The hotel in overall exceeded my expectation. Staffs were really good. I also had some really good food from Spice Studio restaurant. The location and overall ambience look great as well.

One of the best properties I’ve across in India. It’s got something for everyone. Extremely catered for family needs as well. Some of the most genuinely caring staff we had seen in a long long time. Special mention for the food in all the restaurants. Overall super special!

My second visit in 2 years and it’s a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and feeling healthy. Extensive buffet breakfast, easy to walk to the beach, comfortable large room, and the best outdoor pool in Goa. Most of the staff are helpful, with only a few exceptions.

The gate/ security staff: problems when I stayed in 2024 and actually ruder this time. It’s a shame as the front desks, restaurant staff, house-keeping and the fantastic pool staff, especially Collin, are wonderful. But security and gate staff are rude, unhelpful and, on departure, unpleasant. Many cars, both private and taxis, are waved in to the compound (local connections?) but when my car arrived, they refused to let it in even though the front desk had cleared it. Sadly, I’d fallen ill in my last 2 days, but security demanded I carry my luggage through the monsoon downpour and deep puddles outside the gate. Knowing I’d get soaked and even more ill, I refused. Finally, when front office again cleared it, they grumpily agreed. Horrible way to leave Goa: ill, wet, and unwelcome.

Attentive staff, delicious food, amazing property, made my birthday celebration truly memorable.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay at Alila Diwa, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the resort offered a perfectly calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the ideal escape. The property itself is gorgeous, and the pool is simply amazing—a phenomenal spot to just unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. A massive shoutout to Jessica at the Diwa Club front office, who went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly special. She was exceptionally welcoming, happily answered all our questions, and even organized a beautiful cake for my girlfriend's birthday, which was such a wonderful surprise! As a Hyatt Explorist, I also really appreciated her help in smoothly arranging a late checkout for us, which made our departure entirely stress-free. The culinary experience was another major highlight of the trip. The 7 AM to 7 PM all-day breakfast at the Bistro is an absolute game-changer, and the evening sundowners were the perfect way to transition into the night. I want to extend a huge thank you to the entire team at the Bistro for their consistently warm, attentive, and smiling service. We also made sure to dine at their Spice restaurant, and the Goan food was absolutely out of this world—authentic, flavorful, and a must-try. If you are looking for top-notch hospitality, incredible food, and a beautiful, quiet environment, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

Hands down the best property in south goa , I wanto give a shoutout to our housekeeping staff - Bharat , he was the best I have EVER seen in this industry. Also , Brianna and Velecia were the one who handled our check in , their gestures for making sure I had a pleasant start to our special trip was COMMENDABLE. I think Alila Diwa really does care about the experience of their guests.

We had an amazing stay at Alila Diwa Goa, and the entire experience was made even more special because the team went above and beyond to help us celebrate our daughter Amyra's birthday. A special thank you to Velecia for coordinating everything so beautifully and making sure the celebration was memorable for our family. We also want to appreciate Abhu and Amit from the housekeeping team. They put so much effort into decorating and preparing the room, making it feel magical for our daughter. Their warmth and attention to detail truly stood out. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were excellent throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We can't wait to visit again!

A very good experience overall. The property and the view were very good. The staff was very prompt in addressing all our needs and the service was very prompt. The food was also very good be it breakfast buffet or a-la-carte dinner

Excellent facilities, great room delicious food both the breakfast buffet as well the the Spice restaurant we tried. The staff was very kind and went out of their way to personalise the experience and make us feel welcome.

