Hotel Villa Piras

La posizione ottima si può lasciare la macchina e arrivare facile sia in centro che in alcune calette e personale disponibile.

Cominciamo con le camere un po' arretrate e poco arredate, eravamo in due con i supporti per uno, senza un posto dove mettere le valigie obbligano a tenerle sopra il tavolino. Il bagno con alcuni suppellettili che si staccavano, se a piano terra(come noi) troppi tumori fin dalle prime ore del giorno e un continuo via vai del personale in vicinanza della finestre togliendo la privacy e obbligando a chiudere tutto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo secondo me troppo elevato, come la colazione(meglio farla in centro).

Camera spatioasa ( am primit un upgrade de la o camera dubla la una tripla), curata. Mic dejun corect. Hotel amplasat la 20 min de mers pe jos de centrul istoric. Pizzerie chiar langa ( a hotelului) pe care o recomand.

Dans la chambre il manquais plusieurs choses par exemple un meuble sous lavabo, une chaise dans la chambre de plus un etandage sur le balcon, un cousin ( dormir) un peu plus bas, une armoire plus grande ,mettre le frigo sur un meuble .

Rientrati ieri da un weekend a Villa Piras, hotel a cui siamo affezionati e da cui mancavamo da un pò. Confermiamo la bellezza della struttura e la sua posizione eccellente. Per l'affetto che ci lega alla struttura consigliamo un rinnovo degli arredi(in particolare il bagni) e una maggiore attenzione alla colazione sia per varietà che per qualità. Villa Piras è una perla che va valorizzata un po di più. Menzione speciale a Massimiliano, per professionali e gentilezza, che si prodiga sempre per risolvere tutto le esigenze dei clienti. Arrivederci Villa Piras.

L'accueil chaleureux de Serena, la grande chambre avec literie confortable, l'accueil ouvert 24h/24 avec bar, l'emplacement à proximité du centre ville, un restaurant sous l'hôtel, le parking payant sécurisé (10€/jour) pour notre moto. Belles plages de sable mais il faut prendre son véhicule (20 mn)[

La climatisation bruyante, une isolation pas très performante (on entendait ronfler le voisin)

Très bon séjour ! Super emplacement et grande chambre, confortable et agréable. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Un grand merci particulièrement à Massimiliano, qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer, même en français, les choses à faire et les endroits à découvrir à Alghero et dans les alentours. Ses conseils nous ont été très utiles pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Altstadt. Diese kann aber zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreicht werden. Für zwei Nächte in Ordnung.

Die Dusche ist sehr eng.

Badkamer is sleets en heeft de kleinste douche die ik ooit gezien heb. Inzepen kan alleen met de deuren open. Matrassen zijn aan vernieuwing toe.

Das Hotel liegt ca 20 Minuten Gehweg vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Mir hat das gefallen, weil dadurch kaum Lärm o.ä hörbar war. Nicht ganz optimal ist die Entfernung zum Strand, wo man auch baden kann. Absolut top ist das Personal, vom Rezeptionisten, zum Manager, zu den Reinigungskräften. Absolut freundlich, höflich, hilfsbereit, richtig top, Diese Atmosphäre hat mir super gefallen.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Am avut parte de un sejur foarte plăcut. Hotelul este foarte frumos, bine întreținut și oferă o atmosferă liniștită și relaxantă. Camera a fost curată, spațioasă și confortabilă. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, profesionist și mereu disponibil atunci când am avut nevoie de ajutor. Intreaga experiență a fost una plăcută și ne-am simțit foarte bine pe durata șederii.

Bella struttura, staff gentilissimo e sorridente pronto a soddisfare ogni bisogno e dare preziosi consigli. Hotel perfetto anche per i più piccolini, attrezzato con culle e seggiolone per la colazione. Ottimo anche il servizio di stireria.

Locație buna, aproape de centru. Vedere frumoase la mare. Zona liniștită

Lipsa agățători la baie și lipsa polițe pt. cosmeticea dus. Micul dejun poate fi îmbunătățit (e repetitiv și sărac în opțiuni), iar doamnele care se ocupa ar trebuie sa fie mai atente când se termină anumite alimente și să facă refill. Se poate spala pe jos mai des, având în vedere că venim de la plaja.

