Blue Sky City Beach Hotel

Dans cet établissement, ce qui m’a plus particulièrement étais le placement de l’hôtel, vraiment à l’entrée de Rhodes, j’ai aussi aimé le fonctionnement des serviettes de plages avec cautions ou l’on pouvais les changer tout les jours sans problèmes. La piscine est belle elle aussi même si elle est très glacial…

Alors là il y as beaucoup à dire…Déjà concernant la chambre, alors à première vu disons qu’elle est propre, mais alors n’essayez pas de chercher plus loin que le bout de votre nez…en dessous du lit nous avons retrouver un bonbon tout sec datant d’une époque très lointaine, avec une énorme couche de poussière par dessus et partout sous le lit, de même Nous avons retrouver d’autres bonbon sous la commode… Toujours dans la chambre, la douches fuit de tout les côtés, l’eau passe par tout les joins, et même quand nous coupons l’eau elle continue à couler par grosse gouttes des heures après, la climatisation étais pourris, il faut la laisser allumer toute la journée pour pouvoir avoir une once de frais dans la chambre, le frigo étais tellement bouillant ( car il étais mis dans un cube en bois ) qu’il réchauffer toute la nourriture situé en haut, le coffre fort lui étais mort clairement, pas de clés ni rien et surtout les gons étais déjà pousser vers l’extérieur… Je pense que c’est bon pour la chambre, maintenant l’hôtel en lui même, il y as beaucoup à dire aussi, déjà information importante, vous payez pour une demi-pension car l’hôtel ne fonctionne que comme ça, soit, mais un truc qu’il nous disent pas au préalable, ok vous avez la nourriture la matin et le soir, mais pour le soir vous devrait payez votre boisson car il ne vous la fournisse pas, donc si vous êtes au soft, 1 bouteille d’eau de 1L vous couteras 1,50€ par soir…Et n’espérez pas vous régalez avec une bonne gaufre ou quoique ce soit dans l’après midi à l’hôtel car, il ne propose rien, vous pourrez mangez le midi et boire un verre mais ça s’arrête là.

Lack of storage space in the room. No drawer space and a small hanging space. The pool area. The sun beds need upgrading as look well used and a bit grubby .

Liian pieni allas isoon hotelliin. Kertaakaan ei päästy altaalle, kun tuolit varattiin heti. Pieni hissi, jota sai odottaa julmetun kauan. Kreikkalainen musiikki, joka kuului huoneeseen pitkälle iltaan.

The sheets on the bed would curl up into a ball while you are sleeping. Also the mattress is balling up with small balls of fabric. Needs to work out a way to get more sun loungers in the sun as they are impossible to get after 9am

Les photos correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité (c’est pas si moderne que ça) - problème de pression de l’eau- personnel pas souriant - petit déjeuné MÉDIOCRE - on doit payer pour repasser les habits ??! / on doit payer un supplément pour la clé du coffre fort ??! / les intendantes oubliaient tjr de mettre des nouveaux linges

מלון במיקום מצוין! פסע מהים וקרוב מאד לכל המסעדות, הברים, תחנות אוטובוס, האקווריום והעיר העתיקה. הלכנו בעיקר ברגל בין הרחובות עניין של 20 דקות מהעיר העתיקה. יש בריזה נעימה מכיוון הים, המלון מתוחזק מאד, עם שירות טוב!! יש בר ואוכל בצהריים במחיר סביר וממוצע למחירים המקומיים. ארוחת בוקר בשפע (אנחנו שומרי כשרות נהנו מהחלופות שהיו) אם הייתי צריכה לשלם אקסטרה לא הייתי מוסיפה, יש שפע של מסעדות מסביב.

אין WiFi טוב. אין חדר כושר מאובזר, ישן וחסר ציוד בריכה קטנה ומעט מיטות שיזוף

We were not bothered by noise as other reviews describe. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choice.

Upon arrival, our room was not yet ready, even though it was already past the indicated check-in time. When we entered the room, we were shocked by the hygiene. The mugs and glasses were dirty. There were lip prints on them and even a hair in the mug (took photo’s). All four towels were also dirty with grey and orange stains. Even the bedding at the foot of the bed was stained yellow (didn’t take picture). We went straight downstairs to the reception, and she immediately saw what the problem was. She was very helpful and immediately called housekeeping to our room. Although we were helped immediately, the lack of hygiene was also noticeable at breakfast. Almost all the glasses had stains.

Pool area very busy and difficult to find a lounge . Bed could have been comfier- quite hard.