This is a hotel worthy of your attention if you are planning your stay in South Goa. The property is outstanding with stunning views all around, lush greenery, and beautiful architecture which is a wonderful mix of modern and retro. I stayed in a Club Suite. The best part about staying in their club rooms is that you get exclusive access to their restaurant Bistro, and you get complimentary snacks and drinks (even cocktails) everyday from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. They have a variety of options and it was a nice snack time for us everyday before dinner later in the evening. The spa was also amazing at this hotel with private bath, and sauna for every individual. That part of the hotel is soo beautiful that you don't wanna leave. The gym and yoga studio has put of this world view. And you can just sit there and watch for hours. I went in monsoon. So it might be different for you. But it was breathtaking. We had atleast one meal in each and every restaurant they have, and trust me, each one is outstanding at the cuisine they serve. At bistro we had the snacks every evening. The food at Edge and Spice Studio is a must try if you are here. Special thanks to Sinawon. She served us a lot of times at multiple restaurants and stood out the most. She made out stay memorable. Also many thanks to outstanding staff. Literally everyone, but some stand out more than others. So special mention to Devki, Alam, Brienna, Aditi, and Milan. Each one of them made out stay worthwhile and all others as well. I just feel the service could be better at breakfast and maybe some lebanese options could be added. I also want to highlight that in my Club Suite the Black flooring around the bathtub is very slippery the moment there is any water on it and the bath slippers provided made it even worse. This should be fixed as my mother almost fell inside due to this and we also faced difficulty walking due to the same reason. Highly recommended stay.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff stood out. Whether it was the Diwa Club team, housekeeping, room service, or the restaurant staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. Traveling with a toddler isn't always easy, but the team made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained. My wife and I loved walking around the lush grounds in the mornings, while our little one was busy exploring every corner with endless curiosity. One of my favorite memories from the trip was watching him excitedly wave and say "hi" to the staff every day as if he had made a new group of friends. Their smiles and interactions with him made our stay feel even more special. The pools, kids' play area, and open spaces were perfect for families. Our son couldn't wait to get to the play area each day and seeing him run around happily while we actually got a chance to relax made the trip priceless. As parents, those little moments are what you remember the most. The food and service across the restaurants were excellent. The staff were always accommodating, especially when it came to requests for our toddler, and they consistently went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. What made this stay truly special wasn't just the beautiful room or the facilities. It was the way the entire team helped create a stress-free family holiday. Seeing my wife unwind, watching our son have the time of his life, and being able to enjoy those moments together is something we're genuinely grateful for.

Location very quaint and peaceful. Monsoons are very pretty and comfortable with covered walkways and umbrella, shutter service to the beach. The rooms are squeaky clean and generously large. The price is justified for the value u get in terms of amenities, service and quality of stay. Restaurants and pool can get busy sometimes. Otherwise all common areas are very serenely quite. Perfect for kids to enjoy family holidays as they have activities for kids, movie screening for kids and lot of pool gears for kids. Overall pleasant and comfortable stay

The friendly and welcoming staff stood out for us. They made us feel warm ane comfortable right from the moment we entered the Alila Diwa property. The property, too, is amazing, with calm views. The breakfast at the Bistro, which is an ala carte one, was outstanding. We also enjoyed the sundowner high tea as part of their club room priveleges. The room was spacious, clean, and luxurious, equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Overall stay was amazing. The property is fantastic. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely visit again.

Don't Go as a Family, Breakfast has wide spread but Quality & taste missing, was asked for charges to use Kids play areana even after Paying a huge premium for Rooms, in the afternoon could not sleep because grilling work was going on outside the room

Everything from check in to check out was absolutely fantastic. The property was beautiful! The courtesy and responsiveness of the staff was unparalleled. Food was so good we did not feel like going out to explore other options.

We had a truly wonderful stay, and what made it exceptional was not just the excellent facilities, but the genuine warmth and care shown by every member of the team. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that my family felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. A special mention to Chef Sai, Chef Amit, Chef Chandra, and their entire team for taking extraordinary care of my daughter, who has severe food allergies. They were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and thoughtful in preparing safe meals for her, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. The hospitality extended far beyond the restaurants. The concierge team, front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were all consistently courteous, helpful, and welcoming. Firdaus crafted some wonderful drinks, as did the team at Bistro, adding to our overall experience. This was a great weekend stay - the property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is exceptional- Fritz at the front desk, Firdous & Soundarya at the bistro which has a sumptuous 7 am to 7 pm breakfast. Their costal restaurant- Spice Studio is exceptional and would like to thank Chef Bilal & Payal for being super considerate to some meal customisations. The spa is a must do - Becky, Rajiya and Amrita are some of the therapists I would recommend. Overall, this was definitely one of our best Goa stays

I come to goa every year for the last 20 years now and at times more than once a year, this by far has been my most delightful experience. Welcoming staff, excellent rooms, great amenities and delicious food, it’s got it all. Thank you Alila Diwa for a wonderful experience, i will definitely comeback here again.

The property has amazing natural landscapes and stunning pool vistas. Rains during our stay made it appear even more lush green and exciting. The staff is super helpful and makes you feel very welcome. Fritzi from frontdesk very clearly explained our room benefits on checkin and ensured our stay was comfortable despite a wedding event going at property.

I had issues with the fridge. The engineer gaslighted saying it’s ok until later when they changed the whole fridge. This was really the turn off

We loved our stay here as usual we keep coming back to this hotel because of their hospitality, care and understanding and service. The swimming pool is amazing.

