Una cosa que hemos tenido complicaciones es el servio de transporte público, El aplicativo dice que llega pero no llega eperamso 10 minutos tampoco Ver bien el número del autobus, porque no está bien visible o el nombre del paradero Hemos querido tomar taxi, no pasa solo taxi negros que solo en aplicación puedes pedir pero se demora en contestar o esta caro para 3.,o 4 kilómetros aproximadamente 35 euros Hay taxi azul que no son de aplicación muy rara mente pasa, si pasa esta con gente Los paraderos de taxi normal, solo e visto 2 cerca al hotel o 500 metros del hotel vacio Los resto todo bien👍

3 ימים מתוך הקופה המזגן לא עבד בנוסף בכל תקופת החופשה היתה בעיה עם המנעול של הדלת וכל פעם שרצינו להכנס לחדר היינו צריכים להמתין לנציג קבלה שיפתח לנו

Konum iyiydi

Daha önceki konaklamamda çok daha az bir ücretle çok geniş ve güzel bir oda almıştım. Bu defa çok daha yüksek bir ücret ödediğim halda çok küçük bir odada kalmak zorundaydım.

En el baño, el WC tiene apenas el espacio (entre el muro y la división con la ducha) para una persona normal. En la descripción se ofrece parking gratuito frente al hotel. Este NO existe, hay una construcción en desarrollo y está prohibido estacionar en esa calle.

Problema con el Parking y el baño muy estrecho.

Biz annex kısmında kaldik. Orasi Temiz yataklar rahat klima güçlü konumu merkezi ….tek puanı banyonun küçüklüğünden kırdım. Kahvalti ana otaldeydl ce güzeldi ilgili ve güleryüzle HİZMET verildi 🙏❤️

La posizione e la pulizia delle camere

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 5 al 12 luglio. L’unico aspetto davvero positivo della struttura è stata la posizione e il servizio di pulizia delle camere: le stanze erano sempre pulite e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno. Purtroppo, per il resto, l’esperienza è stata deludente. La colazione era sufficiente, ma con una scelta piuttosto limitata, poca varietà e senza presenza di frutta fresca. Inoltre, sulle poche pietanze disponibili non erano esposti cartellini indicativi che ne specificassero il contenuto, rendendo necessario chiedere continuamente al personale cosa fossero i vari alimenti presenti. La cena è stata senza dubbio il punto più negativo del soggiorno: il menù era estremamente ripetitivo e offriva pochissime alternative. Ogni sera era disponibile un solo primo piatto e, come secondi, quasi esclusivamente pollo o kebab. Anche durante la cena, sulle poche pietanze proposte, mancavano i cartellini con le indicazioni dei cibi esposti, per cui era spesso necessario chiedere informazioni al personale. La frutta fresca è stata servita soltanto nei primi due giorni; per il resto della settimana erano disponibili esclusivamente macedonia o frutta sciroppata. Anche il servizio in sala ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Alcuni camerieri sono risultati poco cortesi e, mentre si stava ancora mangiando, chiedevano continuamente di ritirare i piatti, dando la sensazione di voler liberare il tavolo il prima possibile invece di prestare attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. Nel complesso, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non sia soddisfacente. Non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura, soprattutto a chi cerca una buona esperienza gastronomica e un servizio attento al cliente. Considerando gli standard che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questa categoria, mi chiedo come possa essere considerato un hotel a 4 stelle. A mio avviso, i servizi offerti non sono all’altezza di tale classificazione.

Already paid reservation a month head before arrival , reconfirm by phone with the reception and at arrival day manager was yelling that was no reservation and she threatened that I have to move outisde the hotel, otherwise will remain without room. They sent us to another hotel on the opposite side of town. Completely irresponsible, scandalous service

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Alles war wirklich sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – ruhig und gleichzeitig nah am Strand und zu vielen Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!☀️

I have paid for two rooms and when arrived to the hotel they said that the did not receive the reservation from the reservation department. They ruined my vacation and I needed to move to another hotel and after a week now and multiple emails to reservation department still no reply from their side and still not get the refund.

