Achei o quanto um pouco apertado

Location was practical, close to the train station and 20 mins walk from city center. Good breakfast, altough the restaurant was quite crowdy 8.30-10 h. Spa area, very nice, warm water, sauna, big pool, we loved this. Room was pretty small when the sofa as 3rd bed was stretched out. Bathrooms not very practical with glass walls. Hotel is actualy conference center and it has the bussiness vibe, but we had a nice stay and staff was very friendly.

A bit expensive for 2 nights in september, very loud in rooms facing the trains, bathroom as glass cubicle.

Es war sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich

Die Parkgebühren der Tiefgarage sind schon sehr hoch, allerdings ist das Parken außerhalb eher schwierig und überwiegend auch sehr Kosten intensiv. Wir hatten bei der Anreise bereits ein Zimmer Upgrade. Kostenfrei und ohne unser Zutun. Leider waren die Nächte eher schlaflos, weil unser Zimmer in Richtung Bahnschienen lag und der Lärm fahrender Züge kaum zu überhören war.

Wollten aus Umweltgründen nur alle 2 Tage Zimmerreinigung, es war kein einziges Msl wer da. Geht immer nur ab 15 Uhr u es wird keine Ausnahme gemacht teilte man mir unfreundlich mit. Es läge an uns erst später ins Zimmer zu kommen oder während der Reinigung drinnen zu sein! Frische Handtücher haben wir jedoch bekommen. Das WC Paper war voller Flecken.

There was an option to have cleaning in request and this process didn’t work - so had to rely on advising reception

Sehr weite Wege z.B. vom Zimmer zum Frühstück oder Fitnessraum. Findet ein großes Event parallel statt sind die Wege noch länger weil Durchgänge abgeschlossen sind. Nicht die größte Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Der var meget støj fra jernbanen hele natten. Et lidt stort og upersonligt hotel. Ideelt til konferencer og lignende større arrangementer. Vi vælger det ikke igen som par.

Der lå et par sure sokker på gulvet fra besøget før det sætter jo lidt spørgsmål, udover det virkede der meget rent og pænt så det var nok en smutter ☺️

Allt var jättebra förutom frukosten som var lite knaper! Pålägg fanns ost, skinka o salami! Saknade leverpastej, kaviar rökt skinka, prinskorvar, köttbullar, stekta ägg, någon mer sorts ost förutom Gouda. Ett så här fint hotell kanske kan kosta på sej någon som gör omeletter o steker ägg! Ganska medioker frukost. Man kan även tycka att dom kan variera frukosten från dag till genom att kanske kasta in något nytt istället för att servera samma varje dag! Långtråkigt om man bor lite länge tid!

Das Bad war nich sehr sauber, besonders das WC. Das Bad riecht schlecht. Sehr viele Leute beim Frühstück am Wochenende. Grosses Geläuf und Gedränge.

Przestronny pokój, śniadanie bardzo dobre, wygodne łóżko, duża łazienka.

Słabe sprzątanie - niedokładne. Hałas od torów kolejowych.

Bra läge, fantastiskt rum.

Dåligt urval av frukost. Inga skivade grönsaker, ingen äggröra. Få sorters pålägg.

At first sight, the room appeared clean and well maintained. However, the housekeeping service was a bit disappointing. Rooms are only cleaned upon request, and even then, the cleaning was not done particularly well. The sink was clogged during our stay and, despite being reported, it was never repaired.

Viajamos en familia, y aunque no está céntrico, si que en 10 minutos aprox. te plantas delante del parque de atracciones Tivoli. Hotel grande y con todo lujo de detalle. Con decoración del parque de atracciones que le da un toque especial.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Beim Check-in ein kostenfreies Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer erhalten. Sehr gute Skybar mit super Aussicht. Sehr gutes, reichliches Frühstück. Fahrradmiete unkompliziert und preiswert. Minibar vorhanden.

Hotel app funktioniert nicht gut,, war nutzlos für den Aufenthalt.