This hotel is pure luxury, it is a tranquil paradise, we had a club room, it was very spacious, beautiful and the bathroom was huge. The staff here are spectacular, they work so hard to make your stay perfect, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always, smiling, helpful and very attentive. The standard of room cleaning was amazing. The cleaners are so thorough and do the best job I've ever seen in a hotel. The food here is also spectacular, there is a wide range of food, extremely good quality and always fresh. There is a complimentary beach taxi which is fantastic. The pools are beautiful too. They are kept immaculate! Very relaxing. The only slight downsides are when there are big weddings here, it compromises the calm and peacefulness as the weddings was beautiful as they are, are very loud and lavish in size. Also we noticed a cultural difference in breakfast etiquette in the main breakfast restaurant in that many Indian guests come down for breakfast in pyjamas which feels very un-classy, disrespectful and unnecessary considering the opulence and class of the hotel. It would be good for the hotel to politely disallow nightwear in restaurants. Also there were some guests who used the main buffet breakfast and sat there waiting to be served by the wait staff and the wait staff are so polite and attentive, they would go and bring food and drink to their tables. I think that if people want to be served breakfast, they should pay for a club room where they can access a la carte breakfast service. It didn't seem fair to the wait staff. Overall, an excellent hotel, I would recommend it to anyone wanting luxury peace and tranquility.

Had a great stay at Alila Diwa Goa during my business trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the location is beautiful, and the food was amazing. Special thanks to Chef Rameshwar (Maharaj ji) and Sai for their excellent hospitality. Also, thanks to Bakery team and Laxmi for the delicious pancake with Nutella—truly delightful. Disappointed by the check In we reached at Hotel by 11:35 am we got the room by the 2:30 pm. Welcoming and Welcome drink both was impressively.

I loved the atmosphere during the low season, beginning of monsoon. Few people around, lot of relax, great focus from the staff. The room, the pools, the restaurants: incredible value for the price I paid. Top service l, I always felt great attention.

A special mention to Wenron Ibrahim at Diva Club, who introduced us to the delightful Poached Pear Salad and a rum-based cocktail, drown in rum, that felt like a fascinating doppelgänger of a Piña Colada—truly opening another dimension of flavors. The team was also kind enough to seamlessly transfer our dining arrangements to Spice Studio, where Payal took over and held fort brilliantly. Her recommendations were spot on—the Prawns Ghee Roast was outstanding, while the Naadan Kozhi Chicken Curry paired beautifully with the Appam and Kerala Parotta. To end the meal on a high note, the Pal Ada Soufflé was simply spectacular. The Guava Feni Cocktail suggested by Payal complemented the Ghee roast perfectly, creating one of the most memorable pairings of our trip. Kudos to Wenron, Payal, Ibrahim and the entire team for their warmth, hospitality, and impeccable recommendations. Thank you for making our visit so special.

Great stay with the family. We were traveling with young kids and the staff is hospitable annd comforting All our needs and requests were taken care of with ease!

First off, my special thanks to Soumen who whole heartily welcomed, assisted and made us feel comfortable. To begin with - Every single bite is an absolute delight. Being a garlic lover I wanted to try the butter garlic prawns. It is a combination of right texture and flavours. The presentation just simply boosting onces appetite. Fish and chips - the fish is well prepared, every bite gives you the flavour leaving you satisfied. The Goan extremely charming Jamine (São José de Areal) suggested to try Chocolate fondant - A gooey cake -must try. The lava flows as you scoop and with Vanilla ice cream it melts in your mouth giving you mental enjoyment.

Beautiful property with great food offerings of various cuisines. Also has a shuttle to the beach though you wont miss the beach much because they have a very nice infinity pool with a nice poolside bar and kitchen. Really amazing spa!

It’s a beautiful property away from the chaos of city life set amidst paddy fields in a sleepy little village. The grounds are good to explore with young kids, the pool is the biggest attraction. Clean changing rooms, warm towels and properly maintained pool. The food is good though it does take longer than one would anticipate. We mostly ordered room service for my child and it was fine but definitely could be better. The breakfast could definitely have a better selection and the menu could definitely be better thought out. Only minus in our trip was the food. The staff was attentive , especially the housekeeping who made very cute towel animals which my child loved. We enjoyed our family vacation but that said it could be much better service and thoughtful touches that are there in other hotels at the same standard like Taj always sends a fruit platter daily or chocolates. A very small thing but those leave an impression.
