The location was perfect, the interior was beautiful and gave a premium feel. The front desk staff were so smiley and friendly. The products in the room were great and I'd stay here upon my next trip to Copenhagen!

Nothing. Honestly I wish I could have stayed a little longer at the hotel, it was a great place to start and end my day.

Its near yhe train station and like us a lot if travellers leave at all hours for flights etc. Some were very noisy. Im always respectful.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel bar was also pleasant, and Alex, the bar manager, was especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine, although fairly average.

The first night there was a lot of noise from the restaurants and bars behind the hotel, and I could not sleep until around 2 a.m. Reception gave me earplugs the following day, which helped. On our final morning there was no hot water in my room, although my travel companions on the fourth floor had hot water. The bathroom also looked poorly maintained, with dark and worn sealant around the floor and walls, as shown in the photos. The hotel promotes its environmental profile heavily, but to me it felt more like marketing than something reflected in the overall experience. Considering the room standard and the issues we experienced, I also found the hotel overpriced.

Musiken i lobbyn var hemskt och enformig men det var å andra sidan det enda negativa 😉

Appreciated your dedication to environmental resources! Also loved nostalgia decorations, eg mopeds, radio, SMEG kettle, quasi-old fashioned telephone!

Would have appreciated better shelving for toiletries & hooks or bars to hang towels to dry in bathroom. Coffee cups without handles are more difficult to hold with hot drinks. Would have liked a small fridge to store cold drinks; would also have appreciated more coffee for mornings. Location of safe on bottom shelf of wardrobe is not convenient for older adults to bend down to access.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is great, lots of healthy options. Breakfast is presented very well and there is always enough. The location is very central next to the main train station.

The location and vibe of the hotel were great. It is so close to the central train station and many of the visitors’ destination spots. The staff were very nice to work with.

Our bathroom in our room had no air ventilation which catered to the mold problem we had in our shower. I reported this to the front desk. They kept offering a new room but were always booked at that time of day for us to move. Eventually, house keeping came up and scrubbed the shower to remove the mold. Also, there is way too much furniture in a room of this size, especially when you have two large suitcases.

The restaurant was delicious but super pricey. The rooms were small but lovely. Very eco-friendly.

My son thought the bathroom was way too small LOL.

L’albergo è molto carino, con uno stile molto particolare e anche molto profumato. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e la location è ottima perché è attaccato alla stazione centrale. Molto carino anche lo stile e senza la presenza di plastica (anche per la chiave della camera)

Onestamente non ho apprezzato il letto che era parecchio scomodo e rumoroso, il lavandino minuscolo che faceva fuoriuscire tutta l’acqua sul mobile che era di un materiale poroso che tratteneva tutta l’acqua (poco igienico a mio avviso). In più gli asciugamani non erano i classici bianchi che si possono lavare ad alte temperature e igienizzare ma erano di un tessuto tipo lino e marroncini. Anche questi non particolarmente igienici a mio avviso. E non ho apprezzato la presenza della tenda in doccia. In più la camera al primo piano era veramente rumorosa la notte. E il prezzo molto alto rispetto agli altri alberghi in zona. Inoltre non ho apprezzato particolarmente il continuo mandare messaggi per upgrade o self check-in. Un po assillante

Not sure about the bathtub located in the middle of the room. I personally would have preferred a couch. However, our teenage daughter took great pleasure in using the tub 😀

Bel hôtel situé à quelques mètres de la gare et très proche de Tivoli. Le personnel est sympathique et les chambres très bien décorées et confortables. Bonne insonorisation au niveau des chambres et de l'extérieur, on pouvait entendre quelques bruits du couloir, mais pas trop dérangeants. L'espace bien-être est très appréciable également. Au niveau du restaurant, le choix des plats est assez réduit, mais nous y avons bien mangé. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Amazing location (close to the center and to the main transport hub). My room had a small balcony, from which it was especially great to enjoy the white nights at that time of the year (June).

They have the concept of using vintage/second hand things for the interior, which does look kinda stylish. Though it would be great if that didn't apply to the elevator. I got stuck in it on one of the mornings and had to call for help. I must say that the receptionist arrived very quickly, restarted the elevator, and I could exit without any issues.

La habitacion no estaba muy limpia, era pequeña, no nos cambiaron las sabanas. El precio era muy caro para lo que te ofrecian y tener calificacion elevada

Közel van a főpályaudvarhoz és a metróállomáshoz. Központi helyen van, mégis nyugodt környék. Akár gyalog is elérhetőek a látnivalók. A szoba nagyon tiszta, vízforralóval felszerelt, kávét, teát is bekészítenek. A reggeli rendkívüli, csodás ropogós bacon, krémes, ízletes rántotta, füstölt makréla, lekvárok, fantasztikus kenyerek, péksütemények.

Minden rendben volt, talán a reggelinél a kávé lehetett volna finomabb.

Mooi hotel, dicht bij treinstation.

Veel lawaai ‘s nachts, slecht geslapen, ligt midden in centrum en veel horeca en stripbars in de buurt. Geen aanrader in het weekend of hoogseizoen.

De locatie is zo perfect, dicht bij het centrum en dicht bij de metro. Verder hing er een hele relaxte sfeer wat heel fijn was je merkte niet veel van dat je midden in het centrum zat. Het restaurant wat erbij zit is ook heel lekker wij hebben er heel vaak gegeten veel keuze en lieve obers :) wij komen zeker terug!

Fint rum, god frukost, uteträdgård mitt i gav lite djungelkänsla, designhotell, god frukost, bra läge.

Lite trångt med all utsmyckning på toaletten, lite speciellt att behöva öppna fönstren eftersom ingen AC fanns/fungerade inte i så fall o det var varmt både ute o inne. Nattens höga ljud från gatan hördes därför lite väl mycket in i rummet på våning 5.

Attention certaines chambres qui donnent sur l’extérieur et la rue sont très bruyantes la nuit. Donc difficile de dormir. Les fenêtres sont anciennes et ne filtrent pas le son. Nous avons pu changer de chambre et le personnel a été très agréable.