What a sweet little hidden gem this hotel is. When we arrived, we were greeted so warmly by Massimilliano who surprised the kids with a little toy and complimentary juice. He told us about the parking and gave us some good insight for our stay. The hotel is very cute, rooms are a little dated but very clean (cleaning staff were so lovely! Even folded the kids pajamas 🥲). Our friends were on the third floor and had the loveliest ocean views from their balcony 🤩 The hotel is right next to a restaurant which is very convenient. We found pausa cafe around 12 minutes away which had lovely coffee and food (cpnsistently good as we came 3 mornings in a row!). We walked to the historic centre (24 minutes) with prams so this is doable. The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff. Everyone is so so lovely, and made our children feel loved and special. We stayed here for my daughters 3rd birthday and we could not have asked for a better experience really. They lent us straw mats and an umbrella when we visited La Pelosa beach for no charge. And when we were leaving - my husband and i both made the mistake of thinking the other of us had returned the keys. As a result we were halfway to Lu bagnu when we realised we hadnt checked out. This made us take an hour detour to go back to the hotel and we handed in the keys late. Instead of being angry (as this is the only key they have for the room) massimilliano was so understanding and gracious, would not charge us for the mistake and even gave us a cold water for the kids for the longer journey ahead 😭 The staff really take care of you and make you feel more like family. We will certainly be back here in the future and highly recommend especially to families with young children (ours were 5 and 3). 💕

Die Lage zur Altstadt war super und das Personal an der Rezeption hervorragend.

Das Hotel allgemein ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste saniert werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und die Möbel auf dem Balkon nicht sehr einladend. Außerdem gab es tatsächlich nur 2 kleine Tassen Kaffee zum Frühstück darüber hinaus musste man pro Tasse 3€ bezahlen, fand ich schon ein bißchen übertrieben.

Les chambres sont propres, l'hôtel est très bien situé, à 15 min à pied du centre historique tout en étant dans une zone calme. Le personnel était très aimable et nous a donné de nombreuses recommandations de restaurants et activités à faire dans la zone.

La salle de bain n'est pas moderne, et nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude lors de notre séjour.

La ubicacion y el personal por favor, responde. Tanto de recepción como del desayuno, todos super amables y dispuestos a consejar y a decirte los sitios más interesantes de la zona que visitar.

Que los jacuzzis s de la parte de arriba fueran de pago sí bastante pequeños. Las habitaciones y los baños están bien limpios, pero necesitan una reforma.

There were hidden cost for the amenities like jacuzi cost 10 euros for 30 minutes per person. There is no taxi facilities available you have to wait for hours to get to the city center from the property. Room was too small for that price with transparent curtains which compromised the privacy there were no good electrical sockets to charge your mobile. I will not recommend anybody to stay here. Look for something which is in the city Center.

The room was big and clean. We had a balcony.

The breakfast was too simple for me. I don't like sweet breakfast. The room needs upgrading, it has an old style vibe.

Magnifique hôtel, situé proche du centre et surtout... avec un personnel en or ! Particulièrement, Monsieur Massimiliano qui est adorable et qui fait partie des personnes inoubliables de notre voyage. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Massimiliano alla reception super gentile e accogliente. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro città in 15 minuti al massimo. Colazione ricca e varia, e molto gentile anche lo staff di sala.

Struttura un po' datata. Sarebbe stato utile trovare in bagno qualche gancio appendi-asciugamano.

La struttura è un po datata, e la mia camera che era a piano terra aveva le facciate direttamente su terrazzi di appartamenti da cui si vedeva tutto… la doccia piccolissima e scomoda. Mentre eri sotto la doccia il telefono (della doccia) mi cadeva puntualmente in testa ogni 3 secondi.

Il personale e’ stato molto cordiale, la stanza pure essendo una tripla era molto spaziosa e luminosa. Dotata anche di balconcino dove si poteva stendere. Aria condizionata ben funzionante.

I cassetti non erano pulitissimi, le luci potrebbero essere un po’ più soffuse vicino ai letti, e l’accesso al balconcino era dal bagno, non molto funzionale. Colazione un po’ cara per quello che offre.

Totul a fost minunat, începând cu Max de la recepție, care ne-a prezentat un super intinerariu de vacanță, cu cele mai bune plaje și restaurante. Totul la superlativ. Aproape de centrul vechi al orașului. Exista parcare subterană cu plată, imediat lângă hotel.

Personale accogliente, camera pulitissima e comoda. La struttura è in una posizione molto buona. A due passi dal lungomare di Alghero, raggiungibile con una gradevole passeggiata. Lo consiglio.

Prostorný pokoj i pro více lidí. Výhled na moře. Většinu nabízených služeb jsme nevyužili (snídaně, vířivka), proto nemůžeme hodnotit vše.

Personál nám dával chaotické a chybné informace, co se týká akcí ve městě. Relativně daleko od centra (30min pěšky).

Felszereltség és a berendezés, eléggé gyér és olyan semmilyen szoba. Parkolási lehetőség nincs, ha egy kicsit is későn érkezel a szállásra. Mellette lévő több csillagos szállodában majdnem jobb árak voltak.

