Everything you want to see is very close. Nice, clean and quiet.

We wanted to keep the fridge on overnight, we had to keep the light on in the bathroom too.

Goed ontbijt vers en gevarieerd, de locatie was top! Middenin de Medina waar zich het echte Marokaans leven afspeelt om de hoek de straten vol met winkeltjes, soeks, moskees en de gezellige drukte.

Het avondeten in het restaurant kan beter zeker voor die prijs maar de Tajines zijn wel super lekker!

Todo bien pero cuando quisimos cenar, no pudimos hacerlo porque ellos trabajan el comedor del Riad como restaurante, así es que atienden solo si tú haces una reserva previa . Y eso no te lo dicen hasta que tú vas al comedor y te dicen que sino hiciste reserva no te pueden atender .

Eso deben poner que el Riad es un restaurante que brinda alojamiento

Concernant les points positifs, le riad était propre et la chambre était confortable. Rien de plus à ajouter.

⭐ 1/10 — À éviter absolument. Très mauvaise expérience dans ce riad. La climatisation de notre chambre fuyait et de l’eau est tombée directement sur ma sacoche dans laquelle se trouvaient mes AirPods 4. Depuis cet incident, ils ne fonctionnent plus. Nous avons signalé immédiatement le problème et avions une vidéo montrant la climatisation qui fuyait. Malgré cela, aucune vraie solution ni prise en charge sérieuse ne nous a été proposée. On nous a simplement proposé un repas et un dîner comme « compensation », ce qui est totalement disproportionné par rapport au prix des AirPods endommagés. Je trouve cela inacceptable qu’un établissement ne prenne pas davantage ses responsabilités lorsqu’un problème provenant directement de ses installations endommage les affaires personnelles d’un client. Au-delà de la perte matérielle, cette situation a complètement gâché notre séjour. Je déconseille cet établissement et j’espère sincèrement que la direction prendra enfin ce type de problème au sérieux avant que cela arrive à d’autres clients.

The staff is warm and welcoming and very helpful.

Staff extremely friendly, room very modern with great facilities. Pool area very aesthetic and relaxing. Breakfast excellent. Location very central in the medina - 20 minute walk from train station and 10 to Kasbah.

Due to the nature of the riad there were a few bugs. Not a massive issue.

Très beau riad dans la Medina. Les chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées. Celles qui donnent sur le patio sont forcément plus bruyantes mais ça reste très raisonnable. la piscine est appréciable et il y a suffisamment de transats.

Beautiful Riad, was decorated beautifully. Also very peaceful. The roof pool was great, more for dipping in than swim training! But did the trick of cooling you off. Breakfast was lovely, the bread was delicious, I think done in house.

The shower... was in a sunken bath... could drop the bath and just have a shower.. not a big deal all in all.

La suite Exécutive est très bien. Calme et spatieuse avec cuisine/salle à manger. Le restaurant est très beau et bon. Déjeuner délicieux. La piscine et la terrasse sont incroyables. Un vrai petit paradis relaxant et apaisant.. Il y avait peu de monde. Très bien situé pour visiter ce qu'il y a à voir de touristique à Rabat.

Nous avons mis beaucoup de temps à trouver une place de parking pas trop loin de l'hôtel, à l'entrée de la medinal. Mais ça en vallait vraiment la peine. Merci pour ce bel accueil.

El hotel es hermoso, aún más bello de lo que se ve en las fotos. Aún así lo más destacable fue la atención del personal, en particular de Lina, Matata y Kahlid, eficientes y muy amables. El desayuno muy rico también. Sin dudas volveríamos.

Decidimos cenar la última noche en el hotel, nos demoramos por el tren por lo que llegamos tarde, nos recibieron igual pero la comida no valía lo que pagamos, se puede cenar mejor por menos dinero. Aún así fueron muy amables.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Riad Kalaa. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent : le lieu est magnifique, presque luxueux, avec une superbe piscine qui apporte un vrai moment de détente. Le riad est décoré avec beaucoup de charme et offre une atmosphère typiquement marocaine. L’emplacement est également idéal, en plein cœur de la médina, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de tout à pied. Une très belle découverte que nous recommandons vivement !