Erittäin siisti modernisoitu hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Pienehkö, mutta siisti huone - ja yllärinä parvekkeella poreamme. Monipuolinen aamupala seisovasta pöydästä. Voin majoittua uudelleenkin, siispä suosittelut tälle.

A szoba és a fürdőszoba kicsi. A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz volt, egyáltalán nem változatos. A hotel medencèje nem működött. A szálloda egy lègifolyosó alatt helyezkedik el.

Great location - large rooms - very clean - lovely staff

Some of the mirrors and electrics were very wobbly and unsafe. We were in the annex - no map was provided and it took us some time to find it - late at night -with all our luggage - a simple map would have helped.

我们预订的是30平方米两张床的房间，但提供给我们的是一个不到20只有十几平方的一个大床的房间，后来经过交涉，把我们安排到这个酒店的，原来的旧楼，房间是有30多平方，但距离新楼有200多米远，每天早上吃早饭都要步行过去到新楼，同时，要拉着行李到新楼结账，很不方便。

Si sentivano un po' i rumori delle stanze adiacenti e il bagno era estremamente piccolo e scarsamente illuminato. Inoltre mancava la ventola di aspirazione.

L’emplacement au centre de Rhodes et l’accueil

Mal isolée, on entend tout, on a passé des mauvaises nuits durant tout le séjour à cause du bruit, que ce soit dehors ou les voisins de chambre très bruyants. Douche qui évacue mal jusqu’à ce que l’eau sorte en dessous de la porte et personne n’est venu régler le problème

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the breakfast was tasty, and overall the value for money was excellent.

Before leaving, the showering process was a bit complicated and inconvenient, which slightly affected the end of the stay.

Hotel bol úžasný, ak nabudúce prídem, určite sa tu ubytujem. Nádherné izby, bonus bol župan a papučky na izbe, personál milý a nápomocný. Raňajky boli fantastické, hotel bol v pešej dostupnosti do centra i do prístavu a kúsok na pláž. Každému tento hotel odporúčam.

Very comfortable, nice facilities. Staff was very nice. Cleaning was exceptional. Mrs. Juliana who was in charge of the cleaning was very nice. The breakfast was very nice also.

We had half board. The breakfast was nice but from dinner we had only 2 plates to choose from. The would charge the drinks extra and the dinner was very very simple. Ex.: chicken with potatoes in the oven and veggies (hospital like food). Also other people had the choice for the potatoes either fries/in the oven. And we didn’t!

The hotel is charming, very clean, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Towels were replaced daily, and the room was always spotless. The hotel also has a small gym and complimentary bottled water in the minibar. The location is convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk from Rhodes Old Town and the city centre.

The breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests who prefer a sweet breakfast. There were very few sweet options available, mainly dry biscuits and chocolate-hazelnut spread, while most of the selection was savoury. Fresh fruit choices were also limited. We experienced two issues during our stay. On our first evening, a staff member entered our room using a master key after knocking, without clearly identifying themselves or waiting for permission to enter, which made us uncomfortable. In addition, during the last two days of our stay, the shampoo/shower gel dispenser was not refilled, and we had to request more from reception.

נחמד מאד במיקום מצויין ותמורה טובה בעד האגרה.

Skvělá lokalita, jak do centra, tak na pláže a výlety do okolí. Personál znamenitý, jak na recepci tak hlavně v restauraci, děkujeme Augustovi a jeho týmu :-) skvělá péče, velmi chutná jídla :-) Spokojenost maximální. pokoje jsou skvělé, postele pohodlné, funkční safe, vybavení. Klimatizace ok. Pravidelná výměna ručníků a úklid. :-) Navštívil bych znova :-)!!!! K dispozici sauna a malé fitness.

Siisti hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Yleiset tilat olivat viihtyisät ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huoneista löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Usein Rodoksen kaupungin hotelleissa saattaa olla vähän pistorasioita, mutta täältä löytyi niitäkin riittävästi. Sänky ja tyynyt olivat mukavat. Neljännen kerroksen parvekkeelta näkyi hieman merta. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Vaikka aamupala olikin minun makuuni hyvä, ymmärrän jos joku muu kaipaisi enemmän jotain kasviksia sekä vaihtelua. Mitään vihreää ei ollut tarjolla ja hedelmävaihtoehtoja oli appelsiini, kiivi, omena ja banaani, joista kerralla tarjolla kahta vaihtoehtoa. Lisäksi hotellin hissit toimivat vähän miten sattuu ja yhtenä päivänä toinen hisseistä oli kokonaan suljettu huollon vuoksi.

