Excellent stay in a lush green environment. Felt like home away from home.

Nothing as such

Clean and large rooms, spic and span bathroom, drawings of Goan culture on all the walls and around the property, very very quiet and peaceful surroundings, ever-ready-to-help personnel, modern look yet contemporary feel.

Wish they had an in-house, on-demand food order process, especially dinner. Could include basic local food such as Goan fish curry and rice. (P.S. - They could have a tie-up with locals and patrons can order directly from the locals)

Location and cleanliness

I had a fantastic experience here. The property is beautiful, and my room was exceptionally clean with fantastic amenities. What truly set it apart, though, was the incredible hospitality—the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even following up thoughtfully after my departure to ensure I had a safe and smooth journey home. Highly recommended.

Very clean, staff was helpful and very friendly. Self service apartment was very well equipped and comfortable.

The location is a little inconvenient. Very reliant on taxis which gets expensive. A daily shuttle to Margao would be convenient.

The staff were very helpful and polite. They made sure that I was well taken care of.

The choice of Breakfast. I strongly believe that when one visits Goa, the local cuisine should be tried , instead there was a repetition of the same north Indian breakfast. I stayed at this property for quite some time and kept informing the staff about the same.

I enjoyed the privacy at the hotel. The staff were very courteous and always had a smile on their faces.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The housekeeping team maintained everything impeccably throughout the stay. The ambience of the hotel was elegant yet relaxing, making it feel like a true getaway.

Varsinkin taksivaraus paluulennolle pitää saada onnistumaan. Olisimme halunneet saada käyttöön hyvät polkupyörät. Hotellin väki ei osannut auttaa. Samoin heidän ehdottama mopon vuokrausyritys oli lopettanut toimintansa. Ohjatut luontoretket etsimme itse netistä, koska hotellin vastaanotto ei osannut auttaa.

Absolutely amazing experience! This really felt like home right from the beginning. Big thanks to the owner Monica who kept in touch everyday if everything was smooth. Big thanks to also the staff, especially Rina & Juwela, they were really helpful with our extension for a few more hours at the property.

Great value for money. The bedroom had everything we needed and we had a good night sleep. An onsite shop was a nice surprise. I like the family atmosphere with the staff and cat.

Some of the breakfast was lukewarm so was not comfortable eating Some staff looked a bit unhappy

Everything was tidy, clean & room was spacious. All as per the description in booking. Sejal, Munni, Swella & Juwela were great.

We feel like at home, clean and cozy room, well equipped kitchen, ac works good and silent, good wi fi speed, delicious breakfast which was different every day. Staff is helpful and welcoming. All light switches was clearly indicated. Pool was cleaned and towels provided. Locker in the room. Washing machine at the common area. 2 balconies with clothes rack.

I think this spot is ideal for someone looking for a typical south goa vibe, chilled out in the countryside nothing overtly fancy or flashy. The staff seem to be hand picked and seemed generally efficient and kind.

If i have to be really picky, there were minor plumbing issues with the sink in the kitchen and the shower cubicle. It's not a major issue just something regular upkeep can manage.

Liked the place, ambience, rooms, staff, dining experience and support from everyone in the premises. Rooms were so clean and nearly arranged. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. It was interesting to keep guessing what comes the next day.

Honestly, for the price, it was a very good property! The staff was friendly and always open for communication. There was a mistake with my payment; I was charged twice, but they followed through the whole process and made sure I got my money back.

Price is on a little higher side, we got it for around 4500 per night.

Our stay was very good for the price and the place was perfect for a family and for young people. Had a lot of games including foosball and table tennis etc. Sejal extended our check out time and was very helpful.

Mattress could be a little better. Spring was very old

I really liked everything about the property. I especially loved the decor. I think it was renovated not long time ago. We stayed at the flat with one bedroom and it was a perfect size for a couple with a dog. You can make your own meals, relax on the balcony or work. I worked remotely and the Wi-Fi was just fine. They provide with different types of entertainment in the common area for both adults and children. Breakfasts served were fresh and tasty - thank you Rena. The staff always greets you with a smile. They even run a small grocery store with essentials for the guests. You can also use a washing machine for a small fee. It's a perfect place to stay with your dog too (which is hard to find). It's calm and has enough space for the walks even within the gates. Just be aware of the 2 resident kitties who run the place ;) If you are worried the hotel is located close to the railway tracks - don't be. It won't bother you. Trains passing from time to time are like a white noise in the background. I'm sensitive to loud sounds and most of the time I didn't realize there are any trains. We stayed in their villas in a different location in Goa before and I definitely recommend both places.