De faciliteiten! Heerlijk zwembad op het dak en het is een riad met maar 10 kamers dus het was nooit druk. Ook tijdens ontbijt en diner wat overigens overheerlijk was! De locatie was ook midden Medina dus 1 minuut lopen van het kasteel en of eventueel taxi te pakken naar andere monumenten

Stationnement à proximité très complexe, peu d aide du personnel pour nous guider par téléphone, et personne ne se propose pour venir chercher les valises ni pour les monter dans la chambre

J'ai passé deux nuits dans ce magnifique riad et j'en garde un excellent souvenir. Les lieux étaient impeccablement propres, la cuisine était délicieuse et le petit-déjeuner copieux et savoureux. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la Kasbah des Oudayas et de la Tour Hassan, au cœur de l'ancienne médina de Rabat, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement toute la richesse historique et le charme authentique de la ville.

Le seul point que je n'ai pas apprécié est que la chambre qui m'a été attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que j'avais soigneusement choisie et réglée lors de ma réservation. C'est une déception, car ce critère était important pour moi. J'espère que l'établissement veillera davantage à respecter le choix des clients à l'avenir.

The decoration and the room was nice and cozy. A bathtub was a nice bonus. Fruitplate and water was waiting for us in the room.

Breakfast was poor. Swimming pool upstairs, we weren't sure if it's for swimming but for sure the water didn't look clean.

Very clean riad, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice room in a perfect location. Having a restaurant is a bonus.

I liked the decoration and the authentic place. The location is really good. The breakfast is amazing. Good staff as well.

It will be great if the black mould marks in the bathroom could be removed. It is not noise free. We could hear people talking in the room next door. But overall people are really careful to not make noise and are respectful. This is the style of the place.

Очень стильно и чисто в номерах и на веранде. Администратор Лина была очень любезна . Все рассказала и объяснила . Очень красиво внутри риада . К бассейну , номерам , постельному нет нареканий и очень хорошее расположение. На втором этаже довольно тихо для жизни

При заселении с нас взяли налог 200 дирхам, что довольно дорого для 1 взрослого-2 ночи. Возможно это была плата за ранее заселение, но об этом нам не сообщили. Также нельзя было заплатить картой, якобы сумма слишком мала , чтобы использовать карту. Подушки были похожи на камень. Также произошел неприятный инцидент, мы проснулись и около 8.40 шли на завтрак со второго этажа , однако дверь которая вела на 1й этаж была заперта на засов. Я не могла открыть в итоге дозвонилась сотруднику по WA и он открыл… Потом на завтраке у него был жуткий перегар, он откровенно хамил мне и возмущался , что мой ребенок сидит с другой стороны стола , а не там где стоит вилка и тарелка. На завтраке были грязные салфетки на столе , кофе был ужасен, и в целом завтрак был на 3+. Бутик отель очень чист и красив, но я врятли бы вернулась

The location is amazing. Right in the old town, closed to all the sights. We also had a dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Parking is about 5 minute walk from the riad. Overall great value for this beautiful place.

Le lieu est très beau, ça sent la fleur d’oranger partout, ce qui est très agréable. La chambre Nomade était sublime. Yassine a été très accueillant.

Le bruit… c’était très difficile de s’endormir à cause de la sonnerie de téléphone la nuit du monsieur qui était de garde, et du bruit de la vaisselle pendant qu’il faisait la mise en place des tables la nuit… pourquoi pas proposer des Boules Quies dans les chambres pour éviter le problème ?

Good location.Had dinner on first night which was delicious. Not like Dinerjat which was recommended to us (dont go there)..Breakfast was also delicious. Dining area warm unlike the other Riads we stayed in. Beautiful rooftop pool and relaxing area. Stayed in apartment which was huge but across alley way from main Riad. Had to ring door bell to access.

Smell of cat pee inside door of apartment. Alot of stairs, no lifts. Not suitable for those with restricted mobility. Hamman not open in this Riad so recommended hamman in sister Riad Dardar. This Riad is part of chain of 5 Riads. Had to wait 45 minutes for masseuse and haman to be set up in Dardar. No explanation or appology. Very narrow bench which i was afraid i would slip off. My masseuse was very poor for facial and full body massage afterwards she used the same stroke technique over and over needs better training. Spoke not a word of english . Also her phone was vibrating with messages which she replied to , a lot of noise outside and she cleaned hamman while i was trying to relax . Nowhere to change or use a bathroom after . My partners Masseuse was much better for full body massage . We paid 1350mad for this not happy . .

Lovely Riad. And first floor suite was spacious and nice. The rooftop is lovely for an afternoon drink. The breakfast was great and the one dinner we had there was nice too. Easy walk to everywhere. The lanes are fun to navigate especially if you loose service ☺️

In the heart of the Rabat Medina, this riad was exceptional. Very clean, attentive staff, quiet, it was what we needed our first days in Morocco. Breakfast was the best we had in nearly 3 weeks. It has a sister riad which offers very good dinner options.