Location is excellent — very well situated, easy access to everything nearby.

Room was okay — toilet was fine, but the bath space was minuscule. Breakfast was disappointing — cold coffee, served in the basement despite the hotel having a great terrace view that wasn’t used. Overall, a letdown.

Personal sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück, Sauber und aufgeräumt. Parken in der Garage.

Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Manches könnte man sehr kostengünstig ersetzen wie z. B. Duschabtrennung oder Duscharmatur und Duschhandbrause, das sollte ein Hotel in der Preislage nicht versäumen zu erneuern. Zimmertür lies sich nicht leichtgängig schließen so dass sogar der zimmerservice die Tür offen gelassen hat.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla e la nostra esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La struttura è molto curata, con una pulizia impeccabile e un’ottima posizione. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da una ragazza solare e gentilissima, che ci ha offerto un cocktail di benvenuto, ha effettuato il check-in e ci ha personalmente accompagnati in camera: un’accoglienza davvero piacevole che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Molto apprezzata anche la disponibilità dei servizi 24 ore su 24. La struttura dispone inoltre di una bellissima terrazza con vista mare e due vasche idromassaggio. Su richiesta, con un supplemento di 10 €, è possibile usufruire della vasca per 30 minuti: un’esperienza molto piacevole, soprattutto con il panorama di Alghero. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e di qualità, con personale sempre attento e gentilissimo. Al momento del check-out abbiamo avuto inoltre il piacere di fare una piacevole chiacchierata con Massimiliano, persona davvero cordiale, disponibile e simpatica. Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza, che consiglio assolutamente. Se dovessimo tornare ad Alghero, prenoteremmo sicuramente di nuovo qui!

Le personnel est vraiment gentil, agréable et de bon conseil. L’hôtel est situé à proximité d’une plage et à 15/20 minutes à pied du centre historique. Le trajet se fait facilement.

La tranquilidad

The room was big and clean. The AC worked fine and it was silent. The staff was great! Massimiliano especially, he was the best host I ever had! Welcomed us with delicious refreshers, explained patiently and into detail every piece of advise in Alghero. And, when we were leaving, he draw a map and explained the best route and beaches we should take to get to La Maddalena.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Massimiliano für die Vermittlung eines Arzttermines. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ej så långt från stan

Gamla möbler, helt naket i rummen, toaletterna ej städade ordentligt, toastolen gick knappt att spola. En natt hade vi en mus på vid fönsterkanten. Blev tvingade mitt under vistelsen att betala för kaffe vi hade druckit och extra för dottern, fast dom sa vid utcheckningen. Aldrig varit med om det! Personalen var trevlig men allt annat var illa för det priset man betalat!

The staff were very welcoming. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace. The walk to the historic centre is about 20 min and very pleasant.

The whole hotel is outdated. The room was quite noisy, all night we could hear noise from bathrooms and ACs and it impacted our sleep. We also didn’t like the shower cabin - it was very small.

Neuvěřitelně přátelský personál.

Vriendelijk personeel bij receptie. Locatie is redelijk dichtbij oude centrum (ca. 15 minuten lopen). Boulevard is vlakbij. Restaurants op ca. 10 minuten lopen. Redelijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Helaas moesten we een 2e kopje cappuccino wel extra afrekenen. Hoezo service??

Vrij kleine kamer met een spaarzame inrichting en eveneens een erg kleine badkamer met een douche waar je achterstevoren in moet lopen, want ruimte om je om te draaien is er nauwelijks. Geen twee losse bedden zoals besteld. Wifi op de 1e verdieping slecht. Eigenlijk alleen bruikbaar bij het z.g. internet point op de begane grond. Parkeren op straat is mogelijk als er tenminste ruimte is. En let op: eigenlijk is het parkeren daar verboden! Het zou goed zijn indien Booking.com de vermelding m.b.t. parkeren aanscherpt!! Zeker in Italië, wordt het te pas en te onpas vermeld. Maar als je ter plekke aankomt is er weinig te vinden.

La grande cortesia del personale, la posizione vicina al lungomare.

Ottima la posizione, comoda al centro (15 min a piedi) possibilitàdi parcheggio in strada. Noi abbiao usufruito del garage a pagemtno (10 euro al giorno) per la moto. Cortesia dello staff e ambienti spaziosi e puliti (forse il bagno andrebbe manutenuto meglio).

Caminando en 15 min. al centro, paseo muy bonito Desayuno variado y bueno Personal muy atento Habitación espaciosa y limpia.

L'accoglienza e l'assistenza del personale è sempre stata ottima, giorno per giorno. La struttura si trova anche in vicinanza di una fermata del pullman, comoda per andare in molte spiagge di Alghero.