Konumu, gezilecek yerlere 15-35 dk mesafedeydi. Oda temizdi ve boyutu idealdi.

Quarto muito bom, unico defeito é o box que é de cortina e molha o resto do banheiro. Restaurantes muito bons, caros mas o normsl de lá. Localização boa também. Estacionamento de facil acesso também, porém caro mesmo para os padrões da Dinamarca, uma diária ficou mais caro que quatro diárias em Billund.

Inflexibilidade. Reservei quarto com café da manhã e, posteriormente, meu voo foi alterado de forma que saíria antes do café da manhã. Não quiseram descontar o valor, mesmo a reserva não tendo sido paga ainda. E não ofereceram nada para compensar o valor pago, nem uma bala. Para mim perdeu muitos pontos por isso. Outro detalhe, achei as luzes confusas, não consegui acender só a luz do banheiro sem acender a do quarto inteiro.

staff very helpful , treated us really well, we had a free drink on arrival as they had to check our room was ready, happy to help with a late checkout and luggage storage.

Personally quite a walk from the centre around 15 minutes walk. Not massive but other reviews made it appear closer.

The room was comfortable, not too big but not too small. The location was close train and bus station and close to big mall which was handy. Staff was helpful and kind.

We were woken up very early in the morning by hotel staff because our neighbour was smoking on the balcony, and they were unsure which room it was. They took a picture of the person smoking from outside the hotel, and it was clear that it was not me, but they still called our room again 20 minutes later. It was not a nice experience, although they explained that if the fire alarm had gone off, they would have had to evacuate the hotel and we would have been woken up anyway, but in a much more dramatic way. The pool was also closed for two days, which was disappointing.

+ veel keuze bij ontbijt ( brood fruit, groenten, pancakes, cornflakes, hartige en zoete dingen. Alles aanwezig.) + goede ligging + snel een taxi aanwezig + vriendelijk personeel + heel proper + kort bij centraal station + geen geluidsoverlast van buiten op straat

- veel te druk aan het ontbijt, vanaf 08:30 moet je aanschuiven om eten te halen. - gehorige kamers : wij hadden een tussendeur met een ander koppel, snachts begonnen ze veel lawaai te maken en tiktok(?) filmpjes te bekijken en wij werden hier wakker van, ook niezen, hoesten of gewoon praten, wij konden helaas alles meevolgen. Dit was voor ons het grootste minpunt. - je moet een dag op voorhand aanvragen of je je kamer gepoetst wilt hebben. Niet aangevraagd - niet gepoetst - ons kluisje werkte helaas niet, klein minpuntje

Staff were quite rude. Went to fill up a water bottle at breakfast and was shouted at loudly from across the room. Then was lectured about how the toilets use the same water as they do in the kitchen so I should fill up the bottle in my bathroom - completely unnecessary! Could’ve just said the water is fine to drink from the bathroom taps.

La piscina, la stanza era dotata di tutti i comfort, punto strategico vicino alla stazione e parco Tivoli.

Sono le mattonelle del pavimento del bagno della stanza e del locale piscina, purtroppo non erano antiscivolo e con l’acqua si rischiava di scivolarle e farsi male. Dovrebbero mettere sistemi antiscivolo

Assenza di pulizia quotidiana con conseguente scarsa igiene della stanza. Servizio di prima colazione incluso ma non corrisposto

Nice staff

Room was old and tired and in places in need of a deep clean. The swimming pool was closed for almost half of my stay and that was one of the reasons I booked there. I wrote an email with photos of defects in the room but 5 days on still haven't had any reply. Very expensive and well below a 4 star standard.

Frühstück könnte mehr biologische Produkte nutzen ansonsten ausreichend Auswahl! Gesundes Essen in der Brasserie sehr lecker ;-) Zimmer und Badezimmer sind gut und könnten nur noch einen Vegrößerungsspiegel einbauen. Ansonsten sehr gemühtlich und kompfortabel.