Beautiful building. Very clean and extremely comfortable.

Front staff could have been a bit more organized. But they were very flexible. We arrived early and left our bags the day of check out for the day.

L’hôtel est magnifique, bien situé en pleine médina, les alentours sont donc très calmes. Le personnel a été très accueillant, merci à Alexis de m’avoir ouvert tôt le matin et également à tout le personnel dont je ne connais pas le nom qui ont été parfaits et discrets. La piscine est plus que bienvenue et le confort des chambres est optimal. De plus, leur restaurant est tout bonnement délicieux.

La connexion internet est moins bonne dans les chambres (celle de la terrasse)

Tutto perfetto!la location è bellissima....quando entri ti senti catapultato in un mondo bellissimo,calmo e rilassante. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Camera ampia, pulita,e silenziosa. Colazione buona servita da un ragazzo super gentile. Grazie siamo stati benissimo.

Een heerlijke kamer met erg goed bed! Lekker een zwembad met ligbedjes. De riad ziet er erg mooi uit!

We moesten even wachten voor we naar binnen konden maar we waren ook iets te vroef. Eenmaal binnen konden we meteen in de kamer!

Zentral gelegenes Riad, gute Ausgangslage um Rabat zu erkunden. Der Innenhof ist mit extrem viel Liebe gestaltet und lädt zum verweilen ein. Kleiner Pool auf dem Dach ebenfalls zur Erholung ideal.

Das Doppelzimmer heißt hier Suite. Das hat mich etwas verwirrt. Es war auch ziemlich klamm im Zimmer, die kleine Heizung schafft den hohen Raum nicht. Die Klimaanlage au h nicht. Die sollte auch mal gereinigt werden. Es roch danach sehr muffig im Zimmer.

The property is simply stunning! Spectacular place to stay. The suite with high ceiling was out of this world, so cool, so atmospheric 👍👍 The restaurant is probably best in the town. Super delicious and with great service!

The only complaint is the sound. Suits on the 1st floor hear all the sound from breakfast. It is very loud, you hear even low volume talking. So prepare to wake up at 7am :) It is not possible to stay asleep till 9…

We were given a room on the ground floor, next to the breakfast area, so we could hear everything happening outside, and people talking. If you are a light sleeper, something to keep in mind!

The riad was beautiful, clean, large, comfortable, in a great location, and staffed by very friendly, helpful people. Our room was really big as was the bathroom (make sure you get a room with a toilet if that's a necessity for you). It was probably the size of a NYC studio apartment. The interior was well decorated and architecturally beautiful. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace in the evening. It was cool and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. The Medina in Rabat is a delightful location.

Nothing. Be mindful that you must walk from the main roads through the Medina with your luggage to get to the riad. It was about a 400m (1/4 mile) walk.

On nous à déplacé à Riad Kalaa 2 alors que nous avions réservé au Riad 1, le principal. Cela fut sans conséquence fâcheuse mais néanmoins surprenant. La salle de bain aurait pu être d’un niveau supérieur considérant le prix payé pour la chambre.

Full of charm. Plenty of space for a large family. The suites were beautifully decorated, like something out of One Thousand and One Nights. The pool was wonderful and the view from the rooftop terrace breathtaking.

A bit too expensive. We had cancelled a room but still had to pay for it. The top floor room was swarming with ants. There were eight of us, and one place setting for breakfast was missing. No one came to the table to ask if I want to eat or drink coffee I didn't. I had to chase after them to get anything at all for breakfast. I stayed a lot of Riads but this was a bit strange.

Das Riad liegt gut und unser Appartement ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gab eine Ameisenstrasse in der Toilette, aber es ließ sich gut drin verweilen.

Die Ausstattung war teilweise ein wenig abgenutzt und das Personal zum Teil eher unfreundlich

Experience of Medina was beautiful! Quaint walk with the Pathways to get to location and once you are there it amazing for location and experience of true ethnic Rabat. Absolutely stay and experience the dinner, AMAZING!

After staying in Riad's throughout Morocco while beautiful there was just something lacking. My room was really dark and the hot water also ran out when I wanted to wash my hair which wasn't ideal. Couldn't swim in the pool as the water was dirty, lots of pigeons bathing and poo'ing in the water. There was a lack of female FOH staff which has really seemed to make a difference in the other Riad's we stayed at. Being the capital of Morocco we had expected the English to be on par if not better however in Rabat as a whole English is not spoken as well as it is in other parts of the country, I think the lack of being able to communicate also played a part in the experience of our stay.
