Je n'ai pas trouvé que le service de nettoyage était élevé lors des passages d'entretiens, la nourriture au petit déjeuner était très mid voire pas bonne un peu déçue .. je m'attendais à mieux au vu des commentaires.

No hubo nada a destacar, si acaso la dificultad para aparcar por la zona, pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

Reviewed May 4, 2026La ubicación es muy buena para moverse andando. El desayuno estuvo genial. Estuvimos muy cómodos y el personal es maravilloso.
No hay pegas, aunque sería estupendo que contasen con más plazas de parking. Aunque nos informaron de un parking en el que presentando la factura nos hicieron descuento, al menos algo es algo.

Teeny tiny balcony room 412 no sun, very noisy no coffee making facilities . Bed comfy staff inconspicuous. No choice of eggs for breakfast and no salad, cooked food luke warm but well laid out cold buffet bread pastries and fruit. Bar nice . Only one lift .

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Just got home from three nights at Alameda. We booked a cheap last minute holiday and really weren’t expecting much. We were greeted by Kaye and she was fabulous. Really helpful and full of information. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus as we’d been on the go since 3am. The room was clean and comfortable with a really powerful shower. Although basic it had everything we needed except for a kettle but you could get one with a small deposit from reception. It’s very centrally located and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus as there are no toilets on the beach. We were given a late check out with no problems. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Were given twin beds instead of a double which were very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was fine.

Me adjudicaron un primer piso y el ruido de la calle en ocasiones era molesto. No está bien insonorizada la habitación. La luz del comedor es mejorable, había ubicaciones con escasez.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Everything was great about this hotel - location, rooms, rooftop terrace, good breakfast options although juice watered down and there is noise from adjoining rooms which we were aware of when we booked thanks to other reviews.
There was noise from adjoining rooms - could hear snoring, people using the bathroom shower, TV, etc. Juice at breakfast is exceptionally watered down squash but water is readily available.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Very pleased with this hotel, didn’t really review the hotel before we just wanted somewhere in Benidorm old town. We couldn’t have picked a more pleasant hotel, perfectly situated right round the corner of Tapas Alley. We requested a room with a balcony which we got, definitely not the biggest but was fine and the room was comfortable enough and modern. WiFi was great and breakfast was fine, staff were friendly so have no complaints for our short visit. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely book this hotel again. The only downside is the noise of the cleaning vehicles of a night and shops opening and closing, but what can you expect its right in the heart of the old town.