We booked a seaview room and it was the best decision ever! That sea colour seen from above is worth every penny, the sunset is spectacular too! The staff was super friendly, chatty, got tips and advice too and they were great hosts. The food at breakfast is super varied, you got so many options, healthy too, freshly cooked (eggs, omelettes, pancakes), plus all the other warm food buffet options, and delicious too, but I didn't get even close to trying everything, that's how many there are. The room was quite spacious too, and the facilities great. Location is great too, there's a direct public bus to the airport, short walk to the old town, beaches, restaurants, anything you need. We really enjoyed our stay!

We liked the location on the cool side of Rhodes, Breakfast was excellent.

Близко к старому городу, но окна выходящие не на море выходят в жилые дома где все время играла громко музыка. Места у бассейна постоянно бронируют, персонал действует если только сказать. Но в этом случае если вы отошли в туалет, то вашу сумку этот персонал может легко вышвырнуть. Не приятная ситуация. Персонал на ресепшене никогда не скажет не доброе утро, не добрый вечер. Кухня супер, еда каждый раз была разнообразная. Завтраки одинаковые

צוות על הפנים, כל דבק מבקשים כסף, גם כשביקשנו קרח לא רצן להביא לנו כי לא קנינו מהבר שלהם וזה שירות בסיסי של מלון לספק קרח לאורחים, כשמנקים את החדרים הם לא מחליפים מגבות כל יום היינו צריכים כל יום להתקשר שיביאו מגבות חדשות נקיות . לא שווה תמורה למחיר עדיף להיות קצת יותר רחוק מהמרכז ולקחת מלון יותר טוב.

המקום היה יחסית קרוב להכל , כשבע דקות ברגל מהרחוב של החנויות וממש החוף שהיה מתחת למלון היה סוער ברמות הלכנו לחוף אחר שהוא כרבע שעה הליכה מהמלון והיה מעולה

מזגן על הפנים !! לא טוב בכלל עברנו חדר אחרי מלחמות מולם!!! ועדיין לא היה טוב , הטכנאי בא וטען שהוא בסדר למרות שעדיין הוא לא היה טוב

Smart and clean in the bar/pool area. Beach just across the road. Staff were pleasant.

Room was classed as deluxe- but it wasn’t deluxe at all. Spacious but hardly anywhere to store clothes. The bathroom is ridiculous - who thought a sliding, frosted glass door was a good idea!! It doesn’t show this in the room photos. Plus the shower water goes everywhere, the bath mat would be soaked and was smelly as they didn’t change it even when left on the shower floor. When they did change them, they were all tatty. The road outside is extremely busy and you can hear it with the doors closed. The beds were okay but as we had a twin, the mattresses kept sliding off. Every day I had a different bedding set - sometimes no sheet, only the duvet so I had to take the duvet cover off to use that as the air con is rubbish.

Hotel godny polecenia, znakomite położenie, piękny widok z okna na zachodzące słońce, blisko centrum miasta, restauracji, portu, zabytków, przystanek autobusowy z linią m50 prowadzącą do lotniska po drugiej stronie ulicy, wieczorem muzyka na żywo przy basenie, siłownia nie duża ale z najważniejszymi sprzętami.

Très bon séjour au Blue Sky, un hôtel qui offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix dans un emplacement idéal. La chambre avec vue mer est un vrai point fort, la vue vaut vraiment le supplément. La chambre est compacte, mais bien agencée avec une salle de bain nickel et un balcon avec table et chaises, parfait pour profiter de la vue autour d'un café. Petite remarque : une rue passe entre l'hôtel et la mer, donc un peu de bruit de voitures, mais tout à fait supportable. L'emplacement est top : en bord de mer, restaurants et bars à deux pas, et la vieille ville de Rhodes accessible facilement à pied. La piscine est correcte et on trouve toujours une place sur les transats (là aussi toujours en bord de route mais avec un bruit qui reste supportable). Tout est accessible à pied, il y a un arrêt de bus en face de l'hôtel et plusieurs agences de location de voitures pas chères à proximité. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet (tout le monde y trouve son compte) mais ne vous attendez pas à des produits d'exception, c'est une formule buffet classique. Le personnel de l'accueil est très accueillant et souriant ; un peu moins chaleureux au petit-déjeuner, mais rien de rédhibitoire. Bref, un hôtel propre, bien situé, avec une vue mer qui fait toute la différence. À recommander pour un séjour à Rhodes sans se ruiner.

Woken up each morning by loud cleaners and/or building works. Floor in the room not cleaned. Menu for restaurant was good but ability to deliver it as described not so much.

Locatie om Rhodosstad lopend te bezoeken is top. Ontbijt is prima. Receptie is aardig en behulpzaam. Douche is super goed en de kamer is prima. Wij hadden 526. Schoonmaak is ook goed. Prachtige zonsondergang te zien vanaf balkon.