Treehouse hotel was cozy, comfortable, clean! Everything from the facilities to nice and kind staff made our stay here memorable.

Everything is very well thought off. from breakfast to the cleanliness , the staff is very helpful and prompt. there is a wide variety of breakfast options . pool is supper clean . rooms very well equipped foe basic cooking with hotplates and basic utensils. a refrigerator too is available. many things to do with children like table tennis, X box , carrom , chess , football table and reading . superb proximity to the best beaches in goa. The hotel issues you a card as it is affiliated to a few restaurants to offer you a 10% discount on food. over all a superb stay

The location, facilities in the room, cleanliness and the service were all excellent. However would I want the hassle I had to go through again? I am not so sure!

The booking experience unfortunately brings an otherwise amazing score down. Despite booking made 7 months in advance it gets cancelled 3 days before the holiday and we have to scramble to find alternatives. Both the hotel and booking.com blame each other. The result is that we have to spend our valuable time looking for suitable alternatives. And it doesn't end there unfortunately.

The property. was well maintained. Clean. And we like environmental thinking. We like all stuff. Kind and helpsome. soma name: Bhusahan, Sejal, Nikhil and Swella.

It was a bit far from the beach. Well we like to walk but in the night it is not so nice because of all dogs. It should be an improvement if a ricksa had been availabel not just taxicars.

The apartments are very comfortale and cosy, well equiped. The neighberhood is calm, I was just hoping that the beach is a bit closer.

Good location Parking space not always available inside the property ,in that case road parking Pool is very average ,outside lawn is not as big as expected . Breakfast is again very average. Nothing memorable . Staff is easy to communicate it and can help with suggestions on food etc

The outdoor part ,pool was average ,only 2 pool chairs . Sofa in the room was not very comfortable to actually sit and watch a movie per say Would have preferred the washing machine indoors ,rather than having to take the laundry downstairs and bring it back up .

The bed in 105 was making a lot of noise as if it is going to break

The apartment was a good size with efficient air conditioning. Room cleanliness good although sometimes slight smell from drains in bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful particularly Juwela at reception and Swella who was very helpful finding lost phone Reena in the restaurant was helpful in explaining different dishes Wilson was a friendly helpful taxi driver often used by the hotel

The hotel was a little isolated and transport is needed to get to restaurants and beaches. There are no nearby restaurants, On the plus side taxis were cheap and could be booked at reception although this sometimes meant waiting a while.

Breakfast can be improved

This was a great hotel - big rooms/apartments with plenty of space. The building is maintained very well and is very clean. Lots of games available to play on the ground floor including table tennis, carrom, chess, board games etc. The hotel was very quiet and couldn’t hear anyone from our room. The pool was also very good. All reception staff are very helpful and they have a WhatsApp group to help out with any questions. It’s around 30 min walk to the beach or 5 minutes in a taxi (wouldn’t recommend walking is it’s too hot!).

Location, nothing else

This is my first ever review, I beleive. I felt unsafe at this property. Horrible room condition is something secondary. So this place is a haven for dampness, soiled walls, unpleasant odour and an owner who threatens guests at 10:15 at night! The rooms were damp and have walls which were leaking with water marks, throughout the rooms. They changed the room, was a bit better but nowhere close to the price. In the first room bedroom AC was not working. In the second option, hall AC wasn't working. After a wait of 15 minutes in boiling room, housekeeping manager appeared and after his 10 minutes research declared that the AC is not working. Thanks to Google, I understood that IFB AC remote control. This ordeal of two rooms costed me two hours, drenching in sweat. It didn't end here. Around 10 in night, while I was taking stairs to room, out of nowhere the property owner appeared out of a room and started asking me that had I complaint to booking.com and am I not happy with the property and have I asked for a refund. Looking at her I asked who you are, as because if her night apparels, she mentioned being the owner. Then she mentioned that the website has asked them to respond within 24 hours. I asked her why did she stopped me on the way to my room and why she is asking all this at this odd hour on a staircase? I rushed to my room along with my family. What a horrible stay!