La posizione è abbastanza comoda, sia per visitare la città e muoversi la sera, sia per partire per le escursioni

Le dimensioni della camera erano inferiori alle aspettative, anche il balcone molto stretto e non confortevole. La cena, pagata insieme alla prenotazione della camera, è stata la delusione più grossa. Pensavamo che fosse a buffet invece avevamo una insalata come antipasto ed un piatto a scelta tra souvlaki di pollo o maiale, ghiros di pollo o maiale, spaghetti alla bolognese. Il menù è sempre stato lo stesso per tutte le cene. Dopo la seconda sera abbiamo rinunciato alla cena in hotel (sebbene fosse pagata). In un hotel a 4 stelle ci aspettavamo qualcosa di meglio, sia come struttura che come servizi.

Tesiste çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü yardımsever ve iletişime açıktı tesis yenilenmiş bir görüntüde temizlik yönünden hiçbir sıkıntısı yoktu ve bu benim için çok önemliydi. Ben bu tesiste en büyük notu kahvaltısına veriyorum çok sade ve lezzetli ürünler ile doluydu. Fiyat performans olarak 10/10 bir oteldi

Πολύ καλη τοποθεσία, εχεις κοντά σου τα πάντα. Τα δωμάτια ολοκαθαρα , είχες την αίσθηση πως σε προσέχουν αλλάζοντας τις πετσέτες και καθαρίζοντας το δωμάτιο καθημερινά. Το προσωπικό στην κουζίνα ευγενεστατο και εξυπηρετικό.

Το μόνο που λιγο με χάλασε ηταν όταν κάποια στιγμή η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν δεν μιλούσε ελληνικά.

Ζήτησα κρεβάτι διπλό κ ήταν 2 μόνα ενωμένα αλλά ήθελαν στην αρχή ν παω σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο δικό τους λίγο πιο κάτω αλλά μετά έκαναν τα παντα για ν με εξυπηρετήσουμε κ μου βρήκαν δωμάτιο εκεί που έκλεισα εξ αρχής. Ήταν όλοι άψογοι κ πολύ καλοί χχχ

Im not a breakfast person. Location wise the hotel is an excellent position. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Приємний персонал , номер був краще , ніж на картинці . У нас було джакузі і це було неочікувано. Кожен день прибирання, нові рушники , засоби гігієни . Зручні ліжка . Сніданок теж класний . Дуже зручне розташування . Близько до моря і старого місьця. Поряд багато ресторанів . Приємні адміністратори та персонал

Śniadanie i lokalizacja

Niestety nikt nie poinformował, że obiekt ma drugą część znajdującą się ok. 300 m od głównego hotelu. My przyjechałyśmy ok. 1.30 w nocy i nie było to komfortowe. Dodatkowo podczas sprzątania personel zabrał włącznik do prądu i wracając po całodniowym pobycie poza hotelem, znów trzeba było się udać do recepcji w głównym obiekcie…

Περάσαμε μία εβδομάδα. Είχα τέλειο πρωινό πολύ καθαρά τα δωμάτια ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο και πολύ φιλόξενη όλοι

Le personnel est très sympa et disponible. Les chambres sont belles, grandes et modernes. La literie est bonne. Le petit-déjeuner ok. Le service nettoyage. L'emplacement, proche de tout.

C'est bruyant. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. On entend le moindre bruit provenant des couloirs ou des chambres à côté, même la nuit. Ça m'a vraiment dérangée. Le wifi est très faible au 3ème étage, voire inexistant. Je n'ai pas pu l'utiliser. Il y avait des poils de barbe sur le muret de la douche. Cette dernière n'est pas très pratique, l'eau se répand parterre. SDB trop sombre à mon goût. Le pdj pourrait être amélioré au niveau de la qualité du pain, des pâtisseries, du café.
