It wasnt a problem,but a kettle in the room would have been nice.Us oldies like our tea in the morning. There was a very nice coffee machine,but you had to buy more coffee .

Брали трёхразовое питание и пожалели в первый же день. Еда отвратительная: абсолютно безвкусная и с неприятным запахом. Ничего хуже в своей жизни просто не пробовала. Кровати ужасно неудобные. В самом номере нет вообще ничего для элементарного комфорта — ни питьевой воды, ни чайника, ни холодильника. Поразил абсолютный абсурд с услугами. Чтобы просто выйти на террасу на 6 этаже, требовали отдельную плату! Никому не советую здесь останавливаться, жалко потраченных денег и испорченного отдыха.

Funcionarios todos sem excepção, são de uma simpatia extraordinária, A comida maravilhosa e para todos os gostos Adoramos apesar de ser um hotel de 3 estrelas, mais parace de 5 estrelas. O terraço onde se pode apreciar a paisagem e de noite onde podemos desfrutar de boa musica e exelentes cocktails. Agradeço o upgrade feito no quarto e ficar no 7 andar com vista para o mar é maravilhoso. Parabéns a equipa do Montemar. Os nossos Agradecimentos. Hélio Maia.
Não gostei da falta empatia de alguns hóspedes para com funcionários. Nao gostei do comportamento de alguns hóspedes, que não sabem ou não gostam de cumprir regras.

Las vistas espectaculares, el hotel a pie de playa La comida muy buena. Todo muy limpio. Nos gustó mucho en la 6 planta el chilao q había de cara al mar y sevian cokteles muy ricos con y sin alcohol, tb refrescos bebidas con alcohol de casi todo.
No se podía aparcar aceptablemente cerca y encima había q pagar. Tener q hacer cola para comer y cenar y estar obligados xk teníamos pensión completa. A la cena del primer día muy nerviosa la encargada, luego sin embargo una mujer encantadora q se jubila el próximo año, sus empleados la aprecian un montón. Pero regular la primera cena La hab muy estrecha y la cama incómoda.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Después de 11 días alojados en el Hotel Montemar, nos vamos con una experiencia estupenda y, sobre todo, muy agradecidos por el trato que hemos recibido durante toda nuestra estancia. Queremos destacar especialmente a todo el personal del hotel, tanto al equipo de recepción como al personal del comedor, porque han sido encantadores con nosotros desde el primer día. Siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitáramos. Después de tantos días alojados allí, se agradece muchísimo encontrarte cada día con gente tan cercana y agradable. En recepción nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades y siempre intentaron ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Incluso el último día, después de dejar la habitación, pudimos aprovechar para darnos un último baño en el mar y nos facilitaron poder ducharnos en el hotel antes de marcharnos, un detalle que agradecimos muchísimo. También queremos hacer una mención especial al personal del comedor, porque han sido majísimos durante toda la estancia. Siempre nos atendieron con muchísima amabilidad y consiguieron que cada comida fuese todavía más agradable. Además, la comida estaba estupenda. Nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas increíbles al mar y una terraza enorme, que hemos disfrutado muchísimo durante estos 11 días. También disponíamos de nevera para guardar nuestras bebidas, algo muy cómodo especialmente en pleno verano. Y la ubicación difícilmente podría ser mejor: en primera línea de playa, con el mar prácticamente al salir del hotel. Nos vamos después de 11 días muy contentos y con un recuerdo precioso de nuestra estancia. Las vistas, la ubicación y las instalaciones son importantes, pero sin duda lo que más queremos destacar es el equipo humano del Hotel Montemar y lo fácil que nos han hecho todo durante nuestras vacaciones. Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo de recepción, comedor y al resto del personal por tratarnos tan bien. ❤️

Le terrasse été très petite sur 6eme étage et musique été très fort. Dans la chambre manque le frigo.

Főszezonban voltunk, így ebédnél és vacsoránál sokszor sorba kellett állni hogy be jussunk az étterembe, illetve a szobában nem volt hűtő, egy rendes kuka, és egész alakos tükör sem.

The staff were incredible polite and caring. They kindly allowed us to check in early and gave us good room with a sea view. The food was also good and diverse. Thankfully to all staff for a wonderful stay
The only minor issue was the lack off free tables in dining area during peak hours. Friendly tip: maybe you could use the ground floor bar (which was always empty) for extra sitting during this busy times, so guests don't have to wait in hallway

Reviewed May 26, 2026The Hotel was excellent. We had a beautiful view from our lovely sea view room. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. Plenty of vegetables, meat, fish, salad fresh fruit, it was all lovely. The drinks terrace on the 6th floor was lovely, with fantastic views. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. We liked the position of the Hotel, near to shops bars, cafes, restaurants, the beach. We love Benidorm and will definitely return to this Hotel.

Apgyvendino viršutiniame aukšte, deja, triukšmo izoliacija tokia bloga, kad neįmanoma buvo miegoti, kadangi girdėjosi skleidžiamas didelis triukšmas nuo ant stogo esančių įrenginių. Nerekomenduoju viršutinio ir žemesnio aukšto, tinka iki 5 aukšto , nebent turite klausos problemų :) Gyvenome 2026 balandžio mėnesį, gal šiuo metu jau padėtis kita . Bet perkėlus į žemesnį aukštą , šios problemos neliko .

The staff was really nice that they offered us a free drink since it was our anniversary. I would really recommend it. Rooms are not luxurious and ok but beds are comfortable and bathroom is neat. In addition, having the room front sea is a really bonus.
No swimming pool but there's the sea just opposite.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Ottima posizione,in prima linea fronte mare,vicinissimo al centro storico,ottima struttura, doppio ascensore quindi niente lunghe file, camere della giusta dimensione, nel bagno manca il bidet ma era funzionale lo stesso, abbiamo usufruito della pensione completa ed è stato tutto ottimo, orari comodi per gli italiani, cibo ottimo ed abbondante, personale del ristorante sempre disponibile e molto veloce, personale della reception molto gentile.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Brilliant peaceful location, only minute walk into old town. Hotel itself is very clean and we had a wonderful sea view room. Staff were all lovely and nothing was too much for them. The hotel guests are predominantly Spanish and this is reflected in the food. We will try any food (although I did drawer the line at pigs trotters)and always found something to eat. Don’t come expecting full English breakfasts, although they do try and you will have a wonderful time.