Balkondeur kon niet worden afgesloten. Bedden zwembad waren vies, te zien vanaf 5e verdieping. Parkeren is geluk hebben. Op de 6e verdieping zijn bouwwerkzaamheden, wat op de 5e te is. Handdoekje leggen gebeurt voor 10u, terwijl dat verboden is.

Reception staff were welcoming, pleasant and efficient. I was given a well equipped room on level 5. Great sea view and spacious balcony. The town centre was walkable, but the footpaths were very rough and uneven. Easy bus transport in front of the hotel to the town centre and the Old City. HOHO Bus stop was in front of the hotel. Great breakfast, many food choices. Would definitely return, if again in Rhodes. The pool area was small. Need to be early to get a sun lounge.

The location and the view from the balcony was amazing. We have booked this hotel specifically for the sea view which in Rhodes on this side of the island is amazing. It did not disappoint. The sunsets were incredible. The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean.

Breakfast was very monotonic. English breakfast in Rhodes is not what we are looking for. More of local cuisine would be amazing to experience as Greek food has a lot to offer.

Very luxurious. We could check in 5 hours earlier because our room was ready. We booked a room with a city view but got one with the sea view. We only stayed one night but the staff was really friendly and always helped us. The floors in the room could be cleaner but they weren’t dirty. Everything was clean, even the glasses. Loved the view from the room. The breakfast and dinner was nice, couple of options to choose from.

The location is great very close to a beautiful beach and restaurants bus stations etc. The staff was super nice and polite very helpful and had great patience with every person.

The food can be better its not a first time in Greece I know for a fact that they respect their legacy and food. Breakfast and dinner need improvement, the variety is not that wide and does not really change from day to day. At the salad bar there is not even dressing or olive oil and lemon juice next to it to make your own dressing you have to go look for it somewhere else, why? Dinner I did not find anything interesting or special but I tried a meat stew with orzo pasta, it was tasteless without seasoning, bland, cooking without a soul is a shame, it actually looked successful. The dining experience could be improved. My room was nice and tidy when I came in at first look but when you want to take a shower you don't have door to close it, seems like architecture faulty so the floor was entire wet I had to put a towel to soak up the water every time after use and it took a good few hours to dry. The water system is old you can feel the sand taste of water when you take a shower or brush your teeth. There is quite a bit of dust in places like the air conditioning unit vent (must be cleaned, it is disgusting and unhealthy to breathe), hanging lamps, and the bathroom areas. The cleaning staff doesn't knock on the door, they just come in, whether they heard there was music on the other side or not, maybe just out of habit that there will be no people in the room at certain times, procedures must be refined. I was told that the room was a renovated room, I expected something different. The room is outdated or at least partially, I got a separate bed even though I marked a room with a Queen Size bed or similar and not shared mattress. I am not petty and I have slept in my life in places that people don't need to sleep in, but I have slept in much better places than this. Improvement is needed, what a shame. Therefore, I will not complain to the staff, I will simply write a review as it is in the hope that they will learn and improve for the next time.

Maistas nepatiko, viskas buvo labai neskanus, mažas daržovių pasirinkimas tebuvo tik agurkai ir pomidorai, visa duona prasto skonio, kepėjas kepantis omletą deja dirbo prastai ir neatsakingai, nemoka iškepti, perkepa, o kitų papildomų ingredientų ne pakepina. Kava neskani, vanduo keisto skonio, lyg iš krano su kanalizacijos kvapu, sultys tik iš aparato pagamintos iš miltelių. Žodžiu labai prastas virtuvės lygis.

Zimmer war nett und modern ausgestattet. Grühstück war hanz in Ordnung. Petsonal sehr nett.

Die Bettlaken und Wäsche könnte mal überholt werden. Diese war sehr grau und teils löchrig.

Beneden gezellig ingericht, ontbijt. Gezellige kamer en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Veel Engelsen, wat luidruchtig.

Çalışanlar çok iyiydi. Özellikle resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular. Sürekli çözüm odaklı ve güleryüzlülerdi. Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Deniz manzaralı odaları harikaydı.

Sonbaharda gittiğimiz için battaniye kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Battaniyeler çok kirliydi. Uzun süredir yıkanmadığı belliydi. Kahvaltıda kahve makineleri çalışmıyordu.

- direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, für mich zu laut zum Schlafen/Erholen - Frühstück bis 10:15, dann wird sofort das Buffet abgebaut, und für Dinner neu eingedeckt, Personal unfreundlich, ungemütliche Atmosphäre beim Frühstück!

Staff very friendly, room clean nice balcony. Breakfast nothing special but fine.

The only problem was my WiFi kept on cutting out - not too much of a problem as i have roaming data
